Now it is the Daily Telegraph lifting our (old) stories without attribution: fraudster Rob Terry's vineyard

A couple of days ago I noted how the lamentable London Evening Standard had lifted a cynical bear story from five days previously without attribution and claimed it as its own breaking news. But the Standard is not the only lazy worthless paper on Fleet Street. We now have an even more blatant pinch and this time it is the Daily Telegraph in the dock. No wonder sales of MSM publications are plunging if they run stories that were reported elsewhere on September 27 as their own breaking news on 29 October? This is the tale of Quindell fraudster Rob Terry and his new vineyard funded by the Quob park ponzi.

Notes from Underground: Save your money, CEO

I'd like to flag up this story, AIM PLCs ...Trying to bully this website will be your biggest mistake, at #15.

LAST DAY to order free copies of Tom Winnifrith e-books

A slight tweak in the ShareProphets business model means that as of November 1st nearly all, of the e-books that I have penned will no longer be available for free on this website - you will have to buy them on Amazon. So you have just TODAY to get free copies of titles such as "The 49 Golden Rules of making Money from Shares" as well as the 49 Red Flags book and the book Ben Flip Flop Turney and I produced on how to value oil, gas and mining shares. The same applies to Zak Mir's crap e-book on charting.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Crooked Hillary, insider dealing and the Mrs fiasco

In this podcast I look at the Hillary Clinton bombshell and what it means for the election and shares, something I cover in more detail HERE. Then, for the benefit of Paul Scott, I set the record straight on ShareSoc - I have every right to say it should not get the taxpayer cash it demands. Then I explain insider dealing and the difference between how I treated Reach4Entertainment (R4E) and Cyan (CYAN). Finally I suggest that heads must roll at Northland over the Management Resource Solutions (MRS) scandals.

EFH – looking to make a welcome return?

It was good to see AIM-listed med-tech play Angle (AGL) announce that its CEO, Mr Andrew Newland, had successfully seen his sale-and-repurchase deal with Equities First Holdings LLC (EFH) mature at the end of its term, and that the 1.35 million shares involved were safely back in his mitts. Shareholders in Angle will welcome this – but so, it seems, does EFH. So pleased, in fact, that EFH itself released an RNS in celebration.

Management Resource Solutions - another nightmare for AIM emerges

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has been a stock much ramped by the usual suspects and its shares have flown until last Thursday when they were suspended pending clarification of its financial position. The next day the CEO and founder was fired. But we can reveal that the CEO Paul Morffew claims this is a stitch up and, as a 20% shareholder is prepared to fight back. This has the potential to be another major AIM scandal given that it was less than two months ago that £2.8 million was raised at 10.5p. Nomad and co broker Northland is refusing to answer calls and its position now looks untenable.

Tom Winnifrith - an apology to all readers

I owe every single reader of ShareProphets an apology. I mean this most sincerely and am deeply repentant for I have sinned. I hope that old father Stacey will this weekend pray for my soul and I ask each one of you for forgiveness. So here goes...

DIS

Distil – half-year results, banking gains correct?

Having recommended shares in drinks brand owner Distil (DIS) on the subscription Nifty Fifty website last year at a 0.9p offer price, we last month opted to bank gains at a 1.35p bid. The following reviews on the back of results from the company for the six months ended 30th September 2016…

Stuttard’s Septic Seven update: off to a flier!

If Marcus Stuttard, the Sham Sheriff of AIM, really believes that the Casino is properly regulated, we think he should put some of his own money where his complacent mouth is by investing in a portfolio of companies which would demonstrate his confidence in his team of Oxymorons at AIM Regulation. We are such nice guys here at ShareProphets that we have helpfully compiled a beautifully diversified portfolio for him. We, ahem, AIM to please. With the original list having been complied on 29 Sept 2016, here is our first update, one month on – and it is off to a flier!

Optibiotix - a series of updates but not the fireworks folks wanted, BUT!

OptiBiotix Health (OPTI) has served up an update which is good but not the sort of fireworks investors were hoping for. As a result the shares closed at 61.5p-63p on the day which is, to say the least, disappointing. They are now 63p-66p which is better but still both disappointing and far too low.

How the US Election is Stifling Our Share Prices.

Hello Share Twiddlers. You may have noticed the Dow Jones indicator has been very sluggish lately. It just cannot break through its recent all-time highs above 18,500. As usual, lots of high sounding reasons are trotted out, all based on domestic economics and global forces. But these might be the-so-called experts showing off.

A hot share tip TODAY at 2.30PM for just a fiver... every dog has its day

Our share tip of the month is out on Friday at 2.30PM and some people who are close to the action reckon it could be a ten bagger. We do not make such claims and historically it has been a right old dog but we really do expect the shares to race ahead. You can catch that tip for just £5 HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: sticking it to Big Gob, Justin the Clown, The Rule Breaker Whitby and the dog Andalas

This podcast is not just about the dog with fleas that is Andalas (ADL) and the motley crew of low life and fools associated with it. I also cover Highlands Natural (HNR), Mayan (MYN) and ADVFN (AFN) for whom I have a question. It is not exactly the most blue chip of selections today is it?  The hot tip for a fiver I mentioned can be accessed .HERE

Blenheim Natural Resources – trouble at t’mill

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. There’s trouble brewing at AIM-listed Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) in the wake of a total disaster at the company’s AGM. In an RNS released yesterday at 3.19pm (HERE) the company announced that every single one of the resolutions put to the AGM were rejected. Thus, following the departure of Chris Cleverly of African Potash (AFPO) infamy, two further directors have been ousted as their retirement by rotation became permanent as shareholders voted down their re-election.

Obtala - stance upgrade though we are almost 100% ahead on this share tip

We first tipped this one at an 8.25p offer. But shares in Obtala (OBT) now trade at 15.5p-15.75p on the back of yet more evidence that new boss Miles Pelham really is delivering.

Evening Standard: Lifting ShareProphets stories without attribution - dick sucking

Lazy journalists on a local paper that thinks it is a national clearly read this website and are happy to lift our stories without attribution. Hence on 23rd October, Cynical Bear ran the "Challenger Suck Dick" scoop HERE. Four days later this is presented as news in the woeful City gossip column of the piss poor Evening Standard. Natch there is no attribution... the Standard would not want its readers to know where it gets its old news dressed up as news from would it?

FRAUD African Potash - now 56 days since it promised to sue Tom Winnifrith for libel - new Peter Hain caption contest

It is now 56 days since AIM listed FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) demanded that I write it a blank cheque, pull all my articles on it and never write about it again...or else. The Or else was a promise to sue me for libel but Potash knows that it is a FRAUD and that it would be destroyed by the disclosure process. The senior NED at Potash is sleazey Labour peer Lord Peter Hain. We have another photo of the loathsome toad in action. Please post your captions for our latest Lord Hain sleaze contest photo in the comments section below. The deadline for entries is midnight Friday. Do your worst...
