By Robert Sutherland Smith | Tuesday 7 January 2014

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. British Land (BLND) shares are attractive at 621p with longer term, lower cost borrowing, solidly supported by property assets beckon investors as QE wanes, property price rise and fears of asset inflation increases.
