On December 5, I was lambasted by Bulletin Board Morons for being beastly to ValiRX (VAL) – the 0.285p in the middle (down by 98% under current management). Apparently I did not understand the science.

I was offered the opportunity to participate it the placing, but declined, even though it would have qualified for a 30% discount (effective purchase price 0.14p/share) through EIS tax reliefs. The company really should be listed under paper and printing, rather than pharmaceuticals.
I suppose the only comfort for shareholders, is that this time around, at least the well paid directors have dipped into their wallets (albeit not in a big way).

BTW, they were looking to raise up to £2M, so the take up appears to have been very poor (not surprisingly).
