The first is in his capacity as the Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Supply where his role is to exercise oversight and guidance over the financial reporting process and controls at the Group. The second is via his position as CEO of Eight Capital Partners (ECP) which holds an equity interest in Supply and is also lender to an Alessandro Zamboni corporate shareholder in Supply which is secured on Supply shares.
