Posting as Criminalmind on the ShareProphets thread I am sad to see that one Quindell owning moron is not only a total moron but also a prize bigot to boot. It took me about five seconds to find out that the same poster had posted bigotry of a similar vein but under a different name on my personal blog and that as Daveycaferacer he is an active member of the pathetic QPPSAG. Do steamy & his fellow loons condone overt anti-semitism? Will they condemn one of their number for being a Jew hating bigot?

Isn’t this the same muppet who posted on the LSE boards that he had evidence of TW being part of a global shorting conspiricy? Apparently he sent all the details to the FCA, wondor if he can update us all of the responce. Of course he never posted the evidence, was just looking for attention and trying to look cool with Steamy and the other clan of trolls over at QPPSAD.
He also posts on the iii board as DavidGlobal – gets around alot doesn’t he.

Daveycaferacer should be made aware of the Public Order Act 1986, which has severe penalties:
A person who uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or displays any written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting, is guilty of an offence if—
(a) he intends thereby to stir up racial hatred, or
(b) having regard to all the circumstances racial hatred is likely to be stirred up thereby.
Offences under Part 3 carry a maximum sentence of seven years imprisonment or a fine or both.
The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 inserted Section 4A into the Public Order Act 1986. That part prohibits anyone from causing alarm or distress. Section 4A states:
(1) A person is guilty of an offence if, with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, he— (a) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or (b) displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting, thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress.
A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to both.

As a real “Crazy Yid” I fanatically oppose antisemitism. AIM is a fool’s market generally and picking honorable companies out from the pack of liars is tough. Think about it. If these early stage companies were so good, why would they float? They could access angels etc and retain more equity. They socialise the dream and personalize the wealth. This yid gets really crazy when he spots miscreants. And I am not averse to giving TW a kick in the pants for being selective with the battles he picks and those he chooses to overlook.

Señor Grande: It seems the best investment case for QPP involves hurling racist abuse at someone who points out perceived problems.
Is it right that to be a member of QPPSAG you have to be a neo-Nazi? Can Jewish people join, for example? And, if Jewish people join, do they have to have the number of shares they own tattooed on their arms?

Just to add my two-penneth, even superlatives don’t do justice to the contribution made by Jewish people to many aspects of modern human society – Einstein, Heisenberg and Feynman (remember Hitler’s condemnation of “Jewish science”, without which you wouldn’t be reading this blog?), Bernstein and Ashkenazy, Woody Allen and Mel Brooks and even Ali G (well, his creator at least), Jewison, Spielberg and Kubrick. Oh, and in the interests of gender equality, Barbara Streisand (and why not?!). I could be here all day. I suspect the poster now regrets using the term.
I am not Jewish myself, incidentally, (though I’ve had ‘the snip’ – just thought I’d share that with you) so I think I’m being objective enough.

JP Spaghetti: I don’t think for one moment that Daveycaferacer aka CriminalMind and no doubt several other aliases too, regrets posting his comment.
I suspect that privately he thinks much worse.
What he does regret, no doubt, is investing in QPP but won’t admit it. Just like Hitler blamed the Jews, for Germany’s problems, he’s blaming anyone but himself for his own downfall. The man – in his case I find it hard to use that word – is a disgrace to humanity.
It’s not the first time he has resorted to racist abuse.
I find it sad that QPPSAG hasn’t disowned him and that he still has his followers on the LSE QPP board.
Still, they need all the help they can get, even from neo-Nazis.
