Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares
Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. This should be explicit enough for all concerned. AIM Regulation IS investigating and I expect the FCA andSerious Fraud Office to be on the case too. I explain clearly how Quenron (QPP) and its bosses Laurence Moorse and Rob Terry have committed securities ( as well as accounting) fraud. If they disagree sue me and I shall see the bitchezin Court. But I rather think that Terry et al are going to end up in a rather different Court anyway. For a change, might Bulletin Board Morons rather than attacking me just try to show any factual errors in this damning expose.

cash resources didnt fall in Q3 2014, suppose they say cash resources increased in October 2014…Where is your evidence that the cash inflows in 2014 are not real? Surely the cash inflows are too high to come from anywhere but legitimate business?

The questionable transactions you mention are a drop in the ocean compared to cash flows. What are we talking about 400m in and about the same out?
They wont shut down a company paying vast taxes employing several thousand people.
So how much of the cash inflows do you actually query?

Interesting Tom. I think (being a former registered auditor ACCA/ICAEW) that there is very little other than conjecture here. In fact I could guarantee that going through the accounts of almost any company would highlight to someone who knows no different that something could be amiss – and I include ft 100’s in here.
What I find interesting is your last comment that an investigation is underway for securities and accounting fraud. In your introduction you state “I expect the FCA and Serious Fraud Office to be on the case too”. Who exactly is investigating – AIM Regulation deals purely with their own rules. I’m aware you have sent a great deal of correspondence to AIM in recent months, but this does not constitute an investigation.

My opinion, Robert Terry has only two courses of action, first thing Monday morning.
1. Issues RNS, denial of all allegations and confirmation that libel action is to proceed at full speed.
2. Issue RNS, announcing resignation as Executive Chairman, with immediate effect.
I can’t see how Mr Terry and Quindell can bury their heads and ignore such serious charges levelled in a high profile public forum.
I notice the bulletin boards are full of speculation and conjecture on the contents of the podcast.
Tom, think you might have ruined Mr Terry’s week-end…….again!

Qpp need to do precisely jack shit in response to Tom’s allegations or indeed your call for clarity, sackings or suspension. If you and Tom are that concerned that a wrong as to be righted and that the relevent athorities are neglecting their moral responsabilities then perhaps you can seek legal redress through the courts yourselves, go on, set a president if your that cock sure, after all English law is founded on all what as gone before, you could be a first though, that would create a template of fear for all other Aim company’s whos sole intent is to rip poor PI’s a new arsehole. Let’s see the Sheriff of Aim put his money where his big gob is instead of wasting his time repeating endless accusations of fraud

So, ShareProphets is not known and respected amongst the investing community? I would beg to differ!
Also, respectfully suggest that the host of this site is a well known respected financial journalist and commentator whose views and opinions are taken very seriously by an ever wider audience.
As to your rant about legal redress and courts…. isn’t Quindell, meant to be proceeding with issuing papers for libel? After all, a respected company accused of malpractice and fraud would do anything to protect its reputation and integrity?
That company would rigorously attack and defend itself against its main and most costly detractor in a court of law, that could actually impose meaningful address and not seek a cheap Pyrrhic ‘victory’!
Would not that company, call in independent auditors of impeachable reputation and have its accounts opened for forensic analysis ( a la Tesco ), in a display of that everything was above board and beyond re approach?
Would not that company, engage with the critics within the financial press, with facts, disproving suspicions and allegations?
Mr Terry and Quindell’s board could have taken numerous steps to have restored market confidence and protected its name and shareholders wealth since April, it has chosen not to!
I really don’t think you ought to be aiming your bullets at Mr Winnifrith….. ……. there are far more deserving targets!

we have 37 contributors here so I hope that offers enough variety. Think both Ben T and Newt S did some great exposes over the weekend and I like to think my IOG scoop last week not bad. Each writer writes about what interests them, its a house rule, I never tell anyone what to write . What interests me is Quenron so for now I will plough on. Oddly even without your daily custom page views and user numbers continue to increase.

I was joking about not visiting the site daily. Though I do pay money for your other services, rather it’s nice to get other views on the other stocks from YOURSELF. You can’t please everyone, but I’m guessing a lot of people would agree with me. Nonetheless, Tom, thanks for being open minded about things. Meanwhile, keep up the crusade on ALL fraud stocks.
