I have only just driven across Ireland and arrived at Ballymaloe to record this but there is plenty to discuss in this hard hitting podcast. Oh yes it is very hard hitting indeed. On the agenda: Quindell (end game, a new whistleblower and new frauds emerging) and Cenkos (lies), Coms ( a bombshell revealed), Radiant Growth, China frauds and Daniel Stewart, Sefton, APR Energy (political risk generally) and African Minerals (vindication and 0p on the cards). Ouch, its stinging all round.

In relation to China frauds, what is you take on CNEL? It has risen by over 15% today.
It’s accounts have shown losses for a while, but has a very large order book considering its market cap.
Daniel Stewart was appointed broker for them 8th July which sets off alarm bells. I’ve had a holding there for a while, and sold today on the rise.
By the way, I sold off my entire QPP holding as soon as I got the RNS about the RT loan facility, and share purchase. Sold after the short lived initial rise. If he had made this purchase with his own cash, I would probably have bought more, but this was a clear indication that things aren’t as they seem.

Another great podcast thanks tom. I’m short on spread betting on quindell (following your information —thank you). If the shrares are suspended , what happens to the spread bet ? I’m short with ig. Do they still pay out or will they just pay at the price before the shares were suspended ? Does anyone know ? Thank u

Nice crisp one Tom, enjoyed listening to your total commitment. When a former member of T1ps I watched a web-cast where a female (can’t remember name, began with V) stated she didn’t think Daniel Stewart SP would fall below 15p!!!!!
If you have time one day can you please have a look at Michael Jackson & his stewardship of Access Intelligence. His namesake couldn’t have done much worse relative to all the positive statements from the company over the years. Memory says they originally floated at 40P.

Regarding your webcast comments concerning COMS and CTP. Unfortunately your research was lacking and I do not understand why you have made such comments without first speaking to the COMS CEO Dave Breith, who you have met before. If you had done so he would have told you the following:
The actual deferred consideration that Coms had to pay is / was due on the 21st November. However Coms settled the deferred monies early and paid on the 31st October by same day electronic transfer. Therefore your information is totally wrong.
I do hope that you will now speak to DB and apologise and be humble enough to publish your error.

…..there’s a certain desperation in your tone: you claim RT’s running to the exit, EFT have already sold his shares, the brokers have therefore lied, and AIM will intervene in the next few days and it will be all over. Well if your right I’ll be the first to congratulate you. However, if true why would the shorters be closing. Now would be the time for them to go for the kill – not for the door. Also the institutions wouldn’t be hanging around either. So that don’t objectively make sense. In my view your prediction of Armageddon explicitly that’s it’s going to be over in the next few days is your final act of service to those reducing their short. No doubt once their gone your interest in the company will diminish considerably.

Well you are clearly a Quindell fan and have a very unhappy life. Jealousy is not a good thing and you are clearly a very jealous man. Robert Terry has set up and runs is a highly successful business employing thousands! You run a pizza business, which has a poor rating and you are that confident of you statements, jibes, innuendo and facts that you own nothing in your own name. This suggest you are far from confident. You make snide comments inviting them to sue you, but you know that there is no point as you have NOTHING. You are a nothing and a loser who despite his privileged upbringing and education, you have amounted to NOTHING ! ZIP ZERO !

To whoever asked about CNEL, it’s been a vehicle for what strongly appears to be pump and dump trading for a long time. It once saw multiple single day gains of over 100%, and unsurprisingly it fell back down again not long after. Be careful.
