Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - at absolutely every level Big Dave Lenigas talks bollocks on Twitter

In today's podcast i look at tweets from Big Dave Lenigas which at every level would, in the US, see him heading for the cell next to the one being prepared for Tesla's Elon Musk. He just cannot substantiate what he is saying. I then look at Pantheon Resources (PANR), have a question about May 25 2019 and the Horse Hill Woodlarks walk, at Condor Gold (CNR), one of Jim Mellon's dogs, at Imaginatik (IMTK) at what price would I buy for Vin Murria? Finally there is a detailed look at Marechale Capital (MAC) a true AIM Casino POS. The goat milking video to which I refer is HERE and the latest Hovel photos are HERE

AERO

Strat Aero – a tacit admission that it will be out of cash within months

AIM Cesspit poster boy Strat Aero (AERO) has today announced that it has upped its stake in Gyrometric Systems Limited from 36.9% to 57.7% by issuing £273,000 “worth” of worthless pieces of confetti ( 23.8 million shares). Whoopie do.

TRCS

Tracsis – “expected to be ahead of market expectations”, but enough to suggest the shares a buy?

Provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, Tracsis (TRCS) has updated including, for its year ended 31st July 2018, adjusted profit “expected to be ahead of market expectations”. What does that mean in financial terms?...

The Russians are quaking because of Horse Hill - is this the most ramptastic David Lenigas tweet yet?

A man who slammed Elon Musk of Tesla for making irresponsible statements that he could not validate via twitter has just made the most ramptastic claim in history about the Gatwick Gusher. Step forward David Lenigas. Without extensive drilling which has yet to take place Big Dave Lenigas cannot justify this statement in any way shape or form. But apparently the Russians are quaking that little old UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is going to transform the metrics of global oil supply... whatever...

GMD

GAME Digital – current revenue & margin challenges v. BELONG growth initiative?

GAME Digital (GMD) has updated including “group revenue for the 52 weeks ended 28 July 2018 is expected to show a small decline at approximately £780 million (2017: £782.9 million)”. That compares to at the half-year stage “revenue of £517.4 million… an increase of 3.9%”. Hmmm…

Gavin Slattery, a UK Oil & Gas owning moron demands personal service via twitter

So I trained as an oil analyst and for the past 27 years have been writing about this sector. UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) owning moron Gavin Slattery is an expert in retail facilities management. He can't be bothered to register here but demands via twitter that I give a personal precis of my work yesterday but suggests that he will ignore whatever I say because he knows better anyway. The arrogance of a man whose portfolio will die from ignorance is breathtaking...

Wood Group & Polymetal - two larger cap resource names to buy (still)

The good news is that this write-up is not going to be about Billiton (BLT) - the world's largest miner - whose Tuesday morning results in Australia were worthy but dull. Far more interesting were the numbers today from Wood Group (WG.) and Polymetal (POLY).

KMR

When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, Could it Be Because of Kenmare's Profit Rush?

Hello, Share Chuckers. Recently, I've tried to find you shares which are pleasing the City with big increases in profits. This is a dramatic opposite to the many shares that my colleagues so usefully highlight which are making bigger losses than before.

Pathfinder Minerals: was shamed Nick Trew fired? Did he get a payoff for failure (and worse)? What about the disgraced Tory MP Sir Henry Bell-end?

After years of earning £170,000 as a reward for being a total disaster as CEO of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), the new board has taken just ten days to part company with Nick “not for the many but for the Trew” but massive questions remain.

Podcast: Precious Metals Capitulation, Sentiment Has Changed Drastically in the Last Month

Brett Heath sees severe capitulation across the board from the metals to the majors and down to the juniors. Most of the majors are at or near 52-week lows. This looks like scary times, and both gold and silver are incredibly volatile right now.

UK Oil & Gas – the Real maths not the Leni-maths – SELL on today’s news

Giving its piss poor drilling results elsewhere the future of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is almost entirely a play on the Gatwick Gusher, aka, Horse Hill, aka the latest mega ramp engineered by David Lenigas. Today UK upped its stake in Horse Hill by an effective 4.55% to 36.985% in a deal which only demonstrates more clearly how grotestquely overvalued its own shares are. That is unless you are using Leni-maths.

“Proposed Remuneration Policy and Countrywide AGP” announcement from Countrywide (CWD) looks to require the ShareProphets RNS translation service (Countrywide in italics, ShareProphets RNS translation service in bold)…

LID

LiDCO – from “pleased with progress” in May to now “slow first half”!

An update from LiDCO Group (LID) commences that the company “announces that it has had further success in the USA, contracting three additional customers to its recently launched differentiated High Usage Programme business model. HUP continues to build momentum after its launch in July 2017”. Sounds promising… so why, and particularly with the shares down from approaching 8p in May to below 6p, has the stock not responded positively?...

COPL

Canadian Overseas Petroleum still looks a long way from producing any oil

I’ve been bearish on Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) for some time now, and recent developments have done nothing to make me change my stance on the company, particularly with regard to its operations in Nigeria.

Tuesday is a very historic day in the US, as the Train wrecking season comes around the corner

The current US bull market started its life on March 9, 2009, one of the darkest moments of the financial crisis, when the S&P 500 touched 666. Since then it climbed to a high of 2,872, in January of this year, and still holds above 2,850, for a gain of more than 320 percent. On August 22, the current US bull market turns 3,453 days old— putting it one day more than the longest bull market, which ran from October 1990 and ended with the bursting of the tech bubble in March 2000.

Mulberry – House of Fraser impact, but approaching £60m off the market cap merited?

An update from luxury brand group Mulberry (MUL) commences it has considered the impact of recent developments at House of Fraser and “is expecting to provide £3 million for exceptional costs in the results for the six months to 30 September 2018”. But why a current more than 17% share price fall, wiping approaching £60 million off the market capitalisation?...

Profit Up 69% on Lower Revenue and Debt Bashed. What's Not to Like About this Construction Giant?

Hello Share Stripers. How's this for an encouraging set of results? Balfour Beatty (BBY) has announced that underlying operating gains for the first half of 2018 are up 69%. That brings them to £66 million. And what makes that mighty jump even more impressive is that it was achieved on less revenue.

Blue Jay Mining – what next?

The modest deflation in place in the shares of Blue Jay Mining over the last several weeks still has some way further to run in my opinion. Here are the reasons why:

Ariana Resources (AAU) has updated on performance from the Kiziltepe mine joint venture, emphasising “strong operational cash flow and “we remain fully on track to deliver on our production guidance for the year”
