And where is the company website? And what about those Related Party receivables which were subject to an audit qualification of opinion?

Friday saw AIM-listed e-marketplace play Cloudbuy (CBUY) announce that it had drawn down a further £1 million under its funding package with 11% shareholder Mr Roberto Sella. This follows the original drawing of £3.3 million back in April under a funding package of up to £5.75 million. Unfortunately it seems that cashburn remains a problem, and one wonders how long the new £1 million (and the remaining £1.4 million available under the deal) will last before the company has to get out the begging bowl.

Naturally it is the Cloudtag (CTAG) morons who provided us with the most sport in the week gone by. But in case you think that Cloudtag threads are the only place to search for lunacy - other than comments by our very own Wildes on his beloved LGO Energy & FastJet - think again. There are always those holding golden tickets in Worthington (WRN) who know who is to blame for its problems: criminal Tom Winnifrith. Recent share tip, Sanderson Group (SND) has announced results for its year ended 30^th September 2016 and, chatting to management, they remain conscious of macroeconomic risk but doesn’t currently detect any loss of confidence in the company’s areas of focus and are confident of making further progress.

We tipped Red Rock (RRR) just a week or so ago at a 0.50p offer. it is now 0.7p bid so the gain is 40% so far. Results for the year to June 30th were out on Friday and start with a comment from marmite Andrew Bell:

This is beyond satire. On Friday night, as it does every night, the UKLA published via RNS its list of companies subject to potential bids and guess what? Worthington is still there. Worthington as in the company where an administrator has now been appointed and a first gazette published? Yes that is the one. But it gets better.

I have never been a fan of Purecircle (PURE), particularly in 2012/13 when its shares rose six-fold from £1 to £6 on hugely overblown dreams of the potential of its plant based sweetener product to replace sugar and cure America of its obesity problem.

We tipped Obtala (OBT) at an 8p offer and the shares are now 19p bid which values the company at c$60 million - we use dollars for the sake of convenience. But news after hours yesterday makes the shares still cheap! we spoke to chairman Miles Pelham on Thursday night and this is exciting.
