Why havn’t Canadian Overseas Petroleum shares been suspended by the FCA? By its own admission its now bankrupt as of TODAY!
I am not sure if any bulletin board morons are still discussing takeover bids that make them rich beyond their wildest dreams. But surely, as by its own RNS admission, Canadian went bust this week the shares should be suspended now. I remind you of the RNS from 22nd February.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Manolete: when is the bailout placing?
It is just under four years ago when we published a major red flag dossier on Manolete (MANO), a “pound shop Burford.” The shares were then 515p and natch the company and its spin doctors rubbished my analysis. The shares are today 117.5p and falling. Stevie Wonder can see the writing on the wall: the company needs a bailout placing fast.- By Tom Winnifrith, the Sheriff of AIM |

EXPOSE: Tirupati Graphite – why interims need to restated and reissued to correct massive errors in P&L and in the cashflow statement
Quite simply the interim results of Tirupati Graphite (TGR) are bogus and need to be restated and reissued. Will it bother? Will the FCA force its hand?premium content
Tom Winnifrith turns bullish on Chill Brands, morons celebrate but it's not actually true
For some reason the Stockomendation website decided, as you can see below, that having called out Chill Brands (CHLL) as a sell from 76p down to 2.1p I had told folks to buy. Of course I had not, my recent sell article was on Wednesday HERE.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Tirupati Graphite – there should be a law against this!
Yesterday, as yet another NED walked the plank with immediate effect, Tiraputi Graphite (TGR) announced that Ms. Paruvi Proddar had been appointed as joint MD. She is apparently an expert in Pranic Healing and ESG matters so I am sure she will do a good job. Since graduating from Manchester University she has spent her entire career at Tirupati. Does the Proddar name ring a bell?- By Tom Winnifrith |

#Gowokegobroke Victoria’s Secret shares plunge again
I am happy to say that Doritos has now fired the paedophile it hired as a brand ambassador. Not because it accepts that it showed dire judgement but because of a huge consumer backlash. Folks know that the pampered preppies in the Doritos’ marketing department share the same warped values as those in marketing at Bud Lite and view ordinary grunts like you and me with disdain. Sales of Dorito’s cardboard flavoured product will still go down. Next up for corporate hara kiri is lingerie seller Victoria’s Secret.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Physiomics – interims, was it funding only ‘kicked a bit down the road’?…
Previously writing on company stating that it offers cutting edge techniques and expertise to streamline drug development journeys Physiomics (PYC), in November with the shares at 1.6p I concluded “a funding only ‘kicked a bit down the road’ avoid/sell”. So what of now results for its half-year ended 31st December 2023?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Who is lying to me today?
I am feeling rather unwell so that is it from me for today, a slightly short Bearcast. In it I revisit the Budget from the wretched Tories, the wretched response from Labour and thus conclude that you should teach your kids Chinese, Hindi or Arabic. I look at Tiraputi Graphite (TGR) and corporate governance, Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Bluebird Merchant (BMV) and Investment Evolution Credit (IEC). And now to bed.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Just how many NEDS resigning before Tirupati Graphite changes its name to red flag?
Seriously this is beyond a joke. Tirupati Graphite (TGR) has worked its way through more NEDs in the past eight months than I have had inappropriate thoughts about the charming Ms. Isobel de Salis, more of whom later.- By Tom Winnifrith |

Letter to Aquis Regulation & Liam Murray at Cairn: You are BOTH bringing the market into disrepute with this £13m con
I am not mincing my words. Yesterday I revealed that there have been not two but three IPOs of businesses essentially following the same loan shark model run by the same folks and all have ended in tears. Australia, the USA OTC market and the Seychelles. Chuck in evidence that Investment Evolution Credit’s (IEC) claimed operations in the US do not actually operate and you’d have thought that advisor Cairn which floated this scam just before Christmas and Aquis Regulation would be rushing to act. I have dropped them both a note and cc’d in the CEO of Aquis to focus a few minds- By Tom Winnifrith |

Has Dispensa and Dominic White broken the 2006 Companies Act? Does the FCA care?
Shares in Dominic White run sham Dispensa (DISP) continue to trade on the Standard List until they are delisted on the 18th. This is despite the resignation of its advisor VSA Capital (VSA) and auditor Moore Kingston Smith and despite Dispensa lying about why the auditor quit. Now I ask the useless FCA, which is meant to regulate the Standard List, does it care if the 2006 Companies Act has been breached?- By Tom Winnifrith |

Petrofac: the debt is telling you that the shares will collapse
Debt markets are always more efficient than equity markets. The screenshot below ( hat tip TK) shows that Petrofac (PFC) debt can now be bought at less than fifty cents in the dollar and the price is falling fast. That tells you that the equity is near as damn it worthless. Stay short or go short, this is free money for the bears as I have been flagging up for a while.- By Tom Winnifrith |
