Renold – “in line… assuming no significant further deterioration in trading conditions”… but is that exactly what’s coming?
System1 Group – half-year trading update… but how’s the outlook (including for “the heart of the increased new product development programme”)?
PCG Entertainment – shares suspended, administration looms, a statement that, even the white rabbit thinks is bonkers
Previously writing on Live Company Group (LVCG) towards the end of August I concluded including so little certainty and all to prove at this stage – and the market is also not convinced; the shares still currently at 41p… I’ll review - latest-permitted scheduled - 30th September half year results but currently still on the bargepole list. Those results have now also been followed with a “BRICKLIVE Shows and BRICKLIVE Tours Update”…
Live Company Group (LVCG) Chairman David Ciclitira is “very excited to have established a long term partnership with Imagine Exhibitions, one of the world's leading creators and producers of touring shows exhibited globally. This partnership is a fantastic opportunity for both the company and Imagine Exhibitions to showcase our wide range of BRICKLIVE touring shows and bring the BRICKLIVE experience to venues in America”. Sounds promising…
An “Operational Update” from Live Company (LVCG) commencing; “The group is pleased to announce it has now contracted 60 BRICKLIVE shows and events across the world for 2019, achieving a key milestone for the company. This was the original target set by the company for the year ending the 31 December 2019. The group will continue to work with new and existing partners to deliver further shows and events in the remaining four months of 2019.” Sounds good – but then on Friday it was intra-day (2pm) RNS. Attempted no one watching o’clock?…
An intra-day (2pm) Friday-before-bank-holiday “Directorate/Management Changes & Contract Updates” announcement from Live Company (LVCG). Attempted no one watching o’clock?...
Toy bricks-based shows group Live Company (LVCG) “is pleased to provide a trading update for the six-month period up to 30 June 2019, ahead of the Annual General Meeting… The following comments will be made regarding current trading, financial performance and outlook for the financial year at the opening of the meeting”. “Pleased to provide” such information hey – sounds promising…
And clueless Marcus Stuttard at AIM Regulation wonders why the AIM Casino is regarded as such a joke? How about because companies are able to lie to investors without sanction? I flagged up BlueJay earlier for telling a monstrous porky, now here is another, Live Company (LVCG).’
I had a bit of a surprise when clearing my desk, but I have to confess a mortal sin. I had a few shares in AIM-listed Parallel Media Group (PAA) dating back to before ShareProphets was founded. To be kind, the shares didn’t exactly perform and I got rid of them. Or I thought I had.
