And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with Ed McDermott of FastForward Innovations (FFWD) on cannabis stocks and his company. This is, I think, the most interesting CEO interview to date. Then I discuss a new share I have invested a five figure sum into on behalf of the company. Finally there is bear raider turned bull, the bard of the Boleyn, Lucian Miers. You can access the show HERE
In today’s podcast I mention my planned Ha Ha then cover market madness, all the signs, Path Investments (PATH), Fast Forward (FFWD) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). And thanks for understanding about yesterday’s DOS attack.
FastForward Innovations (FFWD) has announced results for its year ended 31st March 2020 including “a large portion of our investments have continued to make positive advances and reach significant milestones in their development”, though also “some challenges”… and this share tip from us is almost 100% ahead on an offer to bid basis after just two months!
In today's podcast I look at the British Journalism Awards and Neil Woodford ( no shocks here folks), Union Jack Oil (UJO) and that planned placing, Tissue Regenix (TRX) as the FD walks, FastForward Innovations (FFWD), and at Plutus Powergen (PPG) , dire news and surely looming insolvency and yet more evidence of not gviving a flying wotsit about stockmarket rules.
I reflect on the annoversary of 9/11. I ponder points raised in today's ShareProphets radio show with Carson Block and Anthony Laiker about bull market complacency to fraud. In that vein I use Tesla (TSLA) and the legal case below as a case study. I look at Neil Woodford's latest £12.5 million woes answering reader feedback. I look at Catennae (CTEA), Riverfort Global Opportunities (RGO) and my pal Jim Mellon's Fast Forward (FFWD). I also comment on the latest Burford (BUR) news.
Tom covered much of the nonsense surrounding the FastForward Innovations’ (FFWD) placing last week (HERE) but I wanted to look at how Jim Mellon and Lorne Abony got themselves into that particular mess as they seem to have taken a couple of plays straight out of “star fund manager” Neil Woodford’s book.
In this podcast I look at FastForward (FFWD), Optibiotix (OPTI) - ouzo from Cynical on its way - Tern (Nigel will be celebrating with ouzo tonight) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). Tomorrow Lucian Miers has the treat of all treats for his godson Joshua so there may be no bearcast or maybe there will be a very early one.
In this podcast I look at the REAL state of the Totally I(TLY) balance sheet and I also cover FastForward (FFWD) and the job of a journalist, Cenkos (CNKS) and the future of the AIM Casino, Boxhill (BOX), Avanti Communications (AVN), Pantheon Resources (PANR) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)
The results which came out in early July made it clear to anyone who could do basic maths that Jim Mellon's FastForward (FFWD) would be passing the hat around shortly. Three ramptastic RNS's followed and today I can reveal that the company is on the road trying to raise £5 million in fresh equity.
I start with the announcement late last night from FastFoward Innovations (FFWD) the overvalued investment company run by my good friend the offshore based asset stripper Mr Jim Mellon. I move on to the FRC dealing with Russell McBurnie the disgraced ex FD of RSM Tenon and discuss book cookers, fraudsters. Sam Antar theories and crime and punishment generally. I look at Akers Biosciences (AKR) where book cooking ahead of a placing is alleged, at Zenith (ZEN) and at LPA (LPA) where i would not bottom fish after today's warning for a variety of reasons. Then I note MySquar (FRAUD) is down to 1.15p and I ask John Meyer of SP Angel once more if he will act or is he happy to wash his hands and turn a blind eye to crime. Tonight is a 6 mile training walk and Joshua and I will do two miles this morning. With Gift aid my charity walk on July 28 has now raised almost £10,000. I explain exactly what that means to Woodlarks. If you have not donated, please chip in now with a tenner to get us over £10,000 HERE
I explain why the FD and CEO of FootAsylum (FOOT) must be fired at once after today's profits warning. I forgot to say that any company holding and announcing an "analyst teach in" - as Rob Terry used to do - is almost an automatic sell in my book and FootAsylum is an offender in this respect. I also look at FastForward (FFWD) and explain why I think Jim Mellon has sinned, albeit legally. I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Andalas (ADL) and McCarthy & Stone (MCS). In terms of the walk we are now well over £9,000 with gift aid and ahead of a training walk in the rain tonight I ask again. Most bearcast listeners are enjoying my suffering but are yet to help Woodlarks with a donation. Please, I am sure you can spare a tenner HERE
If anyone thought anything else other that FastForward Innovations was merely the personal investment vehicle for Jim Mellon and Lorne Abony to dip into at will, today’s massive related party deal with Mellon’s Juvenescence Limited puts it beyond any doubt.
Yes, today's training session for my Woodlarks charity walk is down at the gym run by local Tory stalwart Perry. Everyone else there is a muscular body builder. Then there is me. As the muscle men laugh at my pathetic efforts please donate a tenner ( as 95% of you have failed to do) to the 32 mile 28 July charity walk HERE. In the podcast I discuss rescuing junk mail from Oakley's piss and netting £922.77, Audioboom (BOOM) - do the maths, its looking dire even post placing for free speech denying worm Rob Proctor, Feedback (FDBK), Avanti Communications (AVN) and Inmarsat (ISAT), Jim Mellon's Fast Forward (FFWD), LightwaverRF (LWRF), PCGE (PCGE) and AIQ (AIQ).
In today's bearcast I start with a reader complaint but then he is a tosser so who cares? Then it is onto looking at the differences between the funding facilities at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and MySquar (MYSQ). I am bearish on both but the differences in the two packages are instructive. I look at Nature Group (NGR), Jim Mellon's uber-ramp FastForward (FFWD) and at Purplebricks (PURP) is the Neil Woodford bubble about to burst again, as even former supporters like Paul Scott admit my analysis was right and theirs wrong.
In this podcast I look at the FCA Report into CFD providers. It rightly slams themn. We have told ETX we will have nothing more to do with it and really I want no part of this industry. As a libertarian I look at an industry where 76% of customers lose money. Then I hail the King, that is the King of the spoofers, Mr Clem Chambers of Online Blockcrap (OBC) - as I also cover HERE. I look at Moss Bros (MOSB) and what its profits warning plus the problems at Byrons say about B2C stocks. I also comment on Sosandar (SOS), which we own, en passant. Finally I look at the IPO of Nuuvera on the TSXV ( a market that makes the AIM Casino look sober and well run) and what that means for FastForward (FFWD). I again explain why all cannabis stocks will not fly.
I think it is Darren Atwater's 50th today. I wish him happy returns anyway. My own 50th is a week away but I celebrate a few days early so no bearcast tomorrow. In this podcast I discuss: Deltex (DEMG), Union Jack (UJO), Egdon (EDR), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), FastForward (FFWD) and the bubble in pot stocks and why it must burst, Premier Africa (PREM) and the fraud MySquar (MYSQ)
Madness is afoot at FastForward Innovations (FFWD) with the excitement about the impending listing of its cannabis play, Nuuvera, driving the share price up as high as 30p yesterday. This makes no rational sense as I will endeavour to explain but the summary is simple – if you like Nuuvera, buy it in the market for its market value rather than at 4-5 times its value!
The one thing I hate more than being wrong about a share recommendation is being spoofed and falling for it, which is what I think has happened with FastForward Innovations (FFWD). Can’t believe I fell for it but I’m done now – SELL.
Well it is a bad day on two counts. Fisrt it is the disaster that has hit our village in Greece and its olive harvest, as I explain in a photo article HERE. Then it is events at Premaitha (NIPT), a share we own. I explain why I am not selling. I look at Stanley Gibbons (SGI) and then at FastForward (FFWD) where things really don't stack up and where there are far more questions than answers.
I’ve been hugely critical of FastForward Innovations (FFWD) in the past, in the main due to the lack of transparency and the poor performance of Schoold and Vemo, Lorne Abony’s own investments in FastForward’s portfolio; however, today’s news is much more promising and I actually wonder whether it’s worth a dabble!
No Hillary did not have me killed for my numerous comments on her crooked ways. I was just ill yesterday and remain so as you can hear in my voice. Joshua too is down sick and the Mrs is off to the Catalan Republic for a field trip. A joyous week lies ahead. On the shares front I look at San Leon (SLE), FastForward (FFWD) and Versarien (VRS)
Tom covered the news of the failed Schoold / Lingo Media merger that FastForward Innovations (FFWD) announced on Friday in his Bearcast (HERE); however, I thought it was worth taking a closer look at the numbers and pondering when the next major write down to FastForward’s portfolio, and Lorne Abony’s reputation, will come.
No I really want to be sick. The day started so well with Joshua, myself and more fit young mums making a paper image of Colin the Dog. But then I just got sick so hence the lack of content from me today. After this podcast goes up it is back to bed. On bear cast today a demolition of minus 99.5% lifestyle company Arian Silver (AGQ), 13 Energy (i3E), today's spoof from Magnolia (MAGP), a "fucked if I know" response from me on R4E (R4E) - a share we own - and a look at today's dire news from one of Jim Mellon's many AIM dogs FastForward (FFWD).
Investors in various Jim Mellon connected companies such as FastForward Innovations (FFWD) and Port Erin Biopharma (PEBI) may be interested in this analysis of Diabetic Boot Company’s latest six-month accounts to 31 December 2016. The bad news is that it is still losing a fortune although the good news is that at least Mr Mellon is now largely funding it himself.
I’ve been pretty critical of Jim Mellon's FastForward Innovations (FFWD) and its CEO, Lorne Abony, in the past but today’s news is a positive step for one of its investee companies, Nuuvera, and worthy of comment and the only negative relates to the obvious blunder that offends my OCD proof-reading nature.
A recent statement by MySquar (MYSQ)confuses genocide and mass rape with "civil unrest". This is obscene and shows that the company is morally bankrupt. Its CEO Eric Schaer will see his soul burn in hell for this and it makes me unspeakably angry. The company is a worthless piece of crap but promoting that is not now Eric's biggest sin. All is explained in this podcast. I also cover China New Energy (CNEL), Ryanair (RYA) - see this link - Petro Matad (MATD), FastForward (FFWD) and, in some detail, Paternoster Resources (PRS).
Sitting here with my father in Shipston I start with what is my favourite joke from Frazier. Then it is onto the next joke, that is the news from FastForward (FFWD) one of the many joke investment companies linked to my old friend the offshore-based asset stripper Jim Mellon. Then it is onto Amur (AMC) which is so obviously placing ahoy and where the market cap is almost as much of a joke as a FastForward RNS. Then I turn to Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG) and the idea of risk reward before having a butchers at Rose Petroleum (ROSE) where even Stevie Wonder could see that it is placing ahoy. There may be a second bearcast on Nyota (NYO) where it seems there is a mega scandal emerging. Watch this space!
UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) nutter Michael Boyle wants to trap me and report me to the FCA. What a prize poltroon. Andrew Bell has been selling lots of UK Oil & Gas shares but - with millions still on the book - tries to argue that they are cheap. Hmmm. I have a second maths lesson for my friend Mr Bell following on from this one yesterday. Then it is onto my old friend the offshore based asset stripper Jim Mellon and one of the many dogs in his stable, the related party snakefest that is FastForward (FFWD). Clearly it is placing ahoy as the company has zero cash and grotesque PLC costs but I explain why the shares, at 9.5p, are monstrously overvalued - fair value is sub 5p. Sorry Jim.
After months of promises and delays, Jim Mellon's FastForward Innovations (FFWD) finally provided further details of the potential merger of investee company Schoold with Lingo Media this morning. I can see why it was reticent about making the announcement as it doesn’t make pretty reading.
Tom covered the key headlines on the year-end results of Jim Mellon's FastForward Innovations (FFWD) on Friday but I wanted to focus in on a couple of points, most notably the exorbitant amount Lorne Abony, CEO, gets paid considering the despicable way in which he treats his shareholders and the shocking performance, and non-disclosure, of one of the investments that he brought to the table, namely Vemo.
FastForward (FFWD) the investment company chaired by my old friend, the offshore based asset stripper Mr Jim Mellon, served up results for the year to 31 March today. Cynical Bear will give them the full workover they merit over the weekend but I could not give my old pal Jim a completely free pass. The numbers are shite
To end my trilogy of tenuously connected pieces, I’m taking a look at four ongoing coma-inducing delays at each of FastForward Innovations (FFWD), i3 Energy and, of course, Aidan Earley’s Newco and wonder which, if any, will win this slow and laborious race.
I’ve written a few times on the travails of The Diabetic Boot Company over time, usually after yet another Jim Mellon-related company lends or invests money in this biotech pipedream. Well, its results have finally come out, two months late, and they make interesting reading.
There’s a few short-term challenges ahead for Jim Mellon's FastForward Innovations (FFWD) but for this piece I wanted to focus on the one I find most amusing, namely its most recent investment in the marijuana space, Nuuvera Corp, which reminds me of an episode of Dennis Waterman’s finest work – New Tricks.
I wrote about the rather unexciting merger between Schoold and Lingo Media that FastForward Innovations (FFWD) announced in March (HERE) but with Lingo Media recently issuing its full year results, I felt it merited an update. They don’t make great reading and I’m beginning to wonder whether the deal will actually go ahead.
I wrote six months ago about the laughable potential RTO deal between Jim Mellon-connected Life Science Developments (LIFE) and Jim’s favourite private investment, The Diabetic Boot Company. Well, surprise, surprise, the deal hasn’t happened and Life Science will be booted off AIM. It’s worth taking a closer look at what has gone on at this farce in the last 18 months.
When reading this morning’s RNS from FastForward Innovation (FFWD), I just had this image of Lorne Abony and Jim Mellon scrabbling around behind the back of the sofas in FastForward Towers looking for some spare change as the cash crunch (detailed HERE) becomes ever more pressing. The announcement related to a change in the lock-in arrangements relating to the sale of the SatoshiPay investment to Blue Star Capital (BLU).
With the exciting news that Falcon Acquisitions (FAL), or Falcon Media House as it is now known, has finally come back to the market after an eight-month suspension, I thought I’d do a review of a few of the interesting bits coming out of the long-awaited prospectus as a counter-balance to the tsunami of bullish noise from all the usual places yesterday. Unsurprisingly, there is staggering lack of disclosure that is all too normal with Standard List companies.
Having been put in a bad mood with the disappointing Schoold deal that I covered HERE, I thought I’d dig a bit deeper to see how much cash is left in Jim Mellon backed FastForward (FFWD) business and what I think that means for the future and why it looks overvalued to me.
I’ve been on the edge of my seat for a number of days as was expecting news from Jim Mellon backed FastForward Innovations (FFWD) on its Schoold deal at any moment as the 75 day exclusivity period with a potential strategic acquirer had reached an end. The anticlimactic news arrived on Friday (as covered in Tom’s Bearcast HERE) and I merely felt deflated but today I’ve woken up angry and wonder if FastForward has actually lied to me!
Next week may be disrupted by events in Warwick as I discuss at the end of this podcast but I shall be at UK Investor Show come what may and really hope you join me and 3,000 others there - book now for tickets to be sent on Monday HERE. In this podcast I look at Management Resource Solutions (MRS), why its RNS statements just do not add up at all and why I hope for bankruptcy. I also look at the latest news from FastForward (FFWD) which - if you do a bit of digging is a 100% rum and coke. Finally five years after certain folks turned down cash offers for Rivington assets preferring to asset strip them I bring you photos of a Master Investor show hall promising 5,000 attendees but in fact almost empty. Photo one shows c500 folks in the main hall, the stands at the same time are almost empty! Ouzo time for me, a cup of cold sick for the asset strippers. It is hard to resist the temptation to gloat and indeed I found it just too hard. It is ouzo O'clock.
I find myself back in London ahead of a big event tonight as I explain HERE. So I am working at the pizza place now known as Wedge Issue and run by hipster Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater. It is most excellent and I commend it to you all if you are in Clerkenwell, although I am not sure I get this hipster business at all. I'm getting old. In the main podcast I look at why the LSE Asylum just does not work. In terms of stocks I cover Independent Resources (IRG), Nyota (NYO), FastForward (FFWD),Challenger (CHAL), the joke regulation one sees on the Standard List, Regency Mines (RGM) and some coal assets some folks think will go into the joke that is "New Worthington".
I start with the tale of Concha (CHA) and Ve Interactive from earlier - see HERE. What does that tell us about bubbles, especially in tech. Watch out for similar catastrophes at companies such as Allied Minds (ALM) and FastForward (FFWD). I then move onto the Budget and Chancellor Hammond's betrayal of the self employed which gives a lie to the idea that this Government wants to reach out to those Just About Managing and to those who are prepared to risk all to do what this country needs and become an entrepreneur.
If you object to bad language do not listen. The madness and corruption of AIM, the willingness of the crony capitalists to deceive investors to get away another placing just got to me. In today's podcast I cover Blur (BLUR) - but would commend young Steve's coverage which is superb HERE, FastForward (FFWD) - the Jim Mellon spoof - Advanced Oncotherapy (DOG), Independent Resources (IRG), Amur Minerals (AMC), Sunrise Resources (SRES) and Zenith Energy (ZEN).
FastForward (FFWD), in which my good friend Jim Mellon has a material interest, has announced a disposal today claiming a 112% profit on its trade. It is talking out of its arse as it pumps ahead of a much needed placing as I explain in this bonus podcast.
After the Slater & Gordon (SGH) bearcast earlier you may have thought that I was sleeping off half a bottle of ouzo. Au contraire, I have been touring the Mani with George the Architect, the man who helped me to expose InternetQ last year. We went past Killers Gorge. Why can't you kill unsuitable boyfriends of your daughter or sister any more? As my daughter prepares to turn 16 this year I sadly conclude that this is yet another example of political correctness gone mad. In terms of stocks I offer a couple of corrections on Tracsis (TRCS) after yesterday's bearcast then look at Xtract Resources (XTR), Ascent Resources (AST), FastForward (FFWD), the over ramped hype company with which my good friend Jim Mellon is involved, Cobham (COB), Infrastructure India (IIP) and also the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). And I refer to a drooling Evil Knievil ref THIS ARTICLE.
Cynical Bear has twice reported back on the great Jim Mellon Diabetic Boot spoof. This is a private company originally backed by Mellon with his own cash but then backed at ever higher valuations by PLCs controlled by Mellon, i.e with other folk's cash. But something happened before Christmas - surely the listed vehicles need to fess up? The spoof is not funny anymore, it is seriously related party unfunny;.
Getting my excuses in early: if I make any errors it is because I cannot see properly for reasons I explain. I then look at Aortech (AOR), Eden (FRAUD), Aurum Mining (AUR) as in David Williams, Karelian Diamonds (KDR), Falanx (FLX), in real detail FastForward (FFWD), another hugely overvalued ramp in which my good friend Jim Mellon is involved and finally Hotel Chocolat (HOTC) where I have misgivings. For photos of chocolate as art taken by me on Monday go HERE
I must rush. Woodlarks beckons and then it is Greece. But first I look at: Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) in light of last night's bombshell HERE, TrakM8 (TRAK ) - chatting to Paul Scott - Pantheon Resources (PANR), Bushveld Minerals (BMN), FastForward (FFWD), Jim Mellon's reported comments and Mosman oil & Gas (MSMN).
FastForward - On the ramp again, guess cash must really be low and it's placing ahoy
Lorne Abony must have needed a holiday because having been running at more than one RNS a week for most of the year things went quiet (relatively) in August and September at FastForward Innovations (FFWD), the second most self-ramped stock on AIM. But now old Lorne is back in full ramptastic mode with two announcements in two days at the end of last week.
I almost spat out my cornflakes with laughter at the ridiculous announcement from Life Science Developments (LIFE) this morning as it entered suspension pending an RTO with The Diabetic Boot Company (“DBC”). Please allow me to explain.
In today's bearcast I look at just how weak are the balance sheet's of Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) and FastForward (FFWD) and discuss imminent bailout placings. I mention a greedy bastard, taking time off from mis-treating his patients who is giving me stick on Glenwick (GWIK) and then I look at CSF Group (CSFG) and the sheer scale of how London's crony capitalists have milked this dog as shareholders have lost almost everything. It is horrifying.
Much to my wife’s amusement (and slight horror), I actually gave out a yelp of joy at just gone seven this morning while reading today’s company announcements, as I realised that Metal Tiger (MTR) had broken a long-standing world record. Let me explain…..
There is more horseshit today in an RNS from FastForward Innovations (FFWD), The money is running our fast. CEO Lorne Abony is in full ramping mode as he know he needs to get a placing away this fall or the game is up. The shares trade at a vast premium to NAV so what to do? Ramp again of course. All is explained in this bonus podcast.
I start with a couple of landmarks reached today. Six months without a fag and four weeks to the due date for the birth of a son. Then a guilty confession, I am watching the Olympics. Then onto discussing two companies where the only questions are when does the money run out and what price the next bailout placing: FastForward (FFWD) and FastJet (FJET)
I have a stack of dessert gooseberries. I know they should be in a fruit salad but I can't buy into that so want to put them into a crumble but with what? I seek answers from any gourmands or gourmets who are listening. Then I look at Alba (ALBA) in detail, its placing ahoy! I move through Northbridge Industrial (NBI), Gable (GAH) and the mystery of the dog that barked in the night, Gulf Keystone (GKP), Keller (KLR) and FastForward Innovations (FFWD).
In our recent coverage of FastForward Innovations (FFWD) both Cynical Bear and myself have pointed out that the maths in its ramptastic announcements to the mug punters who back this stock, simply do not add up. But there is a bigger problem...the company is running out of cash.
The last podcast recorded with the audience of my father for a few days sees a few comments on how he yearns for the socialist paradise of Albania in the good old days. Whatever. I look at Nostra Terra (NTOG) and what it must do and another bear point for Avanti Communications (AVN) I had overlooked, at FastForward (FFWD) and why it is such a dog with fleas and at broken business models in both new media and the European Banks. The truth is that the Emperor's New Clothes, in both cases, really are not that impressive.
FastForward Innovations (FFWD) issued an after-hours RNS yesterday at 4.59pm announcing its next investment. Surely it wasn’t embarrassed by it? Let’s take a look.
Even the Quindell fraudster Rob Terry would have been ashamed of this nonsense. Yesterday I flagged up how the latest ramptastic RNS from FastForward (FFWD) was sheer bollocks in the made up numbers department. Today the company has responded with an explanation which will have you pissing yourself. It is so utterly mad that the company's Nomad must surely be considering its position (or have no shame). This is sheer comedy.
In this , the 29th week of 2016, over-ramped bubble stock FastForward Innovations (FFWD) has just issued its 43rd RNS of the year. Pump, pump, pump...the dump is on its way. As a bonus the numbers in today's statement simply do not add up at all. It is pure shite but maybe the morons will buy it because another placing is on the way. Today's update concerns a Chinese Company called Yooya in which FastForward has invested.
How on earth did hapless Nomad Peel Hunt sign off on what Jim Mellon's FastForward Innovations (FFWD) terms a "strategic update" but is in fact nothing more than a shameless pre placing ramp.? My comments are in bold. FastForward's are not.
Following my piece on Wednesday asking what had happened to a second tranche of investment into Leap Gaming, AIM-listed FastForward Innovations (FFWD) yesterday finally got around to an RNS confirming that it has now all completed. Hot on the heels of Cynical Bear’s Gotcha on Boxhill (BOX) perhaps we should start up a ShareProphets Nomad Services outfit - £30,000 a year retainer per company? That’ll do nicely.
I have a few questions to add to Tom Winnifrith’s and Cynical Bear’s coverage of the fine outfit that is AIM-listed FastForward Innovations Ltd (FFWD). I’m sure there are perfectly reasonable explanations, but perhaps the company might like to share them – especially with a placing so obviously on the way as the (re-) renewal of what was once the AIM-China play called London Asia Chinese Private Equity Fund (CGOP) continues.
More stilly tweets from free speech deniers Paul Scott prompt a further defence of an unmuzzled press. I deal with Paul's bizarre conversion to totalitarianism and Cyan in a seperate podcast here. Lorne Ebony of FastForward (FFWD) asks you to accept that black is white. It isn't and his shares are a sell. I look at Gable (GAH) where a free press that warned you all is vindicated. Maybe some folks think I should not have let you know? I cover Marks & Spencer (MKS) and its problems before dealing with grossly overvalued Nyota (NYO) and its boardroom coup.
I’ve been looking forward to seeing the final results of FastForward Innovations (FFWD) which came out late yesterday due to a ridiculous comment that the CEO, Lorne Abony, made at the recent Master Investor Show.
Having been critical of the Lorne Abony show and FastForward innovation’s (FFWD) recent investments in Vemo and Schoold in my last piece HERE, I thought I’d take a closer look at one of the earlier investments, The Diabetic Foot Company (“DBC”), as, funnily enough, related parties raise their ugly head again there too.
I start this podcast with a bit of a reflection on one or two excellent pieces this weekend notably my own stuff on African Potash (AFPO) and the Horse Hill ramp but also the cracking piece today by Cynical Bear on Fast Forward (FFWD). In the bearcast I also look at a stack more Brexit lies as well as discussing why Rob Terry has broken cover and where the SFO is with its investigation into the fraudster.
Following on from a few bearish pieces from Tom on FastForward Innovations (FFWD) that you can see HERE, I have my own views on why what was the “Jim Mellon show” but is fast becoming the “Lorne Abony show” is a no-go investment for me.
Offshore based Jim Mellon's uber-ramped FastForward Innovations (FFWD) has today announced that it is spunking $3.5 million on buying 29.5% of Frails LLC, the owner of Leap Gaming, it will soon go to 41.5% at a total cost of $3.5 million so valuing this strange enterprise at $8.4 million.
Since March 3 in 25 working days, my old pal Jim Mellon's AIM casino listed FastForward Innovations (FFWD) has released 9 ramptastic good news RNS statements - one every three days. Since 31 March it has released 6 statements - that is to say almost one a day. It is almost as if Jim has been taking lessons from the master, Mr David Lenigas, on the art of the blizzard of ramptastic releases. Yet another placing with your tea vicar? It is also the nature of the releases that concerns me.
All sorts of crap shares are going up today and some that are not crap but are just insanely overvalued. In a podcast riddled with bad langauge I discuss 88 Energy (88E), Fast Forward (FFWD), Phorm (PHRM), Hornby (HRN) and Glenwick (GWIK) among the risers and among the fallers I look at Auhua Clean (ACE), All Leisure (ALLG), Iofina (IOF), ETherapeutix (ETX), the frauds Jiasen (JSI) and Aquatic Foods (AFG) and finally I ask all the advisors (nomad, broker PR flunkies) to Magnolia (MAGP) just show shabby and dirty they feel today. If I was them I would feel sordid and ashamed. They are all beneath contempt.
The Mrs got a little confused and as a result she is in the doghouse and I am still in Bristol. I hope to arrive in Warwickshire to see my father this evening. Back on the markets Mellon-madness has broken out. I examine the joke that is the Condor Gold (CNR) ramp and also FastForward (FFWD). My pal Jim Mellon is clever..but not that clever. It is then onto worthless POS Arian Silver (AGQ), Asian Citrus (ACHL), Ten Alps (TAL) and the wider issue of earnings visibility discussed here. My Avanti Communications (AVN) reference is HERE and that is it for today.
Bears are the new regulators, in fact the only regulators. Jabba the Hutt wants shorting banned. Worse still he is telling his deluded followers that shares in Afriag (AFRI) and his other dogs fell because of shorting. That is untrue as I explain in this podcast. I also cover: the after effects of ouzo, Frontier Resources (FRI), FastForward (FFWD), TrakM8 (TRAK), PeerTV (PTV), Sirius Minerals (SXX), London Capital (LCG) - in detail - and Jiasen (JSI)
This seems to be the ramparoonie de jour - cash shells and investment companies. Valuations can be crazy but if you get suckered in by the rampers you will lose money. I explain when I would invest in a cash shell and when you should not. I discuss what valuations should be and flag up some well known rampers. Mentioned en passant are: Glenwick (GWIK), CEB Resources (JUNK) - now known as Andalas -, FastForward (FFWD) and Adam Reynolds.
A reader posted on our comments section: "Ive also just bought into FFWD. Tom why can't you tip this for 2016 instead of repeat tips on OPTI and NIPT?" Hmmm well I am sure that Optiobiotix shares will race ahead ( 100p + within weeks after the next deal is announced) and that Premaitha will announce new contracts and that it is passed the inflexion point of cash breakeven soon and that its shares will head to 30p+. That is why I tip them as buys. You want me to tip shares that will go up ,right? But your wish is my command and so I will also tip FastForward Innovations. But as a sell at 17p.
Featuring shares in Audioboom (BOOM), Finnaust Mining (FAM), Fastforward Innovations (FFWD), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Octagonal (OCT) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) with share price targets set for all six stocks.
Featuring shares in Beowulf Mining (BEM), Fast Forward Innovations (FFWD), Independent Oil & Gas (IOG), New World Oil & Gas (NEW) and Proxama (PROX) with share price targets set for all five stocks.
