I did get the impression early on in the cast that you may have had a few.Be careful and don’t overdo it.

I can’t agree with FT and other media outlets that Rob Terry has been ‘forced out’ of Quindell by the board.
Quindell is a fraud set up and for the of benefit Terry and chums. The board are all in it together- they haven’t forced any out.
This move avoids the car-crash event of a suspension which would lead to investigations and jail time.
In resigning, Terry can enter any number of arrangements with crooks such as EFH with no disclosure, to cash out his remaining shares, the price of which will rise over the coming days.
Given the circumstances, Terry is jumping out of a doomed plane, stuffed to gills full of cash.

That was on heck of a broadcast! You might not be feeling on top form, but you sure sounded as if you are!
Keep the fight going, Tom!
Mr Terry just can’t be allowed to walk away with a stuffed bulging wallet stolen by telling lies and practising deceit. He has without doubt, wrecked the lives of a lot of people who were just trying to do their best to secure their families future!
The game changer, from the other three occasions Terry has walked away after committing carnage with other peoples wealth is the SHERIFF!
And of course, just like any good egotistical megalomaniac bully boy, he’ll take down all those associated with him, as well!

Mostly agree Jock but I think with the Bearcast. Tom has clearly left the door open for further action on his part. So there’s lots to unfold here in future weeks.
They’re crooks and Quindell shouldn’t be allowed to just carry on with the current board. And why has said board allowed Scott and Moorse to remain in their positions and retained Terry as a consultant with access to inside information etc? Or have the three of them written their own ‘epitaphs’ and this is the prize, that they still hold power and remain privy to any sensitive information?
Whatever the nuts and bolts are the three have essentially held on and Cenkos seem to be hanging on in there too.
