Is Andalas over-egging the Badger pudding? Another pre placing ramp exposed

I do not wish to fall out with my pal Brokerman Dan or with PR Genius Steffi but I think that their enthusiasm for Andalas Energy (ADL) is misplaced because the company is just not being 100% upfront with investors about its new great hope, the Badger prospect in the North Sea.

The Four Questions that Andalas still will not answer

Andalas Energy (ADL) is a company that even after its recent placing has NEGATIVE net current assets of $1-2 million and no assets of any value. I think it is worthless but its management wishes to meet me to explain why I am wrong. Hmmm. Well for starters I am a hermit who never goes to London other than for UK Investor and secondly I simply will not meet until the company answers four questions and it is still refusing.

Monty Python explains the true value of Andalas & the 4 questions it must answer NOW!

I was told last night by the PR spinner to Andalas (ADL) that I should be asking about its new focus in the North Sea, how it will build value, yadda, yadda, yadda. FFS This company has no assets of value, it is burning stacks of cash every day and has NEGATIVE Net current assets of up to $2 million, even after the £600,000 placing on Monday - what don't you understand about the words "FECKING INSOLVENT" darling? I leave it to Monty Python to explain the true state of Andalas below. Meanwhile here are 4 Burning questions it is not answering so I - and Brokerman Dan - will keep asking.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The Fat Lady arrives at Nighthawk and Dave Whitby's payoff question

In the main bearcast of the day I start by asking what payoff disgraced Dave Whitby got at worthless insolvent POS Andalas (ADL)? And were mugs who backed the latest placing told where much of their cash was going ( i.e. to Whitby). Feel free to contact me if you are an Andalas owning mug. The fat Lady arrives at Nighthawk (HAWK) and looks to be in the wings at Nature Group (NGR) while new problems emerge at Imaginatik (IMTK) - a former Rob Terry fave but I speculate on bigger worries that the Quindell fraudster faces - and at Management Consulting (MMC). I think the fat Lady may well also have an appointment with Widecells Group ( WDC) shortly. I comment on 4 reasons why Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) shares may be falling and on looming results at Optibiotix (OPTI), where we own shares.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: No 1 Catching up on the Telit and Andalas lies and scandals

After getting back home from Sweden in the late afternoon I jotted down my thoughts on Andalas (ADL) a company still insolvent after a placing on Monday and where the stench of the greed of its ex CEO Dave Whitby is omnipresent. Then it was onto results from Telit (TCM), the insider dealing of its CEO, possible disposals, 88 definitions of profit and the ongoing mega cashburn which is the grim reality.

Breaking - worthless joke company Andalas Energy raising up to £1 million at 0.017p & junking Asian focus: statement needed at 7 AM

With all the usual rampers including the infamous Big Gib, invited to participate, I can reveal that worthless piece of crap AIM Andalas  (ADL), currently 0.019-0.02p, is endeavouring to raise up to £1 million at 0.017p. Methinks there is now going to have to be an emergency RNS at 7 AM. For the story gets even more interesting...

Andalas - read the notes - it's bust & its house broker Beaufort is in denial

Andalas Energy (ADL) has today announced the departure of its, once greatly hyped, chairman Paul Warwick. How will we live without his blog? It has also served up a set of accounts which show that it is without doubt completely and utterly insolvent. If, like its house broker Beaufort whose comment to clients today is a disgrace, you can't read a balance sheet, the notes to the accounts make that 101% clear to all.

The Andalas Dilemma: Shareholders are caught between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea

The only real question at AIM Casino uber dog Andalas Energy (ADL) is who exactly is the devil? On the one hand there is the incumbent board led by disgraced Dave Whitby and on the other hand you have a shareholder action group set up by the colourful Brokerman Dan (Levi). In the old days of the Troubles those prisoners in Northern Ireland who were not operating alongside fellows such as the blood stained murdering bastard Gerry Adams, were referred to as "ordinary decent criminals" or ODCs.

Andalas Energy: Open letter to FCA & AIM Regulation - Market Abuse & Breach of AIM Rules

I am deeply troubled by events at AIM uber dog Andalas Energy (ADL) on Monday afternoon. This is a company that has form when it comes to breaking AIM Casino Rules but on this occasion it is the advisers at Cantor Fitzgerald, whose actions have alreday cost some folks 50% of their money, who should be hung, drawn and quartered. Sadly we have gone soft on crime but at least they should be clobbered by the FCA for market abuse and AIM Regulation for breaching AIM rules. I have sent a letter.

Andalas Energy you are scum - a day of shame for AIM from this worthless crap

Andalas Energy (ADL) and its loathsome boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby represent all is worst about the AIM Casino. The company is worthless and its sole achievement has been an industrial scale transfer of wealth from the many to the few. Even by its own tawdry standards yesterday was a low point and it is a matter that I shall now be asking the authoriies to investigate as, blatant, market abuse. But first we must rewind to August 8.

Andalas - great news about the jam tomorrow, shares soar 45% but folks do know that it is bust don't they?

Credit where credit is due. Andalas Energy (ADL) the AIM dog created to fund the lifestyle of Dave "Rule Breaker" Whitby has announced that it has signed a legally binding deal to develop the Jambi-1 30+MW independent gas-fired wellhead power facility in Jambi Province, Indonesia and to procure gas from Pertamina, the global fortune 500 national oil company. Andalas will have a 49% stake in the project and state owned construction outfit PT PP Energy will have 51%. So far so good but hang on Henry!

How to lose more than 50% of your cash in 2 weeks - ask an Andalas owning moron: placing imminent? £550k Loan to be repaid by deadline today? er....

Two weeks ago exactly AIM Casino listed crock of shit lifestyle company Andalas Energy (ADL) announced some more hot air and jam tomorrow news sending its shares spiking to a peak of 0.14p to buy as Bulletin Board Morons whipped themselves into a semi-orgasmic frenzy of innumeracy and filled their boots. Today the shares are 0.065-0.07p meaning that the paper loss for those buyers at peak moron is already 50%+. Andalas - the Neville Chamberlain of the AIM casino: placing ahoy

I have in my hand a little piece of paper which means peace in our time said Andalas (ADL) boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby as he announced yet another great deal for his company. But like all the other pieces of paper that he has waved in front of his labotomised army of groupies led by cardboard box dwelling sheep shagger Justin the Clown, it is just a worthless piece of paper - just like an Andalas share certificate. Hat tip to Brokerman Dan for that joke.

Andalas - ramptastic news: in case you forgot it needs £500,000 (which it hasn't got) by Friday

Another day and another ramptastic "Operations Update" from Andalas Energy (ADL). Operations is a bit of a strong word as Andalas does not really have any. It should really have been "Jam Tomorrow" update but then again tomorrow suggests the jam may arrive which, given the track record of this dog, looks unlikely. What will arrive on Friday is a demand for £500,000 and as Andalas has sod all cash and is burning what it has at a rate of knots that is a bit of a problem. Oddly this is not mentioned in today's RNS.

Andalas - the clock is ticking ahead of potential insolvency in April - how is the placing going?

Pre Christmas the ramptastic stream of RNS statements, corporate presentations and interviews with homeless clowns told you all you needed to know: worthless Andalas Energy (ADL) was in full ramp mode as it prepared for a rescue bailout. Now, though most oil shares have risen sharply in recent weeks, Andalas stock is still just 0.12p to sell and is falling again today. So how is the £1 million placing it needs faring?

Andalas Energy shares sliding again - time to fess up on the bailout placing

Having last raised money at 0.2p earlier this year shares in Andalas (ADL) are sliding again and are now just 0.1p- 0.105p. Oh dear. It really is time for CEO Dave "the Rule Breaker" Whitby to fess up and admit that the placing is underway and, it seems, not going well.

Andalas Energy - placing discussions now underway: source

Andalas: New Plans to monetise pie in the sky, its ramptastic news - placing ahoy!

AIM Rule breaker Dave Whitby of worthless crock of Turkish, Andalas Energy (ADL) is now officially on a ramptastic rampage as he works out how to get a bailout placing away before the New Year in order to stave off bankruptcy in the early part of 2017. Surely it is only a matter of time before he does another interview with Justin the Clown and gets the full ramping crew from Vox Markets and Big Gib's Momentous Events into action. Andalas - Spoof y'all: whens the next bailout placing?

Dave "Rule breaker" Whitby and his colleagues at AIM Listed Piece of Turkish Andalas Energy (ADL) are on the spoof again with a ramptastic RNS saying nothing at all of of any interest whatsoever. Folks know Whitby's game and the shares are off at just 0.165p because what is really happening is the start of the ramping that proceeds a deeply discounted placing. Next up a soft interview with Zak "Judas" Mir, a podcast with Justin the clown or a presentation at a Proactive seminar? Perhaps a buy note from Edison? Andalas Energy: Where's the RNS? Justin the Clown now homeless thanks to rule breaker Whitby

Breaking: Andalas: Crim Dave Whitby using Cornhill to try to raise £2 million at sub 0.55p - AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

In a mad rush given that it could be booted off the AIM casino on Friday, Andalas Energy (ADL) is - according to my sources trying to raise £2 million at between 0.45p and 0.55p - that compares to 1.3p just prior to suspension. Rule breaking low life dirtbag CEO Dave Whitby has engaged  commission hungry/ethics light brokers at Cornhill to bring in the cash, promising them market beating commission plus warrants - a package worth several hundred thousand quid if they can stiff their clients and back this issue. For mug punters the maths just do not stack up.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The bank robber is spot on re Andalas ramp and Project Fear Brexit lies on fuel prices

Dave Whitby of Anadalas (ADL), what was once uber ramp CEB, should be in prison for his crimes against AIM. I have linked at the side of ShareProphets to an article by someone who was in prison once, Brokerman Dan, on Andalas and the old bank robber is bang on the money. In five days this company could be booted off AIM. It wont, I think, but will survive only by doing things that stink to high heaven. I also discuss today's Project Fear lie, this time on fuel prices

Could Andalas Energy (aka dog CEB) be booted off the AIM Casino in two weeks time after raising the most expensive debt in AIM history?

I am only asking but the much ramped Andalas Energy (ADL) formerly the much ramped CEB Resources has got two weeks to pubish an AIM readmission document or it will be booted off the AIM casino. It would be farewell to rule breaking ramper Dave Whitby, no great loss.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: Andalas (CEB) questions questions for this over-ramped crap

Is Andalas (CEB Resources) already bust or just very close?

MX Oil, Cornhill, Optiva Et Al… I Declare War

It’s yet more bad news for holders of MX Oil (MXO), the BMD information feelers are currently monitoring this company as well as ALL the companies that Cornhill Capital is involved with. Of particular note is the disastrous Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) fuckup, which is shortly to hit the High Courts in Manchester, as well as the Financial Ombudsman, more on that later. I have two solicitors currently working on a return of my capital. It may develop into a full blown ShareHolder Action Group. But at this stage I am personally at war with this lot.

CEB to be suspended for weeks – but why has lying, rule breaking Dave Whitby not been fired?

Shares in CEB Resources (CEB) will now be suspended for weeks if not a couple of months because – as I pointed out here on Friday – it is about to undertake transactions that amount to a reverse takeover (RTO). CEB Resources: No placement so far, I owe Doc Holiday a fiver

When I heard that CEB Resources (CEB) CEO Dave Whitby was coming to the UK for a meet and greet with investors I thought, “here we go”. As much as I like the story and can see the opportunity in the Indonesian gas market, Whitby’s visit looked like a par for the course placement run. So confident was I that this was just another foreign executive coming over to tap into the seemingly inexhaustible British desire for resource-based pipe dreams, I bet cynically bet Doc Holiday a fiver that the company would place within a month of Whitby leaving. I was wrong. Serve me right for taking on the market mechanics maestro.

CEB Resources: why it should raise money now

Dave Whitby, CEO of CEB Resources (CEB) is in a tight spot. His share price is motoring and there is a lot of buzz surrounding his stock. Excited British private investors have been eagerly buying into Whitby’s vision, but as Tom Winnifrith pointed out in his Bearcast on Saturday, they might have overextended themselves. The question now is how can Whitby do what is best for his company and shareholders, without letting the market down?

CEB Resources – a story to believe in?

The CEB Resources (CEB) story has won over a lot of supporters in the market. This is unsurprising given the five-fold increase in the company’s share price since the start of the year. At 0.75p (last seen) CEB is worth £5.4million, but the question for investors is having put in such a strong performance in the year to date, how much upside is left for the shares?
