Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

According to The Times today, the Sheriff of AIM has for the past five years been a fellow called Marcus Stuttard - no offence, phoney Sheriff, but you are useless. You are Inspector Clouseau and your team are the Keystone Cops. You could not spot a felon if I took you on a guided tour of Rob Terry's next home, that is to say Wormwood Scrubs. Your inaction against miscreant Nomads and companies that tell lies and commit fraud is legendary across the globe. That is why the AIM casino is viewed as such a joke. In this podcast I look at how and why Mr Stuttard and his team have failed us all so badly and why they are simply not fit for purpose.

Well said Tom, utter disgrace the lot of them. No doubt being paid a big fat salary too, nice cushy number if you can get it.
I do think it’s great that you expose these frauds but it does cause me another problem, I can never purchase AIM shares again, you would have to be bonkers to get involved in this garbage. Shame as this market should offer PI’s some excellent prospects.

This timeline of screw-ups sounds like an ideal case for the Complaints Commissioner, surely?
AIM Regulation must be accountable itself, this is a clear failure to protect investors and so sustain a culture of city blood-sucking of the most vulnerable of audiences. Open and shut case for reform.

As a small private investor who “suffers” as the result of the incompetence and lack of AIM regulation, how can you help mobilise like minded people such as myself, who would want to lobby government (or help “the cause” in other ways) to address this “CANCER” which you highlight?

The Times with a full page on Quindell….what a joke, they picked up on the story, like six months too late and after all YOUR hard work! And then the final insult, Mr Stuttard…. The Sheriff! Ha ha ha!!!!
Its YOU, Tom, that ought to be in the swanky office with 3000 employees and getting a salary, of what, 350K?
You and the ShareProphets team have achieved more in six months, protecting the rights of private investors than these useless pathetic, so called Regulatory bodies have done in years!
As you quite rightly say ‘ unfit for purpose!’ and that’s being kind!
