Cloudtag - no forced clarifying statement for 5 days, now another one is needed
In an article earlier today by Nigel Somerville, we raised the question of how and when Cloudtag (CTAG) incurred £50,000 of costs on the issue of the first part of Tranche 2 of the L1 loan notes and whether it was an additional fees levied for the restructuring the L1 Loan notes. Since this fraud and its hapless Nomad Cairn have not been forced to put out a statement clarifying prior deceptions for five whole days, I fear its time for another one. You see...

Today's Advent Reading is from The Book of Earley Chapter 11 Verses 2-7
Lo and it came to pass that Jesus and his followers were travelling in the land known as Norfolk to the small town of Banstead. And as they entered the town they encountered a man who told all that he was of great faith.

Photo article: Sefton AGM today? Er..when? Where is the notice?
The word on the street is that the AGM of Sefton Resources (SER) is to be held today at the Essex offices of ADVFN PLC (AFN) - the head honchos at both company's being the same. Flip flop Ben Turney, who now owns almost 13% of the stock says that ADVFN boss Clem Chambers has slammed the phone down on him as he tried to confirm this.

Cloudtag: An Open Letter to Cairn Financial - when will you quit as Nomad? Now?
It is an open secret in the City that Cairn Financial will, at some stage, cease to act as Nomad for Cloudtag (CTAG). And given that the AIM listed company has lied to investors on a serial basis and also committed securities fraud no other Nomad will take this account on. As such, when Cairn quits, the shares will be suspended and a month later booted off AIM. That will preclude any more fund raisings and so will mean shareholders lose everything as the company goes bust. This situation is unfair on investors and so I have written to Cairn. That is because I am just a nice guy.

CloudTag – draws first half of Tranche 2, but where did £50k expenses come from?
After last week’s “cleansing” RNS which saw the previous suspension finally lifted, you would have thought that there were no further little surprises to come from AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG). So imagine my surprise at reading yesterday’s RNS announcing the drawdown of the latest lump of cash from L1: just where did £50,000 of expenses come from?

Naughty Naughty: Jim Mellon slipping out that news of a half a million quid loss on Master Investor in Christmas Week
Oh dear. Oh dear. I do really worry that my old friend Jim Mellon is not finding the asset stripping of certain media assets that I created that much fun. He keeps on saying that his, me-too, piss poor investor show is profitable but the numbers speak for themselves. At this rate surely he is going to get bored of blowing half a million quid a year and the Master Investor show, now with morally bankrupt PR disaster zone Steffi running the joke sales effort, must be likely to be closed down very soon indeed. The bad news was snuck out to Companies House so late it attracted a fine for poor Jim, pm 15 December when no-one was watching. Except me.

Canadian Overseas is a good example of why you should manage risk
It never ceases to amaze me just how much some are prepared to risk on very high risk AIM companies where the odds are against them, and this is a sure-fire way to quickly see all of your money go up in smoke!

Santa Could Come Early to This Glittering Store as Its Shares Might Fly
Hello Share Scramblers. While its beginning to look a lot like Christmas, B&M (BME) the cheapie store is beginning to look like a reasonable punt to me. The full name is B&M European Retail, by the way.

Mkango Resources – LIARS claim “company transforming transaction”. Is it feck.
An announcement from now AIM as well as Canada-listed POS (as there were insufficient mug punters left in Canada), Mkango Resources (MKA) includes news of “a placing of 12,857,124 common shares at 3.5 UK pence per common share”. But wait a maple leafed minute, the June AIM Admission Document included that “working capital will be sufficient for at least the 12 months following Admission”!

After 2017, is there going to be a Europe to actually to leave?
The EU and the euro project have been an economic disaster for all participants, including Germany, which will eventually be forced to write off the hard-earned savings she has lent to other Eurozone members. We know, with absolute certainty that the euro will self-destruct and the Eurozone will disintegrate, only the timing is debatable. We know this for one reason above all, the political class and the ECB are guided by economic beliefs mascarading as theory which will guarantee this outcome. Furthermore, they insist on using bogus statistics that are used to reinforce inappropriate and illegal policies.

Video of convicted criminal Aidan Earley on Faith & Money
Convicted felon Aidan Earley who is banned from being a company director last week fessed up to intimate involvement in Worthington (WRN), the fraud now being run by an administrator. He also libelled me suggesting, inter alia, that I may have been involved in a £40 million insurance scam and fire even though CCTV and other documentary evidence shows that was not the case. So what makes Aidan tick. Watch him in action at a UK Investor show and judge for yourself...

Five hot share tips for just £5 - starts Monday 7.45 AM (TODAY!): Don't miss out!
On Friday we published an update on a tip from a few months ago. We tipped the shares at a 4.25p offer, they are now 6.75p to sell so that is not a bad return for 5 months work. BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH! The shares are still cheap and we won't be advising selling till they are 8p or more which they will be very soon.
