Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
It has been drawn to my attention that the pensioner mugging free speech hating, free press threatening bastards at WH Ireland (WHI) are holding a GM on 30th March, a day when I just happen to be in London. I would very much like to attend as would Mr Bagot, a pensioner WH Ireland knows well. But we need your help.
It is simply too late to buy a share and complete the paperwork needed to ensure admittance. There is not a cat in hell's chance of WH Ireland giving me a press pass and allowing me to speak. And thus I need someone who does own shares to make me a proxy for them at the AGM. If two shareholders wish to do the decent thing my pal Mr Bagot wants to attend too.
One well known crony capitalist on the shareholder register has already declined to do the decent thing even though he no longer spins for the shamed broker. These crony capitalists they do stick together do they not? Might any other WH Ireland shareholders be able to assist in holding the board to account?
