Quindell (QPP) shares have dived again today to just 57.75p. Remember when they were 600p plus and all those analysts who now refuse to tell you to buy said that the shares were worth £10 plus? Oh Daniel Stewart, Canaccord and Cenkos where are you now, you bent motherfuckers? The questions today concern the lack of buying.

NAB WARNS AGAINST CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANY DEBTS
Published 03/12/2014 00:00:00 in Press Releases
The National Association of Bodyshops (NAB) has been tracking events at troubled UK insurance claims management company, Quindell, over recent weeks.
Most recently, NAB notes that in a civil action court hearing in Delaware, USA*, lawyers submissions to Vice Chancellor, Hon. J. Travis Laster gave him the impression that Quindell was “in a bad financial situation” and a subsidiary business as being in “a dire financial strait”.

More bad press for Quindell to keep quiet about?

As your aware the ShareProphets revelation of Quindell’s recent court case in Delaware has caused an outcry of differing opinions to exactly what the Judge was alluding to in his oral summary :- Quindell was “in a bad financial situation”
When interactive investor came out with the story, Quindell, had lost a major customer in the NW, the company moved swifly via RNS to deny and dismiss the story. So what can we attribute their deafening silence to over this matter, which potentially is much more serious?
I was therefore, wondering, Tom, would it be worth you contacting Proctor Heyman LLP and asking for clarification?
