It is not yet a done deal but my sources tell me that the corporate broking team led by Jon "for 5% I will raise cash for any old crap" Bellis from shamed Belfort Securities, now in administration, has this very morning just arrived at Novum Securities.
Its troubles started with a rogue salesman last year. Beaufort fessed up and compensated clients but the FCA insisted on a total overhaul of its compliance systems and clients found themselves unable to withdraw cash for a while. Broking is a tough business anyway with the staff demanding the fat via bonuses in good years and the shareholders picking up the tab in bad years. And so that run in with the FCA was the straw that broke this camel's back. The FCA said it feared Beaufort was insolvent and so...
Clearly no-one told Belfort Securities that its star client in the fraud sector, MySquar (MYSQ) was going to have a disastrous lack of profits warning today which exposed how it had massively misled investors for months. Because yesterday it urged its clients to fill their boots at 4.02p with a 21p target. At least this shows that at Belfort the Chinese walls between research and broking have no chinks in them. The shares are now 2.98p and are worth 0p. Over to Belfort....
This is not the first time that Buishveld Minerals (BMN) has engaged in truly sordid and shoddy ramping to get a placing away. Perhaps you remember this expose HERE which allowed me to crack a massively tasteless joke about blow jobs. The point is that pre-placing ramping back last fall left those suckered in with a really bad taste in the mouth. Wind forward to yesterday.
Andalas Energy (ADL) and its loathsome boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby represent all is worst about the AIM Casino. The company is worthless and its sole achievement has been an industrial scale transfer of wealth from the many to the few. Even by its own tawdry standards yesterday was a low point and it is a matter that I shall now be asking the authoriies to investigate as, blatant, market abuse. But first we must rewind to August 8.
Yesterday I flagged up that, according to a reliable source, MySQUAR (MYSQ) was trying to get another bailout placing away. As ever, the Bulletin Board Morons mocked me. Well guess what happened at 7 AM today?
Shares in Fox Marble (FOX) fell by almost 10% to 8.25p-8.5p on the back of news that it had appointed Beaufort Securities, Belfort Secs to its legion of admirers, as the company's joint broker. The assumption is that Belfort, whose clients are mainly bucket shops, will be doing a discounted placing. that is not the case, Fox has enough cash to get it through to profitability but Belfort's reputation proceeds it. Fox has gone on the record to say there is no placing.
AIM ramp de jour MySquar (MYSQ) has today boasted that in the last days of June as daily sales reached $8500 "the business has reached a very significant milestone of achieving run rate operating breakeven". Er..can you smell the red herrings - they are hidden underneath the red flags.
By my maths Strat Aero (AERO) now has cash of er...about...roughly...sweet FA. It is completely out of cash and continues to burn cash and indeed when publishing results that were drowning in red ink on September 30th the management were reported as admitting that it needed to place before Christmas. I should cocoa. You don't need the brains of Cheryl Cole to work that one out.
In this bearcast special I take apart a share price ramp being orchestrated today by Solo Oil's (SOLO) broker Belfort Securities, PR fecking genius Steffi and the rampers nest of snakes that is the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets. Investors need to be aware there is a massive stock overhang and a placing ahoy. They are being hoodwinked not by the company I stress but by its crony capitalist advisers and by those for whom Lenin's phrase "useful idiot" could not be more apt.
I am even more angry than I was on Monday. Those who have caused this are in no particular order: Reach4Entertainment (R4E), my selfish and lazy ex wife, Roger Lawson, Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Belfort Securities and whoever is responsible for the League Cup quarter final draw, I also cover in detail Avocet Mining (AVM), IGAS, Magnolia Petroloeum (MAGP) and XCite Energy (XEL)
Just when Wishbone (WSBN) shares were getting going again after the last placing conducted by Belfort Securities to their spiv share flipping bucket shop mates, here we go again. Boy my morning has started well: not only do I have to suffer more laziness and abusive emails from my lazy, greedy bitch of a selfish bitch of an ex wife but this as well. I want to go back to bed.
Servision (SEV) has today announced its interim results and they are dismal. The company is bust and why it's advisors (Nomad Allenby, broker Belfort Securities & PR himbo Christian Taylor Wilkinson at Cadogan Leander) do not call it a day and walk defies belief. It shows all three are morally bankrupt. The results are analysed in a bearcast special HERE. But I flag up in itw own right a loan Servision has taken from Yorkville which seems to be the new, most expensive loan , in AIM Casino history - at 33% - it is 5 percentage points dearer than the loan the FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) took out from Katrina Clayton, the wife of its FD. Frankly Servision would be better off borrowing on Christian T-W's credit card and splitting the difference.
I apologise to one and all over Wishbone Gold (WSBN) which has today completed a £600,000 placing at just 0.75p with broker Belfort Securities handing out shares to spiv bucket shop flippers. This was not on the script and I cannot recommend a purchase of the shares at 1.15p-1.2p. That the shares are up a tad today but fell in the run up to his placing tells you everything you need to know about forward selling on the AIM casino, especially when the broker is Belfort.
Oh dear. Oh dear. AIM Casino bad boy Strat Aero (AERO) does not like seeing emails which show clear evidence of industrial scale fraud and market abuse appearing in public. That is the emails you can see HERE in the $20 million legal claim filed against by proud Texan Hulsey Smith. And so on Monday it went to court to stop the flow of information and to get existing articles pulled.
Thanks firstly to those kind folks who showed some appreciation for the introduction to yesterday's bearcast - praise is always welcome. I am still in a bad mood so watch out for some choice French as I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG), Starcom (STAR), ECR Minerals (ECR), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Conroy (CGNR), Iofina (IOF) - in detail - and Sunrise Resources (SRES) and its broker Belfort Securities. Watch out it is placing ahoy at Sunrise as I explain in detail. Just do the math!
AIM casino dog with fleas MySQUAR (MYSQ) has today managed a small bailout placing as it teetered on the verge orf bankruptcy just 13 months after its IPO. The roll call name of shame includes pompous PR supremo Piers Pottinger who is a NED, Nomad SP Angel, brokers Mirabaud and Belfort Securities. The shares have plunged to 4p (60% down on the IPO) but are in fact worth 0p. This is a ZERO, an AIM uber-dog. I look at the red flags, talk you through the maths and name the guilty men, the establishment fuckers, the 1% who have made money as poor old private investors took it up the jacksie again. Yes I am angry and use some bad language.
I really don't take any notice at all of most (no make that nearly all) resaerch from Beaufort Securities but its mining analyst Sheldon Modeland is a sensible fellow and thus I bring you his latest note on Alecto Minerals (ALO).
Sometimes I wonder if certain AIM Casino listed companies think that we are all stupid. Maybe I am being harsh, after chatting to the morons who populate certain Bulletin Boards, one can understand how a company might leap to that conclusion. And that brings us to Strat Aero (AERO) which really is taking the piss as it calls an AGM and asks for permission for a sub-division of its shares, before then spouting horseshit.
I really don't take any notice at all of most (no make that nearly all) resaerch from Beaufort Securities but its mining analyst Sheldon Modeland is a sensible fellow and thus I bring you his latest note on Sierra Rutile (SRX).
A few words on logistics then after today's debacle at Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) I explain why the shares are worth just 3p (or less). Then it is onto PCG Entertainment (PGCE), Jiasen (JSI), Belfort Securities and its morality vacuum, Tungsten (TUNG), Onzima (ONZ), IGAS (IGAS) and Solo (SOLO). Finally, more than a few words about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)
It seems that Dallas Cowboys News likes my tweets on the matter of its cheerleaders so I talk about them again. Then I move on to ECR Minerals (ECR), Servision (SEV) and the spivs at Belfort Securities, Gulf Keystone (GKP), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), Clarkson (CKSN), XCite Energy (XEL) and TrakM8 (TRAK)
Having traded as high as 6.25p just six weeks ago, shares in ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty Jiasen International (JSI) have collapsed down to just 3p after it scraped over the line to release its calendar FY15 numbers on deadline day yesterday. The numbers are, of course, wonderful…which is why the company which is drowning in Red Flags (oops) cash has cancelled the full year dividend.
Ahead of my hot date with the most amazing woman tonight I am just counting down the hours. Meanwhile I contemplate the nature of fraud with explicit reference to Eden Research (EDEN) which - pro tem - retains its AIM listing. I am sure PR fecking genius Paul Queenie McManus won't like what I say but he can just go chat to his BB Moron pals, smear me again and go fuck himself. Moving on I do a complete fisking of a "corporate hold" ( ie sell as fast as you can) research note from Belfort Securities on piece of Turkish Servision (SEV). Yes this podcast contains yet more quite appalling language.
Three strikes and you’re out: ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty Eastbridge Investments (EBIV) – the former China Wonder and then Quihang – announced the resignation this morning of its Nomad, Northland Capital Partners, with immediate effect. The shares are consequently suspended, and if no replacement is found within a month then it is lethal injection time. Mind you, there is a rather more pressing deadline in ten days, in that Eastbridge will be given the boot anyway if it can’t fulfil its investing policy as an AIM investment company by then. Since that was reliant on some hare-brained plan to raise more cash, that surely will now not happen. In short, Eastbridge is toast.
I warn you that this podcast uses bad language as I am unspeakably angry about the numbers from AIM cesspit posterboy Servision (SEV). In so many ways its results, which were issued at no-one is watching O'clock yesterday, are a disgrace. At least it is prepared to admit to some of the financial crimes against humanity which I have accused it of. But it is clearly bust and I comment on its numbers, on what the directors and auditors say, on its partial admission of guilt and on the reprehensible behaviour of Jon Bellis and his colleagues at Belfort Securities around the time of the (grossly misleading) interims of 30 September. The target price is 0p as this company is almost bust and truly is a piece of Turkish.
Are you listening Jon Bellis at Belfort Securities? You know your form is acting for fraudsters and shite companies yet you are happy for Belfort to keep banking the retainers. This is morally wrong. How do you sleep at night? In this podcast I discuss four stocks that are each worth 0p: Jiasen (FRAUD) - broker Belfort Securities, Servision (SEV) - where are your crooked accounts? Broker Belfort Securities, China New Energy (CNEL) a fraud, broker the disgraced Daniel Stewart and PCG Entertainment (PCGE) another China Norfolk, broker Belfort Securities.
Death spiral providers Bergen are vultures. They are not nice folks. They are not long term investors. But they are not dumb either. They know that shares in African Potash (AFPO) are set to crash and so today Bergen has exercised 63.7 million warrants at 0.3p under some old deal it had. Oh dear. The shares will be admitted to trading on Wednesday but Bergen won't be waiting for then. Oh no.
AIM dog with fleas Servision (SEV) waits until the wire to report its calendar results, ie until June 30. That is partly because it is a shoddily run company and partly because it always need a placing to get its accounts signed off without a horrible emphasis of matter statement. No new cash = not a going concern. But this year it looks rather different and the wire day is Thursday. This looks grim.
Do you get emails from Nigerian Generals promising you millions of quid and respond by sending over your bank details? Are you that stupid? If so we have an AIM stock for you where the dividend is 70%. Wow. And it gets better still.
China fraud Jiasen (JSI) may well be enjoying its last few days on the AIM Casino as we have news today of a shock delay to its results. Do you want to bet if they will appear at all?
Beaufort Securities is joint broker to grossly over-ramped Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO). That means a fat retainer and also a good slug of the commission earned for the regular placings this company needs to keep paying its bloated boardroom payroll and other costs. The commission on the May 2015 fundraise at 8p would have been £1 million. Coke & hookers all round! Except for the shareholders, that is, as the share price is now 5.25p and its going to fall further as the next placing is imminent. So how do you ramp a stock ahead of a placing?
