Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Looking forward to a spectacular own goal from Team David Beckham

In today’s podcast I cover Chill Brands (CHLL) and Guild E-Sports (GILD) as both prepare to publish results.I look at lessons learned, or rather not learned by the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, from Deepverge (DVRG) and I comment on Union Jack Oil (UJO), its disgraced boss David Bramhill and its inevitable cashburn.

Union Jack distracts from elephant in room with misleading trading statement

The elephant in the room is that Union Jack’s (UJO) disgraced boss David Bramhill has spent vast amounts of shareholders cash hiring spooks to spy on and troll shareholders, journalists and his own advisers as exposed HERE. That makes Union Jack shares toxic and today’s utterly misleading trading statement will not change that.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Not just farts in a jar but NFT's of farts in a jar and also David Bramhill

I start with a belated Happy Birthday which I hope you will join me in saying. Then onto what NFT’s of farts in a jar tells us about this insane world of investment. That naturally leads onto David Bramhill and Union Jack Oil (UJO) and today’s utterly shock expose. It left me in a sort of moral quandry but I decided I had to publish. So what next?

Explosive new Document: Union Jack Oil, the spooks and the ICO offences against its own shareholders, advisers and journalists

I have been sent a new document sent by corporate spooks Fortisat to its client Union Jack Oil (UJO), “Investigation Update Report” 22nd October. It is utterly damning and suggests that the company was aware and sanctioning activity which is a clear breach of the rules set out by the Information Commissioner, not to say utterly creepy. Resignations or sackings must surely result from this expose. In today’s article I shall name some of those targetted by Union Jack and is shameless boss David Bramhill.

Notes from Underground – Most read articles for the week ending 11 December 2021

It is not shock at all that the top non-Tom article this week is Union Jack Oil – Trolling journalists and their girlfriend and ex wife: Who’s a total scumbag? Mr David Bramhill by Peter Brailey at number one or, iif you include the Bearcasts, number one. This one is a must-read, folks.

BREAKING: Peter Brailey sends demand to Union Jack regarding skin crawling, journalist trolling Fortisat Dossier – so should others

As Peter disclosed earlier this week he is the journalist on this website that Union Jack Oil (UJO) paid the bastards at Fortisat to compile a dossier on with all sorts of very personal information plus ludicrous assertions. David Bramhill, the now disgraced, boss of Union Jack has admitted that there are around 20 such dossiers. Peter has now written, as you can see in a redacted manner to protect private addresses and phone numbers, to Union Jack demanding that it hand him any of the 20 dossiers which mention him. David Bramhill promises me …

Union Jack Oil – Trolling journalists and their girlfriend and ex wife: Who’s a total scumbag? Mr David Bramhill

Tom recently revealed that an AIM company had apparently spent £40,000 investigating the background of a journalist on this site. I understand the revolting dossier included details of the writer, his partner and his Ex and his business. The report was trying to pin the leaking of this companies’ placings on an individual, and doing so in a very nasty way. I have not seen the report. Tom has it and has let me know the highlights. So, Mr David Bramhill, of Union Jack Oil (UJO), step forward and take the honours. You investigated me with your £40,000 Private Investigators. You, Mr Bramhill,  are a xxxx — and I make no apologies for that language. You are Scum.

David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil – No redemption in interview, just folly

My esteemed colleague Peter Brailey waxes lyrical about an interview that his friend and, in past days mine, David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO) has given with Proactive. Peter says that it is “One of the best interviews I have watched.” If that is the case he should get out more.  To me this paid for interview is an exercise in folly and self-deception and makes Union Jack uninvestable.

Union Jack Oil – West Newton update and company chat, remains a Buy

“West Newton Update” announcement follows, not entirely accurate, comment from Brokerman Dan and bulletin board mutterings. A first point is that West Newton is operated by Rathlin Energy (UK) Limited, with Union Jack Oil (UJO) having a 16.665% economic interest, and therefore not having direct ownership of the situation. So what is the latest update?

UK Oil & Gas – Does the evidence support the view that Lyin' Steve Sanderson is grossly overpaid?

On more than one occasion both Tom Winnifrith and I have commented that Steve Sanderson is over-paid. It’s a claim we have both made, but neither have us put demonstrable evidenced numbers to that. I thought it was about time to substantiate and quantify just how much larger Steve Sanderson’s trouser pockets are compared to his peers, in celebration of Tom Winnifrith's virtual walk to Horse Hill yesterday.

It is… but only in a small and low-cost way and the oil market will swing back to a better environment as it always does. Meanwhile, the shares down from more than 0.30p last year and the asset potential here sees us ride again…yes, we have twice tipped this before and twice told you to bank big gains. Now for our hat-trick...

Union Jack Oil & Chris Oil, share trades and placing – questions that need answering

I suggested that Union Jack Oil (UJO) was planning a placing in yesterday’s bearcast. And lo and behold the Sheriff of AIM is right again, £2.25 million has been raised at 0.17p.  But this raises big questions about the share trading activities of Mr Chris “Uranium” Oil, a man who has featured on this website often enough.

Well tests cheer Union Jack Oil

David Bramhill, entrepreneurial executive chairman of Union Jack Oil (UJO), has been sounding characteristically bullish about tests at the Wressle 1 oil and gas discovery in North Lincolnshire, where the AIM -quoted company holds an 8.33% stake. Fellow AIM counter Egdon Resources (EDR), with a 25% interest, has estimated a potential resource of more than two million barrels at Wressle, in the Crosby Warren field, and recently indicated three separate reservoirs had shown oil and gas, with an oil column below the gas zone, and extended tests are now under way.

Speculative Buy Union Jack Oil

After reading Union Jack Oil’s (UJO) interim results released today it really did cement the company in my mind as being well placed to take full advantage of the buzz around onshore UK. It’s little wonder people are looking for the safe haven of Europe as West Africa with Ebola, The old Eastern Bloc '' nuff said '' and the Middle East has the dawn bombing raids to look forward to.
