Fever-Tree Drinks – a “Trading Statement” lacking financial specifics… & a recovered £2.7 billion valuation?
Red Flags at Night – CentralNic Group: NED dumps £155k worth of shares... & look at the balance sheet!
Previously writing on Osirium Technologies (OSI), in September with the shares at 45.5p I concluded a convenient time for a ramptastic “Substantial contract win” announcement then, but it still looks unpleasant dilution ahoy from a current £6.2 million market cap. Natch, still currently avoid / sell. Today results are headlined “Substantial progress against growth strategy” – and the shares are currently at 25p… a further more than 9% lower even today...
Osirium Technologies (OSI) is “delighted” with “a significant contract win with a major UK provider of software and IT services to the public sector. The contract represents a substantial expansion by this customer”. The shares are though currently back at 45.5p. Hmmm…
Osirium Technologies (OSI) “is pleased to announce the first customer for its new innovative privileged robotic process automation solution, Opus, which was launched in May of this year” and that Opus “is generating interest across DevOps, NetOps and outside IT in business teams”. The shares though are unchanged at 59.5p. Hmmm…
Hello, Share Skimmers. Maybe the word Osirium means something to you, but I own up to ignorance of the subject. And I do wish directors would not choose obscure names which are hard to remember. That said Osirium Technologies (OSI) looks a firm worth keeping tabs on.
