Block Energy – Double Portions of Beer and Popcorn Time as Rebels Rock Boat with Second GM Requisition

Last September some rebel shareholders were so concerned as to what was going on at AIM-listed Block Energy (BLOE) that there were rumours of an imminent requisition of a sack-the-board EGM. That time the rebels were placated and by the end of the month all was apparently well. Or was it: for now there is a sack-the-chairman EGM Requisition on the table and this morning a further EGM was requisitioned to commission an independent forensic investigation into the company’s affairs by one of the “big four” accountants. Best order in double portions of beer and popcorn – this could get very entertaining.

The Fraud Frontera – now can the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and Nomad Cairn explain this?

Fat Bastard Malcolm Graham Wood takes fees from companies to write (positively) about their shares without disclosing the payments. He will do this for any company even proven frauds such as the late lamented Frontera Resources (FRR) which is why he is the whore blogger. His defenders insist that he is fundamentally honest but can they explain this away?

Hurricane Energy – surely the case against the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood is now beyond doubt?

Today’s latest disastrous news from Hurricane Energy (HUR) is covered by Gary Newman HERE. Gary and Peter Brailey, having been bulls in the distant past, have both been warning you for ages that this was a disaster waiting to happen. But as the shares have collapsed from 60p to just 3p over the past 15 months, one man has been steadfast in his support. Just as he was until the bitter end with the fraud Frontera (FRR), churning out comment after comment after comment suggesting quite explicitly that the shares were cheap. I refer, of course, to Fat Bastard, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood.

Explosive: the Legal document showing how Frontera Resources defrauded investors for years & the chatroom morons threatening me with violence for exposing it

The judgement which I publish in full below from the International Arbitration Court is damning. For those, such as scumbag PR advisers Yellow Jersey, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and Nomad Cairn which, for years, helped the, formerly AIM listed,  FRAUD Frontera Resources (FRR) to raise millions of pounds from mug punters, it is document demonstrating their wholesale moral bankruptcy. Those involved continued to push the shares even AFTER I had shown the company to be a fraud run by liars.

I explained earlier why Frontera (FRR) really could be a zero. Now here is the City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel, with his take on today's news:

Frontera: More spoofing, more company destroying litigation, no more cash – the Fat lady is warming up

The gyrations in the share price of Frontera Resources (FRR) caused by its latest lie-packed City presentation have forced the company to put out a statement and it makes for truly grim reading. This company is worth 0p per share and in the current climate it may well get there before too long.

I have more and hope to air soon. Ho ho ho. Get the ouzo and ice ready. 5 Slam-Dunk sells for 2018 – September update

Another month has passed, so it is time for another look at my portfolio of AIM stocks which I marked as slam-dunk sells at the beginning of the year. The five in question are UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Frontera Resources (FRR), Telit (TCM), Inspirit Energy (INSP) and Catanae Innovation (CTEA), formerly Milestone Group. At the last count the portfolio was down by 22% - what is the score now?

DEADLINE MIDNIGHT TODAY (SAT) One final chance for Juicin to win a semi naked photo of Thirsty Paul Scott in Bulletin Board Moron of the week

Having demanded we bring back this contest, once again, Juicin Drumroll failed to win last week but he came second and tried very hard as you can see HERE. So he is clearly desperate to win a semi naked photo of Britain's leading share blogger before lunchtime, Thirsty Paul Scott. So we will give him a sixth and final chance. Can anyone stop Juicin from winning this week? Okay here is the challenge for you all:

In the podcast I look at the madness of Corbyn once more in relation to the Natural rate of Unemployment in a non broken economy. I add to my earlier comments on troughery at Frontera (FRR) HERE by showing it is bankrupt. I cover Concepta (CPT), Fishing Republic (FISH), the Widecells (WDC) scandal and Wolf Minerals (WLFE).

Top analyst: Frontera Resources management greed is "obscene", company “pollutes” the sector

I shall turn to Frontera Resources (FRR) results later. Suffice to say they are shite, the company is out of cash and a bailout placing is needed ASAP. SP Angel’s Zac Phillips wrong on Frontera as it prepares for another lie-fest on October 4

As it tries to stop its share price collapsing ahead of its much needed bailout refinancing, Frontera Resources (FRR) has announced another lie-fest, or as it terms it “shareholder update meeting followed by Q&A” on October 4. The City’s top oil analyst Zac Phillips of SP Angel is damning on this POS in his morning email but gets it 100% wrong when he says there is “Only 1 question.”

Winnileaks strikes again: Frontera (again) lies to and misleads investors over Yorkville – when will its Nomad force it to tell the truth?

Yesterday Frontera Resources (FRR) received a second lawyers letter from convertible loan note provider Yorkville in regard to the $2.65 million outstanding debt on which it is now in default. The letter accused Frontera of lying to investors.  Frontera has not disclosed that letter, or its contents nor has it repaid the sums due to Yorkville Instead it has issued another RNS which is simply misleading. It is doubling down on lying and apparently Nomad cairn is fine with that?

Having exposed all the big stockmarket frauds of the past five years on this website (Quindell, Globo, Cloudtag, MySquar, blinkx, Gulf Keystone, Naibu, Daniel Stewart, Sefton, China Chaintek, Aquatic Foods, Cupid, Avanti and the list goes on and on and on) I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some folks who invest in such stocks. But Frontera (FRR) shareholders are managing to shock me - truly some of them are the dumbest fucks on this planet.

Frontera exposed as employing liars as it finally fesses up that it does face an Arbitration Court - shares uninvestable

On Thursday I ran an article suggesting that the state oil company in Georgia was going to an International Arbitration court to take acreage back from Frontera Resources (FRR) - the company's morally bankrupt PR firm Yellow Jersey and disgraced dirty tricks specialising account executive Tim Thompson declined the chance to comment. Next up Frontera lied by twitter...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 'fessing up to what the Mrs and I were up to last night & the deafening silence at Advanced Onco and Frontera

Ok this is embarassing but I will admit on tape what we were up to. It is our guilty pleasure and involves Deacon, Scarlett, Gunner, Avery and Will Lexington.  Then I look at WPP (WPP) and the deeply unsatisfactory and unfair way Sir Martin Sorrell has "resigned" - this smells all wrong. Finally I look at why Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Frontera (FRR) are not answering or evading questions - it is because they are both bad companies. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Frontera - weasel words & not via RNS - the hallmarks of an evasive shyster

Last week I suggested that grossly over-ramped AIM Bulletin Board Moron darling Frontera Resources (FRR) might be in a spot of legal bother. I did so only after giving the company's morally bankrupt PR firm Yellow Jersey and its dirty tricks disgraced account manager Tim Thompson a chance to refuse or comment. They have still declined to do so. Instead...

BREAKING: Frontera Resources declines to comment on legal proceedings

An industry source in Georgia has been in contact to relay news on Frontera Resources (FRR) which is not good at all. I offered the company the chance to refute or deny the allegations via its morally bankrupt PR agency Yellow Jersey but I have had no reply, not even a plea to extend my deadline. You can draw your own conclusions from that. My source writes:

Five slam-dunk shares to sell for 2018 – March update

As we approach the end on March it is once again time to look at my portfolio of shares to sell. Of course, it is now down to four after Tern plc (TERN) ditched its death spiral so we’ll need to find a replacement for that one.

Frontera Resources - The No 1 Oil analyst not impressed

Whilst fat bastard Malcolm Graham Wood is paid to ramp shares in Frontera Resources (FRR) by making claims that cannot be verified, the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips is impartial and, to say the least, not impressed. In his email to clients today the SP Angel guru opines:

Frontera Resources (FRR) is a dog with fleas but it is aggressively ramped and promoted. And it has just announced a £2.5 million fully underwritten open offer at 0.466p via Primary Bid.  This represents a discount of approximately 17.5% to the closing mid price today.

Folks can ignore the warnings of myself, Nigel Somerville and Waseem Shakoor about the overvalued ramp stock Frontera (FRR) if they wish. But the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips has just published a very specific and damning note. No doubt "fat bastard" Malcolm Graham Wood will ignore this real analysis as he continues ramping the shares with misleading statements in return for generous cash payments to buy yet more pies.  But it might pay the Bulletin Board Morons to listen to someone who is not on the payroll and does know what he is talking about. Frontera: WTF is “sustained deliverability” – where are the Ud-2 flow rates?

Oh BBMs, lap up the nonsense coming out of AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) this morning. Please buy lots of shares, for there are lots more coming. We had expected an update on the company’s work on the Ud-2 well in Georgia, but this morning’s effort offered  no numbers to go on and some strange terminology.

FIVE Slam Dunk shares to sell for 2018

OK, I’m breaking all the rules – the deal was two long tips and here I am with a third tip of the year and it is five stocks and they are shorts (or at least avoids). Frontera – how do you keep armies of BBMs in suspense?….er, we’ll tell you later

AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has managed to get around to updating the market on its Ud-2 well in Georgia. To be fair, it did promise news by the end of the month. On the other hand, there are no flow rates. Had they been good, you can bet the numbers would have been there this morning.

On Friday AIM-listed, US-headquartered, Cayman Islands registered and operating in Georgia Frontera resources (FRR) released a Corporate Update on Progress in Georgia. As Waseem Shakoor observes, anyone who was hoping for actual production figures might be a tad disappointed, for what we got was delays and the commencement of a programme of study in relation to its Notice of Feasibility of Commercial Production as announced last April. Oh, and a nice shiny new presentation on the company website (if no countdown clock!)

Frontera – that Primary Bid placing

Well, well, what a surprise: AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) has raised cash in a placing. Well OK, it is not a surprise at all. As I pointed out HERE the works programme of the company was going to cost a few quid which it simply did not have. As we shall see, the workover rig out at the Ud-2 well in Georgia has prepared the site for testing of gas bearing intervals but until last night there was no money to pay for the testing.

Frontera – shares rampaging higher over a website update?

Shares in AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) have been zooming ahead. Having raised the princely sum of £750,000 (including £250,000 from directors) one might wonder how much of that cash is left over already. Frontera: after-hours placing and directors’ subscription

At 4.46pm yesterday AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) announced a placing raising £500,000 and director subscriptions for a further £250,000 all at 0.0975p per share. Compared to the 0.44p per share back in March, when commenting on the announcement of a possible farm-out or joint operation arrangement regarding the company’s Block 12 holding in Georgia (no sign of the deal yet, is there!) the company said it was suspending operations (operations which had already been delayed and tardily announced, according to Tom Winnifrith) I said if I were a holder I’d get on to my broker post haste and sell.

FRR
FRR

Waseem Shakoor on Frontera – no money, no CPR due, no JV imminent, Varang walked?

I’ve have a bear of AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) for as long as I can remember. Perhaps it is the accumulated losses over the years of a whopping $479 million. Maybe it is the slide from c. 150p to the current 0.115p. Perhaps it is the boat load of confetti issued of late to settle debts. Maybe it is the delayed work on the South Kahheti gas assets. Whilst it seemed a slam dunk short at 0.42p per share (it was, now at 0.115p) there still seems to be more to go.

Frontera – new Broker must mean placing ahoy

AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has announced the appointment of WH Ireland (WHI) as broker to the company. AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has rather slipped since I last wrote about it last month HERE and HERE, concluding that it had a gaping black hole in its balance sheet. The shares were then trading at around 0.4p. This afternoon the shares are 0.31p in the middle (last seen) and it has announced its AGM. Just one thing: where are the full year results? Frontera – well ahead of itself, sell

One has to marvel at how oily serial disappointment AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has doubled its share price since yesterday. Has it has a takeover? Nope. Has it announced a gusher? Nope. But is this just a monster spoof?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: My legs feel like logs, I am just too old for this manual labour malarky

I will produce a detailed photo article on my manual labours today on the fields at the Greek Hovel later today but I am rapidly concluding that I am getting a bit old for this manual labour malarky. No doubt six months on a building site over the summer will knock me into shape. In terms of the markets Steve Moore is a nice guy. He needs to learn to be a total bastard like me. I comment on Brave Bison (BBSN) where  young Steve was just far too nice - someone at Brave should be doing a per walk. In a similar vein I comment on Milestone Group (MSG). Frontera – another “speeding ticket” RNS on the way? Sell.

I think Tom Winnifrith missed a cracking entry for his Dirty Dozen AIM-listed resource stocks whose share prices might head north for no good reason. Certainly, the history of Frontera (FRR) suggests so from its share price performance over the years. Plenty of Red Flags to look at here! This morning the shares are indeed on the rampage (up 168% last seen) in the wake of a board appointment RNS. As we shall see, there seems to be little reason to celebrate that, and with one “know of no reason” RNS already issued this week, I fancy another is on the way.
