As I revealed HERE with a letter from the FCA, it is still conducting a criminal investigation into whether Julie Meyer MBE illegally used client funds. My source who is assisting with that investigation tells me that it is still live although, for reasons you may speculate about a find upstanding Member of the British Empire is slowing things down by refusing to co-operate. But this is not the only enquiry into Lingerie on Expenses.

Thanks to Winnileaks I have a dynamite letter from the FCA to one of Julie Meyer’s 32 unpaid, and thus ex, lawyers confirming what is an ongoing criminal investigation. But first, how did she get her MBE? Answer: she had political friends including the late Paddy Pantsdown and Liam Fox MP. Someone high up nominated her. Then, as her UK flagship Ariadne Capital collapsed into administration, she fled to Malta where she also had political pals. That was until the criminal charges were filed and she ran out of other folks’ cash. Then it was Switzerland and Greece where again leading politicians have fallen for her charms. But do they know about the UK criminal investigation?

The acrimonious bust-up of Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer and her former business partner Rene Eichenberger has resulted not only in the good Dr Eichenberger spilling the beans but in Julie being forced out of the shadow directorships. We have already seen this at Lattun Holdings which she does not actually own but who cares about the actual law? Now: welcome to Drive Software.

Up until recently, the sole director of UK registered Lattun Limited was Dr Rene Eichenberger. But after his falling out with Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer, the great Member of the British Empire has had to come out of the shadows and again act as director. And guess what, this is a Julie Meyer company that has made a profit in one year at least. Yes, of course it is just accounting jiggery pokery. Lattun is another worthless black hole which used to be known as Entrepreneur Country. It gets worse. Far worse as I expose below.

Lost money with Julie in Britain at Ariadne Capital? Lost money with her at Ariadne in Malta? Well how about you go for a hat-trick as Ms Lingerie on expenses MBE has a new Greek wheeze but do not tell Barclays, the IRS or the HMRC. Ooops I already have!

Thanks to Winnileaks I have obtained an email sent by Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer’s business partner Dr Rene Eichenberger on Friday in which he reveals a falling out and slates the shamed “entrepreneur” of Ariadne Capital infamy. Rene does not hold back and his LinkedIn profile does indeed show him leaving Julie at Viva Investment Partners and now working alone at a new firm. Natch Viva’s website shows Rene still on board. The email reads:

The FCA investigation into her antics at Ariadne Capital continues but there is no stopping Julie “Lingerie on expenses” Meyer who is now seeking to dominate the world of fleet logistics. A gushing interview in that must read publication Fleet News tells her exciting story, or rather does not.

Oh dear, oh dear. I remember being trolled online by Julian Pike of Farrer & Co, the Queen's lawyers, when Julie Meyer was his client. With Ms Lingerie on expenses having worked through at ,least three law firms since those heady days with at least one citing her inability to pay bills as a reason to quit, it seems as if the curse has struck again.

As you may recall, the 30th firm of lawyers to act for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer, the ;previous 29 having gone unpaid, is trying to stop me writing about her by sending me a fascist lawyers letter. But I am afraid that before I respond to that, I have breaking news which is very much in the public interest to reveal. For Julie the news is in part good and in part terrible.
