Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer's 30th firm of lawyers, Tweeds, sent me a fascist lawyers letter 13 days ago as you can see HERE. I have ,today, responded. If they were expecting a climbdown they will be disappointed. My letter to lawyer Peter Mcgrath follows:
As you may recall, the 30th firm of lawyers to act for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer, the ;previous 29 having gone unpaid, is trying to stop me writing about her by sending me a fascist lawyers letter. But I am afraid that before I respond to that, I have breaking news which is very much in the public interest to reveal. For Julie the news is in part good and in part terrible.
That suggestion in Friday’s contest was not the answer I was looking for. Mr Mercer has many failings, not least his despicable part in the Roger Scruton witch hunt, but I bet the ranch that he does not wear women’s underwear. There were a number of suggestions as to who of Amber Rudd MP, Mercer, Simon Hume Kendall and Julie “Lingerie on expenses” Meyer was the odd one out as you can see HERE.
Ariadne Capital, the flagship vehicle of Julie Meyer may now be in administration but with the Insolvency Service and the FCA (as well as the IRS, HMRC and others) formally investigating Ms Lingerie on Expenses, whistleblowers should surely be cherished and protected? Er…
Oh dear, oh dear, Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer really has lost the plot now sending out a letter to business contacts in which she declares she is innocent of everything and then tears into her critics including me. Thanks to Winnileaks I have that letter.
Bloody hell, these misogynists, jealous of the “success” of Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer are everywhere determined to do her down because she is a woman and an American. It is so unfair. And of course it is all driven by fake news is it not? Er no. Today we have fresh news of another humiliating setback for Ms Meyer.
Julie "Lingerie on expenses" Meyer has sent a long em ail to her spam emtrepreneur country database to clarify some of the allegations against her. Apparently, in what will be news to the Maltese Courts, she has never faced criminal charges and in what will be news to the FCA and Insolvency Service she is not under any sort of investifgation. Meanwhile I and other pursue her becuase we are misognyists and becuase we want money from her. For the avoidance of doubt I have not asked Ms Meyer for a cent. Oh well, the ramble below ending wither comparing herself to Michelle Obama is below:
Once upon a time, when a journalist claimed an exclusive it meant something no-one else had published. But I guess times change. The lead story in today’s Times Business section is an expose on Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer which hack James Hurley is tweeting is an “exclusive.” Sufice to say, ShareProphets readers will not be that shocked by what Hurley reveals.
It is not yet up at Companies House but I have obtained a copy of the latest report by Leonard Curtis into the administration of Ariadne Capital Limited (ACL), the flagship company of Julie "Lingerie on Expenses" Meyer MBE. I reproduce it in full below and it will make very uncomfortable reading indeed for Ms Meyer.
Aidan Earley, the long term close business partner of Craig Whyte, is suing me for £50,000 for libel because I have, he claims, damaged his good reputation as a businessman and financier. As our research team looks at the 52 UK companies where he has been involved since starting his career in 1988... well that can wait. But before Mr Earley continues with this farce I should like him to consider two emails I have received from Mr Tony Keeling... oh dear, oh dear Aidan.
Yesterday I asked the Insolvency service to open a formal enquiry into whether Mr Aidan Earley was acting as a shadow director of Worthington (WRN) at a time (when he was barred as acting as a director. If Aidan is guilty he faces up to two years in jail and could be on the hook for Worthington's liabilities (including its vast pension fund deficit) when it went bust. Time to put the Surrey mansion on the market? For I now have a killer email which I have forwarded on to the insolvency service as you can see below.
