All things Quindell in this Bearcast. Congratulations to the morons. You are only 90% down now. Enjoy your day of gloating. Now back to reality and I deal with Tosca, The Daily Mail, PWC and have some more shocking revelations about Biosign in this podcast.

90% down? I’m 50% up, in on this at an average of 45p, meanwhile shorters are getting hammered. Can expect another day of gains tomorrow, not sure why you’re calling people morons for investing at bargain basement prices. For those of us that have made a killing on this so far, there seems little moronic about it, and even if there was, it’s just rude to call people morons even if they are making/have made poor investment choices.

I’ve watched this QPP story from the sidelines for some time. It seems like you can warn people until you are blue in the face but you go on LSE, like today, and the QPP board seems to be filled with people throwing themselves at this share like it’s got the Lynx effect.
Why would anybody want to even take a chance here, even with no RT? I find it really bizarre.
lolwhut?
Blah, blah, blah. Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit.
(I haven’t listened to a single word, nor do I need to and nor have I ever, or ever will listen to any of your bearcasts). The facts speak for themselves in the case of QPP.
You are completely full of toxic shit.
Please “Man Up” and admit you were following coat tails, got way too cocky and forgot to jump off the bandwagon.
Diabel
I agree your still vindicated. This ain’t a sufficient rise to be meaningful. However, the fact that a serious hedge fund is willing to put their money where qpp shares are is hugely significant and can’t be ignored. I wouldn’t guarantee or assume any outcome. Therefore the fact that you dogmatically guarantee administration was and remains a foolish error as if they survive your credibility will be fatally impaired. Who will then bother with shareprophets once you got your key case study so obviously wrong? And it would be much worst. How many private investors sold out because of your multiple bearcasts of repeated doom and gloom? No doubt you’ll need to apologise! I doubt your ready to even consider such an outcome. That said your tone of voice was different in this Bearcast. I sensed even you recognised deep down you might be wrong although the Mossad would be well placed to do the vocal analysis. Yes, it’s a given this fund has made errors. Hopefully unlike rob terry they learn from there mistakes. Whose perfect except for your analysis? And finally since AIM is so corrupt I suspect this fund already knows the outcome of PcW’s review. Disagree? Wait for the RNS. It will more good then bad. Then I’ll be back – and push to the limits – your willingness to publish hostile posts.

Remember back to late November when QPP had a “dead-cat” bounce went and up to 90p.
A quote from jptop7 on LSE BB 25 November 2014
“Seems everyone is changing the view on Qpp . Its obvious that this is a new beginning.”
One of jptop7 many posts today 7 January 2015
“Sorry guys all out of cayman sauce and mini cub burgers are going low . I heard at the party that Tom is the new Dick. I think everyone should tweet the disgrace that a so called tipster should try to send everyone the wrong way I mean to get it so wrong my dog even told me to buy qpp he is smart he refused to eat out of a restaurant unless its got a score of at least 2”.
.
Good luck to jptop7 he gets nothing wrong and always right!!! Worth reading his posts…no true analysis just a ramper ..likely connected to Quindell.

This was the BB post I have seen today
Nillionaire on LSE BB
“Yes…the shorters have made money…at the expense of Rob T who built a £3 billion industry from nothing, his two fellow board directors who are now out of work, an RAC deal that would have employed another 200 staff, caused misery for over 1000 private share holders who invested in the fundamentals of this business, trashed the name of Cannaccord, cast aspersions on KVMC’s integrity, reduced the moral of the QPP staff over Xmas implying they would not get paid nor have a job to return to.
The shorts took 11% of the stock, sold it into the market backed up by a now proven libel report and an army of trolls.
Remind me again what the shorters contributed during this whole affair?
What did Britain and the investing public get from this short attack again? I’m struggling to find one positive.
They sat of their backsides, cast aspersions on anything that moved and flicked a few menus on their screen. That should put the ‘great’ back into Britain again.”
They worship Mr Robert Terry like a god. He has done nothing wrong it is all Gotham, TW and Robles fault!
You have to laugh.
Sherlock
Love the QPP fiasco now that there is so little to watch on television, though I have to say I would find the posts on the LSE board more entertaining if I could understand the generally substandard command of the english language exhibited there. Maybe it is my intrinsic belief in the potential of the human spirit but I refuse to believe that even 1 in 5 of the posters on LSE are really as stupid as they have made out, or hold shares in the company they so tediously bleat on about.
Abdiel
“You have to laugh.”
Yep u do. Its only when theres a couple of days of admittedly big rises that the QPP bulls have the false confidence to post here again with their irrelevant arguments.
True if you had bought at the recent low of 31 ish p you have made a killing. But im sure 99% of qpp owners are not in that position.
This is the end game, take advantage of the bounce, SELL! get what you can back .
I will say I am currently short, and wish I had sold earlier, but I’ll ride this (I like most am still quids in) and depending on next couple of days looking to double
dasv
time for another QPP bb moron comp?
anon
TW any chance of doing a piece on the pump & dump shares/posters doing the rounds at the moment ? Needs to be brought to attention – mbo is a case in point today

One of the best posts I have – you start to ask questions about QPP Board of Directors.
by addicknt A Genuine Question
“Try not to jump down my throat, but I wondered what your view of the following is:
Undoubtedly, the directors will have been in possession of at least a draft report from PwC and in all likelihood, they may well have completed their task. It is possible that it contains good news, equally, it may not. In any event it is quite clearly of major significance to all shareholders.
The sp has risen significantly over the past few days and the question I have is, ‘does not a False Market currently exist for this share?’
If the report is good news, the sp is undervalued by a significant amount and the converse is also true. People are investing here at the moment (or due to extreme caution, not investing) whilst the directors are in possession of news of huge significance. In other words, folk are making decisions whilst being totally in the dark.
Given the 100% rise in the sp, at what stage will the BoD be forced to reveal the contents of the report? Surely, we can’t be too far away from the Exchange demanding an explanation?
This is not a de-ramp, or anything like it. I’m merely concerned that in the technical terms of the market, does a False Market exist?”
I feel for this person, clearly gets jumped on by the “rampers” when ever asks some logical questions. Some very pertinent questions of BoD at QPP.
Clearly the BBs are full of “rampers” who believe they are investors. An investor would not worry about share price over short period of time. These “rampers” are glued to their screens and typing rubbish.

This all happened before with TIG. Just like with TIG, I suspect Quindell will survive in some form, all the key players will leave with a boatload of money, and despite the terrible smell emanating from a lot of these deals, nobody will get investigated or go to jail, because this the UK we’re talking about – where ever you work, not rocking the boat is job #1. I even wonder if in a few years we will see Rob Terry emerge to try his luck yet again.
