Supply@Me Capital – why doesn’t it comply with UK disclosure requirements over stock loans taken out by its CEO? And as for the FCA!!!!!
Today marks the repayment date for the loan to Stock Loan Solutions LLC over 778,571,429 Supply@ME Capital (SYME) SYME shares. So far there has been no RNS issued about whether Alessandro Zamboni has repurchased the shares or as is much likely simply let the deal lapse as in reality, I suspect that Stock Loan Solutions LLC sold its shares years ago at much higher prices than today.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Martin Sorrell screws up again – yet another profits warning from S4 Capital
"Resigned" from his last job at WPP after a scandal involving claims about expenses and a £300 hooker, Sir Martin Sorrell is still the BBC’s go to man as a great and the good fellow to opine on matters such as Brexit (bad), global warming (man made) and being a business visionary. Shares in his latest venture S4 Capital (SFOR) were 800p 22 months ago. They are now 116p after yet another dire profits warning. I wonder of the visionary foresaw that?- By Tom Winnifrith |

Ariana – Exploration News At Kizilcukur: Another Step In The Right Direction
AIM-listed Ariana Resources (AAU) continued its recent spate of good news this morning with an update over the Kizilcukur project, a satellite Gold and Silver deposit in its 23.5% held Kiziltepe sector. A resource infill and extension drilling programme has commenced following receipt of forestry permits and an airborne survey as the company aims for a revised 3D model.- By Nigel Somerville |

The Black Horse is Stuck in its Starting Stall, but a Gallop Ahead Seems Overdue
Hello Share Stumpers. Where possible this old punter will try to find promising penny shares for you to look at. And one such cheapo, believe it or not, is the mighty Lloyds Bank (LLOY). A few months ago the shares were only 50p a throw. Now they’re not even at that lowly level. A poor statistic for a Footsie stalwart, don't you think?- By Malcolm Stacey |

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Ben's Creek target price 0p
I start by asking who would pay £5,000 to hear Nick Leeson talk. And they say crime does not pay. Apparently he day trades Avacta (AVCT) which says it all. Then, prompted by Gary's piece today, I explain why I reckon Ben's Creek (BEN) is a zero.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Thungela offers good upside potential from here as I don't expect coal prices to drop lower in the medium term - buy
Although I follow the mining sector in general fairly closely, coal isn’t one of the commodities which has ever interested me that much, but despite that, I can see the appeal of Thungela Resources (TGA) at the moment.- By Gary Newman |

Having a think about markets whilst having my now and again coffee at Dunelm
I have become a bit of a fan over the last year or so of Dunelm (DNLM). Sadly - despite my alleged investment knowledge and capability - I failed to buy the shares a year or so ago and hence missed out on an approximately 30% share price rise (and a 3.5% odd dividend yield), but I have at least learnt that the company offers an excellent coffee shop location.- By Chris Bailey of Financial Orbit |

The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Tries To Push Higher
Gold closed the week at $1961 – up $7 on last week’s $1954, but after having peaked at over $1980 before slipping back a little. Will it have another go at getting back over $2,000 imminently? Who knows?! But from where I sit, the pressure seems to be building.- By Nigel Somerville |

MediaZest Trading Statement – All That Is Wrong With AIM!
AIM-listed MediaZest (MDZ) offered up a trading update on Wednesday. It was, of course, full of good things – or, at least, good things for the unsuspicious – but there was an obvious lack of anything which I would be looking for, such as cash levels or indications of profitability – or lack thereof. It was all that is wrong with AIM.- By Nigel Somerville |

Billington Holdings – likely upcoming trading catalysts to see the shares regain previous highs?...
A most recent, 6th June, announcement from structural steel and construction safety company Billington Holdings (BILN) included that “2023 has started positively… we have a robust business with significant momentum”. However, the shares, having reached above 450p in April, have since fallen back to a 330p offer price. We believe that there are the likely upcoming trading catalysts to see the shares regain those previous highs again.- By HotStockRockets |
