It needs to be noted by any potential buyers of Sefton shares that Hawker Energy who presently have a second charge on the Tapia assets after the bank;also have in addition a security against the Kansas assets until agreement is reached re Tapia.
This infomation was given by Hawker/Sara Creek as the holding company was previously known at the time of the deal.

Like I have said a lot of the articles you have done proves that books written on share trading and reading the fundamentals in a company will not work if the company tells lies. We as private investor have not got a chance unless we have sites like this that can bring to are attention these people and companies. You will not be able to get everyone but it helps to now the things that am going on like the scouts say be prepared. I have dumped a load of stocks and will never invest in certain companies associated with certain people based on once bitten theory, anyway Well done.:)
