Ariana – MineProphets grilling by Tom Winnifrith underlines my bullishness

Yesterday’s MineProphets show, with our intrepid host Tom Winnifrith, was a fantastic achievement. If you were too stingy to fork out three quid initially, you still can and see all the videos right through until Christmas, including Tom Winnifrith grilling Turkish gold producer AIM-listed Ariana Resources (AAU) head honcho Kerim Sener for an hour and a half. Yikes – what is there to discuss for an hour and a half with an AIM company with a market capitalisation of £43 million? Well, actually rather a lot…..

Haydale – ouzo on the way and Proactive should be ashamed; still a screaming sell

Well here we are: I’ve  been saying for months that AIM-listed Haydale (HAYD) had to raise cash in a material way, all the way down from 78p last June and now we have word of a placing at just 5p which Steve Moore published yesterday. Amazingly, even after the company more-or-less confirmed our story (or failed to deny) the shares still sit at 12.25p, having been as low as 9.75p. Some people simply won’t be told. But Proactive should be shame-faced.

Tern – Waseem Shakoor taunts “ponzi”, shares continue to drift, still a sell

AIM-listed jam-tomorrow investment company Tern (TERN) has been an amazing ride this year. Having started the year at 3p the stock went on a run all the way up to 58p, when the board had to issue a statement reminding the market that its NAV per share was still around the 5p mark. I called the stock a sell – at 43p – and now the stock is down to 25p. But it is still a sell.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Bob Diamond Panmure Gordon & a crap industry

I have been greatly distracted not least dealing with this utterly brain dead and vile Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder who has been spamming me with the most ghastly abuse all day. I look at the Bob Diamond bid for Panmure Gordon (PMR) and what it means for the wider broking/corporate advisory sector. I then turn to Premaitha (NIPT) and the wider issue of the pointlessness of commissioned research. I touch on Management Resource Solutions (MRS) in light of the news earlier HERE but now the way it is really trying to screw shareholders with a 5p placing. There is comment on Jubilee Platinum (JLP). Then it is back to two old favourites: Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Milestone (MSG). Woof Woof.
