Sorry to bother you again Cenkos, you bunch of incompetent and sleazy money grabbing crony capitalists, but perhaps you can help us all by stating at what price the fraudster Rob Terry has to put up margin on his “loan” ( aka share sale) agreement with Equities First Holdings LLC.

What are your thoughts on Ingenie Tom?
This is the business that generates most of the positive PR for Quindell- “contract wins”, expansion into Canada etc.
Seems that CEO Richard King may not be in on the fraud, as a genuine business it may escape the march to 0p, by way of spin off?

Is this EFH saga a case of Robert Terry telling QPP shareholders to go and hang themselves? I now see why he bought a scaffolding firm.

Dear Tom, you are doing a incredible needed commitment to clean up aim. I personally think that EFH have not been able to dispose of all the shares, hence the further purchases of the BOD & that Terry & associates have not received the complete payment for the shares, there must be a further undisclosed agreement regarding this. My deepest respect Peter

Congratulations Tom. Perhaps people will think twice in future before wishing you dead and all the other vile things you had to endure. With the notable exception of you, whatever happened to due diligence? Do the FCA actually do anything, until after the event? Do Nomads actually do anything beyond picking up their annual fee and a nice turn if they engage in corporate activity with their clients. One of the problems, as I see it, is that most AIM companies have small banks/boutiques as Nomads, and these Nomads cant afford to turn away any business. What is needed, perhaps, is for the big banks to have an AIM division, and be the Nomads for AIM companies. If they sniffed any wrongdoing, I suspect they would suspend the company’s stock immediately prior to a full investigation, and not allow the type of shenanigans we have witnessed at QPP. It may not be a perfect arrangement, but it would be a vast improvement on what we currently have.

I first came across your website several months ago as I took an early interest in the goings on at Quindell.
Then I thought your proclamation that you are the Sheriff of Aim to be a jokey PR indulgence and rather silly.
Not any more.
It has been an education, and no disrespect, to discover that this market is most effectively “regulated” by someone running a pizza restaurant.
Keep up the good work.
