GOTCHA! Another win for the Sheriff of AIM: Peter Shea of Daniel Stewart, Quindell & China fraud infamy no longer in financial services. Its official!

Published 46 days ago

Before it went bust, City advisor Daniel Stewart (DAN) was one of the firms that made the grave mistake of sending me a fascist lawyers letter. Natch I told it to get stuffed. The brother of boss Peter Shea threatened to beat me up but when I pirched up outside his firm's Christmas Party a few weeks later he scuttled away like the coward he is. Daniel Stewart floated the mega fraud Quindelland numerous China frauds, covering up for firms like Naibu even after it knew it was a fraud.  Our extensive coverage of this company and of its boss Peter Shea continued even as he tried new dodgy tricks this year as you can see HERE. But now we have good news, as you can see below...

Truly Gamfooked – a China fraud, IPO to delisting in less than 9 months

Published 75 days ago

Gamfook was a Jersey Registered China play. That is always a good sign it was a fraud. It listed on the NEX lobster pot on Christmas Eve 2018 with Daniel Stewart, a firm with a fine history of floating frauds both British (Quindell) but also Chinese.  The tale of what happened next is a scandal.

The Curse of the Sheriff of AIM – Atlantic Carbon goes bust, it's ouzo time

Published 136 days ago

You may remember how Atlantic Carbon claimed it was worth a fortune based on “analysts reports” produced by SEC indicted crooks and then planned a London listing after Reversing into Peter Shea’s Daniel Stewart.  Mr Shea and former Atlantic Carbon boss Adam Wilson should not have threatened the Sheriff with a fascist lawyer’s letter over at Daniel Stewart. That guaranteed my wall to wall coverage and exposes and now the curse has struck… Atlantic Carbon, as you can see below is worth not $86.8 million but NOTHING. It has gone bust. Crack out the ouzo.

The Curse of Daniel Stewart strikes again – management fallout at Atlantic Carbon

Thanks largely to the work on this website, the ludicrous proposal to reverse drowning in debt POS Atlantic Carbon into worthless Daniel Stewart Securities ahead of a Standard List came a cropper in early April as noted HERE. But the curse of doing business with Daniel Stewart and its toxic boss Peter Shea is now becoming clear for all to see.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - another high yielding blue chip Neil Woodford is having to dump & another shite note from FinnCrap

Published 242 days ago

In today's podcast, my last Monday bearcast from the civilised south as opposed to the Grim North,  I start with a look at another blue chip high yield stock Neil Woodford is being forced to sell as a result of the flood of redemptions. Then I have a revelation of shame about Daniel Stewart (DAN) and executive largesse. Then I look at the Yourgene (YGEN) trading statement and the lamentable research note it produced from FinnCrap (FCAP) which I reproduce in full below. Really: it is time to sack FinnCap and get a proper broker on board Finally a look at Adept4 (AD4) and an appeal to you all to join the roll call of heros HERE

The Curse of the Sheriff of AIM strikes again: Atlantic Carbon/ Daniel Stewart RTO and listing pulled

Published 247 days ago

When running Daniel Stewart (DAN) for the benefit of himself and his family, Peter Shea sent me a lawyers letter trying to stop me exposing what a crock of shit his company was, as it snuggled up to King fraudster Rob Terry. Better still his brother, also a Daniel Stewart employee as were four other family members, threatened to beat me up. So I doorstepped the Daniel Stewart Christmas Party - the brother hid inside the building. Congratulations Mr Shea & your vile family, you have met the Sheriff of AIM.

Management Resource Solutions – an open letter to Nomad Arden: suspend the shares NOW!

Published 249 days ago

During the weekend in three separate articles I have detailed what an insolvent can of worms is AIM Cesspit listed Management Resource Solutions (MRS) and asked questions that need answering about its latest £1.32 million all share acquisition. The company has failed to answer the matters raised and its shares have plunged another 25.4% to 2.35p today. I have thus written to Nomad Arden demanding that it suspend trading in the shares at once and why. The letter is below.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Hey Evening Standard wanker Journalists #Learntocode

Published 307 days ago

In today's podcast after discussing late night sex in Clerkenwell, I discuss the history of Daniel Stewart (DAN) and how pride, real pride, came before its fall and the lessons one can learn. I look at Neil Woodford dog Utilitywise (UTW) and i look at the newspaper industry and the £10 million loss making Evening Standard and the reasons that its wanker journalists may today claim credit for other folks work but tomorrow they will have to #learntocode in order to put bread on the table.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: a hat-trick of Condor spoofs for Jim Mellon while Cabot fails to fess up as death postponed

Published 308 days ago

In this podcast I discuss Condor Gold (CNR) where my good pal, the offshore based asset stripper Jim Mellon, now officially has his hat-trick of spoofs, CML Microsystems (CML) - its valuation post warning and what it says about the biggest single threat to your shares - the wankers at the Evening Standard, my breaking news on Daniel Stewart (DAN) and why I again shout #Learntocode at the deadwood press. Finally Cabot (CAB) has postponed death by a month but its statement misleads and I explain why.

Updated 2: Has Daniel Stewart gone tits up? Almost......

Published 308 days ago

When the boss’s younger brother threatens to “beat up Tom Winnifrith because of the articles he wrote,” when you get into bed with disgraced king fraudster Rob Terry and then send Tom Winnifrith fascist lawyers letters you know that Mr Karma is going to get you sooner or later.  You are either on the side of the fraudsters or you support the fraudbusters and that brings us to Daniel Stewart (DAN).

Haydale – Wheelsure suspended pending accounts: where does that leave the collaboration?

Published 308 days ago

Back on 27 November 2018, AIM-listed Haydale (HAYD) announced (via RNS Reach, mind you) a collaboration with NEX-listed Wheelsure (WHLP) was being joined by Manchester University’s Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre (GEIC) in a project to develop an intelligent new product pairing Haydale's functionalised graphene sensor technology with Wheelsure's failsafe locking solution. Of course, Haydale needed cash then (as it does now). But then so did Wheelsure (see HERE). As such it all looked like a ramp.

Gamfook in NEX-China flotation: Red Flag central, keep well away!

Published 344 days ago

I didn’t know whether to laugh or to cry at the flotation of Gamfook (GAMF) on the NEX lobster pot on Christmas Eve. Was it an elaborate April Fool, carried out in December to fool us all? I’ve no idea. But the Red Flags are everywhere to see. For starters, it is a Chinese jewellery play with one of its main outposts to be found in Fujian Province (which, I gather, is called Fooking in another Chinese dialect). And the Broker is that fine house of AIM-China frauds, Daniel Stewart – the former Nomad and former resident of the AIM Casino. What’s not to like?

Haydale – Wheelsure nonsense!

Published 357 days ago

We all know that AIM-listed Haydale needs to raise money, and we have had all forms of pumping to support it in the form of RNS Reaches and paid-for broker notes. Now we see reannounced old news from NEX-listed Wheelsure (WHLP) regarding the joint venture with Haydale and the University of Manchester which Haydale announced on 27 November (and Wheelsure announced on the 26th)! Even Haydale didn’t even bother with an RNS Reach, although an announcement went out via Alliance News: never miss the opportunity to re-inform! But this does beg one or two questions.

MySquar: admits monies missing, cash almost gone, Schaer doing a runner, placing pulled – shares suspended. Oh what fucking joy!

Published 396 days ago

Oh dear. Oh Dear. I pointed out that MySquar (MYSQ) had lied and committed fraud numerous times – notably with the 31 July 2017 placing – but Nomad SP Angel was happy to turn a blind eye and bank its retainers. Marcus Stuttard and the keystone cops at AIM Regulation were given specific warnings but did nothing. Now the whole thing has blown up so who looks like a frigging clown now Marcus? Is it Tom Winnifrith, the real Sheriff of AIM, or Marcus Stuttard, a man who is meant to regulate but instead turns a blind eye to blatant fraud, a useless not fit for purpose fucking poltroon?

China AIM fraud Naibu – NEDs who failed & took their dosh now take Pinsent Masons & Daniel Stewart to Court

Published 515 days ago

At the last AGM of Naibu (NBU) before it was booted off the AIM casino I attended its AGM, held at the offices of its Nomad Daniel Stewart, and accused the company of fraud.  Only the NEDs were present - Chinese executive directors failed to show. As I asked about a loan to the CEO’s mum that had not been repaid, the NEDs said they were unaware of this.  I pointed out where the loan was referenced in the annual report and the NEDs said they would go away and investigate. They did not. Only when they stopped getting paid did these useless upper class twits start to ask questions. Wind forward to today and it is time to shift the blame.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast - Pinsent Masons & Daniel Stewart sued for £180m over the Naibu fraud I exposed - happy days

Published 546 days ago

Pinsent Masons was at the heart of the dirty tricks campaign Sefton Resources (SER) waged against myself and Brokerman Dan Levi as we exposed wholesale lying and fraud. Pinsents was thrashed in Court when Sefton sued us for libel. Scumbag low life motherfucker Pinsents partner Russell Booker was never disciplined so I guess it thinks dirty tricks against journalists are okay. Daniel Stewart (DAN) also sent me lawyers letters but never accepted my kind offer to "see you in Court bitchez", Anyhow the two are being sued for £180 million for their negligence over the Naibu (NBU) fraud I exposed HERE. I discuss that but also why Paul Scott should apologise to 6,000 House of Fraser staff losing their jobs in this bonus podcast.

Pathfinder Minerals: the Tory MP, the CEO, the hapless Nomad and the allegations of mortgage fraud

Published 579 days ago

Nick Trew, the CEO of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) is currently attempting to fight off an EGM request to oust him and Toff Tory MP Sir Henry Bellingham of 3DM infamy from the board. Their record of non delivery should be enough to see them sent packing but another allegation has now been made which - if proven - would make their dismissal a black and white issue. Nomad WH Ireland and AIM Regulation must investigate this at once.

TrakM8: a treble whammy of bad news for it - I'm celebrating

Published 602 days ago

For those of us who have been 100% vindicated with our bearishness on TrakM8 (TRAK) today is a bit of a party because we find ourselves celebrating not one but three pieces of bad news. And we are not the only ones celebrating.
I would imagine that Lorne Daniel, an honourable man, who is the research analyst covering tech round at FinnCap will also be on cloud nine as he will never have to write another supportive corporate broker note on this dog ever again. For the first news is that TrakM8 is switching Nomad and broker from FinnCap to Arden Partners.

EXCLUSIVE: Daniel Stewart reveals all (unintentionally of course!)

Published 604 days ago

I had to laugh at the basket case that is the stockbroker Daniel Stewart as it finally came out with the accounts for its trading subsidiary, Daniel Stewart & Co (DSAC), for the year to 31 March 2016, not just as it shows how worthless Rob Terry’s holding is but also, being such a quality outfit, it accidentally provided much more information than it intended to. It is worth taking a look before Daniel Stewart corrects it.

RSM Tenon (now ArrandCo) & audit Partner Jeremy Filley fined big time by FRC over Quindell thanks to Tom Winnifrith

Published 682 days ago

The Financial Reporting Council has today fined audit firm ArrandCo, formerly known as RSM Tenon, £1 million ( reduced by 30% for co-operating) and audit partner Jeremy Filley £80,000 ( reduced to £56,000) for allowing the fraud Quindell (QPP) to publish fraudulent 2011 accounts. No doubt Snot Gobbler Dan McCrum at the FT is again about to produce a timeline taking credit for this but the FRC has stated explicitly that it widened its enquiries to include the 2011 accounts only because of specific allegation raised by me as you can see HERE.  These fines are down to my work, not that the deadwood press will ever acknowledge that. So how did Rob Terry and his associated in the Quenron gang, cook the books with the help of Filley and RSM Tenon.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The PLC Death List Update - 9 new entrants

Published 867 days ago

I started the PLC death list in June 2015 with 21 members. The aim is to pick stocks that will either go bust or get slung off the AIM Casino. Each departure requires a nreplacement. With nine new entrants today 40 names have joined this select group. So far there have been two outright failures on my part, Mariana Resources (MARL) and Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG). There was one volte face but I was ahead at volte face point and it was a great call both short and long - Wandisco (WAND), two near kills, InternetQ (INTQ) and Monitise (MONI) and thirteen slam dunk kills: Cloudtag (CTAG), Worthington (WRN), African Potash (AFPO), Jiasen (JSI), Camkids (CAMK), China Chaintek (CTAK), JQW (JQW), Afren (AFR), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Sefton (SER), Outsourcey (OUT - boy I enjoyed that one - Afriag (AFRI) and Auhua. For chancers and crooks like Darren Winters, the shysters at Globo, Blinkx, Quindell and Daniel Stewart and for lyin Chris Cleverley and Lord Hain of sleaze and for so many others, sending me a fascist lawyers letter never works out well. That is not for them at least. But it seems there is one born every day. Tip of the year update – Taihua collapseroonie

Published 971 days ago

I think I should rename Deputy Sheriff Towers as Smug Towers. Having offered two sells in the ShareProphets Tipfest for this year, Igas Energy (IGAS) duly crashed to bottom out at 4.5p (I’d been saying sell from 18.5p - last year’s Christmas tipfest, and then 11.625p this year). Last week came the turn of Filthy Forty play Taihua (TAIH) to do the decent thing and collapse in the wake of an entirely squeaky clean suggestion that it delist from the Casino. There’s nothing wrong here at all – move along please, nothing to see……

Filthy Forty Taihua: to delist 7 months post open offer, six weeks post buy-back (when chairman dumped his shares)

Published 975 days ago

Yet another of the ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty is set to depart the Casino – this time it is the turn of Taihua (TAIH), citing “best interests”, which will become the twenty-sixth casualty of our original forty. Yes, folks - the Filthy Forty is officially set to become the Filthy Fourteen.

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty Update – unspeakable in pursuit of inedible edition

Published 982 days ago

With the demise of the twenty-fifth Filthy Forty listing, Asian Citrus (ACHL), as of this morning there are just 15 of our motley crew remaining listed on the Casino – and one of those, MoneySwap (SWAP), has now been suspended for more than six months, but it seems the Oxymorons have decided not to apply AIM Rule 41.

SCANDAL? Filthy Forty Taihua – Tender Offer at 3.28p sees Chairman dump the lot - at 200p?

Published 1017 days ago

Shares in ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Taihua (TAIH) are unchanged this morning on news of the result of its Tender Offer at 3.28p - paid for from the Open Offer last summer and conducted through the good offices of former Casino poster-boy and former Nomad Daniel Stewart (DAN). But we also see that company chairman Nicholas Lyth has dumped his entire holding. That’s already a bit of a concern, but then so is the statement that his disposal was not at the 3.28p everybody else got, but at 200p per share. What????

Charlatan Darren Winters Coughs up costs but even at the last tries to cheat us out of 40p - think again pal

Published 1021 days ago

I am delighted to say that the snake oil salesman Darren Winters, slammed by the ASA for telling blatant lies as we revealed HERE last week, has decided not to appeal against his latest court room thrashing by one of his victims, a case we funded. Given the Judge's damning verdict in Snake Oil vs Mr O, that was a wise call by the Charlatan. But even now he is trying to swindle us out of 40p. Think again Darren and your frightful wife Tatjana, the Foxy Legals are on the case.

Filthy Forty Taihua – at last that pesky buy-back is announced, but where has Daniel Stewart popped up from?

Published 1032 days ago

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Taihua (TAIH) has finally announced the long-awaited buy-back first announced way back last August when launching an Open Offer to pay for it. Hurrah! So it wasn’t a massive spoof to get a fundraising away after all, although the net result of the exercise appears to be a lot more shares in issue and a net inflow of well over half the funds raised.

Is Daniel Stewart about to set sail into the sunset?

Published 1055 days ago

A couple of interesting filings on Companies House leave me wondering whether former AIM-cesspit posterboy Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) is being prepared for a quiet execution. It was clear from the (stunningly) late-filed 2015 Accounts that is was in serious trouble, and last year a debenture over the parent seemed to have morphed into a debenture over its subsidiary, Daniel Stewart & Co plc. Now the previously wholly-owned subsidiary, which contains the trading business, seems to have been raising money on its own account.

Daniel Stewart – finally files 2015 accounts, almost a year and three months late

Published 1063 days ago

Oh joy upon joy, the accounts of ex-AIM Cesspit posterboy Daniel Stewart Securities plc and its subsidiary Daniel Stewart & Co plc have been published. As plcs they should have filed accounts to Companies House for the year to 31 March 2015 by the end of September that year, so the date stamp of Companies House of 22 December 2016 means that they were filed almost a year and three months late. But what joys there are to be had!

Roland "Fatty" Cornish's Christmas Carol Part 3 - the ghost of Christmas Yet to Come

Published 1076 days ago

Although the thick slice of finest Stilton and large port had done something to stop his tummy rumbling, London's worst Nomad, Mr Roland "Fatty" Cornish still felt considerably ill at ease as he waddled up the stairs at his luxury Chiswick Mansion. Two visits from two ghosts already had set his mind racing. He tumbled into bed and did his best to get to sleep, trying to count spotted dicks jumping over the fence and heading towards him. But he was never a great man for numbers and after twelve he got a bit confused.

A year of fraudbusting by ShareProphets reviewed - what a bumper crop we had in 2016

Published 1077 days ago

Some of our critics, notably the felon Earley, reckon we go after companies as part of some convoluted con whether those companies are good or bad. Those who actually read our site will know that very few of the companies we have attacked have been anything other than disasters for investors. The one we got wrong and admitted as much was Boohoo. But boy did we make some gutsy calls in 2016 - we had a bumper year of fraud busting.

Roland "Fatty" Cornish's Christmas Carol Part 1

Published 1078 days ago

It was the night before Christmas and Roland "Fatty" Cornish, a man widely known as the worst Nomad on the AIM casino staggered across the threshold of his £3 million luxury mansion in Chiswick. For the sake of Mrs Cornish he pretended that the stagger was because his chubby little arms were full of presents. The reality was that he had just enjoyed his final meal of the year at his favourite City restaurant, le Corchon Évitement fiscal.

2016 in review: our top 30 articles and Tom's ten most read non financial pieces

As the year draws to a close it is only natural that we look back on the past twelve months. And it has been twelve months of achievement. It is a great achievement in that our writers have continued to write exactly what they want without any editorial interference. So Cynical Bear & Gary Newman have knocked shares I own. So what? We really do support free speech.  And it has been a year when we have "dealt with" more frauds and lies on the AIM casino and the main market than ever before. That really is the USP of ShareProphets.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the Curse of Justin the Clown strikes again

Published 1089 days ago

In this podcast I look at Daniel Stewart (DAN) where Waseem Shakoor closed his short today. I look at the lunacy there, the lunacy at Cloudtag (CTAG) and show how it is the same folks, the sort of folks who are also preyed on by conman Darren Winters. On that note please read THIS ARTICLE TODAY - and tweet it out and link to it on Facebook and on any website you can. I look at Strat Aero (AERO), Ferrum Crescent (FCR), Avanti Communications (AVN) and then at another stock cursed by the frothing endorsement of the Clown, MySquar (MYSQ) which is a right old dog and its well spun RNS today can't hide that.

China fraud Taihua: where, oh where, oh where, oh where is the share buy-back (and what has happened to the company website)?

Published 1105 days ago

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Taihua (TAIH) has been promising a share buy-back since the launch of an Open Offer back in August which was apparently being conducted to pay for it. The last update from the company - on 30 September (interims, released on deadline day) - told shareholders that the company expected to announce the mechanics of this Godot-esque buy-back “shortly”. That was more than eight weeks ago. We are now heading towards the very end of November. While we are at it, what has happened to the company website?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: AIM Death List Update 4 - Four New Entrants, now 10 kills from 27

Published 1111 days ago

On 13 June I started my 21 stock Death list portfolio - 21 shares heading for zero or being booted off the market - see HERE. Until now 27 stocks have entered the portfollio and I am claiming ten kills - not bad eh? Today I go over the four kills since the last update and add four new entrants to the portfolio. Do the Cloudtag morons really want to bet against me with my current kill rate? I review all 21 now current members. The stocks mentioned are: Worthington, JQW, Jiasen, Camkids, China Chaintek, Jersey Oil & Gas, Mosman Oil & Gas, Monitise, Outsourcery, Magnolia Petroleum, Arian Silver, Sareum, Avanti Communications, Daniel Stewart, Mariana Resources, Sefton Resources, Golden Saint Resources, Sovereign Mines of Africa, Afren, Wandisco, Tungsten, Blur, Auhua, Afriag, InternetQ, Servision, Igas, Cloudtag, African Potash & Slater & Gordon.

Where Regulators fail market forces will wade in - Beaumont Cornish in focus

Alistair Osborne lashed out at Nomad Roland "Fatty" Cornish in the Times on Saturday listing his long list of AIM failures. A central point made is that Fatty banks huge fees for doing an IPO only to quit before the shit hits the fan or before the fat lady sings. In other words he earns megabucks and then scuttles off to hide in his favourite restaurant whilst others suffer the financial damage. Osborne starts his article on New World Oil & Gas (NEW).

Filthy Forty Taihua – where, oh where, is that share buy-back?

At risk of sounding like a broken clock, ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Taihua (TAIH) announced a comical open offer which, apart from a bit of working capital, was to fund a share buy-back. That was back on 25 August – more than two months ago. So where is it?

Has the curse of Daniel Stewart been spreading?

Published 1139 days ago

I see that there has been some unhappiness at the Foresight 4 Venture Capital Trust (FTF) AGM, where a major new shareholder revolt almost succeeded in unseating the entire board, voting down the directors’ remuneration report and blocking the reappointment of KPMG as auditor (see HERE). Indeed, the directors saw the revolt garner votes against them of between 47.31% and 49.99% (in the case of the Chairman).

Daniel Stewart - a big fudge to delay publishing ghastly accounts

Published 1142 days ago

Remember when the fraudster Rob Terry told his deluded followers that shares in Daniel Stewart (DAN) were worth 10p each. In those days they were listed on AIM but Terry reckoned that they could be worth even more when delisted. Hmmmm. Now slung off AIM things seem to be going from bad to worse.

Roland "Fatty" Cornish, a £270k dividend for failure and the oddest accounts on this planet

If you thought that the accounts of some of the crap Roland "fatty" Cornish floated on AIM smelled bad, you need to look at the annual report of his own firm Beaumont Cornish Limited. I shall be urging both the FCA and the HMRC to have a butchers as it looks well iffy. But if you have lost a packet in any, or all, of the junk Fatty has floated or acted for - not least Daniel Stewart and New World Oil & Gas - you will be delighted to know that in 2015 his "takings" from dividends alone were £270,000. How's that for transferring wealth from the 99% to the 1%?

There have been plenty of other frauds which have resulted in Tom Winnifrith being in receipt of lawyers’ letters, death threats and much more besides. And with reference to the China Frauds, it is here that you read it first. So why is it that the Beeb didn’t bother to get in touch with us directly?

Published 1238 days ago

Shares in former AIM Cesspit poster-boy Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) were booted off the exchange back on 22 Jan 2016. Having been suspended in October 2015 for failing to publish accounts (still outstanding, by the way), the loss of Beaumont Cornish as Nomad in December put the final nail in the coffin.

Rob Terry's Quob Park Ponzi gets into Crowdfunding with delisted Daniel Stewart

Published 1285 days ago

You could not make this up but fraudster Rob Terry is getting into crowdfunding working alongside Peter Shea, the boss of disgraced ex AIM Casino listed China fraud specialist Daniel Stewart (DAN). It was, of course, Daniel Cesspit that listed Quindell on a fraudulent prospectus and signed off of the fraudulent deals with TMC Southern, that conjured up entirely fictitious profits for Quenron in 2011. The SFO will sooner or later arrest Terry and he's going to jail, but it seems as if Shea is determined to implicate himself by association.

Daniel Stewart mortgages itself again. How’s that 10p a share price target doing, Rob Terry?

Published 1293 days ago

A curious filing has appeared at Companies House with regard to our dear friends at Daniel Stewart (DAN), the formerly AIM-listed company which used to be a Nomad, used to have a Nomad and which is still a Broker. Back in January a debenture in favour of the mysterious Asian outfit Epsilon appeared at Companies House: it seems that the parent company had entered into an arrangement with its largest shareholder in return for a charge over all its assets, as was covered at the time by Tom Winnifrith. Now we appear to have one covering all the assets of the only operating subsidiary.

China AIM Frauds A problem of Regulation – Reader Comment

Published 1382 days ago

ShareProphets has been following the fortunes of forty companies on AIM which had China connections of one form or another – so far eighteen have departed (most of those because the Nomad resigned, others for failing to publish accounts and a small number just decided to delist). It is a shocking record, as is the aggregate share price performance of those 40. I am drawn to a reader comment from Andy (referring to one F40 member) which, I think, sums up the problem now facing the regulators.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast Death List Update - who is to replace Daniel Stewart?

We replace each kill with a new candidate for death so until today 26 entrants had seen five recorded demises. Just three weeks ago, during the no-one-is-watching fortnight of Christmas and New Year, ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play China New Energy (CNEL) completed a keep-the-lights-on placing in what I wondered was the fastest pump and dump in history. It was, in my view, a disgraceful affair: announce what appears to be a significant contract to send the shares rocketing higher (it did) and then 39 minutes later announce a massively discounted placing into the rise. The grateful company brought in some meter money (just £200,000 before expenses) but the new shares issued represented 3.28% of the enlarged capital. Surely that is a notifiable holding?

The Curse of those who send Tom Winnifrith a lawyer's letter - set to strike again TOMORROW

Karma has now come for Daniel Stewart as it did for another firm that pissed away shareholders cash trying to shut me up, Globo. So who is next? You are not going to have to wait long. Karma struck today and I shall reveal all on Tuesday. Why not have a guess who got a dose of Karma today in our readers poll. Its easy...

MX Oil - Placing Scoop Confirmed, Questions unanswered, Morons in a frenzy

Published 1418 days ago

It is not a good start to the week for MX Oil (MXO) as it has essentially confirmed my £2 million at 1p placing article from Friday. It is reshuffling the board, now considering asset sales, its shares are slipping and its moronic shareholders blame it all on Tom Winnifrith and are stating on twitter and on various chat room asylums that they are reporting me to the FCA.Where does one start?

Shocker: Rob Terry's Quob Park agrees with ShareProphets?

Published 1420 days ago

I'm still pinching myself. Have I been at Tom Winnifrith's magic mushrooms again? Surely it cannot be that ShareProphets has anything in common with Rob Terry's Quob Park Estate? But in the wake of the admission by AIM Death Row in-mate Daniel Stewart (DAN) that it cannot find a new Nomad to replace Beaumont Cornish (and thus is scheduled for the execution chamber next Friday morning) we find that Quob has been tweeting out its approval:

Daniel Stewart - it's thankyou and goodnight: we dance on your grave

Published 1420 days ago

Having hinted previously that its AIM days may be numbered, last night at no-one-is-watching o'clock (5.29pm on a Friday) erstwhile AIM-listed Daniel Stewart (DAN) released an "Update on Suspension" RNS which admitted that following the resignation of Beaumont Cornish, the Nomad of last resort, the company had been unable to find a replacement. In other words no other Nomad is prepared to act and we should expect an AIM execution announcement on Friday of next week.

Oxford Technology VCTs - cheer amidst market gloom

Daniel Stewart – interim statement shows what a total shambles this POS is

Published 1436 days ago

What a total joke. Daniel Stewart (DAN) the AIM-listed (for now) Broker (and ex-Nomad) has published its interims for the half year to Sept 30 2015. It has managed this even though its FY numbers to the previous March are still not published and so anyone unfortunate enough to be left lobster-potted in this disaster story has not had the benefit of an audited set of numbers for any period since March 2014.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 30 December: Daniel Stewart (bust) the joke goes on, Rob Terry, gay bars & Jabba The Hutt

Published 1437 days ago

Sorry that material appeared late on this website today. I was out last night at a play on Christopher Street which some of you may well know well - that explains one part of the headline. Elsewhere I look at interims from Daniel Stewart (DAN) which is just a plain farce. Then onto Afriag (AFRI) and the attempted bribe and LGO Energy (LGO) the two Jabba The Hutt plays. Fraudster Rob Terry was a big fan of Daniel Stewart and also of Imaginatik (IMTK) which I discuss. Fitbug (FITB) is mentioned as - in more detail - is Scancell (SCLP) which seems to be pump priming for a placing.

China New Energy - the fastest pump and dump in history?

Published 1438 days ago

This morning at 8.47am F40 AIM-listed China New Energy (CNEL) announced a contract worth CAD$3 million. The shares rocketed on the news, from an open at about 2p to peak at over 2.5p. Thirty-nine minutes later came the dump, in the form of a placing at just 1.5p in a keep-the-lights-on issue which raised just £200,000. Nice work, fellas - I'll bet anyone who piled in on the contract news at up to 2.5p is delighted with their purchase, with the shares now languishing at just 1.725p last seen. This is a disgrace.

The fraud Naibu - the NEDS report back - sheer 100% AIM Casino comedy

Published 1452 days ago

Our coverage of the AIM Casino fraud Naibu (NBU) was detailed and we called it out as a fraud openly more than six months before its shares were suspended. Staff at Daniel Stewart (DAN) knew it was a fraud and did nothing. The NEDS were in denial when I ambushed them at the AGM - HERE. The NEDS and Daniel Stewart staff were a bunch of upper class twits who patronised me and failed investors. But now it is mea culpa time. Daniel Stewart - bond funding, placing "shortly" (again)

Published 1480 days ago

AIM-cesspit poster-boy Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) has announced the raising of £650,000 from the issued of convertible and non-redeemable bonds. It then goes on to say that a total of £630,000 has been received. So it has raised £630,000 so far, not £650,000. Perhpas that is splitting hairs. But we are also told that the company continues to work on the finalisation of a placing....which it expects to announce shortly. Ah, that word "shortly" again. I'll come back tomorrow to see Mr Godot. Tom Winnifrith continues to work on the finalisation of an approach to Cheryl Cole. Well, maybe it is on the way after all.

Oh dear, oh dear. On 1 October shares in AIM-listed Daniel Stewart (DAN) were suspended for failure to publish accounts on time for the second year running. In between times it was suspended again after its previous Nomad resigned. Three suspensions in thirteen months does seem to be a tad careless, does it not? But the 1 October RNS told us that The Company is working on the conclusion of a funding package that it expects to announce shortly, following which it expects to be able to publish its FY 2015 Accounts and resume trading on AIM. It is now 18 October. Well, where is it? Are there a few issues going on behind the scenes that we have not been told about?

Daniel Stewart – where are the Companies House filings for the share issues this year?

Published 1524 days ago

My understanding is that share allotments have to have a corresponding filing submitted to Companies House within a month. An Open letter to Roland Fatty Cornish – quit Daniel Stewart NOW before the Rob Terry stink kills you off

The revelations today by Nigel Somerville make it clear that Rob Terry is up to his old tricks again with regard to share dealing in Daniel Stewart (DAN). Somewhere along the line he is dissembling in his regulatory filings. Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish is already in all sorts of hot water over the scandals at Gate Ventures (HERE) and New World Oil & Gas (HERE), he now needs to save what is left of his reputation and quit acting for Daniel Cesspit now. I have written him a letter in the spirit of compassion and brotherly love urging him to do just that. It reads:

Daniel Stewart – suspension calamity on failure to release accounts as it needs to raise yet MORE cash

Published 1527 days ago

You can’t say were not warned! Shares in AIM-cesspit poster-boy Daniel Stewart (DAN) have been suspended yet again as the company has failed to release accounts for the year to March 2015 by yesterday’s deadline. But having just raised £1.2 million of cash just at the end of June at the ludicrous price of 3.35p, it looks as though the reason for the lack of accounts is because the company needs to raise even more money. It sounds horribly as though there is a little bit of an issue over getting an audit sign-off. Is this because of a lack of regulatory capital, a reluctance of the auditors (PWC) to pass the company as a going concern, or PWC foreseeing a shortfall?

And I start with words of praise for my pal Jim Mellon noting events at Copper Development (CDC) and also at Glencore (GLEN) - is this a Burmah Castrol moment?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 15 September - Vipers in the Stockmarket Garden of Eden

Published 1543 days ago

Take two on this podcast as I was rudely interrupted first tme around by someone from the Grim Northern post industrial welfare safaris making his day's calls before sitting down to watch the Jeremy Kyle show. On today's show I look at Eden Research (EDEN), Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Globo (GBO), Sareum (SAR), Tern (TERN), Hydrogen (HYDG) and Golden Saint Resources (GSR). Trivia question of the day: which THREE of those companies have NOT sent me a lawyers letter or reported me to the rozzers?

Daniel Stewart – an open letter to the FRC and the FCA

Published 1547 days ago

We have pointed to a number of anomalies in the accounts of AIM Casino listed Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) and its main trading subsidiary Daniel Stewart & Company plc. The share capital of the latter appears to be in a complete mess, as described HERE. There looks to me a mis-match of numbers between the parent and the subsidiary, as described HERE. And it would appear that the subsidiary accounts (which were filed to Companies House 11 months late, and four months after the parent accounts) are riddled with errors, as described HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 9 September - more nonsense from and questions for Quindell

Published 1549 days ago

I start by clarifying certain rumous circulating that I am starting new businesses or getting involved with those who do. Au contraire. Very much au ffing contraire. Then it is onto today's ludicrous announcement from Quindell (QPP). I also cover Sefton Resources (SER), Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), Auhua Clean Energy (ACE) - a dirty AIM dog if I ever I saw one - Asian Citrus (ACHL), Aquatic Foods (AFG), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Iofina (IOF) and of course Monitise (MONI).

Daniel Stewart – Can the Audited Accounts be relied upon?

Published 1549 days ago

The FY14 Accounts of AIM Cesspit posterboy Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) and its main trading subsidiary Daniel Stewart & Company plc (DSC) look to be in real trouble. One wonders how new Auditor PWC passed them, given anomalies already highlighted HERE. But it gets worse. With thanks to an avid reader – let’s call him David – there are yet more questions to ask as a result of a devastating analysis. I have added a few comments [in bold] but I leave the rest to ‘David’. He writes…..

Emmit – another AIM scandal exposed where Daniel Stewart showed it is not fit for purpose

Published 1549 days ago

Emmit PLC (EMT) was booted off the AIM casino in May of this year but said that – notwithstanding a parlous financial position – it hopes to make a comeback once it has completed an RTO. I suggest that it has zero chance of this given the revelations below, revelations which show that its former Nomad Daniel Stewart (DAN) was not fit for purpose. Daniel Stewart deserves a massive censure and fine for the scam it allowed to take place. A scam that has cost investors millions.

Daniel Stewart – how much was spent on er..client entertainment? That much!!!

Published 1549 days ago

We are still finding oddities in the FY14 accounts of AIM-listed Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) and its subsidiary Daniel Stewart & Company plc (DSC). Now it may be that it is perfectly normal for a listed company to rack up a few expenses which are disallowable for tax and so on. But the magnitude of the numbers seems (at least to this pleb) somewhat surprising.

Bank Holiday Bulletin Board Moron of the week (and last week's winner)

Published 1551 days ago

Is there no limit to the stupidity of some folks who post comments about shares on Bulletin Boards? And why do the morons all appear to own the same stocks in their portfolios of death? Worthington, Afren, Daniel Stewart, Quindell - will they all pile into Rangers FC when it relists? Probably only if Rob Terry takes a stake. In this shortened week I invite you to post the daftest and most inane comment you find about shares on twitter or on a Bulletin Board in the comments section below. The deadline is Sunday at midnight.

Daniel Stewart – Questions remain over accounts as subsidiary finally files FY14 numbers at Companies House

Published 1556 days ago

Finally, dated 26 August 2015 – eight months late and four months after the parent, AIM-listed Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) accounts were filed – we have the full year accounts for Daniel Stewart & Company plc to 31 March 2014. Two sets of numbers previously highlighted do not stack up. Perhaps there are more, but this will do for starters - along with an un-notified change of auditor.

The latest mad missive from Quindell fraudster Rob Terry of Quob Park – questions questions

Published 1557 days ago

Via his new scam Knob Park Estates the Quindell (QPP) fraudster Rob Terry has sent out a new missive which even by his standards is a quite deranged piece of fantasy. It begs just so many questions and almost makes me want the SFO to delay his arrest so that he can keep entertaining us with such nonsense.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week (Mad Bull Disease/Stockmarket crash Edition) – and last week’s winner

Published 1559 days ago

I greatly enjoyed the video below concerning the great Peter Schiff. Peter Schiff was right. He called the 2008 market meltdown to total derision. Seven years later we are here again and so as well as scanning Bulletin Boards for the usual suspects (Quindell, Daniel Stewart, Worthington) for examples of sheer idiocy you might check out what the bulls are saying as their predictions look ever more useless. As always post your entries in the comments section below by midnight Sunday.

Daniel Stewart continues bottom fishing, how will Rob Terry’s Quob Park ever make a return?

Published 1565 days ago

With Rob Terry’s Quob Park Estate now owning 9.06% of Daniel Stewart (DAN), questions remain whether or not this investment can ever generate a return. Daniel Stewart has long been a favourite topic of ShareProphets and judging by one of its latest clients, Wheelsure Holdings PLC (WHLP), there is little sign that this discredited broker will ever break free from its bottom fishing reputation.

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week Competition Sponsored by Knob Park Estates ( and last week's winner)

Published 1566 days ago

The Bulletin Board Morons were flying last week with shareholders in Quindell, Daniel Stewart and Worthington once again showing themselves to be the most deluded fools out there. One suspects that many folks hold all three gems and are also lapping up Rob Terry's latest fraud, Knob Park Estates ( sorry I meant Quob Park). Your entries for Bulletin Board Moron of the week were as ever spectacular, can you do better this week? The entries last time were magnificent covering a full spectrum of idiocy. You can see all the entries HERE.

Tom Winnifrith BearCast PLC Death List Update - who is to replace Afren?

Published 1566 days ago

71 days ago it was world gin day and to celebrate I came up with 21 Companies that I thought would be brown bread by December 31st 2016, either delisted or bust or both - the Death List HERE. So far Afren has lived up to expectations and so I replace it with a new death list entrant in today's podcast.  It should be listened to in conjunction with my macro stockmarket crash bearcast of yesterday HERE

WH Ireland – How big is its mis-selling scandal? Only a lunatic would trust this firm with his cash

Published 1566 days ago

The Mail on Sunday carries a horrific story about a 78 year old man who has seen his life savings disappear thanks to WH Ireland (WHI) the AIM listed stockbroker. Reading this I conclude that only a total lunatic would entrust WH Ireland with his or her cash. With the stockmarket now clearly in bear territory WH Ireland would be unlikely to prosper even without this scandal and at 125p the shares are a stonking sell – second only in this sector to those of the POS Daniel Stewart (DAN).

Rob Terry, Quindell and the Bahamas Financial Criminals LOM Capital Part 2

Published 1573 days ago

Yesterday I raised the issue of the Bahamas based market manipulators LOM Capital which had a 2.15% stake in Quindell after its RTO onto AIM on May 17 2011. Hat tip to a reader from the grim post-industrial Northern welfare safaris for taking this matter further but we are now left with new questions for the fraudster Rob Terry.

China Fraud on AIM – the stench of Zedex

Published 1577 days ago

I warned folks about Zedex on 16 September 2014 – it is the unregulated boutique that specialises in floating frauds and investment car crashes from China on the AIM Casino. I now update that piece in light of recent events at Camkids and Naibu, both proven Norfolks. I warn you, next up for share price evaporation is China Chaintek (CTEK).

AIM Regulation writes Xavier Rolet’s damning suicide note as the London Stock Exchange proves that it is unfit to run a bath

Published 1580 days ago

I had a good chuckle at Ben Turney’s ShareProphets Translation Service piece (HERE) covering the formal statement issued by AIM Regulation regarding the biggest stock market fraud the UK has seen in thirty years, otherwise known as Quindell. I am not laughing now. Wednesday’s statement from AIM Regulation proves once and for all that it is just a sham designed to lure investors into a false belief that the LSE’s junior market is policed. It is a front, and an affront.

Rob Terry Not to float Quob Park (wonder why?) and more ramping of Daniel Stewart

Published 1582 days ago

The fraudster Rob Terry of Quindell (QPP) infamy is a busy guy as he prepares for the inevitable dawn raid by the Serious Fraud Office as a precursor to a trial and a custodial jail sentence. His latest posting on the website of his new vehicle Quob Park is quite simply delusional.

Rob Terry welcomes Serious Fraud Office Criminal Investigation into Quindell. Yeah right

Published 1583 days ago

I shall admit that the old fraudster has chutzpah but he has today welcomed the SFO Criminal Investigation into Quindell (QPP). He should not as it will see him going to prison. Anyhow via his new fraud Quob Park Estates he had today said he sees Quindell shares worth 172p (in your dreams my son), accused me (0p target) of being short when I was not (that is defamation your criminal tosser) and said he welcomes the SFO getting involved (that’s a lie).  The statement from the crook reads:

Tom Winnifrith BearCast 31 July in honour of disgraced PR man Tim Thompson

I refer to my Jiasen piece earlier and have a warning for other China Norfolks. In that vein I also mention the POS Daniel Stewart. Then en passant Mosman Oil & Gas and flip flop's Red Rock share tip.

Daniel Stewart – an Employee Benefit Trust. For whose benefit?

Published 1591 days ago

Trawling through the dog’s breakfast of Companies House filings by Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN – the parent company) and its subsidiary, Daniel Stewart & Company plc I came across some loans by the Employee Benefit Trust. Tom Winnifrith has long held the view that the only people who make any money out of Daniel Stewart are those associated with its top dog, Peter Shea. In good years, pay and bonuses balloon. In bad years the equity is diluted and the share price gets pummelled. What, pray tell, is the total sum of dividends paid out to investors over the years?

Daniel Stewart – Have the books spent too long in the kitchen? Part 2+2 = 3

Published 1594 days ago

AIM-listed Daniel Stewart Holdings plc (DAN) released an unaudited FY14 results statement in Dec 2014. Apart from being late – and containing a number of restatements of previous years’ numbers – we then saw those results themselves restated in Mar 2015 after the new Auditors (Rob Terry’s good friends at PWC) had done their work. What had changed?

China New Energy – another Norfolk on AIM, or just a POS?

Published 1594 days ago

AIM-listed China Companies with characteristic Red Flags seem to be coming thick and fast as featured articles here on ShareProphets. Tom Winnifrith was on record some time ago saying that any Chinese company listed on AIM was an automatic bargepole, and with good reason. We’ve had Naibu (NBU) and Sorbic International (SORB) already given their marching orders by AIM, after spending over month looking for a new Nomad. Indeed, with Naibu’s CEO jailed and evidence that the cash it claimed to have was all fiction, and Sorbic’s rather more straightforward situation that the CEO ran off with the cash and the assets (and the Chinese authorities seem reluctant to intervene) it is hard to avoid the conclusion that these were just plain, abject frauds from top to bottom.

Daniel Stewart – A £1 million question answered, but….

Published 1597 days ago

Hat-tip to eagle-eyed ‘Keith’ in the comments section of my last piece on Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) HERE, my question over how a £1 million share issue to the parent by subsidiary Daniel Stewart And Company plc was accounted for in the parent FY14 accounts has been answered. It is a bit complicated, but worth looking at because it appears to raise a few more questions.

Daniel Stewart – Have the books spent too long in the kitchen? Part Two

Published 1598 days ago

In the first piece of this two-parter (HERE) we looked at anomalies in the accounts and Companies House filings of Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) and its main subsidiary, Daniel Stewart and Company plc between the accounting year ends as at Mar 2011 and 2012. Those questions added up to over £120million – rather a large number, given that the market cap of the parent currently sits at just £19million, according to ADVFN (last seen). What do we find in the period from Mar 2012 up to the present?

Tom Winnifrith BearCast 22 July - China in recession, China AIM Casino fraud

Published 1598 days ago

The sabbatical can be broken for one of three events: the arrest of Rob Terry, suspension of trading in shares in Daniel Stewart and big China fraud news. Sadly Terry has not yet been lead away in cuffs but it will happen. But I sat down with my lefty father pleasing him as I discussed crooked capitalists (the deluded old boy reckons all capitalists are crooks) with reference to China macro-economics and China fraud on AIM in light of today’s news from Geong and Gate Ventures.

FRC, FCA and AIM Regulation asked to investigate Daniel Stewart AGAIN

Published 1599 days ago

Tom Winnifrith may be on sabbatical but we would not want the Financial Reporting Council, FCA and AIM Regulation to get bored and so in light of today’s shocking revelations about the shambolic accounts of disgraced Daniel Stewart PLC HERE, we have AGAIN written to the regulators demanding an investigation. The letter reads:

Daniel Stewart – Have the books spent too long in the kitchen?

Published 1599 days ago

Daniel Stewart & Company plc is the main subsidiary of AIM-cesspit listed Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN). I’ve been reviewing some, ahem, ‘interesting’ anomalies in the Companies House filings for the former. Shares have gone missing, or did they materialise out of thin air? And what about an issue of over £120million worth of stock to the parent, for cash? I kid you not! It is a dog’s breakfast, but one thing is clear: there will have to be resubmissions to Companies House and, I fancy, some corrective RNSs to clarify what exactly has been going on. With apologies for a technical article….

Formal Request to FRC, FCA and AIM Regulation to investigate Daniel Stewart

Published 1600 days ago

I have this morning from the train contacted the Financial Reporting Council, AIM Regulation and the FCA regarding the 2012 and 2013 accounts of Daniel Stewart PLC regarding the issue I raised yesterday HERE. It has long been my contention that DS is not fit to be a listed company and in that spirit I have asked that its accounting which appears, at best, to be aggressive, be formally investigated. The letter follows.

Rurelec – ANOTHER disastrous RNS! Can it get any worse?

Published 1604 days ago

Yesterday morning, hot on the heels of a cataclysmic AGM (see HERE) which saw all resolutions (apart from the reappointment of the auditors) overwhelmingly defeated (with 90-odd % votes against), Rurelec (RUR) announced that a previously announced short-term loan of $12million has been suspended pending clarification with the lender on the security and repayment of the facility, if drawn. The company goes on to reassure that there are other alternative sources of finance on which a further announcement will be made in due course. In other words that deal is off.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 15 July: hangover, foxy Beatrix from Budapest and Rob Terry

Back in the world of shares this podcast looks at Mosman Oil & Gas and JD Wetherspoon then onto Rurelec, Falanx and Jiasen. Finally, I have a detailed discussion about the Rob Terry stocks, Imaginatik (read Steve Moore's piece today) and Daniel Stewart - when the insider and fraudster is led away in cuffs as he surely will be both these stocks will collapse.

Daniel Stewart – More Companies House revelations as Red Flags abound

Published 1605 days ago

Having posed a few questions (HERE) about AIM-Cesspit poster boy Daniel Stewart Securities plc (DAN) and its unlisted plc subsidiary Daniel Stewart & Company plc, I’ve had something else pointed out by an avid reader. I wondered how it was that the parent company had managed to produce audited FY Mar14 results (albeit months after the deadline, which saw the shares suspended) when the subsidiary accounting for the vast majority of revenues had not. Given that the two share the same financial year, this seems all rather odd. And given that the parent was audited by PWC, how on earth has PWC been able to verify what is reported with reference to the contribution to group revenues (ie almost all of it) without itself auditing the subsidiary accounts?

Breaking: Rob Terry’s Quob Park Estate Ltd: a confetti-fest on Companies House

Published 1613 days ago

I’ve been taking a look through a litany of share allotments by Quob Park Estates (QPE) recently filed at Companies House. Happily, we can now do these things for free (see HERE). I wonder who has been buying QPE shares, and why the variation in prices paid for the same stock on the same day? It also happens to involve listed stock in Quindell plc (QPP) and Daniel Stewart (DAN) and a mystery listed company (although I can’t help thinking that it is probably Quindell). And there is some, ahem, ‘interesting’ timing.

Ok rabble, it is the last day in Greece with the Mrs. She flies home to her true love (Oakley, the morbidly obese three legged cat) later and so this is just a short message on a day when the stockmarket is showing signs of true madness. Should we all give up being value investors and buy any old rubbish and go with the flow? No. It will end in tears. Inter alia I refer to Coms, Daniel Stewart, Scotgold, Kea Petroleum and the China bubble.

Naibu - the smoking guns that show it was an AIM fraud from day 1

Published 1656 days ago

Naibu (NBU) joined the AIM Casino on April 5 2012 and from that day to the bitter end it always insisted that it had zero debt and cash of c£40 million. That was, as I shall demonstrate below, one monstrous lie. And this now brngs to the fore the whole issue of all the other China frauds on AIM claiming to be drowning in cash and debt free and the pathetic regulation of this whole shambles.

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week Contest #20 – In Honour of Roland “fatty” Cornish

Published 1664 days ago

We have often criticised Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish for his role in the debacles at New World Oil & Gas (NEW), Gate Ventures (GATE) and other AIM casino omnishambles stories. Now he is also acting for Rob Terry’s Daniel Stewart (DAN). But in acting for all these POS enterprises and for signing off on so many comically misleading RNS statements, fatty does have a function. He keeps these joke Companies on the AIM casino and that gives the folks on the LSE Asylum something to froth about. Heck, I forgot – fatty also used to act for Aiden Earley’s Worthington (WRN).

The most satisfying link on this week's Top Ten is Sajid Javid replacing Vince Cable as business secretary. The morons spent a lot of energy a) attempting to get Javid to drop his UK Investor Show introduction (he resolutely did not) and b) cheering on Vince Cable's lame attempt to pander to Quindell's victims. The howling could be heard over here in rural Ontario.

Rurelec plc – Red Flags at Night, Shareholders’ fright

Published 1666 days ago

It is always worth a gander through the after-hours RNSs to see what is being slipped out when no-one is looking. It is a common way for companies – especially those on the AIM Cesspit – to try to hide bad news from their shareholders. It simply doesn’t work, so why they bother is beyond me. But it is an immediate Red Flag. And that brings me to Rurelec plc (RUR). On Tuesday at 4.30pm – bang on market closing time - it released an RNS entitled ‘Extension of Radix Facility Agreement’. Gosh what an exciting life I lead: I just had to take a look…

Exclusive: How the London Stock Exchange Secretly Screwed investors over Daniel Stewart PLC clients

In November of 2014 the Qualifying Executives in the Nomad team at Daniel Stewart, led by China fraud specialist Mr Paul Shackleton all quit and it was forced to tell those AIM Casino companies it represented that they needed a new Nomad or would be slung off AIM. I can now reveal that the London Stock Exchange then secretly screwed ordinary investors in order to avoid its own humiliation.

Daniel Stewart: Tom Winnifrith says – “See you in Court you fascist bitchez”

Published 1671 days ago

On 30th April I ran an article stating “Daniel Stewart – shares suspended at 4.30 PM today?” The shares were in fact suspended the next morning as the company had been unable to find a replacement Nomad for Westhouse which quit on April 1. Shares in Daniel Stewart will retrade from tomorrow as it has found a Nomad that will act for it but with very odd conditions.  Daniel Stewart responded to this article by sending a pompous and fascistic letter demanding that I pull the article within 48 hours and swear never to repeat its content or else.  Suffice to say I will happily see the bitchez in Court but the tone of the correspondence is both amateurish and fascistic at the same time.

Why Beaumont Cornish MUST be stripped of its NOMAD license and fined into oblivion immediately

Published 1677 days ago

Quite simply, the firm of Beaumont Cornish is not fit for purpose as a Nomad. It epitomises all that is wrong with the AIM market. The epic fiasco surrounding the New World Oil and Gas Placing may be the last straw but Beaumont Cornish has form going back years. Even with regard to just this one company there have been serial disasters, but there are more cases where Beaumont Cornish has failed in its duties as Nomad.

The Vyke fraud, Daniel Stewart & Mr Paul Shackleton again and did the FCA actually do anything about it?

Published 1719 days ago

You may not remember Vyke PLC. It disappeared in 2011 from the AIM Casino and went bust shortly thereafter. But it raised millions of pounds from investors thanks largely to the efforts of disgraced crony capitalists Daniel Stewart – and yes Paul Shackleton of Naibu infamy was involved as his name appears on RNS releases – and it was a fraud. The FCA was alerted but did it do anything? Was Daniel Stewart censured and if not why not? At this stage I pass onto a reader who recounts his experiences:

Daniel Stewart & Paul Shackleton: An Open letter to the FCA & AIM Regulation demanding a Naibu Investigation

Published 1721 days ago

ZAI Corporate Finance & Big Ray Zimmerman are squarely in the frame regarding the fraud Naibu (NBU) but in my view it is former advisor Daniel Stewart and its then lead Qualifying Executive (QE) Mr Paul Shackleton who are most culpable and I have today written to the FCA and AIM Regulation asking that both be investigated and punished most severely for their role in allowing the continuation of a fraud that has cost investors millions of pounds.

A song from Tom for Doug Ware of Worthington, Rob Terry of Quenron & Houyan Lin of Naibu

Markets, corruption, failure of regulation and how the Establishment reacts to scandal with denial

Published 1741 days ago

I am struck by the similarities between the myriad of scandals on AIM – and now the main market – exposed here on ShareProphets and the various horrendous scandals that we have, as a country, been faced with in recent times. Perhaps it might be seen as a grubby comparison to liken financial wrongdoing to the scandals of abuse with reference to Saville, Rotherham as well as the Hillsborough tragedy. But the similarities are there: the failings are the same and as a country we need to face it.

I now have a shocking revelation for you which exposes the conflict of interest which will destroy what little credibility the casino still has.

Naibu – Comedy and Tragedy – you cannot say I did not warn you

Published 1752 days ago

The statement today from Naibu (NBU) is comedy. This is such a slam dunk fraud I cannot see why we bother pretending otherwise. The tragedy is that with the shares still suspended investors face a 100% wipe-out. I turn to the statement and also to the roll of shame and how this MUST BE CAREER ENDING for some folks if AIM Regulation is to retain any credibility. Are you reading Marcus Stuttard, the phoney “Sheriff of AIM”? The Real Sheriff has a message for you too. Let’s start with the statement which comes after a suspension on January 9 as the NEDS sough clarification of Naibu’s financial position.

This should have been declared as a related party deal – since Fielding is a PDMR – but it was not but was instead rolled into a £30 million deal involving convicted Nigerian fraudster Andrew O’Dua. I now have a new document which makes this look even worse – why has Fielding not been fired and the Old Bill called in?

An Open Letter to Big Ray Zimmerman of ZAI re his fraudulent client Naibu

It is now three weeks since shares in Naibu (NBU) were suspended from the AIM casino pending clarification of its financial position, notwithstanding the fact that it claimed to be profitable, cash generative and to have net cash of £32 million – a multiple of its market cap. In light of this I have again written to Big Ray Zimmerman of ZAI Corporate Finance, Nomad to this fraud because the implications of the fraud are severe for not only Naibu but also ZAI, Daniel Stewart (DAN) and the other members of the Fujian four – China Chaintek (CTEK), Camkids (CAMK) and Jiasen (JSI). Tom Winnifrith’s share tips of the year 2015, No 8 – sell Jiasen International at 42.5p

Published 1797 days ago

Anyone owning a Chinese based AIM stock is certifiably bonkers.  That is especially the case if it is based in Fujian Province, a small part of the PRC which has specialised in listing frauds on AIM, the Frankfurt Exchange, the TSX and NASDAQ.  The Fujian four on AIM are: Camkids (CAMK), Naibu (NBU), China Chaintek (CTEK) and Jiasen International (JSI) and for all four my ultimate target price is 0p. I am back in Clerkenwell at Real Man Pizza if any Quindell morons or Daniel Stewart employees want to come and "deal with me". On the Bearcast today, Sefton Resources, dead cat bounces, Kenmare Resources, insider dealing, Mwana Africa and of course the fraud Quenron.

Tom Winnifrith BearCast - Daniel Stewart ties itself in knots over China Chaintek - Research? LOL

Published 1822 days ago

Hapless Daniel Stewart is tying itself in knots over AIM Casino listed China fraud China Chaintek (CTEK). A research note out yesterday is just LOL stuff as I explain in this mini bearcast.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast Special - China Frauds, China Chaintek & Daniel Stewart

Published 1823 days ago

A podcast extra today on the Modus Operandi of China frauds, on a trading statement from China Chaintek (CTEK) that simply does not make sense and serious questions for Daniel Stewart and Mr Paul Shackleton who signed off on this bollocks. I also cover Naibu (another Shackleton "verified" fraud and Jiasen which also announced a load of cobblers today. Reminder for investors in Chaintek and Naibu the clock is ticking. Shackleton you are now a marked man , the Sheriff is on your case.

Tom Winnifrith's BearCast - Time to revolt against the Crony Capitalist nomads, brokers, PRs and boards

Published 1826 days ago

I was thinking, as I rode home through ghostly olive groves illuminated by a full moon, about the mindset of Daniel Stewart employees who want to beat me up. My crime is to point out the fact that they have earned vast sums by floating and raising money for frauds, so screwing ordinary AIM investors.

Tom Winnifrith's BearCast - 5th December

Published 1827 days ago

I am in a good mood. The olive pickers are picking and I have a great Quindell article to come. Oh dear. It relates to today's Quindell Quiz. ETA 3 PM ish. Elsewhere I look at IGAS ( a warning for piggy Austin), Naibu, China Chaintek, Pressfit, Stellar Resources, ReThink (a scandal), ValiRx (a dog) and am cheered by the news that someone from Daniel Stewart last night told a colleague of mine that he wanted to beat me up. These folks who float fraud after fraud don't like it up 'em do they?

ValirX – it will be different this time! Oh no it won’t Mr Bulletin Board Moron

Published 1827 days ago

You see my problem is that I just do not understand the exciting technology. That is what the ValiRx (VAL) experts say, well by experts I mean Bulletin Board Morons. We have been here before. Do you remember Monitise?

ValirX – an apology, it is a POS but

Published 1827 days ago

In today’s BearCast I suggested that ValiRX (VAL) might be suspended as its Nomad was Daniel Stewart and it needed a new Nomad and that no Nomad with any degree of integrity would take on this utter POS company. I apologise for one error in that assertion.

Tom Winnifrith's BearCast 4th December - Once again Angry Edition

Published 1828 days ago

Once again I am angry for reasons that I shall go into another time. But on that basis I let rip in this podcast at African Consolidated, Acta SPA, Quindell and then review the various clients of disgraced Daniel Stewart whose shares may be suspended soon: Valirx, Peer TV, Naibu (a cert), Pressfit and China Chaintek.I also discuss the abject failure of AIM in dealing with those individuals responsible for listing frauds.

Daniel Stewart – Two clients suspended – who will be next

Published 1828 days ago

As we know Daniel Stewart (DAN) has lost its NOMAD licensed. Not because it floated a series of frauds which it did. But because its staff, its Qualifying Execs have all quit. So the individuals who earned whacking bonuses for floating frauds can now float frauds elsewhere. This is shocking – there is no personal sanction for them. But this means that Daniel Stewart’s PLC clients must now find a new Nomad or they will be booted off the AIM Casino. Carnage ahoy, two down, who is next.

Quindell – the Buying silence is deafening: questions? Questions?

Published 1830 days ago

Quindell (QPP) shares have dived again today to just 57.75p. Remember when they were 600p plus and all those analysts who now refuse to tell you to buy said that the shares were worth £10 plus? Oh Daniel Stewart, Canaccord and Cenkos where are you now, you bent motherfuckers? The questions today concern the lack of buying.

Tom Winnifrith's BearCast 1st December as the Olive Harvest gets underway

The Olive harvest at the Greek hovel is finally underway and so it is a late BearCast. On the agenda: Beacon Hill, Radiant Growth (a Daniel Stewart special), Xplorer (a disgrace), Petroceltic, Rose Petroleum, Quindell (a fraud) and New World Oil & Gas (a total shocker).

Tom Winnifrith's EVEN MORE ANGRY Bearcast - 28 November

Published 1834 days ago

The Albanian olive pickers have still not arrived and may well be replaced with Greek workers later today. I am now very angry. Will I make it home by Christmas at this rate? In this podcast I look at Range Resources (RRL) - suspended again and reveal the REAL story of my battle to tell you the truth about this POS - Beowulf Mining, Kalimantan Gold, Daniel Stewart, Naibu, Pressfit, China Chaintek, Gulfsands Petroleum and of course the fraudsters at Quindell

EXCLUSIVE – Daniel Stewart loses Nomad License – death knell for it & the China Frauds

Published 1834 days ago

Daniel Stewart (DAN) is still listed on AIM - though its shares are suspended - but it clearly does not give a flying fuck about disclosure rules because it has yet to issue an RNS saying that it has lost its license to be a Nomad. So I will announce it on behalf of this POS enterprise. Peter Shea you can thank me later. The ramifications for the China frauds it represents are massive.

Naibu: Even House Broker Daniel Stewart Gives Up, forecasts, stance, targets all suspended

Published 1837 days ago

Daniel Stewart earns £6,250 + VAT pcm for being Nomad and broker to China fraud Naibu (NBU) – it needs the cash. But its latest note from respected analyst Simon “Wincey” Willis shows that even it has had enough. All forecasts, recommendation and target price have been withdrawn. It seems that even Daniel Stewart is alarmed by this total joke for reasons I explained yesterday HERE.

The Fraud Naibu lies again – you could not make this up (but Daniel Stewart believes it)

Published 1838 days ago

The China fraud Naibu (NBU) has today served up a ghastly profits warning but it gets better – it has now changed its excuse as to why a company supposedly drowning in cash has had to scrap its dividend. But Nomad Daniel Stewart, the specialist in floating China frauds, has signed off on the ludicrous statement so that is alright then. Another £6,250 pcm retainer saved for Daniel Cesspit. Ching. Ching. Coke and hokkers all round.

On the agenda: Quindell (end game, a new whistleblower and new frauds emerging) and Cenkos (lies), Coms ( a bombshell revealed), Radiant Growth, China frauds and Daniel Stewart, Sefton, APR Energy (political risk generally) and African Minerals (vindication and 0p on the cards). Ouch, its stinging all round.

Reader Poll – The race to 0p or suspension results – a three horse race

Published 1859 days ago

At the weekend we asked you which of the most worthless POS and in some cases fraudulent stocks on the AIM Casino would be the first to go to 0p or be suspended. It ended up as a three horse race with all three front runners having just one thing in common – the involvement of Daniel Stewart, always a red flag.

Friday Caption Contest: Quenron goes into meatballs or was this where the Quindell logo originated?

Published 1862 days ago

A good reader spot of another Quindell (QPP) logo discovered in Fort Lauderdale airport. This time the operation in question is in the pizza and meatballs business. Perhaps Rob Terry has pulled off another masterstroke acqusition given the obvious fit between selling meatballs and telematics, mobile doctors, low cost insurance, ambulance chasing, solar panels, indoor golf and scaffolding installation. Or maybe this is where he got the idea for the Quenron logo from? What do you think? Captions in the comments section below. My entry is:

AIM – A Crisis In The Making

Published 1868 days ago

Over the past months we have seen an astonishing array of articles clearly demonstrating that company directors, Nomads, Brokers, Auditors – just about every profession involved in running AIM-listed companies – have  broken rules or been negligent in performing their duties. Tom’s ongoing exposee on Quindell (plc), Daniel Stewart (broker and Nomad), KPMG (auditor to QPP) are recent examples. Ben Turney’s revelations about New World Oil and Gas show the most extraordinary behaviour by its management and by its Nomad – and now Broker – Beaumont Cornish. I’ve been a right old bore about Digital Learning Markerplace plc from 2012 which has posed questions about its management, Broker, Nomad and Auditor. There are more. Many, many more.

Quindell – Let’s Put the Canadian Telematics lies into context

Published 1870 days ago

Quenron (QPP) earlier this week announced a telematics deal with one of the top three insurance companies in Canada. Of course that was a lie. Quindell has told lies in RNS statements on a serial basis so that is no shock. The partner is Aviva Canada which is in fact the 15th largest insurance company in Canada. It is the third largest player In the Property & Casualty sub sector but what Quenron said in the RNS was just another lie.

Reader Comment of the day: TurboMuncher on the Quindell cash Crisis

Published 1878 days ago

It is abundantly clear that Quenron (QPP) now faces a cash crisis of monumental proportions. I am sure that the FCA is now monitoring its Regulatory capital position with extreme concern. And if you want to know what happens when this becomes an issue have a look at Daniel Stewart HERE. I flagged up earlier today, one way in which Quenron is hiding this time bomb from investors – by delaying salary payments HERE – but the other obvious way is by not paying its bills, something you would not be able to gauge from the cobblers in its trading statement of Monday. But poster TurboMubcher has the data and puts it into context for you in an excellent post:

New World Oil & Gas – Roland "Fatty" Cornish pins his colours to the mast of the sinking ship SS POS

Published 1884 days ago

After months of painstaking investigation by our very own Ben Turney, yesterday, New World Oil & Gas (NEW) finally fessed up that it had sent 1 million Euro to a fake Sheikh and will struggle to get it back, admitted that it was in dire financial straits and its broker Shore Cap quit. But it still has one good friend, Roland “Fatty” Cornish. of the fine firm Beaumont Cornish.

Daniel Stewart – Crony Capitalism on the AIM Casino in a Nutshell – new shock revelations

Published 1885 days ago

Yesterday we revealed that while Daniel Stewart (DAN) does not have enough regulatory capital to operate as an FCA authorised firm it has enough capital to plan a lavish Champagne Christmas party (where’s my invite?) HERE. But it gets worse. Much worse. This is crony capitalism in a nutshell.

Daniel Stewart - not enough cash to keep the FCA onside but more than enough for champagne all round

Published 1885 days ago

You could not make this up, Daniel Stewart (DAN) the City Crony capitalists who make their cash from advising firms on the AIM Casino has today admitted that it is truly financially buggered but not so utterly buggered that it can’t afford lavish champagne receptions at Christmas. Having made millions floating Quenron (QPP) and the China frauds Naibu (NBU) and China Chaintek (CTEK) as well as raising cash for blue-chip Globo (GBO) this is a comedy that keeps on giving.

Daniel Stewart – what a total joke: shares suspended

Published 1892 days ago

Daniel Stewart (DAN) earns its living as a Nomad and broker to AIM listed stocks. That is to say it charges fat fees for advising them on how to play by the AIM rules, for listing them and for raising money for them. It has no standards so was responsible for bringing Quindell (QPP) to the Casino and also acts as Nomad to China fraud Naibu (NBU) and tried to float China fraud Fraspens in August but seems to have failed. Today Daniel Stewart’s shares have been suspended.

The Industrial Scale China stock Fraud in Fujian home to Naibu, China Chaintek and Camkids revealed

Published 1901 days ago

This article appeared in the Chinese publication  Caixin Online at Christmas 2012. Staff reporter Qu Yunyu has done a superb job. It should be required reading for the crony capitalists round at Daniel Stewart, Allenby Capital and Abchurch Communications as well as AIM Regulation and for anyone mad enough to hold shares in Naibu (NBU), Camkids (CAMK) or China Chaintek (CTEK). It is explicit about what has gone on. If you own shares in any of the Fujian companies on the AIM Casino you should sell them all at once. The article – with a few choice sections in bold from me -  reads:

Daniel Stewart talks TOTAL COCK re China Chaintek

Published 1901 days ago

I am sorry to say this but the research note published this morning by my friend (well he used to be) Simon “Wincey Willis of Daniel Stewart on China Chaintek (CTEK) is a total disgrace. I assume Wincey has been leaned on to justify what is obviously a fraud because Daniel Stewart is earning such vast fees as Nomad and broker to Chaintek. Wincey is a good and honest man and hence he drops covert hints that he thinks Chaintek is junk but  I urge him to stand up to the reality that Chaintek and Naibu are engaged in fraud. He should explicitly tell clients to sell, even if that means that Daniel Stewart fires him. Simon do not sell your soul in this way.

The London Stock Exchange fiddles while AIM Burns, top broker Andrew Monk weighs in

Published 1901 days ago

There is so much wrong with AIM. China frauds seem to list at will. Companies can lie without censure. Folks like Sean Nutley at Silverdell and Rob Terry at The Innovation Group (where is he now BTW?) just “get away with it. Investors have completely lost trust in the Casino. It is a joke. The LSE could change it simply by getting the hapless bunch of complete cretins at the AIM Regulation Team to enforce rules, to kick off piss poor Nomads who float crap (Daniel Stewart) and to publicly name and shame. But instead it tinkers with the rule book. Top broker Andrew Monk of VSA weighed in this morning with this comment:

Naibu – a Damning Indictment of the failure of regulation on the AIM Casino

Published 1903 days ago

Shares in China fraud Naibu (NBU) bounced to 27p at the tail of the week. That is a dead cat bounce. This is a fraud and the shares are worth 0p. But the episode shows just why regulation on the AIM Casino is such a total joke.

The AIM Casino is a Cesspit Cesspit of Crooks and Crony Capitalists and is dying – I’m off to meet real snakes before I vomit

Published 1905 days ago

Yesterday evening I was doing a bit of frigana chopping at the Greek Hovel and I heard a rustling in the bush I was approaching. I know enough by now to realise what was making the noise and beat a hasty retreat. But the stench of corruption on AIM tells me where the real snakes operate. It is a cesspit for crooks and crony capitalists who systematically transfer wealth from the many (mug investors) to the few (themselves). I have had enough of this for one day and am heading back to the fields to face real snakes. They are less loathsome. There is a solution but the London Stock Exchange does nothing. It is guilty of abetting financial crime by its inaction.

GOTCHA! Naibu - The bombshell revelation - surely the shares must be suspended NOW

Published 1905 days ago

I do hope that someone round at Daniel Stewart, Nomad and Broker to AIM listed China fraud Naibu (NBU) has learned to read Chinese since the crony capitalists FAILED to do adequate due diligence on this POS before it listed. Because I have a little press cutting for you chaps from 2008. If you are not too busy spending the £600,000 you have made in fees from Naibu in the past 18 months you need to read it and then resign at once as Nomad and broker and have the shares suspended. This is a bombshell.

Winners & Losers from the Naibu fraud: Daniel Stewart & Shareholders

Published 1905 days ago

This is not my dynamite revelation, I merely set the scene…China fraud Naibu (NBU) floated on the AIM casino in May 2012 at 124p. The shares are now 19.5p. So UK shareholders have lost 5/6 of their cash in less than 18 months. So who are the winners from this farce? Well let me introduce to its Nomad and broker Daniel Stewart. This will appall you and perhaps explains why Daniel Cesspit (which also floated Quenron) is trying not to resign.

Daniel Stewart, Abchurch, AIM Regulation are you ready - Its a Gotcha on Naibu at 7 AM

Published 1905 days ago

I hope that Daniel Stewart and upper class twit PR buffoons Abchurch Communications have enjoyed spending the vast fees they have earned in assisting China fraud Naibu (NBU) to list on the AIM Cesspit. And I hope AIM Regulation are ready because at 7 AM the Sheriff of AIM will be breaking news which MUST result in a share suspension if the Casino is to retain any credibility. It is Gotcha time for these bad guys and then we can start moving onto Camkids (CAMK) and China Chaintek (CTEK). Oh.....

Naibu FRAUD watch Day 1: now on a PE of 0.46 and 132% upside in shares if Daniel Stewart believes its own SHIT – why wont it say buy?

Published 1905 days ago

Shares in Naibu (NBU) have slumped another 10% today to just 21.5p. The company is an out and out fraud and it is only a matter of time before the shares are suspended. If it had a smidgeon of integrity, its Nomad and Broker Daniel Stewart (which likes acting for China frauds on the AIM Casino and also listed Quenron) would resign. But it seems that the greedy ethics free crony capitalist bastards at Daniel Stewart would rather keep banking fat monthly retainers.

Almost Half ShareProphets Readers think ALL China AIM stocks uninvestable

SHOCKING EXCLUSIVE: The China scam pipeline: Naibu, Camkids, China ChainTek and Zedex Capital

Published 1907 days ago

I think that it is now 100% clear that Naibu (NBU) is a fraud. It is only a matter of time before it goes to 0p or is booted off the AIM Casino. But where did it come from and is it unique? Meet Zedex Capital. What follows will shock you. It says so much about how corrupt AIM and the City advisors working on it have become. It is a scandal.

Was it Naibu that scuppered the Fraspens IPO or has Daniel Stewart stopped floating shit on the AIM Casino

Published 1907 days ago

The sorry saga of AIM listed China fraud Naibu (NBU) gets murkier and murkier and at the heart of it is City Nomad and broker Daniel Stewart, the firm that brought Quenron to the AIM casino and acts for Naibu. I asked it to show integrity at the weekend by quitting Naibu given my explosive revelation HERE. But Daniel Cesspit would rather bank the fees. So let’s talk Fraspens. Fraspens who you say? Well let me explain, on 21 July this fine enterprise issued a press release announcing inter alia:

Now on a PE of only 0.45, why does Daniel Stewart not rate Naibu as a buy? Because it’s a fraud!

Published 1908 days ago

Shares in China based AIM listed fraud Naibu have slumped to just 23p today – they were 50p on Thursday before the disastrous interims were published. House broker and Nomad Daniel Stewart (the firm that signed off on the Quenron IPO) stated on Friday that earnings will be 46p this year and that fair value is 50p. So why is it not rating the stock as a buy?

ShareProphets Reader Poll – Chinese stocks on AIM

Published 1909 days ago

It is now quite clear, after my shock revelations today HERE, that Naibu (NBU) is a total Norfolk and is going to 0p. And this is only the latest of a number of Chinese based Norfolks to list on the AIM casino. Good Chinese stocks list in Hong Kong or Shanghai, bad ones on NASDAQ and total stinkers and outright Norfolks on AIM. Well that is my view - hence the advice to dump shares in Camkids (CAMK) and China Chaintek (CTEK) as well as Naibu. What do you think? Which of the following statements most closely reflects your views:

The Naibu fraud – two critical questions and tests of integrity for Daniel Stewart as the stock heads to 0p and/or a delisting

Published 1909 days ago

Apparently at 31p shares in Naibu now trade on a 2015 and 2015 PE of c0.7. Any stock trading on such a rating is either the cheapest stock on this planet or an outright fraud, a Norfolk. Naibu is a fraud. My target price is 0p and this stock will lose its Aim listing soon. It could be very soon. If Daniel Stewart, nomad and broker to this POS – and the firm that listed Quenron – had any integrity it would resign at once as Nomad and broker. As such I ask two questions of Daniel Cesspit.

Is he right now filling his boots or filling his trousers with the brown stuff? I have no sympathy for this cretin whatsoever. He was warned… So which are the next two China AIM casino listed stocks to slump> Here are two suggestions.

The Naibu Norfolk – house broker slashes target price by 75% and rates as a “corporate hold” – nonsensical note

Published 1911 days ago

I feel rather sorry for my old pal Simon “Wincey” Willis the analyst at Daniel Stewart, house broker and Nomad to Chinese Norfolk Naibu (NBU) as he has been forced this morning to publish a note that he knows is nonsensical.

Naibu Interims – this stinks to high heaven, shares plunge but target is 0p – this is a Norfolk

Published 1911 days ago

Shares in Naibu (NBU), the AIM Cesspit posterboy Chinese company that claims to make sports shoes are off 30% today at 35p. You cannot say that I have not warned you that this is an outright Norfolk and interims today make that clear. The target price is 0p.

Yesterday I revealed HERE how Fraudster Rob Terry had sent £139,000 of Quindell cash helping out a mate by buying 50% of BestPriceHotDeals.com  - an almost worthless e-tailer of garden equipment – from a pal of his Mr Farrelly. I am afraid this gets worse with a new revelation.

Naibu – A Question or Two for Mr Lin, the CEO

Published 1944 days ago

As you know, I believe that AIM listed Naibu (NBU) is a total POS. I do not believe its numbers or its CEO or his mum who still owes the company £2 million she “borrowed” a few years back. I think that the shares at 43.5p are in fact worth 0.0000001p. A 4p per share dividend is due to be paid on Friday. So here is a question for Mr Lin.

The Official Rob Terry & Quindell Downfall Video

Published 1946 days ago

All the players in the Quindell (QPP) tale are in there: Rob Terry, Laurence Moose, Mark Ford, PR girl Foxy Bex, Steamy from the ridiculous QPPSAG, Cenkos, Kevin Ashton, Daniel Stewart, Gotham City, ebola, the UKLA and Canaccord. I hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed producing this video.

Naibu – Daniel Stewart pumps out buy note but will not answer critical question – target price cut to 0.0000001p

Published 1947 days ago

Following the comical trading statement from AIM listed POS China joke company Naibu (NBU) earlier this week – see HERE - Broker and Nomad to this Norfolk, Daniel Stewart, has published a buy note but refuses to answer my utterly critical question. The shares have slumped to 43.5p putting them on a PE of 0.95 and a yield of 13.8% if you believe the forecasts. I do not and am thus slashing my target price from 1p to 0.0000001p and will reduce it further if Daniel Stewart cannot answer this question:

Naibu – Comedy RNS, Tragedy awaits – sell at 51.5p – target price 1p

Published 1949 days ago

A Trading statement from China based AIM Cesspit POS Naibu (NBU) today is sheer comedy genius. The shares are off again at 51.5p and I am now minded to revisit my 1p target price as I am being generous.

Cenkos, Canaccord, Daniel Stewart all say buy Quindell but do they mean it? Er……

Published 1975 days ago

Cenkos, Canaccord and Daniel Stewart are the three City firms that have made most money from listing Quindell (QPP), advising it and helping it raise cash. For these three City firms Quindell has been an enormous money spinner. And the last published research reports from these three fine houses all advise investors to BUY Quindell stock with price targets a multiple of where the shares are now. But ….

The Sheriff of AIM at the Naibu AGM – Post Shoot-out Video

Published 1984 days ago

Outside the palatial offices of City financiers Daniel Stewart I considered a quite bizarre AGM. The chairman had a few problems with his visa so could not be there leaving two hapless NEDs to field questions. I congratulate the Naibu (NBU) shareholders who attended – they seemed a well informed and perceptive bunch.

The Sheriff of AIM at the Naibu AGM – Pre Shoot-out Video

Outside the palatial offices of City financiers Daniel Stewart I waited for the massed herds to arrive at the Naibu (NBU) AGM. In the end seven other folks attended. Before going into battle I composed a few thoughts and recorded them on video.

Questions to ask Naibu at its AGM

Published 1987 days ago

Being a bear of Naibu (NBU), I don’t think it would be appropriate for me to attend Monday’s  AGM at the offices of Daniel Stewart, but if anyone is going they might like to ask the boss Mr. Houyan Lin ( via his interpreter) the following questions. And as it happens someone is going, Tom Winnifrith, the Sheriff of AIM. If he has nothing better to ask how about?

The Sheriff of AIM is off to another AGM on Monday – Naibu (with some questions)

Published 1988 days ago

This time I shall gain admittance! Naibu (NBU) has just confirmed in writing that I shall be allowed to attend as the representative of Evil Knievil who (for reasons that I cannot understand) is long of this stock. And I have a few questions for the board. For starters:

Quindell - Who is still at the Party?

Published 1999 days ago

When things begin to go pear shaped at a party in my Manor of E13, the savvy punters, who often got the whole thing going in the first place, generally sidle off the dance floor and head off home making their excuses and leaving others to the punch ups, the damage and more often than not the arrival of the law.

Rangers International Football Club plc – an extraordinary tale of woe since 2012 AIM admission

Published 2048 days ago

Having been placed into administration and a CVA proposal having been voted down, the business and assets of the previous holding company of Scottish football club Rangers were acquired and on 19th December 2012 the new holding company, Rangers International Football Club (RFC), was brought to AIM at 70p per share. With the shares currently at 22p, this first piece details the extraordinary litany of woe from the December 2012 AIM admission to this point and a second reviews the current position following an announcement on Friday of a summary of the findings of a business review which has left a union of Rangers fan groups “absolutely appalled”.

Anglo Asian Mining - despite the gold price: Buy

Published 2236 days ago

At a current 29.5p, capitalising the company at £32.9 million, shares in gold producer from Azerbaijan, Anglo Asian Mining (AAZ) have yet to really recover from a May low of 25.125p – they having commenced the year at 45p having, in 2011, reached 80p. The gold market environment has clearly been unhelpful but there is still much positivity around this company.
