Mediazest – shares rocket: have the BBMs completely lost it?

AIM-listed Mediazest (MDZ) caught my eye this morning: it is currently top of ADVFN’s gainers leaderboard today with a rise of a very impressive 140%, with a share price of just 0.12p – having been as high as 0.175p. There was news of new business wins due to bring in £350,000 of revenues but as we know, revenues are one thing and cash is quite another. But apart from that, it looks like a forest of Red Flags is upon it: have the Bulletin Board Morons completely lost the plot? TW Note did they ever have it?

Tern – the slide continues

Evil Knievil always used to say that the best time to kick a man is when he is down. And so I return to AIM-listed jam-tomorrow, next year, never investment company Tern plc (TERN) where I see that the shares are once again down.

Five slam-dunk sells for 2020: update as Catenae’s Covid Bandwagon hits the buffers

In August I noted that my list of five slam-dunk sells for 2020 was up, rather than down, by an amazing 41% – even though one is now a zero. Earlier this month the gains had been pared back to 25.5% but now, just two weeks later it seems that gravity is finally reasserting itself.

Tern – What is going on at Device Authority?

Needless to say there has been no statement from AIM-listed POS investment company Tern (TERN), but the BBs are full of speculation that principal investee (by far) Device Authority is being sold. Quick, buy, buy, buy…..£s not pence! Or not.

Tern – so was former Nomad WH Ireland pushed, or did it jump?

I noted last Thursday that in the wake of updated Directors’ information (Messers Leith and Ritchie having missed out ten insolvencies) and the clarification over forecasts for Device Authority that one wonders what will come out next from AIM-listed Tern plc (TERN). Well, on Monday it announced it had appointed Allenby as Nomad. What I wonder is whether WH Ireland jumped or was pushed?

ShareProphets Tern poll results vs BBMs: the BBMs win (for now)

Our reader poll last Monday asked you where shares in AIM-listed Tern plc (TERN) would end the week. The answer was...

Frontera - no reason for share price movement. Timber....

AIM-listed Frontera Resources has watched its share climb from 0.1p to peak earlier today at 0.78p. No doubt the BBMs have celebrated their collective superiority and intelligence. Except that even the company now tells us that there is no reason for the rise.

Frontera – YA cashes in convertible shares at 0.09p: share price madness!

AIM-listed, Cayman Islands registered, Houston (USA)-based and with Georgia operations Frontera (FRR) has announced that YA II PN Ltd (aka Yorkville) has cashed in by converting convertible stock at just 0.09p. With the shares having raced up from sub-0.1 pence to 0.3625p earlier today, on the back of a series of soft PR interviews, website updates and corporate musical chairs, private investors are once again being screwed.

Strat Aero - reality setting in - do not BUY!

I warned you in explicit terms yesterday that the doubling of the Strat Aero (AERO) share price to 0.14p on the back of results which can best be described as a shit sandwich with dollops of jam tomorrow on top, was not justified. The shares have now slumped back to 0.09p-0.11p (TW 7, BBMs 0 once again) but do not BUY now for there are still deluded fools abroad.
