Integumen – argues agreement with “a compelling strategic and financial rationale”, but is the (discounted) placing enough?
Plant Health Care – “on track to achieve full year revenue expectations”… so why a share price slump?

If only I was not in Greece, I would be sorely tempted to head along to an evening of free booze hosted by the Sith Lord Zak Mir and the disgusting piece of Northern slum vermin that is Richard "Gollum" Gill. Seriously it could be fun.

You may remember the strange tale of African New Energies, a private company that, as I revealed HERE, was desperate to tell you that it was going to be taken over at £3.50 a share but because it was run by such a nice guy was able to offer you a chance to buy placing shares at just 11 cents. A 44 bagger on offer in February 2017 - what could possibly have gone wrong?

Back in February 2017 I was contacted by a private company Africa New Energies asking if I wanted to buy shares in a placing at 11 cents. Since the company is run by Stephen Larkin, a man who takes advice from loathsome Richard "Gollum" Gill I was nor rushing to sign up. But then I was told, but we are going to be taken over soon at 350p per share a bid has been tabled! Er... so is this placing not sort of insider dealing I asked?

In case you missed it, last night was the The fifth annual Small Cap Awards' black tie gala in London. The crony capitalists from across the Square Mile gathered to say how well they had done being paid vast amounts to stuff dumb fuck investors into shite stocks, before the spivs departed for some late night celebratory coke and hookers. And boy were the crony capitalists doing well. Let's start with the winners:

Oh dear. Oh dear. I do really worry that my old friend Jim Mellon is not finding the asset stripping of certain media assets that I created that much fun. He keeps on saying that his, me-too, piss poor investor show is profitable but the numbers speak for themselves. At this rate surely he is going to get bored of blowing half a million quid a year and the Master Investor show, now with morally bankrupt PR disaster zone Steffi running the joke sales effort, must be likely to be closed down very soon indeed. The bad news was snuck out to Companies House so late it attracted a fine for poor Jim, pm 15 December when no-one was watching. Except me.

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has been a stock much ramped by the usual suspects and its shares have flown until last Thursday when they were suspended pending clarification of its financial position. The next day the CEO and founder was fired. But we can reveal that the CEO Paul Morffew claims this is a stitch up and, as a 20% shareholder is prepared to fight back. This has the potential to be another major AIM scandal given that it was less than two months ago that £2.8 million was raised at 10.5p. Nomad and co broker Northland is refusing to answer calls and its position now looks untenable.

Oh dear, Oh dear, when even those you pay to produce buy notes, refuse to promote your shares you know that you are in trouble. Equity Development, which has been pumping Fastjet hard since 2013 has today said it cant set a target price any more. Cripes, I suppose that if FastJet can spare a few quid it could always get Gollum and Zak Mir to ramp its shares but back to those paid for rampers we can take, at least a bit, seriously.

Earlier today we flagged up a planned rampfest investor evening organised by jam tomorrow and hot air producer Inspirit Energy (INSP) which - according to the original RNS - featured an array of attractions including Zak Mir - who was laughably described as the UK's favourite technical analyst, which Nomad signed off on that crap? - and a chance to quiz FD Nilesh Jagatia. Oh goodie goodie thought a number of folk from the Teather (TEA) shareholder action group who would like to ask Nilesh about how he has trainwrecked their company and if he condones blackmail?

Some readers may roll their eyes at Tom's Rebel Alliance vs the Empire meme that he has adopted the past few years. My adventure at yesterday's Master Investor show demonstrates that Tom isn't just bloviating.

Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater responded to a piece of spam email and ordered a ticket legitimately to attend Jim Mellon's minor trade show in islington today. The show claimed that 10,000 tickets had been booked although capacity in the rooms booked is sub 3,000. Whatever. Atwater attended this morning and saw plenty of empty space. He estimates that, including suits manning stands, there were perhaps 2,000 in the hall. Again, whatever.

This concerns Premaitha (NIPT) where I feel misled and explain why I regard brokers Finncap as complete and utter bastards. Premaitha shares are a buy but it should sack Finncap now. I then move onto Gulf Keystone (GKP), Bacanora (BCN), Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and the pig Lenigas, Mariana Resources (MARL), Goldstone Resources (GRL) and Falkland Island Holdings (FKL) a company that has never recovered from being tipped by another complete and utter bastard, the uber-talentless Richard "Gollum" Gill. I am in a bad mood today and this podcast contains lots of bad langauge.

After 89 days the Golden Saint Resources (GSR) crowd funded debt death spiral organised by Crowdforangfels and its imbecilic compliance officer Gollum Gill was pulled last night. It had raised just £3,350 - just a little way below the minumum of £50,000 and the £250,000 target. This morning Golden has fessed up to the flop.

Why has Nomad Roland "fatty" Cornish not yet had shares in insolvent Golden Saint Resources (GSR) suspended? After all it is totally bust. Perhaps it is in the hope that its crowd funded debt death spiral organised by Richard "Gollum" Gill would be a saviour? If so I have bad news because after 88 days...

You could not make this bollocks up. Golden Saint Resources (GSR) has today effectively admitted that it is insolvent but its PR genius Steffi (cost £3,000 pcm) has dressed this up as a triumph. How on earth is Nomad Roland "fatty" Cornish allowing the shares still to be traded.

Floated on the AIM casino 18 months ago at 10p, shares in the insolvent Golden Saint Resources (GSR) are sliding again today and are now just 0.035p to sell (loss since IPO of 99.965%) so how is its crowd funded debt death spiral doing. I am afraid that the news is not good on day 42.

On today's podcast I start with a couple of risers: Berkeley Energy (BKY) - where's my apology Brokerman Dan? And Optibiotix (OPTI) - you know I am not totally useless at long tips. Then onto the losers: Galasys (GLS), TyraTech (TYR), Northern Petroleum (NOP). Then it is Golden Saint Resources (GSR) where I also try to help out hapless compliance officer the Northern Slum refugee Richard "Gollum" Gill by explaining the rules about a financial promotion. I missed out FastJet (FJET) - down on weak passenger data, can anyone remember anyone involved in its IPO who might be a red flag? Then I turn my attention to David Lenigas, the boiler room and Inspirit (INSP).

Totally insolvent AIM Golden Saint Resources (GSR) had a cracking day 26 on its live crowd funded debt death spiral – some mug punter pledged £1000. That means that £3,200 has now been pledged (admittedly at least £800 of that coming from imbecilic Northern slum refugee Richard “Gollum” Gill and colleagues at crowdforangels) and so the net proceeds (inc VAT outflows are now) a massive £88. Yes after 26 days Golden Saint has raised a net £88, enough to pay for the invaluable services of PR genius Stefania for approximately twenty two and a half hours. So …

Wow big news from the live execution of Golden Saint Resources (GSR) via a crowd funded death debt spiral – the amount raised has on day 19, doubled. But before its supporters celebrate too much….

You will remember that AIM listed Golden Saint Resources (GSR) is out of cash and trading while insolvent as it burns up to £6,000 a day but that its rescue plan was to raise £250,000 via a crowd funded debt death spiral masterminded by Northern slum refugee the talentless little shit Richard “Gollum” Gill and crowdforangels. So what is the update on day 15?

By now it is clear after the numerous scandals at New World Oil & Gas (NEW), Gate Ventures (GATE) and so many others that we’ve forgotten, that Roland “fatty” Cornish is officially London’s worst Nomad. His latest triumph is to allow shares in Golden Saint Resources (GSR) to continue to trade even though the company is insolvent and its Richard "Gollum" Gill crowd funded debt death spiral has only raised MINUS £1938.50. To celebrate this walking disaster story we have another caption contest. Don’t hold back…there is a prize.

You will remember that AIM POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR) is out of cash and is burning cash at up to £200,000 a month. It is insolvent. Its Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish is too busy thinking of his next five course lunch to push the company on this and have the shares suspended pending clarification. When this goes tits up, his failure on this point will be raised with AIM Regulation. But at least there is the crowd funded debt death spiral to raise £250,000 which is now 11 days into its 90 day campaign, there to save Golden. How is it doing?

It goes without saying that there live execution of insolvent AIM listed POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR) via a crowd funded debt death spiral is not going well. The past 24 hours has seen another £0 raised meaning that on day nine net proceeds are still MINUS £1938.50. But an eagle eyed reader has flagged up a weekend change, as CrowdforAngels tries to cover up how investors are being spoofed.

It goes without saying that the scoreboard was not exactly rattling yesterday at the live public execution crowd funded death spiral of Golden Saint Resources (GSR). Is that because Golden Saint is an insolvent POS or because the crowd funder crowdforangels has been cursed by having the congenitally imbecilic Northern Slum refugee Richard “Gollum” Gill on board as its compliance officer? Or both. As it happens…

The public execution of insolvent AIM listed POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR) gets more gripping by the day. 24 hours ago ( day 5) the company had raised £300 from mug punters and £800 from staff at crowdforangels including imbecilic compliance officer Gollum, meaning that the net proceeds of this crowd funded debt death spiral were still MINUS £1938.50. Another day gone and things look even grimmer in the execution chamber as we watch the public death of AIM POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR). Still only £1100 of the £250,000 needed has been pledged which means that – after costs – three days of the crowd funded debt death spiral has realised a net MINUS £1,938.50. But I am afraid the true picture is EVEN WORSE than that. Moreover…now it is time to meet Gollum, the mastermind behind this fiasco.
