Oh dear, oh, dear. To have your IPO pulled once is understandable, but twice seems like carelessness. Perhaps Nomad Stifel might care to scotch certain rumours doing the rounds.
This latest expose c/o Winnileaks is why shares in ADM Energy (ADME) should be suspended first thing Monday. Not only has the company and its hapless Nomad Carin sit on news of a major legal claim against it as I revealed yesterday but it seems to have met its second fake sheikh, a letter from whom is below. And to have used this fake sheikh to ramp the shares ahead of placings.
During the next 24 hours I shall be publishing a number of articles showing that AIM listed ADM Energy (ADME) has consistently misled investors as to the state of its finances while raising money in new placings. I shall look at where some of that cash went and who was aware of it, including former Tory MP Sir (now Lord) Henry Bellingham of the the 3DM fraud infamy who is a NED. At the end of the series you will be in no doubt that this company’s shares are utterly worthless and that those hawk like watchdogs at AIM Regulation, the folks fomerly referred to as the Oxymorons, should be swooping to feel collars both at ADM but also acting against its advisors. I start with a letter sent to the Winnileaks service which ADM received on 9 July 2021.
The curse of former Tory MP, Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy just will not go away. When oily Tony joins a company, he will make a packet and the shares will tank. That is one of my golden rules of investing and slimy Tony’s record in this respect is unblemished. So to the latest warning from Westminster (WSG), a turd which Tony tries, and fails, to polish.
For 17 years I have been pointing out the lies and frauds committed by Eden Research (EDEN). I could paper my bedroom with the lawyers letters it and its partner in crime 3DM (now in administration, having blown £65 million of other folks cash, sent me). I could paper another few rooms with the online harassment I received from the 3Dimmers, whipped up by shamed promoters Old Mother Mike Walters and Johnny “the Rat” Townsend. Here we are and I am still on the case although how the regulators have allowed this farce to continue for so long really does cause me to despair. Retained losses now stand at £40 million!
It is only two weeks since Crowd For Angels, the world’s worst crowdfunding firm, closed its failed attempt to raise £500,000 for the serial liars at Verditek (VDTK) and now we get interims which tell you that, by Christmas, those fools lured by Richard “Gollum” Gill’s grotesquely misleading financial promotions into backing the bond will be at risk. These numbers are a disaster for the company led by Tory toff Lord Willetts. Insolvency beckons.
I start with four companies to boycott: Octopus Energy, Grolsch, Nivea and Kopparber. Not that it will make any difference. I then battle EasyJet (EZJ) to get my own money back and discuss why i would not own its shares. Then onto Bidstack (BIDS) which will meet payroll next week but will struggle in July, Verditek (VDTK) and finally Westminster Group (WSG) run by sleazy ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of the fraud 3DM infamy.
Not all of them. Certainly not daughter Olaf. But at least one of them has ruined my day and made me livid. Elsewhere I discuss Hurricane Energy (HUR), ADVFN (AFN), the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) and Westminster Group (WSG) and the curse of Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy. Ahead of another weekend training walk please be generous and donate HERE – £99 short of the one third mark!
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. That used to be the catchphrase of disgraced penny share tipster Mike Walters of Minmet, 3DM, Polly Peck, Pursuit Dynamics, etc, etc infamy. I wonder if he will be using it today as the Verditek (VDTK) dog he has promoted so aggressively has coughed up to another lack of sales warning. It means that a bailout discount placing is inevitable within the next couple of months but natch the company, chaired by Tory Toff Lord Willetts, polishes the turd.
There is news from the garden. Then a few notes on covid testing stocks. Then comment on Umuthi Healthcare (UHS) and finally a reminder of AIM Rules for Westminster Group (WSG) chaired by ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy. There is also an explicit warning on Eden Pharma, a potential pot IPO.
Oh dear, there has been no RNS about this but it appears that Westminster Group (WSG), the serial AIM laggard run by ex Tory MP, sleazy Tony Baldry of the fraud 3DM infamy, has been very naughty and has been slapped down by the US FDA for making untruthful covid claims on its website. Tony: you are a scumbag. This is a shocker.
In its 25 year history, Eden Research (EDEN) has only ever reported one six month period when it made a profit. And that was down to a Panama Pump accounting fraud involving Terpenetech. But today its shares are racing ahead thanks to an endorsement from the London Stock Exchange (LSE). I despair and ponder retirement.
In my detailed coverage of the POS AIM Company Verditek (VDTK) I have shown how in every year since its IPO it has announced contracts, ramped the shares and then having raised funds in a bailout placing or two, the contracts disappear. Sometimes it ‘fesses up, sometimes there is no ‘fess, other times I have to run articles and sheeplishly, Tory Toff Lord Willetts and his chums are forced into an RNS. Well here we go again.
Three announcements came this morning from Westminster Group (WSG), the cash-guzzling AIM promote run by sleazy ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy. All add to Tom Winnifrith’s 5th rule of investing: If the porcine piece of slime Tony Baldry is involved, sell.
The criminal way that taxpayer cash is handed out by Innovate UK to companies that are either undeserving or can raise cash from share issuances in the private sector will, in the end, turn out to be a scandal running into the hundreds of millions of pounds. Yesterday I exposed the £4.6 million, wholly unjustified, spunk on Haydale Graphene and today I flag up £117,377 dished out to a total fraud, Environmental Recycling Technologies then listed on AIM.
Just how many red flags do you need? Because at this AIM listed company, there are more than you’d see on the annual May Day parade through my old stomping ground of Clerkenwell. Let’s list the Verditek (VDTK) red flags:
Last week I demonstrated beyond any doubt that Verditek (VDTK) had deliberately lied to investors to raise bailout funding as you can see HERE. But it is not alone… welcome to the sordid world of Mike Walters, aka Old Mother Walters. He was once my idol.
Maybe having a Tory grandee, Lord Willetts, as your chairman means that you are allowed to commit securities fraud with impunity on the AIM Casino? As I exposed yesterday HERE, that is most certainly what Verditek (VDTK) has been up to. Given that it is currently technically insolvent and its shares are being ramped on an industrial scale by disgraced tipster Mike Walters of 3DM, Polly Peck, Minmet, etc etc infamy and others, another placing must be imminent. I have today written to the Chocolate Teapots at the FCA and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking it to try to, for once, stop fraud.
Some of you fell for my April Fool - wow! thanks for the messages of congratulation! In yesterday's bearcast I argued that banks had to abandon paying dividends pro tem. Now under pressure they have agreed to do so. I now give you five little or big case studies showing why a banking crisis is inevitable. Then I look at Nostra Terra Oil & Gas (NTOG), Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), where I am a very excited and supportive shareholder but think the chairman must be fired after today's news, Bidstack (BIDS), Plutus Powergen (PPG) and the associated POS companies and Westminster Group (WSG) where repellent slug and ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy shows again why he is the unacceptable face of capitalism.
ADVFN (AFN) sister company Online BlockChain (OBC) shares a Nomad in Roland "fatty" Cornish. If you read the 2019 accounts you will be squealing with laughter yet the shares have rocketed 58% today. Why? No doubt Roland is on the ball and a statement will be forthcoming. I look at the madness at Davos, signs of peak bull market insanity and at the news from Westminster Gtroup (WSG) chaired by repellent pig The Right Honourable Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy.
In today's podcast I look at Brady (BRY), Westminster Group (WSG) the dog run by disgraced former Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy, Inspirit (INSP), Koovs (KOOV), Neil Woodford dog Verseon VERS) where it must surely be almost lights out time and at IQE (IQE).
On today's podcast I discuss Westminster Group (WSG) run by ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy, Metro Bank (MTRO), the Sith Lord Zak Mir, Sam Antar, Optibiotix (OPTI), Inspirit (INSP) and Dev Clever (DEV) - when are its (sure to be dire) results?
News yesterday from BlueJay Mining (JAY) continues to underscore my view that the company needs to carry out an extensive capital raising exercise in order to progress on its Dundas field in Greenland. The word on the street is that it is sounding out mugs about a placing at 5p a pop.
And so having promised us 2018 sales of £7.2 million and an EBITDA profit on January 29, simply to get a bailout placing away on February 8, the ghastly truth now emerges. Westminster’s (WSG) 2018 results are shite and bar an accounting fudge they would have shown the group as insolvent. Let me explain.
If Westminster Group (WSG) was regulated by the SEC not the weedy poltroons at the FCA and the Oxymorons at AIM regulation, shamed ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy would this morning be sweating like the dirty pig he is. Let me explain.
On 29 January 2019 Westminster Group (WSG) the dog chaired by ex Tory MP Tony “fatso” Baldry of 3DM infamy issued a ramptastic trading statement to ramp its shares up to 12p allowing it to do a bailout, keep the lights on, placing at 10p a few days later. Now, as it prepares for its next bailout placing we have more grim news marking the company out as utterly uninvestable. First the mess of its accounts.
Dan Levi reckons that I was being beastly about Dev Clever PLC to sell it a stand at the UK Investor show. He says so without listening to what I actually said. Maybe I am also trying to flog stands to Telit, Accesso and Westminster Group? Oi fatso Baldry if I mention the 3DM fraud again will you take a stand at a show I don't actually own. Whatever... In this podcast I also cover Telit (TCM), Blue Rock Diamonds (BRD), Jim Mellon's SalvaRX (SALV), Accesso (ACSO) and Windar Photonics (WPHO). It is silliness like this that make me want to call it a day sooner rather than later.
The behaviour of Westminster Group (WSG) chaired by disgraced ex Tory MP , Sir Tony Baldry of 3DM fraud infamy, displays everything that is worst about the AIM Cesspit. Today we have a £500,000 placing via newly appointed joint broker the low -life team at SVS. But just ten day ago it was all so different.
Matt Earl has already done valuable work on First Derivatives (FDP). But is there a smoking gun? Let's rewind sixteen years...2002 was a tough year to launch a tech IPO.
Yesterday saw yet another decline in the share price of Blue Jay Mining (JAY) and that has continued this morning. This is perhaps the biggest small cap mining promote seen in recent years but reality is starting to dawn on the mug punters as they consider the options the company now has going into 2019 absent an offtake agreement, EIA & SIA approval and the all important Exploitation licence.
When a good company meets the salary expectations of “porker Baldry” of 3DM infamy as its chairman it will inevitably become a cash guzzler. When a bad company finds the loathsome lard bucket at its helm the outcome is not going to be a happy one for shareholders. And that brings us to Westminster Group (WSG) which has raised a paltry £500,000 (gross) today via seedy low grade bucket shop SVS just to keep the lights on until Christmas.
After years of earning £170,000 as a reward for being a total disaster as CEO of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), the new board has taken just ten days to part company with Nick “not for the many but for the Trew” but massive questions remain.
I had not realised that shamed tipster Mike Walters of Minmet, Polly Peck, 3DM (and the rest) infamy was promoting Bluejay (JAY) but the kiss of death from Old Mother Walters is just another massive red flag. With disgraced Nomad SP Angel of MySquar infamy still refusing to say whether it dumped millions of shares while urging clients to buy, this stock is uninvestable. In that light I bring you a piece out yesterday from Richard Jennings which adds to the growing bear case. Over to the boss of Align Research...
As well as the public censure and fine announced yesterday for MBL Group (MUBL) two AIM Cesspit companies were fined and given private censures by the clowns at AIM regulation. But who are the naughty boys who misled investors and market and what does waste of space AIM Regulation boss Nilam Statham hope to achieve by this?
We have news today that Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) has a new Nomad and broker in Strand Hanson and two new directors in Simon Farrell and Scott Richardson Brown. The former becomes non exec chairman replacing disgraced Nick not for the many but for the Trew but, Trew remains on the board. This is not good enough. It is time to drain the swamp. And it can be done at once. Here's why.
Shares in Westminster Group (WSG), run by loathsome ex Tory MP slug, Tony “fatso” Baldry of 3DM infamy have slipped again to just 9.2p to sell. Those who ponied up £750,000 in the last bailout placing at 22p, less than six months ago, must by now realise that backing a Baldry run company is financial hara kiri. But things are going to get worse. You see the money's almost gone....
In this podcast I reflect on how the UK is going to the dogs commenting on South West trains and the award of the Orwell prize to a proven specialist in fake news. George will be laughing in his grave. I cover boardroom shenanigans at Telit (TCM), shameless ramping at Andalas (ADL) which is really worth 0p, Frontera (FRR), D day looms, Westminster Group (WSG) and the ambiguity of loathsome ex Tory MP Tony "Fatso" Baldry of 3DM infamy, Rossylyn Data (RDT), Dillstone (DSG), Cluff Natural Resources (CLNR) and its pomopus arse of a founder and Optibiotix (OPTI). now I see that evil PR spinner and crony capitalist Reg Hoare has donated to Woodlarks in support of the my sponsored walk with Brokerman Dan. we are now just £31 short of £9,000 and 45% of our target - go on, do the decent thing and chip in HERE
Nick Trew, the CEO of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) is currently attempting to fight off an EGM request to oust him and Toff Tory MP Sir Henry Bellingham of 3DM infamy from the board. Their record of non delivery should be enough to see them sent packing but another allegation has now been made which - if proven - would make their dismissal a black and white issue. Nomad WH Ireland and AIM Regulation must investigate this at once.
As Richard Jennings at Align prepares to respond to the woeful EGM defence of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) incumbents serial trougher Sir Henry Bellingham MP of 3DM infamy and Nick "Not for the many but for the" Trew, a new player has emerged.
I do not always agree with Richard Jennings of Align Research. In fact he can be 100% wrong on certain matters. But on Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) he is bang on the money in trying to oust its useless board. In that battle he has today writting to NED Sir Henry Bellend MP of 3DM infamy. Over to Jennings who flags up a new dirty track Bellend and £170,000 a year CEO Nick "Not for the Many but for the " Trew are trying to play::
The Sunday Times reveals that slimeball ex Tory MP Sir Tim Yeo and four other former directors of now bankrupt AIM duffer TMO Renewabales face a £20 million court claim from administrators Duff & Phelps. I do hope that Tory Toff Sir Henry Bellingham MP of 3DM infamy and Nick "Not for the Many but for the" Trew of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) read the piece.
Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) has yet to fess up but it has been served with a new EGM request by Richard Jennings of Align, seeking to oust disgraced trougher CEO Nick "Not for the Many but for the " Trew and Tory Toff NED Sir Henry Bellingham of 3DM infamy.
Barely a day goes by when someone does not have a go at Nick "not for the Many but for the "Trew the man who has earned £170,000 a year for running Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) into the ground.
The word on the Street is that embattled Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) CEO Nick "not for the many but the " Trew is, via spiv bucket shop Keith Bayley Rogers trying to raise not £450,000 but just £200,000 at 0.6p. He is struggling to raise even that much because everyone knows he has been offered the same funds at a far less dilutive 1p but has rejected them. This placement is all about securing votes to win an EGM.
I do not agree with many things said by Richard Jennings of Align Research. But he is bang on the money on the merits of emigrating to Greece, on cats and on the desirability of removing hapless Nick Trew and Tory Toff Sir Henry Bellingham MP of 3DM infamy as directors of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP). Jennings has written to Trewly useless today and opines:
Having blotted his AIM CV in a big way with his involvement in the £65 million AIM fraud 3DM - even after its first bollocking from the FSA, the FCA as was, the toff Tory MP Sir Henry Bellingham has now been reported to AIM Regulation over seedy plans for a discounted placing at Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) which he is set to waive through to save his well paid job.
It is one month exactly to UK Investor Show. Book your seats today! In today's podcast I comment on retail generally but also on any company that says that it is talking to its banks and that they are "supportive." I look in detail at yesterday's results from Eden Research (EDEN). Would you Adam & Eve it? There's lots of snakes in that garden. I look at the request for an EGM of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) to out useless Nick Trew and NED Toff Tory Sir Henry Bellingham MP of 3DM infamy. Sir Henry I have a score to settle and I have a warning for you about what I plan. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH
As you know I do not always agree with Richard Jennings of Align Research but on the matter of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) he is spot on and I support his efforts to oust CEO Nick Trew and toff Tory MP Sir Henry Bellingham, of 3DM infamy, 100%. Jennings has published a new letter with a dire warning to anyone prepared to back Trew & Sir Hal. Perhaps the campaign slogon for comrade Jennings should be "For the many not the Trew." Maybe that needs work? Jennings writes:
In today's bearcast I discuss the corporate history of Sir Henry Bellingham MP notably the fraud he was deeply involved with for six years - 3DM. That leaves me backing today's calls for him to resign from Pathfinder Minerals (PFP). He is a massive red flag just like ex Tory MP Tony Baldry now of Westminster (WSG) but who was also involved in the nest of vipers that was 3DM. I discuss my settlement with Roger Lawson of ShareSoc. And then I look at the bizarre share transactions at BCA Marketplace (BCA) and what they mean, i.e SELL!
I first encountered Sir Henry Bellingham MP when he rented out his good name to the wholesale AIM fraud that was 3DM (now in administration). Did he care that there was massive evidence of fraud? Well not enough to resign for many years while taking his fees. He is the sort of A Grade troughing shite that gives Tory MPs such a bad name. He is now a director of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), but for how long. Richard Jennings of Align Research owns 4% of the stock and is now calling for Sir Hal and CEO Nick Trew to go at once. I support that call. Jennings has published a very strong letter indeed today making damning accusations. Over to Richard:
At the weekend I flagged up that Westminster Group (WSG) was at death's door and needed a bailout placing ASAP. Today it announced that it has raised a paltry £750,000 gross at just 10p. Any company chaired by the loathsome ex Tory MP Tony Baldry, of 3DM infamy, is a no go for me but it seems that Mr Market agrees with the Sheriff. Here is why Baldry's Westminster is toast.
I think I have said all that needs to be said about China trainwreck BNN Technology (BNN) in yesterday's bearcast - the one the Mrs dubbed crude. What a compliment!. BNN is toast but just as an aside its now suspended CEO Darren Mercer seems to have some unusual financing arrangements with the company. And there is the matter of Peover.
The AIM casino has hosted the London stockmarket's biggest fraud for almost 40 years (Quindell) and a raft of smaller frauds in recent years. One might almost say that fraud is endemic. Yet, in a consultation paper published this week, the London Stock Exchange (LSE) has insisted that it is not within the remit of its own AIM Regulation department to tackle fraud or indeed do anything about it. This shows a complete contempt for investors - we bank the fees, you bank the losses.
In the long run buying shares in companies that break accounting rules, commit fraud and which are running out of, other people's, money is a recipe for poverty and thus AIM listed fraud Eden Research is my second share tip of the year, like my first (Cloudtag HERE) it is as a sell. The shares are now xxp but this is a sell at any price down to 0p. Frauds are always worthless in the end.
Update. I have it on good authority that it was NOT Cloudtag fined. Hpefully uit will be. The share tip I mention at 7.45 can be accessed for £5 HERE. The notice of the £75,000 fine by AIM Regulation on an un-named company, levied last Thursday is HERE. That company not Cloudtag (CTAG) - it should be. Whoever it is should fess up. This is a dark day for AIM as it has fined the wrong party (the shareholders not the board) and in not naming the company it also screws the shareholders again. Regulators have form with private censures that let everyone down. I compare this to the 3DM scandal.
Environmental Recycling Technologies (ENRT) was slung off AIM today. But the former 3DM is not telling you something rather more serious which happened 11 days ago. This is a fraud that is now officially dead;. It has cost mug punters £65 million. I explain why it is a fraud (as I did back in 2005) and I name all of those on the roll call of shame including FSA (now FCA) officials who failed investors, nomads, brokers, tipsters, managers. And I explain my next step - write to the SFO.
When Gotham City published its now infamous report on Quindell, a copy of which was sent to the FCA and the Serious Fraud Office, it was OVER a year later that any action was taken and this despite a high profile campaign against it by Tom Winnifrith Shareprophets and, to a far lesser extent, Dan McCrum at the FT which, in the case of Shareprophets, included many specific allegations of fraud and open exhortations to the FCA to do something about it.
In this podcast I relay to you news of an investigation which has now closed into me and others relating to InternetQ. It shows the sinister powers the FCA has and uses but also the crass stupidity of the regulators in pursuing such an obviously flawed investigation. Not only was I 100% innocent but I was demonstrably so. What makes the fact that these fascist poltroons go after an investigative journalist who has busted so many frauds is that the FCA has not gone after the frauds despite me handing it evidence on a plate. I refer to Quindell, 3DM ( where in its FSA days it actually helped protect the fraudsters), Globo and Sefton This has meant that investors have been screwed as a result. The FCA is not fit for purpose
It was 11 years ago that 3DM as was, Environmental Recycling (ENRT) as is and its sister company Eden Research (EDEN) were sending me lawyers letters. Both were frauds. Both are still frauds. Today Environmental lost its Nomad and as it is bust it is game over. Now I am going for Eden but in this podcast I tell the amazing story of both frauds, explain who was involved and is disgraced, accuse certain City folks of lying and worse as part of the cover up and demonstrate why this should have ended years ago but did not down to failings ( again) at AIM Regulation as well as disgraced Nomad WH Ireland. I warn you there is some bad language as I am pretty emotional right now. Enjoy, this is no holds barred stuff and it will shock you.
I have not taken a view on Westminster Group (WSG) to date but it has done itself no favours at all with news today that it has appointed as its new NED, Tony Baldry, the Tory MP for Banbury until 2015 and a vile pig who demonstrates everything that is so repellent about the political establishment.
I pointed out yesterday that Environmental Recycling (ENRT), the company formerly known as 3DM and which is the only AIM company to have been censured not once but twice by the FSA (now the FCA) for lying to investors was drowning in debt and out of cash. Just to show how out of cash it is, I point out that it cannot even afford to pay a vital bill for Euro 1,575.
Back on 30 October 2015 long suffering shareholders in Environmental Recycling (ENRT) were promised a change of direction, a new beginning. Having seen its shares plunge from 150p, when it sent me a barrage of lawyers letters for pointing out that it was a total fraud back in 2005, to just 0.05p today the punters must have had some hope at last. But today Environmental ( formerly 3DM) fessed up. As disgraced Michael Walters who has tipped this piece of Turkish for 14 years and who told his readers to report me to the FSA for exposing the fraud, would say "oh dear, oh dear".
Following the horrific revelations about AIM Casino listed Eden Research (EDEN) on this website HERE and HERE yesterday I have now written to AIM Regulation demanding an immediate investigation and the suspension of trading in the shares of this worthless company. The letter reads.
Eleven years ago I did battle with Eden Research (EDEN) and Environmental Recycling Technologies (ENRT), then called 3DM which were both run by Witney lawyer Ken "Kenny-boy" Brooks. They sent me a slew of lawyers letters, their advisers John Finn, Johnny Townsend and PR man/tipster Mike Walters engaged in a filthy dirty tricks and smear campaign against myself and Lucian Miers, but it was team Kennyboy that ended up with TWO FSA censures. I am now officially "at war" with both companies once more and will today endeavour to show why both worthless entitities should be delisted at once. I start with a very gentle opening delivery for Eden, the strange case of the options.
AIM casino listed Environmental Recycling (ENRT), formerly known as 3DM is worthless POS which has been twice censured by the FSA (today's FCA) for misleading investors. In clarifying the status today of an uber expensive loan it has taken from its founder, Kennyboy Brooks, it has just admitted to a third deception.
The recent volatility in the markets has been enjoyable to watch from the side-lines. That perennial bulls should be panicking and demanding federal intervention because the index retreats some 12% from its high after six years of straight gains demonstrates how reliant we have become on rigged stock markets.
On Monday I stated that an RNS from AIM Cesspit listed Eden Research stank to high heaven. A quite bizarre exchange of emails has followed as more has emerged about that pongy deal with Eden just refusing to answer basic questions.
Eden Research (EDEN) is an AIM listed dog with a track record of non-delivery. It is the sister company of that other dog Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and both companies felt my ire back in 2005 when Environmental was called 3DM. It pissed away cash on fascist lawyer’s letters. It was 3DM that picked up the censure from the FSA for lying to investors. Today the Eden dog has put out an announcement which just stinks. I am back on its case.
Naturally I start this podcast with my big news - last night's encounter with a snake: did I kill it. You can read about that HERE. Next up is a detailed look at today's news from Environmental Recycling (ENRT), formerly 3DM, then onto Tomco, Rose Petroleum, Tungsten, Blinkx, Sefton and Solgold. And then for some folks out there - including Chris Oil - I explain what constitutes market abuse and/or insider dealing and what the FCA should do about what is NOT a victimless crime.
In the long run a share price will reflect the NPV of future cashflows of a given company. In the short term it can go anywhere. Stocks can whizz higher purely based on aggressive stock promotion, .e ramping. So who would your ramping dream team be? As I sit having a coffee waiting for my car to get an MOT I have put together my own starting five.
Vile slug Sir Anthony Baldry, Tory MP for Banbury until May 7th has long been associated with colourful outside business interests. He was involved with the AIM fraud 3DM but his latest oriental enterprises really are the most amazing yet. Yes, Sir Tony is linked into the scandal that is AIM listed Gate Ventures (GATE). I shall demonstrate the link later but for now I shall start with a remarkable photo.
Vile slug Sir Tony Baldry will be standing down as the Tory MP for Banbury at the next election to concentrate on his extensive business interests. Baldry and I have issues to settle and Sir Tony be warned, I am now coming for you.
The Quindell of 2005 was a company called 3DM. Its shareholders the ThreeDimmers saw the AIM casino stock hyped up to 150p as this former Kazakh loo paper manufacturer told lie after lie. It sent me lawyer’s letter after lawyer’s letter as it tried to bully me into silence. Its cheerleaders, tipster Mike Walters and a City spiv called Johnny Townsend, encouraged all shareholders to report me to the FSA (the FCA of old). But in the end it was 3DM that was censured not once but twice by the FSA (2006 and 2008) for its serial lies. Today that company is called Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and it is still on AIM. Just.
An unusual bonus podcast from me today. In this bearcast I discuss the whole issue of lies and financial crime on the AIM Casino but also the abject failure of AIM Regulation and I will tomorrow be asking the FCA to formally investigate me for market abuse on Quindell. I hope that Rob Terry will also ask the FCA to investigate me.
Yesterday evening I was doing a bit of frigana chopping at the Greek Hovel and I heard a rustling in the bush I was approaching. I know enough by now to realise what was making the noise and beat a hasty retreat. But the stench of corruption on AIM tells me where the real snakes operate. It is a cesspit for crooks and crony capitalists who systematically transfer wealth from the many (mug investors) to the few (themselves). I have had enough of this for one day and am heading back to the fields to face real snakes. They are less loathsome. There is a solution but the London Stock Exchange does nothing. It is guilty of abetting financial crime by its inaction.
