Institutional investors, retail investors and myself laid into Andrew Piggy Austin at Kistos (KIST) when the company announced a “Value Creation Plan” which would have created no value for the company but simply transferred up to £25 million each from ordinary shareholders to Piggy and two of his fellow fat cats. But at least one commentator saw nothing wrong in the scheme and has rushed to tell lies to defend it. Step forward Fat Bastard.
Last September some rebel shareholders were so concerned as to what was going on at AIM-listed Block Energy (BLOE) that there were rumours of an imminent requisition of a sack-the-board EGM. That time the rebels were placated and by the end of the month all was apparently well. Or was it: for now there is a sack-the-chairman EGM Requisition on the table and this morning a further EGM was requisitioned to commission an independent forensic investigation into the company’s affairs by one of the “big four” accountants. Best order in double portions of beer and popcorn – this could get very entertaining.
Fat Bastard Malcolm Graham Wood takes fees from companies to write (positively) about their shares without disclosing the payments. He will do this for any company even proven frauds such as the late lamented Frontera Resources (FRR) which is why he is the whore blogger. His defenders insist that he is fundamentally honest but can they explain this away?
Yesterday I speculated at great length about the possibility that Israeli brain box Yair Tauman with a just sub 19% stake in ADVFN (AFN) might be able to call an EGM to oust the board led by Clem Chambers. It seems that King Clem agrees with my analysis and is running scared. Today he announced that he had exercised 411,473 options at 14p taking his stake up to 1.014 million shares or 3.88%.
Today’s latest disastrous news from Hurricane Energy (HUR) is covered by Gary Newman HERE. Gary and Peter Brailey, having been bulls in the distant past, have both been warning you for ages that this was a disaster waiting to happen. But as the shares have collapsed from 60p to just 3p over the past 15 months, one man has been steadfast in his support. Just as he was until the bitter end with the fraud Frontera (FRR), churning out comment after comment after comment suggesting quite explicitly that the shares were cheap. I refer, of course, to Fat Bastard, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood.
With shares in Avacta (AVCT) ludicrously overvalued at 138p the company rightly fears that when the second tranche of stock from the recent placing at 120p is admitted to the AIM Casino tomorrow there will be a line of folks wanting to flip. What to do? Of course, get your evil morally bankrupt PR spinners at Yellow Jersey to issue complete non news and make it sound exciting. Heck Yellow Jersey managed to persuade suckers to pile into mega and obvious fraud Frontera (FRR) so they can push any shite uphill. For a while at least.
Yesterday I posted up court documents showing the extend of the fraud at Frontera Resources (FRR) the company slung off AIM after serial lying, which now has no assets, no cash and owes millions to its lawyers, former partners and suppliers. You would have thought that those dumb poltroons who ignored my serial warnings and still own the shares would have recognised that the game is up. But no.
I start with a few thoughts on a local statue that looks set to be melted down but commend my piece earlier on Thomas Guy in the same vein. I bring you the good news that No Gold is alive then discuss Intu (INTU), Frontera Resources (FRR), Avacta (AVCT), the merger of Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) and Columbus Energy (CERP) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG). Finally we are now almost at £40,000 on Woodlarks (with gift aid). If every bearcast listener yet top donate chipped in £10 plus gift aid tonight we would hit target. Please, please do so HERE.
The judgement which I publish in full below from the International Arbitration Court is damning. For those, such as scumbag PR advisers Yellow Jersey, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and Nomad Cairn which, for years, helped the, formerly AIM listed, FRAUD Frontera Resources (FRR) to raise millions of pounds from mug punters, it is document demonstrating their wholesale moral bankruptcy. Those involved continued to push the shares even AFTER I had shown the company to be a fraud run by liars.
And there you were thinking that I exposed Frontera Resources (FRR) as a fraud becuase it was er... a fraud. Au contraire, this was indeed a Great British Company brought down as part of a global conspiracy and I wrote what I wrote only because i was in the pay of the Russians. Comrades, I guess its vodka o'clock, as i tuck into a lunch of caviar supplied by my friends at the KGB....the things you learn on the LSE Bulletin Board.
I start with Monkey defending the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood. With reference to today's disastrous news from Hurricane Energy (HUR) and the fraud Frontera (FRR) I discuss why he is so wrong to do so. Then I look at Open Orphan (ORPH) and today's fund raise and what to make of it all. Finally, after a few jokes about an IRA man at the garden centre, I move onto the final demise of InternetQ/Akazoo. This weekend sees the first long training walk as a lone rogue blogger for Woodlarks. I am now at 25% of the target to raise, please help me get to 33% by Sunday by donating HERE.
Hey morons do you now realise that it does not matter how much you troll me, call me a peadophile or harass my wife at work it will not save you from my hard analysis, investigative journalism and from the reality that you have backed a wong 'un?. Versarien (VRS) has been forced to come partially clean and the news is utterly terrible. Even morally bankrupt PR firm Yellow Jersey - which spun for Frontera (FRR) AFTER I showed it was a fraud - cannot polish this turd. I also look at Tertiary Minerals (TYM) and Botswana Diamonds (BOD) and have a Welsh Hovel flood update.
In today's podcast I point fingers at who should be sent to jail or drummed out of the City as I look at new developments at former AIM Casino darling Frontera (FRR), the late lamented SVS Securities and at the crumbling empire of Neil Woodford and Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT).
Oh dear it is bad enough when your own lawyers are suing you but it now gets worse for Steve Nicandros and Zaza Mamulaishvili of former AIM darling Frontera Resources (FRR). It seems that FTI, the administrators, of the main operating subsidiary think that Steve and Zaza are frustrating their work and so they too are going to Court as the papers below show. Enjoy...
Is the whore blogger, fat bastard Malcolm Graham Wood still insisting that the late Frontera Resources (FRR) will come good and that its bosses Steve Nicandros and Zaza Mamulaishvili were top bananas? Or is the fact that he is no longer receiving, undeclared, brown envelopes prompting a change of tune? Meanwhile the court papers I publish below suggest that Steve & Zaza lied to their own lawyers about paying bills and other matters. Having offered up personal guarantees for Fronter's bills and also not paid it seems the lawyer is now seeking to reclaim c$800,00 plus costs. Enjoy......
Oh dear. All the abuse I got from folks who insisted that I was wrong in calling out the fraud that was Frontera (FRR). All those folks who quoted the whore blogger, fat bastard Malcolm Graham Wood who took undeclared payments from Frontera to say how cheap its shares were. Will the whore blogger apologise to those who believed him? Will the morons apologise to me? For today IG is paying out on short positions valuing Frontera shares at 0p. Its bust.
There a good few great entries in the Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest as you can see HERE. But there has to be a winner of the non existent photo of Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer filling in her tax return. Now call this vanity but…
It really does look like the last days of Frontera Resources (FRR) the formerly AIM listed fraud and purveyor of lies which was so beloved by the Bulletin Board morons. The latest court papers filed by Stephen Hope and Outrider as it battles to seize the assets of the company in lieu of debts on which Frontera has defaulted make for grim reading for promoters such as the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and for the morons on the shareholder list. Read and weep Malcy, this is going to end badly for your boys.
Over on the LSE Asylum they are getting terribly excited about a Parliamentary Petition to ban shorting AIM stocks. If they can just find another 98,000 morons to sign (I’d start with the Frontera (FRR), Quindell (QPP) and Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder lists) then this idea will be debated. Fraudsters must be praying they do...
The whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and Frontera Resources (FRR) repeatedly asserted that legal claims against it had no merit and would be thrown out. A Judgement handed down on 22 January, which we publish below, shows that was not the case. The Judge slams claims made by Frontera in the case against lender Outrider as "fantastical" says that it is "strongly arguable" that Frontera is insolvent and rules against the formerly AIM listed POS.
Yesterday, in the wake of more damning revelations about the Frontera Resources (FRR) fraud we brought you an exclusive picture of its best paid promoter, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood helping the fuzz with their enquiries as you can see below. We asked you for suitable captions and, as you can see HERE, there were numerous good entries. But there can be only one winner of a semi naked photo of Britain’s top share blogger (mornings only), Thirsty Paul Scott….
After today's cache of bombshell emails exposing the fraud at Frontera (FRR) folks will have even more questions for the whore blogger Malcollm Graham Wood who ramped the shares shamelessly in return for, undeclared, payments from Frontera. In light of this I have unearthed this pic of the Fat Bastard with his back to the camera helping the Police with their enquiries. Please supply suitable captions in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight tonight.
Slung off AIM a few weeks ago, Frontera Resources (FRR) still has its fans in the Bullettin Board Moron community but the latest trove of emails to emerge, which we publish in full below, will shock even them as the extent of the fraud emerges.
Suffice to say you would not want your average Frontera (FRR) shareholder on your pub quiz team would you? There were numerous fantastic nominations for this contest as you can see HERE but Bwakem and Soupchicken will have to fight it out for the prize, a semi naked photo of Britain’s top share blogger (mornings only) Thirsty Paul Scott as they both spotted the gem below.
The AIM demise of the fraud Frontera (FRR) has unleashed a barrage of Bulletin Board idiocy not seen for years. It seems that the idiot from every village in the land was invested here and the comments on the Asylums at the LSE, ADVFN and iii as well as on twitter restore ones faith in the sheer stupidity of your fellow man. To win a semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger before lunchtimes, Thirsty Paul Scott, simply post your examples of supreme idiocy ( not necessarily on Frontera) in the comments section below. The deadline is midnight on Saturday 2nd Fenruary. I start off with my nomination. Can anyone beat this gem from tune player on the ADVFN Asylum.
The whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood urged shareholders in Frontera Resources (FRR) to hang on after the shares – 0.28p at suspension, down more than 99% on the IPO – were booted off AIM. The morons insisted they would be buying more as soon as they could and that shorters would be unable to close. Here, c/o the great Northern bear Waseem Shakoor is proof of the reality.
Zac Phillips at SP Angel has opined on the AIM demise of the Frontera (FRR) fraud and does not mince his words. The great man says...
So what if Frontera (FRR) got slung off AIM because its board told lie after lie, some folks just want another punishment beating it seems. And thus loyal shareholders "long and strong" have set up a Shareholder Action Group to assist the board. hat-tip to reader Juicin for spotting this. The group lays out its aims and objects thus:
A reader this week suggested that we look at a specific bulletin board conversation this week as background to a story. ShareProphets writers rarely look at the boards, and I'd be shocked if any have ever participated, but I took a gander.
As I predicted, IQE (IQE) served up another profits warning yesterday. I do a bit of number crunching in this podcast which also looks at the way Frontera (FRR) holders deal with their grief, given the Rolls Royces they were promised by the company's liar of a CEO
In today's podcast I look at Frontera (FRR) and the latest ramblings of the disgraced whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood, at Neil Woodford disaster Midatech (MTPH), at AIQ (AIQ), Flybe (FLYB), Tertiary Minerals (TYM), Tower Resources (TRP), and at Altona (ANR)
Frontera Resources (FRR) did not wish to leave the AIM Casino. Having its shares freely traded meant it was able to obtain death spiral finance to bay its bills. No trading facility, no death spiral, no future. But…
In today's podcast, recorded before a trip to see Joshua's goat, I look at Frontera (FRR), Flybe (FLYB), FinnCap (FCAP), Blue jay Mining (JAY) and Blue Star Capital (BLU)
How I suffer for you dear listeners. All is explained. Then there is a long discussion on the administration of Patisserie Holdings (CAKE). I move on with a few more words on The Escape Group (ESC) which I covered HERE and then look at Eve Sleep (EVE) and the folly of Neil Woodford, Scancell (SCLP), Anglesey Mining (AYM), Ariana (AAU), Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Chesterfield (CHF) and Metro Bank (MTRO). Finally it is one day to ouzo time (again) on Frontera Resources (FRR).
Well the year is up, the results are in and my pick of five AIM stocks to sell has offered up a pretty good result. I doubt these shares could easily have been shorted, but I hope readers managed to avoid them at least.
I have a bit of a rant about New Year's Eve. The Mrs and I will both be going to bed with a bottle of brandy by ten. In terms of stocks, I look at Amur (AMC), Cabot (CAB) and all that is wrong with AIM, Frontera (FRR), Metals Exploration (MTL) and Mayan (MYN). I have a handy tip to save money in 2019 and wish you all a prospoerous New Year.
Last weekend we served up two stashes of documents HERE and HERE which made it clear that on a serial basis Frontera Resources (FRR) had either not informed its Nomad Cairn and the wider AIM Casino market of pertinent news or had, in some cases, simply lied to one and all. On Christmas Eve at 7.30 AIM Cairn quit as Nomad and the shares were suspended. That prompted the biggest lie of all.
Well Humbug and Bah Humbug to you all! You all want to know who won the Bury Bad News sweepstake. Needless to say, it wasn’t me! The entries ranged from 7 to 50 bad news RNSs on Christmas Eve, but who won – and what was the worst of RNSs?
I have spent all weekend being abused on twitter by morons who own shares in Frontera Resources (FRR) - notably @keithcareth, check his feed he is insane - who insisted that I did not know what I was talking about, that the FCA was after me, etc etc etc. I await an apology as today – as was inevitable after our weekend revelations HERE and HERE – the Nomad, Cairn, has quit. The shares are suspended and here is why it is game over.
I start with a look at Frontera Resources (FRR) and what should and what may happen on Monday in light of this weekend's revelations. You would not want to be long of this one. Then I look at the most shorted shares on AIM and explain why for many of them, notably IQE (IQE), Telit (TCM), ASOS (ASC), Boohoo (BOO) and Victoria (VCP) the bear c ase has just got that much stronger, by an order of n, in the past few weeks. Finally a warning for shareholders in First Derivatives (FDP) - I have a small present for you tomorrow. :)
We are days away from the end of 2018 and so it is time for almost the final reckoning for my portfolio of 5 shares to sell this year. I say almost the final reckoning because Tom Winnifrith’s Winnileaks has been receiving a few things which suggest that AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) may well be facing its final reckoning extremely soon – ouzo at the ready, then!
This case relates to the Outrider dispute. It is not in itself massive othern than showing that when Frontera (FRR) blusters in RNS about its confidence you should know it is bluster. This particular episode should have been an easy one for Frontera but while racking up its costs it fecked up on its paperwork and thus lost. Poltroons. The Court filing is below.
The following trove of emails were filed by Frontera Resources (FRR) in the case against Outrider which could well bring it down. But the emails themselves are quite stunning as you can see below, demonstrating that this company is uninvestable.
The court filing below hangs Frontera (FRR) in its own words. It makes it clear that it is in default on the Outrider loans so is likely to lose all its assets. It also lays bare its failure to secure external funding throughout the past nine months and its now utterly parlous financial state. The shares should be suspended first thing Monday. If not they will utterly collapse. If you have ignored my repeated warnings and can sell Monday do so at any price. And this document may trigger another FCA investigation.
The Winnileaks service has been provided with an email sent by an investor which confirms that investigations are underway into whether Frontera Resources (FRR) has mislead investors. Facing two big court cases, out of cash, drowning in debt and burning cash could this be the final straw? It goes without saying that the shares are a sell. the email is below:
I start by explaining that torture and it involves sociology lecturers. I then move onto explaining why Roland "fatty" Cornish is the utterly unacceptable face of crony capitalism. Then moving from the undeserving rich to the needy, I ask you to give a few quid to Woodlarks HERE. I then look at Frontera (FRR) where the silence is deafening, Amur (AMC), Audioboom (BUST), Angus Energy (ANGS), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), F*ck Yu (YU.) and finally at Gulf Marine (GMS) which is about to discover that just because it is Christmas that won't stop the banksters being total bastards. There is no season of goodwill for that profession.
I start off with news from Woodlarks. Then I ask if shareholders in Frontera (FRR) are all stark raving mad in light of this and question why Alliance News appears complicit in market abuse. Then onto ASOS (ASC), Boohoo(BOO) and Sosandar (SOS). I explain why the three are trading differently and what the shocker from ASOS means for the wider stockmarket. Whole sectors are officially on the bargepole list (although Neil Woodford appears to disagree).
This is so simple that even Justin the Clown or a shareholder in Frontera Resources (FRR) can understand it. Frontera is due in court on Tuesday with 1/2 day court time allocated. If it loses it will be bankrupted.
I have already joined Waseem Shakoor in commenting on today's spoof RNS from Frontera Resources (FRR) and reiterating sell advice on this POS. Now it is over to the City's No 1 oil analyst, the great Zac "the knife" Phillips of shamed SP Angel who opines:
No doubt the whore blogger Malcolm “Fat Bastard” Graham Wood is preparing to pen rubbish about how Frontera (FRR) has solved all its cash issues in order to earn his Christmas bonus. But today’s statement from a company that is technically insolvent means nothing of the sort. The great Waseem Shakoor, who I have forgotten to ask about Newcastle’s 3-0 thrashing at home to the Mighty Hammers, nails it with the post below.
The City's number one oil analyst Zac Phillips of shamed SP Angel has plunged his bloodied knife into cash strapped Frontera Resources (FRR) after today's joke RNS. In his morning email the great man opines:
Frontera Resources (FRR) is, as you know, completely out of cash, drowning in debt and facing two pieces of litigation either of which could see it lose all its assets, D-day in one case could be within a week. In such a bleak position there is only one thing to do: Issue a spurious release and then get the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood to pump the shares to try to get a bucket shop discounted placing away. But surely shareholders in this company are not that stupid? Er....
My little portfolio of shares to dump for this year has shown some surprising resilience through the year. Of course it has always been down but some of the shares seem to be propped up in the same way a cartoon characted runs off the edge of a cliff but doesn’t fall until he looks down. But I suspect the wheels may be about to come off in some cases before year-end, and in one case imminently.
In today's bearcast I explian where I was yesterday afternoon with Joshua. Roaarrrr! Then I look at Condor Gold (CNR), Galantas (GAL), Amur (DOG), Flybe (FLYB), Asiamet (ARS), the spoofing by the loathsome & always wrong CBI and at Frontera Resources (FRR) and why it could be a zero within days.
In today's extra long bearcast my swearing is minimal and I start with the rather bleak macro picture. How long will the sell-off continue, what is causing it and what should you do? I then look at Audioboom (BOOM OR BUST), Sosandar (SOS), Wey Education (WEY), Frontera (FRR) and Babcock (BAB). You can book free seats to grill Sosandar, Nigel Wray etc on December 3 HERE
I start with a Wigan Athletic supporting homophobic yob tweeting abuse at me on behalf of Frontera Resources (FRR). What a silly man at every level. FFS the real insult is he thinks I wear an England Rugby shirt. Whatever... Then it is onto the blurred line between PR and journalism and the Sunday Times splash on M&S (MKS) which should be taken with a bucket load of salt. Finally a few words on Mike Ashley. He may be a lardbucket and a tosser but...
You will no doubt remember that as well as facing two legal cases either of which could strip it of all of its assets (having caved on a third) Frontera Resources (FRR) is completely out of cash, burning cash and drowning in debt and thus is trying to ramp its shares however it can to get a bailout rescue placing away. So welcome to the tale of two spoofs orchestrated by disgraced dirty tricks PR specialist Tim Thompson of morally bankrupt & intellectually challenged fucktards Yellow Jersey and egged on by the whore blogger Malcolm “fat bastard” Graham Wood.
Warning there is plenty of bad language in the podcast - perhaps do not play it in front of the kids. I start with an update on those bastards at Barclays (BARC) who I discussed yesterday. I then look at Victoria (VCP), Jim Mellon's Port Erin (PEBI), two SP Angel dogs MySquar (FRAUD) and BjueJay Mining (JAY) and have new and serious questions for the shamed Nomad to consider. I look at Frontera (FRR) and its looming bailout placing, at Ascent Resources (AST) and at Rainbow Rare Earths (RBW). I also discuss the market sell off commending a reader who notes both my genius and my modesty on this matter.
I have been given a massive run around by Barclays (BARC) today and I hate them with a passion. I have also had domestic issues with flooding. I explain all but am in a foul mood. Phil Hammond is not being straight with us in the Budget. He is a knobhead. I explain a few truths you will not hear from him, or indeed the other lot. At a company level I cover Warpaint London (W7L), I3 Energy (I3E) and Frontera Resources (FRR). Warning this podcast contains very bad language. The only high point of my day was a sweet email from Abbe Aronson - the girl who broke my heart 32 years ago - after this article on the US mid-terms. Abbe, thanks for brightening an otherwise shite day.
Oh dear. Oh dear. With the disgraced and widely reviled dirty tricks specialist Tim Thompson running its PR Frontera (FRR) was always going to play fast and loose with the rules of the AIM casino as it tried to ramp its shares ahead of yet another bailout placing. Today it announces a MOU which is really nothing of the sort and exposes this promote for the crock of shit that it is. Even the dullards on the LSE Asylum must now start to realise that they have been had.
And so another month has slipped by and it is time for another update on my five to sell – or just steer a very wide berth around. Last month the average loss amongst AIM-listed Telit (TCM), Inspirit (INSP), Catanae (CTEA, formerly Milestone Group, MSG), Frontera Resources (FRR) and UK Oil and Gas (UKOG) was sitting at 17.4%. But we’ve had a bit of a sell-off……
We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight them in the law courts. So said Zaza Churchill of Frontera Resources (FRR) last month after his company defaulted on an agreement with death spiral provider Yorkville, failed to hand over shares, lied via RNS and ended up with a legal dispute. Oh well, it turns out that Zaza is not Churchill but Chamberlain after all. And it is not just one little piece of paper that is on the way but billions more pieces of confetti, worthless share certificates.
First things first - we have almost raised the £2,500 needed for the Woodlarks Christmas grotto. I am sure you can spare a fiver to get us over the line HERE. Secondly, I am in London tomorrow and on the warpath and hope to see many of you HERE. I was distracted today doing a radio interview with my friend and hero the great Kelvin McKenzie of "gotcha!" fame. That covered Patisserie Holdings (CAKE) and fraud and I continue with that theme. I also look at Superdry (SDRY), First Derivatives (FDP), Frontera (FRR) and Purplebricks (PURP).
The fools who own shares in this company and post on the LSE & ADVFN Asylums just do not realise what a mess Frontera Resources (FRR) is in. I explained earlier how this could be a zero HERE. Now we have the take of the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel. Over to the great man...
Frontera Resources (FRR) has been forced to issue a clarification statement about the Cayman Islands legal case that could see it lose all its assets and go to zero. I suspect AIM is forcing its hand here, concerned that the stupidest shareholder list on this planet are just not getting the message.
I explained earlier why Frontera (FRR) really could be a zero. Now here is the City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel, with his take on today's news:
The gyrations in the share price of Frontera Resources (FRR) caused by its latest lie-packed City presentation have forced the company to put out a statement and it makes for truly grim reading. This company is worth 0p per share and in the current climate it may well get there before too long.
Our Winnileaks Matt Earl special on First Derivatives (FDP) has set the cat amongst the pigeons. But I have bad news for the men from God's chosen lands of Ulster who run First. I have more and hope to air soon. Ho ho ho. Get the ouzo and ice ready. In this podcast I also cover spoofing at BlueJay (JAY), Fastjet (FJET), Frontera (FRR), the scandal at Indigovision (IND) which is enough to have us all voting for Jeremy Corbyn, Mayan (MYN) and, in some detail, Condor Gold (CNR), the gold dog which has sent so much of the cash of my good pal Jim Mellon to money heaven. I fear Jim will have to get his wallet out again soon.
Another month has passed, so it is time for another look at my portfolio of AIM stocks which I marked as slam-dunk sells at the beginning of the year. The five in question are UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Frontera Resources (FRR), Telit (TCM), Inspirit Energy (INSP) and Catanae Innovation (CTEA), formerly Milestone Group. At the last count the portfolio was down by 22% - what is the score now?
Having demanded we bring back this contest, once again, Juicin Drumroll failed to win last week but he came second and tried very hard as you can see HERE. So he is clearly desperate to win a semi naked photo of Britain's leading share blogger before lunchtime, Thirsty Paul Scott. So we will give him a sixth and final chance. Can anyone stop Juicin from winning this week? Okay here is the challenge for you all:
First things first. If you want free booze, canapes, a chance to see me rip Dominic Frisby apart on blockchain and bitcoin and to hear presentations from and quiz Falanx (FLX) and Premaitha (NIPT) then book a seat for 16 October in central London HERE. In the podcast I look at the madness of Corbyn once more in relation to the Natural rate of Unemployment in a non broken economy. I add to my earlier comments on troughery at Frontera (FRR) HERE by showing it is bankrupt. I cover Concepta (CPT), Fishing Republic (FISH), the Widecells (WDC) scandal and Wolf Minerals (WLFE).
I shall turn to Frontera Resources (FRR) results later. Suffice to say they are shite, the company is out of cash and a bailout placing is needed ASAP. But should you back that placing, given who has eaten all the money? Over to Zac “the knife” Phillips , the City’s No 1 oil analyst, who works at SP Angel. I have rarely seen Zac this angry…
Juicin Drumroll demanded we bring back the Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest and last week he again tried to win in a most valiant way with a superb nomination of a UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) moron from the ADVFN asylum as you can see HERE. But I am afraid he was pipped to the post by Warun Boofit who has found some gems care of two Frontera (FRR) owning poltroons. The winning double header is below:
As it tries to stop its share price collapsing ahead of its much needed bailout refinancing, Frontera Resources (FRR) has announced another lie-fest, or as it terms it “shareholder update meeting followed by Q&A” on October 4. The City’s top oil analyst Zac Phillips of SP Angel is damning on this POS in his morning email but gets it 100% wrong when he says there is “Only 1 question.”
I have had one of those days which happen all too often when I think I want to retire. Blame Laurence Smith. All is explained in this podcast. I look at today's news from Premaitha (NIPT) which is certainly a bolt from the blue, comment on the nature of corporate lying, ref Frontera (FRR), cover RM2 (RM2), Optibiotix (OPTI), Sosandar (SOS) and Online Blockchain (DOG).
Yesterday Frontera Resources (FRR) received a second lawyers letter from convertible loan note provider Yorkville in regard to the $2.65 million outstanding debt on which it is now in default. The letter accused Frontera of lying to investors. Frontera has not disclosed that letter, or its contents nor has it repaid the sums due to Yorkville Instead it has issued another RNS which is simply misleading. It is doubling down on lying and apparently Nomad cairn is fine with that?
It has now emerged that Brokerman Dan attacked what he thought I said about Angus Energy (ANGS) without actually listening to what I actually said despite us giving him a 24 hour pass for bearcast access. He spouts an awful lot of piffle in his latest article but declines to print corrections. Poor Dan. Oddly on one major point he is almost correct. Moving on, I also look at Cenkos (CNKS), Frontera (FRR), Rosenblatt (RBGP), i3 Energy (I3E), MySquar (FRAUD), Online Blockchain (OBC) and Kellan (KLN).
In today's podcast I discuss the moral bankruptcy of Naz Shah MP and her comments on Non Invasive Pregnancy Tests, yes Premaitha (NIPT). I look at Tesla (TSLA) and the lessons from women's knickers, at Kefi (KEFI), Frontera (FRR) and the credibility test vs Yorkville, Derriston (DERR) and explain to some folks, I fear it is in house BBM Wildes, what a DCF model involves and why it is used, ref RedT (RED)
In the end the chaps at Nomad Cairn walked from Cloudtag (CTAG) when it was clear that it was a fraud run by liars. Frontera Resources (FRR) is a shit show run by liars and a fallout with death spiral provider Yorkville (YA) today could be the final straw for Cairn – might it resign leaving the (worthless) shares suspended? Or will Frontera just go bust?
I start with a reflection on 9/11 and the Orwellian claims to be fighting terror as discussed in more detail HERE. Then it is onto Roger Lawson of ShareSoc and his claims of how the mainstream press view me. Heck if they really thought that why do they keep lifting our stories and running them as their own work? Whatever. I regard the MSM as part of the problem of stockmarket corruption and not the solution and explain why. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Toople (TOOP), Oneview (ONEV) and a real problem with Nomad resignations on the AIM Casino, Frontera (FRR) and Online Blockchain (OBC) where directors really need to Show Me The Money or the shares will carry on sliding.
I covered this matter in bearcast the other day. Frontera (FRR) is working hard to mislead punters as it endeavours to get away another bailout placing. I'm not short but the great Waseem Shakoor is and he opines:
Heck: maybe it is time to give up this game and become a goat-herd here in Greece after all. I despair at today's AIM Cesspit antics involving market abuser Justin the Clown and his employers at Vox markets who appear not to care, Andalas (ADL) and Frontera (FRR) as they all mislead investors who appear happy to be duped and to lose money as the bandits prosper.
AIM-listed rampathon Frontera Resources (FRR) has announced yet another ramptastic update this morning. Apparently it has entered into Non-Disclosure and Data Exchange Agreements with two industry majors and is currently progressing with technical work and commercial discussions regarding possible transactions involving a farmout or joint operating arrangement within its Block 12 holdings in Georgia but discussions are at an early stage. Righty-ho. The market has gone bananas this morning, marking the shares up by as much at 34% - very handy, for Frontera needs to get a placing away pronto. But Waseem Shakoor has been wondering what happened to the $3 million funding?
Two days ago we asked you HERE to guess the price of the bailout placing which Frontera Resources (FRR) needs ASAP to avoid going tits up. And, with the stock still 0.22p to sell, you said…
Grossly overvalued AIM listed piece of crap Frontera Resources (FRR) is running on vapours. It has less cash than your average Venezuelan and is burning it at an alarming rate. Despite the best efforts of disgraced PR man Tim Thompson of scumbags Yellow Jersey PR and the whore blogger, Malcom “Fat Bastard” Graham Wood to ramp the stock, it has more than halved since May 1 and is now just 0.22p to sell. So what price is the looming bailout placing going to be at. You guess in our reader poll, the deadline to enter is midnight tonight:
In today's podcast I look at the worthless crap that is Andalas (ADL), the trainwreck in waiting - placing ahoy - that is Frontera (FRR) and finally, in detail, at slam dunk sell red flag infested IQE (IQE).
It is time once again for the monthly update on my portfolio of slam-dunk sells for 2018. As the summer draws to a close, has the madness reported last month started to subside yet? Well, yes – the portfolio is off by around another 7% since the last update, but I fancy that as the city gets back to its desk next week, there is plenty more to come.
Today's podcast is recorded ahead of an overnight trip to Athens to pick up daughter Olaf. It is not a trip that I look forward to greatly. In it I discuss EVR Holdings (EVRH), HaloSource (HALO) and Frontera Resources (FRR).
One of my two share tips for 2018, AIM-listed Bowleven (BLVN), has updated the market on the first of two appraisal wells: it is bad news. As Waseem Shakoor puts it: disappointing, but that’s drilling. I had hoped for better, but as AIM-listed UK Oil and Gas (UKOG) and fellow pie-in-the-sky oiler, AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) want to ignore, no matter how loudly you shout about the potential, in the end it is only the drill-bit which matters.
Recorded and transmitted from the Greek Hovel I appear to have upset someone because my ,language has become too ffing clean. Whatever. In this podcast I look at Andalas (ADL), Frontera (FRR) and Online Blockchain (OBC), Clem Chambers' block-spoof.
I suggested five stocks to sell for 2018 as part of the ShareProphets Christmas tipfest some seven months ago. This tale this month shows just how mad the AIM market is in this bull market: it seems that investors have simply lost their senses.
You have less than a week of me berating you but as we celebrate Optibiotix (OPTI) reaching 100p ( twice) today I ask you to spare a tenner for a great cause. We are more than 80% of the way to hitting our £20,000 walk for Woodlarks target so ahead of 32 miles of pain for myself, Brokerman Dan & Lucian Miers please donate HERE. Elsewhere I look at IQE (IQE), Frontera (FRR), SalvarX (SALV), Pantheon Resources (PANR), Golden Prospect Precious Metals (GPPM) and finally what may be a major scandal at Cabot Energy (CAB).
As we all know, Frontera resources (FRR) is out of cash. It is running on fumes. It is desperate to pump the stock any way it can to get away an emergency placing needed to survive. The only question is how big a discount will the bucket shops demand. It is against this background that it released a dismal operational update yesterday. Only a fool or a paid ramper like the whore Blogger, fat bastard, aka Malcolm Graham Wood would describe it as anything other than the usual shite.
Bearcasts may be sporadic over the next few days as I explain. By Wednesday I shall be mountain walking in Greece for my Woodlarks training. Think of me with the snakes and in 35 degree heat and donate HERE. Today I look at Optibiotix (OPTI), Audioboom (BOOM), Andalas (ADL), Frontera (FRR), Boxhill (BOX) and KPMG and in some detail at Jim Mellon's failing gold play Condor Gold (CNR).
The great news is that our Woodlarks walk has now reached 57% of its sponsorship target. I'll do another training walk this afternoon with Joshua so as we do a quick march how about you check out the latest incredibly generous donations here and chip in yourself? In a long bearcast I cover Tesla (US:TSLA), Fishing Republic (FISH), Kibo (KIBO), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) as lyin' Steve does the right thing - Frontera (FRR), Conroy Gold (CGNR), TrakM8 (TRAK), Avanti (AVN) and Cabot Energy (CAB). PS Wasn't the football incredibly exciting and a source of such joy? I view myself as British, not English but go on Eng-er-land!
I am now fully recovered from yesterday's 27 mile training trek in the 30 degree heat - something I describe in full HERE. If you don't like me or the Israeli army or Versarien (VRS) and enjoy my suffering please donate to the Woodlarks charity walk on July 28 - we are now just £31 from 50% of our target fund raise. Be generous HERE. On the podcast today I look at Versarien, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) where Lucian Miers is taking one hell of a beating from big Dave Lenigas, MySquar (FRAUD) - 7 days to courtroom drama - 88 Energy (88E) - you were warned - Mosman (MSMN) and Frontera (FRR). I also look at new leverage limits on spread betting coming in on 29 July and what that means in nanny state Europe and the UK.
I wondered last weekend whether we might see a casualty amongst my portfolio of five slam-dunk sells for 2018 as the reporting deadline on Friday approached. Sadly all outstanding numbers were forthcoming, so no ouzo for me. But the reported numbers were staggeringly awful.
As I write, the whore blogger Malcolm “Fat Bastard” Graham Wood is taking dictation from his master Zaza as to why today’s results from Frontera Resources (FRR) point to a bright future. Yes Zaza, whatever you say sir, I shall write up my “Independent” commentary now. And sir, I notice that my invoices for February onwards have not been paid: perhaps you might put some brown envelopes in the post? Of course calendar 2017 numbers, snuck out on the last day possible, were shite.
The 3Xs are the fraudbusters best friends. In this case it was one of Julie Meyer's 3Xs and a new source. we chatted for just under an hour. More to follow. Oh dear, poor Ms Lingerie on Expenses MBE. In the podcast I look at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Purplebricks (PURP), Frontera (FRR), FastJet (FJET), MySquar (MYSQ) - where I have again contacted John Meyer urging him to get off his fat arse - Andalas (ADL) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). The good news is that sponsorship of the walk I'm doing with Brokerman Dan for Woodlarks is now, with gift aid, at almost £11,000. I explain here why this walk makes the difference between Woodlarks having to cut services or carry on, please do give a tenner today. Think of my pain - not least in having to hear Dan talk total bollocks about Andalas for whole day - and COUGH UP HERE.
The mistake in yesterday's podcast was on Telit (TCM). In fact it is even worse than I thought! The good news is that sponsorship of the walk I'm doing with Brokerman Dan for Woodlarks has now topped £9,000. I explain here why this walk makes the difference between Woodlarks having to cut services or carry on, please do give a tenner today. This afternoon sees Joshua and I on another training walk, my second in two days. Think of my pain and COUGH UP HERE. In a long bearcast I predict that, after today's shocking news, FastJet (FJET) will be sold for £1 and explain why. I look at Havelock Europa (HVE), 88 Energy (88E), Lyin' Steve Sanderson's UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Frontera (FRR), Andalas (DOG), Mysquar (FRAUD) and Audioboom (BOOM).
So far my 5 sells for 2018 have offered mixed results, although the average performance as at the end of May was -15%. As we approach the end of June we have results due: might we see a casualty or two?
AIM-listed jam-tomorrow investment company Tern plc (TERN) announced on Friday that investee Device Authority’s (DA) strategic partnership with Thales has developed to a healthcare IoT security blueprint. We are told it represents a significant milestone, but once again there are no numbers. What is the profit split between Thales and Device Authority, for example?
In today's podcast I cover in detail Telit (TCM) and also look at MySquar (MYSQ) partially in light of today's stunning news HERE. I look at Audioboom (BOOM), Frontera (FRR), Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT), Prime People (PRP) and 88 Energy (88E). Tomorrow I will be bored to death by Lucian Miers, he will drone on about West Ham for 6 hours as we complete a 19 mile training walk from Bristol along the Avon to a few miles past Bath. I am building up to my 32 mile walk for Woodlarks with Brokerman Dan on 28 July. Think of my suffering tomorrow and please donate a small sum HERE.
Okay despite all the harsh ( but arguably fair) things I have said about him, thirsty Paul Scott has just donated £50 to the Woodlarks sponsored walk charity appeal so I am going to be nice about him for a while unless he has a twitter meltdown. Chaka Khan. Chaka Khan. Cheeese. Anyhow surely you can follow Paul, watch this video HERE to see the great works Woodlarks does then donate a few quid HERE. In the podcast I take MySquar (MYSQ) apart, John Meyer at SP Angel needs to wake up, listen and get off his arse. I also look at Frontera (FRR) - bailout placing at 0.3p? - IDOX (IDOX) and Herencia (GER)
The whore blogger, Fat Bastard Malcolm Graham Wood, may try to spin today's disastrous financing news from Frontera Resources (FRR) as a triumph but as I explained earlier it is far from it. Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel, the City's No 1 oil analyst, goes further with a statement that the entire board needs to be sacked. He opines:
Today's bearcast is slightly delayed by the LSE IT glitch but here goes as Joshua and I prepare for coffee with the fit young mums and then another training walk, this time with Joshua. In the podcast I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Interquest (ITQ), Sound Energy (SOU) Feedback (FDBK), which wins bullshitter of the day award, and Frontera (FRR). Now, 5% of Bearcast listeners have donated to the Woodlarks charity walk but 95% have not! And we are now at 26% of our £20,000 target. As I prepare for a training walk - pushing Joshua - to those who have donated I say thank you. To the rest, I know you can afford a tenner - think of me training and cough up now HERE
I wonder how the whore blogger, Fat Bastard himself, Mr Malcolm Graham Wood will explain this away as good news. After all that is what Frontera (FRR) pay him for. In essence Frontera has no cash, is burning cash and had to repay $2.891 million to death spiral provider Yorkville on 16 June. Problemo!
I suggested a portfolio of five stocks to sell – or just avoid – for 2018 during the ShareProphets tipfest. Those stocks were Tern (TERN), UK Oil and Gas (UKOG), Frontera (FRR), Telit ((TCM) and Milestone Group (MSG) – since renamed Catenae (CTEA). Tern was subsequently withdrawn when the fundamentals changed (the death spiral was terminated), and Inspirit (INSP) brought in in its place. Here is the May update.
In today's bearcast I start by putting our own in house Bulletin Board loon Wildes in his place over what I write. If you donlt like the Folli Follie and Julie Meyer material ( it will be sub 2.5% of our output this year) feel free to piss off mate. Then I look at the latest bust up at WPP (WPP) which should just come clean over why Sir Martin Sorrell walked the plank. Finally I take apart the latest comments made by the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood on POS AIM ramp Frontera Resources (FRR). Wildes is not the only one NOT to have sponsored myself and Brokerman Dan for our 30 mile Woodlarks walk. If you enjoy bearcast I am sure you can spare a tenner so donate HERE - to those who have donated I say thank you.
I am waiting for Fat Bastard, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood to earn his pay cheque by saying what great news Frontera Resources (FRR) has served up today. Of course it has not. This is more meaningless gibberish designed to pump the stock ahead of a bailout placing. But I have to take issue with the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel. He is right to be mega bearish but wrong about the company. He opines:
Hooray. After this week's doorstepping and podcast special and the work back in Bristol this is a great day. I suspect it is game over and discuss the probable demise of Folli Follie. Never buy a stock on a PE of 1. Elsewhere I look at rumours concerning Nomad Northland, at Echo Energy (ECHO), the fraud MySquar (MYSQ), my letter to Julie Meyer HERE, Sound Energy (SOU), Westminster Group (WSG) - with its revolting chairman ex Tory MP Tony Baldry - and Frontera (FRR) and its latest pre placing ramp. Now come on chaps, if you enjoy bearcast - and I know 1000 of you do every day - please donate £10 NOW to the Woodlarks charity walk - HERE
AIM-listed, Houston headquartered, Cayman Islands registered oil/gas play Frontera (FRR), whose operations are in Georgia (and if that’s not a Red Flag….) has confirmed gas flow rates from its Dino-2 well in the Taribani complex. It flowed at 315 bbls per day – well, at least part of one day. Apparently that’s commercial, but I doubt shareholders can count their winnings just yet.
As we know, Frontera Resources (FRR) is almost out of cash which makes the ramptastic presentation held for mug punters on May 9th even more sordid. Among those attending was the blogger Fat Bastard who reports back in his iii column without, natch, declaring that he is paid to write shite by companies such as Frontera. How does iii's joke compliance department tolerate this I wonder? After picking up his brown envelope, Fat Bastard opines:
This is covered in bearcast but I can't disagree with a word that the great bear raider and professional Northern git Waseem Shakoor says about Frontera (FRR) ina BB post today. For a wider audience, Waseem opines:
I start by looking at Gewanter vs devout Christian Julie Meyer - please back heroic Henry HERE. Then I cover Arian Silver (AGQ), Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) and its disgraced CEO Nick Trew, Avanti Communications (AVN), Sprue Aegis (SPRP), Capita (CPI), BT (BT), Communisis (CMS) and Frontera Resources (FRR)
I start with two discussion held this morning, one with Lucy Wray and the other with Brokerman Dan. I end with a discussion with Lucian Miers. In between I discuss Faron Pharma (FARN), Wey Education (WEY) which - sorry Andrew Monk - is talking A grade bollocks, Inspirit (INSP) , Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), Challenger Acquistions (CHAL) and Frontera Resources (FRR).
Another day and another bullshit announcement from the company whose main business is issuing new shares while claiming to be an oil explorer, Frontera Resources (FRR). the timing is handy for Frontera is hosting a City presentation for mug punter Private Investors tomorrow. It all smells terribly as if more confetti is on the way. Let's start with the bullshit RNS.
I offered a portfolio of shares to sell for 2018 during the ShareProphets Christmas Tipfest – let’s see how it is doing (albeit a few days late). Into the original portfolio went Frontera (FRR), Milestone Group (MSG), Tern (TERN), UK Oil and Gas (UKOG) and Telit (TCM). Subsequently Milestone changed its name to Catenae (CTEA) and Tern dropped its death spiral so was replaced by Inspirit (INSP).
Who would have thought it? Frontera Resources (FRR) is forced to reveal that it has a major problem in Georgia after trying to mislead investors that it did not. So what to do? Call in the whore blogger, Fat Bastard Malcolm Graham Wood to claim that nothing is wrong after all. Natch he does not disclose that he is paid to write this shite.
In this podcast I look at Fronterra (FRR) where I'm vindicated and my twitter pest of the week - a detergent salesman - is now even more out of pocket. I look at Greka Drilling (GDL) and at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) where Lyin' Steve is now really taking the piss with his 0.4p options. Finally I wonder how close is Totally (TLY) to needing a bailout placing. With Allenby of Servision (SEV) infamy and the chap who assisted Quindell (QPP) at Cenkos on board it has a broking dream team in place. I take a detailed look. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
Having exposed all the big stockmarket frauds of the past five years on this website (Quindell, Globo, Cloudtag, MySquar, blinkx, Gulf Keystone, Naibu, Daniel Stewart, Sefton, China Chaintek, Aquatic Foods, Cupid, Avanti and the list goes on and on and on) I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some folks who invest in such stocks. But Frontera (FRR) shareholders are managing to shock me - truly some of them are the dumbest fucks on this planet.
On Thursday I ran an article suggesting that the state oil company in Georgia was going to an International Arbitration court to take acreage back from Frontera Resources (FRR) - the company's morally bankrupt PR firm Yellow Jersey and disgraced dirty tricks specialising account executive Tim Thompson declined the chance to comment. Next up Frontera lied by twitter...
Ok this is embarassing but I will admit on tape what we were up to. It is our guilty pleasure and involves Deacon, Scarlett, Gunner, Avery and Will Lexington. Then I look at WPP (WPP) and the deeply unsatisfactory and unfair way Sir Martin Sorrell has "resigned" - this smells all wrong. Finally I look at why Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Frontera (FRR) are not answering or evading questions - it is because they are both bad companies. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
Last week I suggested that grossly over-ramped AIM Bulletin Board Moron darling Frontera Resources (FRR) might be in a spot of legal bother. I did so only after giving the company's morally bankrupt PR firm Yellow Jersey and its dirty tricks disgraced account manager Tim Thompson a chance to refuse or comment. They have still declined to do so. Instead...
An industry source in Georgia has been in contact to relay news on Frontera Resources (FRR) which is not good at all. I offered the company the chance to refute or deny the allegations via its morally bankrupt PR agency Yellow Jersey but I have had no reply, not even a plea to extend my deadline. You can draw your own conclusions from that. My source writes:
If you are my age you may remember the song, it was a hit when I lived there and today i head over to stay with the same folks as i lived with more than 30 years ago. Ahead of that there are more words on the gender pay gap data abuse as covered in detail HERE and then I cover Vela (VELA) and a bursting blockchain bubble, Vitesse Media (VIS) - opportunistic scumbags - Infrstrata (INFA), Inspirit (INSP), Collagen (COS), MySquar (MYSQ) and Frontera (FRR). And there may be major news on Air Partner (AIR) soon, I seem to have found a whistleblower. Happy days. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
As we approach the end on March it is once again time to look at my portfolio of shares to sell. Of course, it is now down to four after Tern plc (TERN) ditched its death spiral so we’ll need to find a replacement for that one.
I am not at this point naming him or the Nomad (individual and firm) or the NED who turned a blind eye. But this is, as they say, developing. Elsewhere ahead of a visit to the dentist I discuss the joys of reading my Dad's Guardian, Frontera Resources (FRR), Realm Therapeutics (RLM), Hemogenyx (HEMO), and Draganfly (DRG).
I see that Cynical Bear is wallowing in his own apologies today. I’m sorry too – and much sorrier that Cynical - for the update on my 5 shorts is a week late. Still, better late than never.
Uber ramp meet the City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel. Today's protestations from Frontera (FRR) do not impress the knife who opines:
Whilst fat bastard Malcolm Graham Wood is paid to ramp shares in Frontera Resources (FRR) by making claims that cannot be verified, the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips is impartial and, to say the least, not impressed. In his email to clients today the SP Angel guru opines:
I think I said it was the 11th today. It is, of course, the 12th and I am off to Salisbury Cathedral with the Mrs and the younger generation to look, inter alia, at the two Whistler glass plates celebrating the lives of my mother and Aunt. Ahead of that I have a few thoughts on Sosandar (SOS), Milestone (MSG), Frontera (FRR), BNN (BNN) and 88 Energy (88E)
Frontera Resources (FRR) is a dog with fleas but it is aggressively ramped and promoted. And it has just announced a £2.5 million fully underwritten open offer at 0.466p via Primary Bid. This represents a discount of approximately 17.5% to the closing mid price today.
It is time for a review of the five shares I put up as slam-dunk sells on New Year’s Day. Those shares were UK Oil and Gas (UKOG), Frontera (FRR), Tern (TERN), Telit (TCM) and Milestone Group (MSG). How have they fared so far this year?
I rescue this post from our comments section as iut merits a wider audience. Waseem Shakoor was scathing about last night's Frontera (FRR) rampfest. Evil Banksta was there and reports:
Folks can ignore the warnings of myself, Nigel Somerville and Waseem Shakoor about the overvalued ramp stock Frontera (FRR) if they wish. But the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips has just published a very specific and damning note. No doubt "fat bastard" Malcolm Graham Wood will ignore this real analysis as he continues ramping the shares with misleading statements in return for generous cash payments to buy yet more pies. But it might pay the Bulletin Board Morons to listen to someone who is not on the payroll and does know what he is talking about. Over to The Knife...
Oh BBMs, lap up the nonsense coming out of AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) this morning. Please buy lots of shares, for there are lots more coming. We had expected an update on the company’s work on the Ud-2 well in Georgia, but this morning’s effort offered no numbers to go on and some strange terminology.
In the excitement I forgot to mention Nomates but you can see a chart below that he'd rather you did not. It is self explanatory and my father wants to clarify that like Larry Cummins of Milestone (MSG) infamy he does not have a degree from Oxford. But unlike Lyin' Larry he has two. I discuss Milestone, Blue Prism (PRSM), AIQ (AIQ), 13 Energy (I3E) and focus on Frontera Resources (FRR) and include in my coverage the sordid role of fat bastard, that is to say Malcolm Graham Wood.
OK, I’m breaking all the rules – the deal was two long tips and here I am with a third tip of the year and it is five stocks and they are shorts (or at least avoids). Still, as Cynical Bear knows, rules are for breaking, and in any case we both broke the rules in our suggestions for shares looking for a Christmas surge when we named two, not one.
AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has managed to get around to updating the market on its Ud-2 well in Georgia. To be fair, it did promise news by the end of the month. On the other hand, there are no flow rates. Had they been good, you can bet the numbers would have been there this morning.
Yesterday at 1.50pm (the back end of lunchtime no-one-is-watching o’clock) Caymen registered, head office in Houston, Texas, operations in Georgia but AIM-listed (why?) Frontera Resources (FRR) gave an update on its Taribani asset in Georgia. It has the drilling permit. Woohoo. But what about the Ud-2 well? Has the company been taking lessons from UK Oil and Gas (UKOG)?
Two are mega ramps and their valuations are insane and Waseem Shakoor is (rightly) short. The other one is one he owns. Which do you think is the value play? Here's what Waseem tweets:
On Friday AIM-listed, US-headquartered, Cayman Islands registered and operating in Georgia Frontera resources (FRR) released a Corporate Update on Progress in Georgia. As Waseem Shakoor observes, anyone who was hoping for actual production figures might be a tad disappointed, for what we got was delays and the commencement of a programme of study in relation to its Notice of Feasibility of Commercial Production as announced last April. Oh, and a nice shiny new presentation on the company website (if no countdown clock!)
Texan oil company Frontera Resources (FRR) has been relieving retail investors of their cash for over 12 years now. In that time, it has blown a staggering $490 million on unsuccessfully attempting to extract oil from Georgia.
Well, well, what a surprise: AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) has raised cash in a placing. Well OK, it is not a surprise at all. As I pointed out HERE the works programme of the company was going to cost a few quid which it simply did not have. As we shall see, the workover rig out at the Ud-2 well in Georgia has prepared the site for testing of gas bearing intervals but until last night there was no money to pay for the testing.
We earn money if you take up a Primary Bid offer and registered with it via us. Notwithstanding that, Frontera Resources (FRR) as A grade crap so do not take up this offer.
AIM-listed Frontera Resources has watched its share climb from 0.1p to peak earlier today at 0.78p. No doubt the BBMs have celebrated their collective superiority and intelligence. Except that even the company now tells us that there is no reason for the rise.
I am a shareholder in Amryt (AMYT) which has had a placing today. I am furious and feel shafted. The shares are almost certainly cheap but I feel livid so am off, with Joshua, for coffees with the fit young mums. I also comment on i3 Energy (TOAST), 88 Energy (88E), Frontera (FRR) and ADVFN (AFN).
Shares in AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) have been zooming ahead. Having raised the princely sum of £750,000 (including £250,000 from directors) one might wonder how much of that cash is left over already. That helped pick the stock up from a low point of less than 0.1p per share, but the news that apparently got things really going was the announcement that it has updated its website. Really?
The City's number one oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel has this morning torn into much ramped AIM dog Frontera Resources (FRR). I think you can take it that what the Knife means is BARGEPOLE!. Over to the great man:
At 4.46pm yesterday AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) announced a placing raising £500,000 and director subscriptions for a further £250,000 all at 0.0975p per share. Compared to the 0.44p per share back in March, when commenting on the announcement of a possible farm-out or joint operation arrangement regarding the company’s Block 12 holding in Georgia (no sign of the deal yet, is there!) the company said it was suspending operations (operations which had already been delayed and tardily announced, according to Tom Winnifrith) I said if I were a holder I’d get on to my broker post haste and sell.
I’ve have a bear of AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) for as long as I can remember. Perhaps it is the accumulated losses over the years of a whopping $479 million. Maybe it is the slide from c. 150p to the current 0.115p. Perhaps it is the boat load of confetti issued of late to settle debts. Maybe it is the delayed work on the South Kahheti gas assets. Whilst it seemed a slam dunk short at 0.42p per share (it was, now at 0.115p) there still seems to be more to go.
AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has announced the appointment of WH Ireland (WHI) as broker to the company. I’m sure they will be very happy together, but in the wake of a series of loan conversions to wipe out debt you might wonder if it is placing ahoy. The good news is that they even tell us that it is!
AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) has announced that Steve C Nicandros is to relinquish his executive role as CEO but remains at non-executive chairman. After 21 years of service it is natural to look back and talk about the highlights, so the ShareProphets RNS Translation Team has been busy with today’s quote from Mr Nicandros. Original is in bold.
The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel is in full flow on the subject of Frontera Resources (FRR) where the management team has today, again, shown that they are greedy selfish pigs who do not give a flying wotsit about shareholder dilution. The Knife puts it a tad more diplomatically but he does not hide his undisguised - and 100% justified - contempt for Steve Nicandros and his co-directors. Over to the Knife...
The great bear raider Wassem Shakoor has termed Frontera (FRR) as one of the three most overvalued bits of crap on AIM. Another is MySquar (MYSQ) where Lucian Miers has just published a devestating expose HERE. Back to Frontera where Waseem has stuck it to the Bulletin Board Morons today. He writes:
AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has rather slipped since I last wrote about it last month HERE and HERE, concluding that it had a gaping black hole in its balance sheet. The shares were then trading at around 0.4p. This afternoon the shares are 0.31p in the middle (last seen) and it has announced its AGM. Just one thing: where are the full year results? The company is trying to raise c. £40 million in cash and loan settlements, and won’t show us the balance sheet? How big a RED FLAG do you want?
The great bear Waseem Shakoor rates Frontera Resources (FRR) as one of the top 3 dogs for shooting on the AIM casino. He has just posted seven points for bulls to ignore as they ramp this worthless crap. Over to Waseem.
Tom recently published an article about Golden Saint Resources (GSR) reaching 8,822,256,582 shares in issue after a latest bailout placing, asking what is the AIM shares in issue record? Well, as at the end of March, some data from the LSE showed;
It seems that despite bears not being universally popular, I'm not the only one who thinks that AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) is an out and out bargepole stock. In the wake of yesterday's ramparoonie (oops) highly informative RNS, the Twitterspere has seen a few comments - not least of which from Waseem Shakoor and investment house Jub Capital - sticking the knife in.
Readers will know that I'm far from convinced at the buy case for AIM-listed Frontera (FRR), shares in which have again been on the rampage after what looks like a rampety-ramp RNS yesterday. The ShareProphets RNS Translation Service thought it should chip in...
I owe a lot of my success in investing to Steve Nicandros, CEO of Frontera Resources (FRR), having spoken to him in great detail about his company and investing a lot of money in it as a result.
One has to marvel at how oily serial disappointment AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) has doubled its share price since yesterday. Has it has a takeover? Nope. Has it announced a gusher? Nope. So what has sparked the rise? It seems that it is in talks over a possible transaction involving a farm-out or joint operation arrangement within the area of its Block 12 holding in Georgia. But is this just a monster spoof?
I will produce a detailed photo article on my manual labours today on the fields at the Greek Hovel later today but I am rapidly concluding that I am getting a bit old for this manual labour malarky. No doubt six months on a building site over the summer will knock me into shape. In terms of the markets Steve Moore is a nice guy. He needs to learn to be a total bastard like me. I comment on Brave Bison (BBSN) where young Steve was just far too nice - someone at Brave should be doing a per walk. In a similar vein I comment on Milestone Group (MSG). Then it is onto the much ramped Frontera Resources (FRR), ditto China Africa (CAF) and then onto Inmarsat (ISAT) and Avanti Communications (AVN). Oh and I have chatted to Colin Bird of Xtract Resources (XTR).
I think Tom Winnifrith missed a cracking entry for his Dirty Dozen AIM-listed resource stocks whose share prices might head north for no good reason. Certainly, the history of Frontera (FRR) suggests so from its share price performance over the years. Plenty of Red Flags to look at here! This morning the shares are indeed on the rampage (up 168% last seen) in the wake of a board appointment RNS. As we shall see, there seems to be little reason to celebrate that, and with one “know of no reason” RNS already issued this week, I fancy another is on the way.
Hat tip to reader P who has already dobbed Frontera Resources (FRR) into the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation for what appears to be a blatant reach of the rules but on the casino do the rules matter any more? Does anyone give a flying wotsit about sticking to the rules when Marcus Stuttard and his Keystone Cops are just so utterly useless? AIM Rules dictate that companies must inform investors via RNs of material changes in trading. So over to Frontera...
Having pumped up the share price at the start of last week with yet another ramptastic operations update, all rather predictably comes the dump. This morning AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) announced the draw-down of another £382,550 under a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement (SEDA) – for which read death spiral – with YA II PN Ltd (for which read Yorkville). Another wheelbarrow-load of confetti, 402,684,211 shares, has been issued at 0.095p per share. We are told this will be used to advance work programs of the Company.
Another ramptastic RNS this morning from AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) saw the shares race up to 0.135p at the peak but the shares have been sliding ever since, and are now just 0.095p last seen. Surely there isn’t a placing on the way, is there? Broker S P Angel in the form of the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac “the knife” Phillips was not so impressed. It could be good news, or it could just be a pre-placing ramp. But first there is the small matter of funding…..
AIM-listed Texas-based oil explorer and monster cash-burner Frontera Resources (FRR) yesterday released another ramptastic RNS. The shares stormed ahead by 29% on the day, with the rise getting going at about 11am. No doubt someone just got very lucky, as an RNS didn't come out until 3.35pm.
DIRECTOR PURCHASES SHARES screams the headline – in capitals - of an RNS from AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) - not to be confused with Frontier Resources - this morning. Ooooh quick, let’s all pile in – follow the money, as they say, because the insiders know what’s really going on. Er, hang on a moment….
Boy oh boy, SP Angel's Zac Phillips is on a roll. The City's best oil analyst today sinks his teeth into the management of Frontera Resources (FRR) who show "intellectual deficit, moral deficit, or both." The message for shareholders is a clear one (bail) in what is a superb vicious note from one of the few City analysts prepared to call out wrongdoing on AIM. Our hero writes:
Today at the request of my small handful of readers I look at shares in Dechra Pharma (DPH), Frontera Resources (FRR) and Premaitha Health (NIPT) setting share price targets for all three stocks.
AIM-listed Frontera Resources Corporation (FRR) issued a long and detailed RNS regarding its operations in Georgia this morning. It seems to offer a rose-tinted view of the world: could it be that this is a good moment to be buying the shares, then? There is much to like, as the company trumpets a significant upgrade to gas resources associated with its ongoing exploration and production efforts in the country of Georgia. Or is it just a pre-placing ramp?
