I'm In Agony as All my IQE Shares are Sold Before the Results In Today
Hello, Share Squanderers. It’s likely that by the time you read this perspiration-soaked missive that I’ll be in a desperate mood of sadness. Or it might be that I am mightily relieved. That is because yesterday I made a last-minute sale of the rest of my IQE (IQE) shares.

Biome Technologies – following bullshit earnings trading update, how are the results?
On a July trading update from Biome Technologies (BIOM) I concluded it does now look to be becoming more interesting and, ahead of results, is now on the watchlist. The shares have subsequently approached 250p, but are currently more than 7% lower at 230p on the back of results for the first half of 2017…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - BNN shareholders take it up the Arsenal
Links with Arsenal, massive cash burn, China, always missing goals (like the Arse) - that was BNN Technology (BNN), shares in which have been suspended today along with its CEO and China boss. I look at BNN in detail plus Telit (TCM), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) after my weekend pieces HERE and HERE. I cover Blenheim (BNR) after its joke RNS today and also the dog Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) after its latest spoof. The Mrs says my headline is crude & arguably homophobic, but I know you will love it and it is not if you take it in context.

Blancco Technology – following April cash warning & July receivables warning, what now?!
On the back of a “Q3 Trading Update, Cash Flow Review and Funding” announcement in April, I warned on shares in Blancco Technology (BLTG), updating in July – with they slipping below 120p – that I retained a lack of confidence in what is going on here and thus also a stance of bargepole/sell. There’s now a “Updates on revenue and management” announcement, seeing the shares slump well below 100p…

Winner of the Bulletin Board Moron of the Week contest - sponsored by Roger Lawson-endorsed Purplebricks: Prize the right to fire Darren Atwater
We had a lot of great entries this week for the Bulletin Board Moron contest. Apparently, all you need to do is give a desirable prize and people enter. And the prize this week is...? Oh, dear.

Being wrong is a choice, staying wrong is not
Monetary policy influences all financial markets as well as the cycles in the economy and no US president wants to have to run for re-election when the stock market and economy are turning down.

BNN Technology – another China disaster: shares suspended as are CEO and COO, CFO walks
Lucian Miers can be heard singing in the bath this morning as shares in BNN Technology (BNN) have been suspended. In the last year alone the shares have dived from over 160p per share to the suspension price of 41p, at which its market capitalisation was still a whopping £94 million. Do the maths, at peak price that’s something like £360 million.

Sign the Petition and get Jim Mellon's AIM dog Condor Gold put out of business
Social Justice campaigners SumofUs have taken on mining giants before and, as Newmont discovered, won. Now the campaigners want perennially cash strapped AIM dog mining minnow Condor Gold (CNR), which is backed by my old friend Jim Mellon, stopped from abusing and bullying Nicaraguan peasants as it tries to develop the low grade La India mine. 64,467 folks (including me, sorry Jim) have already signed the petition. SumofUs does not hold back in its critique...

Hunting - just a shocking reward for failure for ex CEO Dennis Proctor
A hat tip to ShareSoc's Mark Bentley for flagging up the case of Dennis Proctor, the former CEO of oil services group Hunting (HTG), whose "retirement" is a total scandal.

The Andalas Dilemma: Shareholders are caught between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea
The only real question at AIM Casino uber dog Andalas Energy (ADL) is who exactly is the devil? On the one hand there is the incumbent board led by disgraced Dave Whitby and on the other hand you have a shareholder action group set up by the colourful Brokerman Dan (Levi). In the old days of the Troubles those prisoners in Northern Ireland who were not operating alongside fellows such as the blood stained murdering bastard Gerry Adams, were referred to as "ordinary decent criminals" or ODCs.

Persevere with Persimmon, People and You may Perceive your Share Price Build
Hello, Share Twisters. Two months ago I commended the big builder Persimmon (PSN) to your attention. The share price then was about 2220p. As I write, it’s 2636p. But there is further to rise, I fancy.

New Bulletin Board Moron of the Week contest - sponsored by Roger Lawson endorsed Purplebricks: Prize the right to fire Darren Atwater
Sometimes for routine incompetence but more normally for attempting to publish the sort of money tree worship inspired fake news that should be the preserve of the BBC and the Guardian, pizza hardman Darren Atwater gets fired at least once a week by ShareProphets. Naturally he is reinstated almost immediately. The winner of this week's BBM Contest gets to fire Darren next Monday by mail or in person. What a prize!

Etaireia Investments: Bloom, Collier and Fattal – what on earth could go wrong?
No great surprise that after hours on the last possible day, Etaireia Investments (NEX:ETIP) put out its year-end results. It’s also no great surprise that they were shockingly poor but it is worth highlighting one particularly disappointing aspect as it looks very similar to the 2014/2015 fraud and I wonder if history is repeating itself.

LSL buys into Yopa. Bad news for PurpleBricks, or bad news for traditional Estate Agents?
One RNS caught my eye amongst the plethora of after-hours announcements on Friday evening. At 6.05pm AIM-listed LSL Property (LSL) was pleased to announce (so why at 6.05pm on a Friday?) a strategic investment in an online hybrid estate agent.

Top Boffin slams UK Oil & Gas analysis as "fundamentally flawed" - new dossier
I have reported before on the work of top geologist Dr David K. Smythe. Last time we carried his work of the various Weald basin drill programmes including Horse Hill & Broadford Bridge Andrew Bell of Regency Mines (RGM) "played the man" as well as the ball and slammed his analysis. I note Regency has been selling down its position not buying and so judge it by its actions not its words. Now we have a new detailed dossier on Horse Hill.

Silver to Outshine Gold In A Major Way
Fund manager Matt Geiger thinks we were in a consolidation period of this precious metals bull market for the past year. He doesn’t see much downside from here. It’s been a relatively healthy period for investors to get into the market. In terms of the gold price we are more likely to reach $1400 than to see $1200 again, he argues.

What scandals are the London Stock Exchange so desperate to hide - the disciplining of Nomad ZAI
There was a High Court Ruling this week which concerns attempts by the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and AIM to discipline the firm of ZAI Corporate Finance, a Nomad, or retained adviser, to firms on the AIM casino. The big question here is what dirty linen the Stock Exchange is desperate to hide. I should declare at this juncture that I am an expert witness in this case.

Levrett: Where’s this goddamn RTO and what about the bloody accounts?!
I don’t normally comment on the ongoing delays of the potential RTO’s of Sub-Standard Shocker XI members as I would be writing on the topic every week but the Levrett (LVRT) story throws up another angle, namely the total disregard to the obligation to announce results; so without a Nomad to enforce compliance with listing obligations, I thought I’d see if I would have any luck.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The Trade of the week was to buy Telit, this is insanity
The trade of the week was to buy shares in AIM listed fraud du jour Telit Communications (TCM) at 105p. I discuss why this is not a sensible strategy although it paid off last week and when it will end in tears. The podcast also covers Rose Petroleum (ROSE) the sort of utter crap that is all too common on the AIM Casino. I look at where Rose is heading and it is more compost bin than walled garden. Warning this barcast contains some bad language.
