Premaitha at 10.6p worth 18p says FinnCap - new research note
The fragrant Alice Lane, a foxy young brokerette who apparently I once reduced to tears by being so beastly, is this morning disseminating the latest FinnCap note on Premaitha (NIPT) to clients. Since it is bullish I am happy to make it up to Alice by exposing this high quality research to a wider audience, especially since we own more than a few shares. By way of balance i should say that FinnCap is house broker and therefore utterly partial and you can feel free to ignore every word of this report.

Tern – another question for the directors
Tom Winnifrith asked a few questions earlier this morning as to why there was so little disclosure in the FY16 Accounts of AIM-listed Tern plc (TERN) in relation to the financial performance of its flagship investee company Device Authority Ltd, especially since Device Authority represents almost 100% of Tern’s investment portfolio. I have another question: why does it appear that Tern is paying the audit fees of Device Authority?

Hayward Tyler – second half weighting, though not ‘as expected’…
An update from engineering group Hayward Tyler (HAYT) commences that, “as expected”, there is proving to be a second half weighting “with aggregate order intake of £24.3 million secured in the four months to 31 January 2017… and a significant increase in the order book to £52.2 million”. Sounds promising… but what? “The board now anticipates reporting lower revenue for the financial year ending 31 March 2017”?!?...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Why reading the LSE Asylum is not research, it is mad bad and dangerous
A reader has lost money and blames the LSE Asylum. I hate all Bulletin Boards and their operators and explain why - they encourage theft from me. But the LSE Asylum is unique: it is a nest of ramping vipers and free speech deniers and, as such, it is mad, bad and dangerous for your wealth.

The Pirate Pete Landau, going to jail, winning Bulletin Board Moron of the week is...
As you can see HERE there were many half decent entries in last week's contest but the winner is a stand out and is, natch, from the LSE Asylum. Did you know that on that Asylum it has been arranged so that you cannot provide a link to an article on this website? Yup not only is it rampers only but you cannot even link to a counter point of view. Je suis LSE eh? So the winning entry is spotted by Juicin and is ( from the Cloudtag (CTAG) thread natch):

BREAKING: Teathers Financial shocker: Nilesh Jagatia - Show Me The Money!
The way that shareholders' cash was pissed away on corporate jollies & semi clad young ladies by the former board of Teathers Financial (TEA) has already been documented fully here. But documents have now fallen into my possession, here at Winnileaks, which ask even bigger questions about FD Nilesh Jagatia who is pro tem, still FD at AIM-listed Inspirit (INSP) and Octagonal (OCT). After this bombshell I wonder for how long.

FRAUD Cloudtag - why did its PR advisers Tavistock resign the account?
Normally PR firms, being so utterly 100% morally bankrupt, only resign an account for an AIM PLC if the client can't pay its bills. Just now and again a PR firm finds a client so utterly fraudulent that to protect its own reputation, it walks - think the FRAUD African Potash for instance. And so that brings us to the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG).

Tern Plc – A question for Tern Directors...
Given that Device Authority Limited represents almost 100% of Tern’s (TERN) investment portfolio and thus is very material to investment performance and its share price why is there so little financial disclosure about the performance of Device Authority in accounts of Tern Plc? In terms of potential excuses that Tern might offer;

Cloudtag – Does Amit Ben Haim really have the Midas touch?
Many of the Cloudtag (CTAG) Bulletin Board Morons believe that Amit Ben Haim has the Midas touch. However, just like many entrepreneurs not all he touches turns to gold, as the following four companies’ filings at Companies House show.

The Unilever Kraft Marriage is Off - but for How Long?
Hello Share Trouncers. We’ve already discussed the likelihood of take-overs of big British firms now that we have a low pound following the Brexit vote. An example is Unilever (ULVR) and Kraft Heinz. So now let’s look at the Unilever situation more closely.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest sponsored by (soon to be) jailbird Pirate Pete Landau
Over the weekend I published documents and articles such as this one which make it clear that Pirate Pete Landau may well soon be about to "go to jail, do not pass Go, do not steal another £200 from shareholders, Go direct to jail." But say what you want about the Pirate he knew how to play Bulletin Board Morons. His chat up line by email to any moron who contacted him went like this:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the lunacy of PC Aviva & 3 Stockmarket Red Flags
In today's podcast I look at the new rules Aviva is implemententing in the name of gender equality. They are not needed and are bad news for all concerned. It is yet another sign of how Britain is losing the plot on capitalism. I then offer up three clear signs that we are at a market top and why it pays to be very wary.

Stuttard’s Septic Seven – February update: oh dear!
ShareProphets has Red Flagged quite a few companies on AIM, but as we all know there is no problem of fraud on the world’s most successful growth market. This is why we created a diversified portfolio of Casino stocks for AIM head honcho and Sham Sheriff, Mr Marcus Stuttard, to invest his own cash and thereby demonstrate his complete faith in his team of oxymorons at AIM Regulation. With the portfolio heading towards the end of its fifth month, here is the latest update – and it is not a pretty sight.

Spot the Difference No 2: Aidan Earley v Doug Ware
A tougher second puzzle for the day. I’m not one to buy into the conspiracy theory that Aidan and Doug are one and the same but recent antics by Aidan on his blog show that they are very much hewn from the same cloth.

Video: Darren Winters' evil Mrs Tatjana reckons cancer is down to bad thoughts - but she can help cure it
The evil Mrs of charlatan and snake oil salesman Darren Winters lied to a judge the other day saying that I was not a reliable witness and that she was planning legal action against me. Methinks not darling. The scale of just how wicked Tatjana Winters is can now be revealed as she, like her husband, prays on the vulnerable and desperate once again.

Tern – FY16 results: how hard are the numbers?
AIM-listed investment company Tern plc (TERN) released its results for calendar 2016 on Friday. On the face of it the numbers, delivered with commendable speed, were excellent and with the shares up by 14.5% on the day the market seemed to like what it saw. But I wonder just how hard the numbers really are.

Spot the Difference No 1: Mark Gustafson v Arsene Wenger
I used to love scouring my mum’s monthly ‘Puzzler’ magazine for the Spot the Difference puzzles trying to find the extra seagull in the beach scene or the additional letter poking out of the postman’s bag on the high street. So I thought I’d offer up a bit of Sunday fun with a couple of my own, although admittedly, this one is a tad easier than the second one.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: In (partial) defence of Colin Bird at Xtract Resources
This will not make me popular. If you want to see me going for someone who really deserves it I stick the boot into the war criminal and Brexit denier Tony Blair in a podcast on Tom Winnifrith.com HERE. As to Colin Bird of Xtract Resources (XTR) which we own thanks to the blinding stupidity of Gary Newman & Steve Moore, the lynch mob is out after last week's hugely discounted placing. I am not defending my friend Colin entirely, nor am I tipping the shares, but I think some folks are not giving him credit for some of what he has done to rescue a company that was bust and are not putting his actions in context as I explain in full.
