I start with Bitcoin and sleepy Joe Biden’s new legislation, the Infrastructure Bill. Then it is Versarien (VRS), Biome (BIOM) and finally more on Union Jack (UJO), before I discuss Peter Brailey’s big oil call and what that means for gold stocks and how I might adjust my SIPP.
As you may recall, the business model of Vox Markets is that companies pay £15,000 a year to get interviewed by Justin the Clown who then asks the CEO whether he prefers Hob Nobs or Jaffa Cakes and whether his schlonger is ginormous or merely massive. The sort of AIM and Standard Listed companies that sign up, hope that such interviews can move the share price so allowing the next bailout placing. Maybe those companies have finally worked out that nobody takes the Clown seriuously and this business model is finally being rumbled. I see interesting filings at Companies House.
This is the second dreadful trading update from Supply@ME Capital (SYME) in the space of six weeks. It demonstrates that the company will soon run out of cash and has hoodwinked mug punters to allow industrial scale director share sales and dumping by death spiral providers. If the FCA does not act on this latest clear evidence of outright fraud, it really is admitting that it is not fit for purpose. Anyone still holding the shares is insane and here is why.
Obviously the big excitement was the snake but Joshua and I also faced down mask fascists as we bought a hoover in Kalamata. Most of today’s bearcast concerns the antics of Justin the Clown, Boston International (BIH), the rash of IPOs and what it means and Argo Blockchain (ARB).
The number of lies told by this company is so great that I have almost lost count. But then Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) is listed on the AIM Sewer where rule 67 states “Any company can lie to investors via RNS or in podcasts with Justin the Clown or that imbecile Zak Mir and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation will do absolutely nothing about it.” Okay I made that bit up. And so, with no great hope of it doing anything about quite blatant RNS lying, I have written to AIM Regulation about Remote Monitored Systems and its Nomad and broker SP Angel asking for an investigation into a new £1.5 million lie that emerged yesterday. The letter is below:
It looks as if Richard “nobody likes me and I don’t care” Jennings had a narrow escape not merging his Align Research company with Vox Markets as its accounts are now out and they are shockingly bad. But when 50% of the board is comprised of Justin “the Clown” Waite, is it any great surprise?
This looks like a Hail Mary pass from an investor that has spunked £25 million on three separate occasions and is now looking like a prize Charlie. It may win the battle but Crystal Amber will, like other mug punters, still lose all or nearly all of its cash at Hurricane Energy (HUR).
Companies like Scotgold (SGZ) pay Proactive to record soft interviews and so anyone engaged in this process is part of a bent and corrupt bastard child of journalism. This is PR dressed up as reporting. I have seen some rotten Proactive blow-offs in my time but today’s effort from Katie Pilbeam on Scotgold is the worst ever. She makes Justin the Clown look like Jeremy Paxman in his prime. Watch and cringe. It is so bad it is actually truly enjoyable, you really will laugh out loud.
I can exclusively reveal that Neill Ricketts will be announcing later today the launch by Versarien (VRS) of a new range of graphene-enhanced CBD Range and that in order to maximise value for shareholders, this new division, Versarien Blockchain CBD, is to be spun off onto the AIM casino via a separate IPO. In terms of the cash needed for the project, Ricketts says “funding secured.”
How on earth is Lyin’ James Draper still in charge of Bidstack (BIDS)? Dumping shares at almost four times the current price after lying to investors on a Justin the Clown podcast and while sitting on a lack of profits warning, issuing misleading RNS statements that had to be corrected and missing every financial target going is a piss poor CV even by the low standards of the AIM sewer. The man is a disgrace and is not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. So to calendar 2020 results out today and the looming cash crisis.
I start with a reference to the covid testing stocks and the £8 billion Government tender I revealed earlier HERE. Then it is onto how companies are circumventing rules about ramping their shares with lies by getting shareholders to do the pumps via folks like Justin the Clown and Zak Mir. The FCA, AIM Regulation and corporate advisors need to stop washing their hands onto a range of abuses by shareholders and deal with it.
‘Twas the night before Christmas and Neill Ricketts levered his corpulent self into a grand four poster bed in his newly built fake Tudor come fake Georgian Gloucestershire mansion. Bloody Hell, he thought to himself, the boy who left school at 16 with one GCSE in woodwork (grade D) has done good. He stared at the wall at a large picture of his idol. And Elon stared back.
I see that Supply@MECapital’s (SYME) multi-shamed boss, Alessandro Zamboni, has done yet another soft interview with the Sith Lord Zak Mir. Repeated interviews with a man who makes Justin the Clown look like Jeremy Paxman are a strong red flag. You can’t deliver operationally so try to get the ramping away with a man who won’t ask awkward questions. So I asked a bear, who is short, when the shares will stop dribbling lower as they do most days and completely collapse. He said:
I start with the wonder vaccine. Is it a cure all for companies such as Cineworld (CINE) or Carnival (CCL)? Then I consider Julie Meyer in light of the research I was doing yesterday for the Gewanter case and what it says about the UK’s rotten honours system. Then I look at Inspirit (INSP), Countrywide (CWD), Amigo (AMGO) and Escape Hunt (ESC) where I stand with Steve, not Justin the Clown.
Tired of Bulletin Boards where, just now and again, someone dares to point out inconvenient truths like the fact that CEO James Draper is a liar and the fact that the company needs a bailout placing within months? Would you rather discuss with like minded souls whether you will invest your Bidstack (BIDS) derived millions in a fleet of Porsches orf a fleet of Ferraris? Fear not! Here is the answer, a bear free paradise for you and your fellow morons to tell lies to each other and say how wonderful the latest podcast with Justin the Clown Waite was. Fear not, bears will not be permitted to join and spoil your paradise. Fabbo.Hat tip BC.
To come out of a paid for Vox Markets interview with Justin the Clown looking like you are utterly clueless takes some doing but Lyin’ James Draper of Bidstack (BIDS) managed just that yesterday. His refusal to deny the looming placing and cash crunch is just one highlight.
In today's podcast I discuss Mark Slater, his pay and his views on the pay of others. I look at a row between Justin the Clown and Gary Newman. Suffice to say the Clown is acting like a total tit and is 100% wrong. I discuss Kier (KIE), something missing in the Sheikh on the Make scandal at Oracle Coalfields (ORCP) - not just brain cells in the case of those buying the shares, and at Plutus Powergen (PPG) and its free speech-denying boss.
A kind reader sends me a video Justin Waite, aka the Clown, posted on December 8. I say kind but having had to watch it that is probably the wrong word as it is sheer torture. None the less it is below and I advise scrolling through to 21 minutes 30 seconds where the Clown discusses Bidstack (BIDS) and incriminates him and Vox in the process.
Shares in Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) were 16p a year ago and are now 0.6p ( and overvalued at that). The main blame for this debacle must lie with disgraced bosses James Berwick ("resigned" today) and toxic David Sefton. But of you seek other culprits on the pay roll....
I start with me voting and the Mrs not being able to vote here in Wrexham earlier today. Then there are two reports I have had that the Vox markets IPO has been pulled, I wonder if Justin the Clown will mention this in his podcast or will he be too busy blowing off Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) whose abject results I discuss. I look at IP Group (IPO), Purplebricks (PURP), Premier African Minerals (PREM) and Bidstack (BIDS) wondering if it will serve up its overdue warning after hours tonight? Finally there is a plea on behalf of my cats.
At 4.30 PM today Neill Ricketts, the shameless ramper and boss of Versarien (VRS) will meet with his dwindling band of core disciples at Bangers in the City of London to spout more bullshit, the sort oif bullshit that even his limp dick Nomad Canaccord would not allow him to include in today’s atrocious interims. Surely even the disciples can now see that they have been spun an almighty yarn.
In today's podcast I start with the latest joke journalism from Justin the Clown who still shows extreme cowardice and declining my challenge. I answer the question about Ms Lingerie on Expenses and the empty chair, with reference to the FCA. I discuss Big Dish (DISH) again and why NED's do matter. I look at Mercia Asset Managenment (MERC) and the comments of Roger Lawson of ShareSoc and his fave Chronic Investor hack, explianing where they are both going so badly wrong. Finally a look ay Rosslyn Data (RDT), its profits warning, valuation and vain boasts of generating cash.
Will Bidstack (BIDS) be £1 at Christmas as Justin the Clown predicted or will it crash with a lack of sales & profits warning. We know it is the latter, Justin is not stupid, just tied in by a busted business model at Vox which I again challenge him to discuss with me in a podcast. So far it is silence from the cowardly clown. I look at Futura Medical (FUM), cue flopping willy jokes, Ted Baker (TED) where I told y'all what would happen and Mothercare (MTC), ditto
On today's podcast, I have to say that Justin the Clown is being a coward. Tweet him at @sharepickers (the boy does irony well) and tell him not to be such a chicken and do the podcast with me on whether the Vox Markets accounts he signed off on are a total joke and is his company a worthless POS? I urge you to enter the Greek Hovel olive oil contest HERE - the deadline is midnight. Then I look at Bidstack (BIDS), Versarien (VRS), Tullow (TLW), Open Orphan (ORPH) and Integumen (SKIN).
On today's podcast I discuss Brokerman Dan, the Tory canvasser and the half way house for heroin addicts. I issue a podcast challenge to Justin the Clown as I discuss the joke Vox IPO, I look at a pathetic deadwood press ramp for Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) and offer up another reason to shut down all open ended property funds. And i have a prize contest for election day, deadline to enter is Monday midnight.
I am coming under some pressure not to knock Vox Markets ahead of its IPO on the NEX lobster pot, but its accounts for the year ended August 31 have been delivered to Companies house and are a total joke. If this POS lists and fails, as it will, the accountants Plan-A financials of Brentwood Essex should be sued to high heaven as these numbers are a joke.
You think that Justin the Clown at Pox Markets and Proactive are there to help you? Think again. He who pays the piper...I reference Bidstack (BIDS) and Big Dish (DISH) in this part of the show. I discuss Dev Clever's (DEV) "news" today with reference to Cheryl Cole, look at the accounting mess at PureCircle (PURE) and have a few thoughts on the trading statement from Sosandar (SOS) where I am really not tempted to leap back in again.
As if those folks who do not mind that CEO James Draper lied to them on August 8 about H1 results do not need another reason to sell their shares in Bidstack, Draper has provided it by dumping stock himself. Smart move.
I have already written to AIM Regulation and the FCA about Bidstack PLC (BIDS) about the way its CEO James Draper materially misled investors in a podcast with Justin the Clown on August 8 2019 with regard to half calendar year results. I trust that action will be taken. But I now have cause to write again on the matter of the full year lack of profits warning the company should be issuing and is not. The letter follows.
Let us be clear: bulletin board darling Bidstack (BIDS) has flouted AIM rules, it sitting on a profits warning & is grossly overvalued.
Yesterday, shares in Versarien (VRS) raced ahead by 10% as it announced an order with an (un-named, natch) US oil and has explorer for 12 kg of its high purity graphene nano platelets (GNP-HP) integrated into a polymer masterbatch by Neill Rickett’s great British Company. But the RNS did not spell out the value. And doing his, almost, weekly ramp on Justin the Clown’s promotional limp dick podcast he again refused to say. So here is some hard maths: I suggest this order may be a spoof.
Finally, after almost three weeks of trying, and after I forced them to ‘fess with a scoop HERE, Bidstack (BIDS) and tawdry broker Optiva have managed to complete a placing. They were aiming to raise £5 million at 15p. Then it became 13.25p. The placing was completed at just 12.5p.
I think we have found an interviewer dimmer and more sycophantic than both the Sith Lord Zak Mir and Justin the Clown. I bring you a paid for video made by Core TV featuring an interview by a toothy bimbo with Lyin Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). Shareholders should not worry about dilution, we are fully funded for our next two wells, look at the cash we are and will generate. Fabbo.
I was looking at our web stats and noticed that not a lot of people use ShareProphets' archive, at least compared to the new articles. So I'd like to highlight it.
In his lamentable podcast yesterday Justin the Clown commented on Sabien Technology (SNT) suggesting that it was either “punt of the week or investment of the year”. This was seized upon by “colourful” stockmarket operator Chris Akers who sent out the tweet below.
As this morning’s shock revelations about Neil Woodford’s greed and reward for abject failure start to sink in, I imagine that many investors in his funds will be feeling a deep sense of disgust and regret. Perhaps they will blame those who advised them to invest and who, as the performance has gone from bad to worse, to even worse, have told them to hang on or average down. Perhaps the biggest cheerleader has been Hargreaves Lansdown which has just published another blow job type piece on Woodford.
Yesterday I revealed that Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) was undertaking a massively discounted placing at 10p to raise £4 million which seems to have stirred up a real hornets nest among the Bulletin Board Morons. I have been reported to the FCA numerous times ( again) and the charge is that I am the villain. But am I? I suggest not but put up two other candidates for that eipthet and that I am the hero of this tale.
It is becoming like groundhog day at BlueJay Mining (JAY) and the oft trailed "offtake agreement" that never materialises... Originally touted in early 2017, nearly 2 years later and despite much promotion by disgraced share promoter Michael Walters and John Meyer, the shameless head of research at scumbag Nomad SP Angel, there seems little sign of one for BlueJay's investors.
This is so simple that even Justin the Clown or a shareholder in Frontera Resources (FRR) can understand it. Frontera is due in court on Tuesday with 1/2 day court time allocated. If it loses it will be bankrupted.
John Meyer of disgraced Nomad of MySquar (FRAUD) infamy SP Angel really is a very naughty boy. The scallywag was in action once again on the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets, as you can witness below. To save your suffering fast forward to 20 minutes and 40 seconds when the analyst appears. His crimes are numerous. First up..
Warning: This podcast contains references that vegans with a sense of humour bypass (i.e 99% of them) may find offensive. In this podcast I reflect on walking past a dark restaurant in a prime location yesterday. I consider Vodafone (VOD) and the security of its dividend. Finally I ponder whether I am being far too harsh on a company ramped in a sordid manner by Justin the Clown and the Sith Lord Zak Mir and run by a total knobhead, that is to say Amur Minerals (AMC)
As you know, since Versarien (VRS) supplies the Israeli Defence Forces and thus helps protect the only democracy in the Middle East, it can do no wrong in my eyes. Thus I note, with some concern, the increasingly odd reaction of boss Neil Ricketts as the shares continue to slide.
Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien (VRS), the graphene company which is currently the number one pin-up stock on AIM, can be forgiven for thinking that he can walk on water.
Share Talk is a website that takes money from, usually, crap companies. It does not appear discerning. If you are a PLC with a cheque book come on down! It does not disclose its business model and it then provides what it terms “the Independent voice across social media” or what you and I would term sordid share ramping. Shares in Conroy Gold (CGNR) are up 30% today to 13p to sell thanks to such ramping. But before you get too carried away….
Heck: maybe it is time to give up this game and become a goat-herd here in Greece after all. I despair at today's AIM Cesspit antics involving market abuser Justin the Clown and his employers at Vox markets who appear not to care, Andalas (ADL) and Frontera (FRR) as they all mislead investors who appear happy to be duped and to lose money as the bandits prosper.
Justin the Clown was one of the victims of Andalas Energy (ADL) during its first -99% stint although in an amazing podcast today, 25 minutes of bollocks in, he appears to say that last time around he was selling shares while telling folks that he'd be "homeless if they don't go up". But now the fool is buying again! In an email just now he says that if a company releases results on August 31 it only comments on events up to the period end (June 30) - he refers to statements made by Atlantic Petroleum. Does Vox markets realise that the Clown is so ignorant of how the stockmarket works? All is discussed in today's podcast. Let's hope AIM Regulation lance this horrible boil (Andalas not Justin) tomorrow.
This may be the main bearcast or it may be a bonus. It all depends on how I feel and daughter Olaf feels after I pick her up at 4.30 AM Athens time in the Greek capital. In this I look at Falanx (FLX), the red flag of a rapid change in advisers ref Halosource (HALO) but also in more general terms and then at a shameless performance by John Meyer of SP Angel as he is interviewed by Justin the Clown over Bluejay (JAY). Meyer is at best an idiot, at worst he is covering up for what appears to be market abuse by his employer in relation to Bluejay shares. I will not let this one go. The clown's podcast is torture to listen to but can be found HERE if you feel you deserve 20 minutes of torture.
Yesterday I posted a series of questions for Neil Rickets of Versarien (VRS), who I have always described as a nice guy even if I think the valuation of his company is crackers. To his credit he has come back ( from China) with full answers but so too has one of his shareholders a Mr A. Moron.
On 7 December 2017 Versarien (VRS) announced that its CEO Neil Rickets had exercised 250,000 options at 12.25p - options that still have 5 years left to run. On 5 January the company casually announced that he had sold the shares on 4 January at 61.5p. Hang on Neil mate...
Andalas Energy (ADL) has today announced the departure of its, once greatly hyped, chairman Paul Warwick. How will we live without his blog? It has also served up a set of accounts which show that it is without doubt completely and utterly insolvent. If, like its house broker Beaufort whose comment to clients today is a disgrace, you can't read a balance sheet, the notes to the accounts make that 101% clear to all.
It is an old stockmarket truism, just like "everything tipped by both Zak Mir and Justin the Clown will always go down". But while the latter truism bears the test of time, proving to be 100% accurate how did the former do in 2017?
Andalas Energy (ADL) and its loathsome boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby represent all is worst about the AIM Casino. The company is worthless and its sole achievement has been an industrial scale transfer of wealth from the many to the few. Even by its own tawdry standards yesterday was a low point and it is a matter that I shall now be asking the authoriies to investigate as, blatant, market abuse. But first we must rewind to August 8.
Two weeks ago exactly AIM Casino listed crock of shit lifestyle company Andalas Energy (ADL) announced some more hot air and jam tomorrow news sending its shares spiking to a peak of 0.14p to buy as Bulletin Board Morons whipped themselves into a semi-orgasmic frenzy of innumeracy and filled their boots. Today the shares are 0.065-0.07p meaning that the paper loss for those buyers at peak moron is already 50%+. Time for a podcast with long term Andalas groupie and well known cardboard box resident Justin the Clown methinks? The bad news for Justin and the morons is that things can only get worse...
I have in my hand a little piece of paper which means peace in our time said Andalas (ADL) boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby as he announced yet another great deal for his company. But like all the other pieces of paper that he has waved in front of his labotomised army of groupies led by cardboard box dwelling sheep shagger Justin the Clown, it is just a worthless piece of paper - just like an Andalas share certificate. Hat tip to Brokerman Dan for that joke.
Our very own Gary Newman nailed this spot on at the weekend flagging up that an almighty pump in Arian Silver (AGQ) was underway. Our sober, harsh but fair coverage contrasts well with the really sordid rampfest that saw the shares pushed ahead ahead of a placing today raising £600,000 at just 0.5p.
The stench of desperation at AIM POS Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) is overpowering. It knows that insolvency looms, that the money is running out fast ( within weeks?) and that a blizzard of share sales from death spiral provider Bracknor will obliterate the share price in the last few days. The board know it. The advisers must know it. But they cannot bring themselves to admit it. The pretence goes on for a while yet. And thus today we have an RNS.
Yesterday morning I ran a piece pointing out that at 0.15p the valuation of PCGE (PCGE) was utterly insane and anyone buying shares (at up to 0.16p!) deserved the beating that would surely follow. It did not take long. At 2.19 PM the company announced it had raised £400,000 at 0.1p. Ouch. The shares are now 0.11p to sell. BBMs 0 The Sheriff of AIM 1. A familiar scoreline.
England (well mainly the South East) subsidises Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. C'est la vie. It is part of being a United Kingdom. Personally I'd send all the Celtic loons packing, give them their independence and slash taxes for we hard working residents of England. But that is not the way and just to rub our noses in it, Welsh resident, Malcolm Stacey celebrates how local councils and the Welsh Assrembly have ponied up £50 million to turn some Godforsaken post industrial shit hole in South Wales into a new "Silicon Valley." Bollocks.
He gets much wrong, but I take my hat off to the old bank robber as he has got Andalas Energy (ADL) shares suspended today by revealing that it was trying to get away a bailout placing at 0.05p-0.06p. Dan has compared Andalas to " a crock of shit" but his assessment is unfair. Unfair on a crock of shit that is.
Amur Minerals (AMC) was one of the great mining junior ramps of the past 12 months. With the Sith Lord Zak Mir and Justin the Clown leading the charge using bogus charting tomfoolery and soft interviews with the CEO Robin Young, the shares surged to 15p in December at the height of the rampfest. They are now 6.25p to sell and heading sharply lower. What say you rampers? How about "Tom Winnifrith's repeated bearcast warnings were spot on and Zak & Justin The Clown were talking 100% cock as usual?"
Another day and another ramptastic "Operations Update" from Andalas Energy (ADL). Operations is a bit of a strong word as Andalas does not really have any. It should really have been "Jam Tomorrow" update but then again tomorrow suggests the jam may arrive which, given the track record of this dog, looks unlikely. What will arrive on Friday is a demand for £500,000 and as Andalas has sod all cash and is burning what it has at a rate of knots that is a bit of a problem. Oddly this is not mentioned in today's RNS.
Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) is, as you know, utterly desperate to create buying interest in its shares so that death spiral shysters Bracknor can dump £13.7 million of equity onto the market over the next year. That is not going well and so Advanced today boasts that it has paid investment analyst prostitutes for hire, Hardman, to publish a glossy note. This report is so unbelievably unbalanced that I can only assume that Hardman outsourced the work to the Bulletin Board Morons on the LSE Asylum. Folks can see through this shite and the shares are down by a penny at just 40p bid which is very bad news for Advanced as explained HERE.
I start and end with Cloudtag (CTAG) - so far today no news which I take to mean it is bad news and explain why. At the end I discus who disgruntled and out of pocket punters should sue over this fraud and when. In the middle of the Cloudtag fraud sandwich I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) which really is fucked whatever it says. I reckon Justin the Clown will have to sell the cardboard box and sleep in the open air before long. I also look at Starcom (STAR), Servision (SEV) - which is a major scandal in the making - Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Milestone Group (MSG) which remains non investment grade crap as CEO Deborah White should be wearing an orange jump suit and doing a perp walk.
In this podcast I look at Daniel Stewart (DAN) where Waseem Shakoor closed his short today. I look at the lunacy there, the lunacy at Cloudtag (CTAG) and show how it is the same folks, the sort of folks who are also preyed on by conman Darren Winters. On that note please read THIS ARTICLE TODAY - and tweet it out and link to it on Facebook and on any website you can. I look at Strat Aero (AERO), Ferrum Crescent (FCR), Avanti Communications (AVN) and then at another stock cursed by the frothing endorsement of the Clown, MySquar (MYSQ) which is a right old dog and its well spun RNS today can't hide that.
In this bearcast I start with yesterday's party with my wife's colleagues, the Guardian reading sociology lecturers. I was biting my lip hard. Then it is onto Trakm8 (TRAK) and a general point about acquisitive companies - the specifics of my latest triumph are covered HERE. Then it is onto Cloudtag (CTAG) and a detailed look at the numbers for Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) in terms of when it will run out cash, then onto Boxhill (BOX) and more questions for sleazy Lord Razzall. I then cover Premier Oil (PMO) and the stock that left podcasting share ramper Justin the Clown living in a cardboard box, Andalas Energy (ADL)
Having last raised money at 0.2p earlier this year shares in Andalas (ADL) are sliding again and are now just 0.1p- 0.105p. Oh dear. It really is time for CEO Dave "the Rule Breaker" Whitby to fess up and admit that the placing is underway and, it seems, not going well.
I have pointed out a number of times in recent weeks that not only is Andalas Energy (ADL) really very close to the wire in terms of running out of cash but that it is also on a ramptastic promotional exercise which all adds up to placing ahoy! But now I have confirmation.
Bear raider Waseem Shakoor has openly accused Cloudtag (CTAG) CEO Ben Haim of misleading investors in a podcast recorded with the ever gullible Justin the Clown. Waseem writes:
With Andalas Energy (ADL) shares down again today as it heads for a massively discounted placing or insolvency, Justin the Clown's chances of moving out of the cardboard box look remote. But maybe he has also invested in Cloudtag which he has promoted enthusiastically. Cripes he may soon be evicted from the cardboard box at this rate. We asked you for captions to the scene of domestic bliss below for the Vox Markets podcaster HERE and I should warn you that Drunken Sailor's entry was er...extremely distasteful and hard to swallow.. The winner is....
In his infamous podcast with Dave "rule breaker " Whitby that got shares in Andalas (ADL) suspended, Justin the Clown fessed up that he owned so many of these shares that he'd be homeless if they did not go up. They have plunged from 1.3p back then to just 0.13p now and as the company hurtles towards bankruptcy worse is to come. As such we have an exclusive photo of Justin in his new home and invite you to supply suitable captions for it in the comments section below. Deadline midnight Sunday
Hey Justin the Clown if you want to average down in Andalas Energy (ADL) get out of the homeless shelter and open an account with Cornhill Capital because its placing ahoy time here. Not only is the company almost out of cash but its shares are slipping (now more than 90% down since THAT podcast) at 0.11p to sell. When shares slide after 4 ramptastic RNS statements in 6 working days, supplemented by the Clown ramping away at the Vox vipers nest of rampers, you know what is afoot. And so today we have some more non news dressed up as a world changing event.
Poor old Justin the Clown is still talking cobblers about Andalas (ADL). Perhapds it is the strain of now having to live in a cardboard box but the poor fellow now seems unable to read so I put him straight. Then it is onto Halosource (HALO) where Neil Woodford is taking another big hit which reminds me that Nigel Somerville and I are doing a special session on Woodford disasters at UK Investor Show on April 1 2017. To celebrate this we have 20 complimentary investor class seats to hand out today. Just go to www.UKInvestorShow.com and book using the promotional code NOVUKSP - book now! Elsewhere on bearcast I discuss Xtract Resources (XTR) and Gattaca (GATC).
In this bearcast special I take apart a share price ramp being orchestrated today by Solo Oil's (SOLO) broker Belfort Securities, PR fecking genius Steffi and the rampers nest of snakes that is the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets. Investors need to be aware there is a massive stock overhang and a placing ahoy. They are being hoodwinked not by the company I stress but by its crony capitalist advisers and by those for whom Lenin's phrase "useful idiot" could not be more apt.
This podcast is not just about the dog with fleas that is Andalas (ADL) and the motley crew of low life and fools associated with it. I also cover Highlands Natural (HNR), Mayan (MYN) and ADVFN (AFN) for whom I have a question. It is not exactly the most blue chip of selections today is it? The hot tip for a fiver I mentioned can be accessed .HERE
The reason for that is revealed at the end of the podcast. Before that I look at Gable (GAH), Entu (ENTU), Gulf Keystone and a stock ramped by Justin the Clown, Global Energy Development (GED). Does an endorsement from the Clown mean that the shares might not be cheap?
The Mail on Sunday is such a truly vile publication that as a service to this website, I read it so that you do not have to, just in case it contains anything of interest. This week amid the usual nonsense about how immigrants give you cancer and a scoop about loathsome crook Keith Vaz MP playing away from his Mrs with a couple of Polish rentboys, the paper covers ramp de jour Cloudtag (CTAG). Needless to say the coverage is shocking.
AIM Rule breaker Dave Whitby of worthless crock of Turkish, Andalas Energy (ADL) is now officially on a ramptastic rampage as he works out how to get a bailout placing away before the New Year in order to stave off bankruptcy in the early part of 2017. Surely it is only a matter of time before he does another interview with Justin the Clown and gets the full ramping crew from Vox Markets and Big Gib's Momentous Events into action. After all, folks are only 90% down from buying into the ramp last time. What could possibly go wrong?
A rushed day, back to hospital in five minutes. Ahead I discuss why mug punters and Justin the Clown love blue sky rubbish like Cloudtag (CTAG) but not value plays. I discuss three value plays I know well two of which we own: San Leon (SLE), Obtala (OBT) and Guscio (GUSC). Boring is sexy. Then I look at a non value stock mugs like, North River Resources (NRRP). Then I discuss how one plays the game: fraud hunter vs fraudsters and yes that might involve producing mugs!
Sheep shagging buffoon Justin the Clown is unrepentant after the Andalas debacle and yesterday transmitted a podcast with the CEO of Cloudtag (CTAG) which is the Bulletin Board Moron ramp de jour. In this podcast I tear into the Clown but also into Cloudtag explaining all the reasons why it is a sell and flagging up the issues the Clown would not tackle as he sucked up to another CEO on the ramp and his moronic audience.
The last placing from Andalas Energy (ADL) was in April at 0.2p. As those punters who paid up to 1.3p suckered in by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby, disgraced ramper Big Gob, ooops sorry Big Gib, and Justin the Clown screamed in agony they must have thought things could get no worse. Au contraire...
Beaufort Securities is joint broker to grossly over-ramped Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO). That means a fat retainer and also a good slug of the commission earned for the regular placings this company needs to keep paying its bloated boardroom payroll and other costs. The commission on the May 2015 fundraise at 8p would have been £1 million. Coke & hookers all round! Except for the shareholders, that is, as the share price is now 5.25p and its going to fall further as the next placing is imminent. So how do you ramp a stock ahead of a placing?
Finally, the grass cutters have arrived at the Greek Hovel and I have a couple of pictures to delight Paul Roberts of Stockomendation, Justin the Clown and other Welsh listeners. Then I move onto why I am bearish about shares, it's about earnings but also debt.
The Dave Whitby fan club (life presidents Ben flip flop" Turney, Justin the Clown, Doc Holiday and Zak "Judas" Mir) are delighted to be sponsoring this week's Bulletin Board Moron contest in honour of events at Andalas Energy (ADL) which are generating some cracking comments on the LSE Asylum and elsewhere as well as on twitter. Of course you can nominate a post on any subject or company and African Potash (AFPO) clearly has a shareholder list made up of complete imbeciles. The deadline is midnight Sunday May 1st. Or as they say in Greece: Easter Day.
Oh dear it seems as if the Andalas (ADL) Placing is not going to have Justin the Clown singing joyfully in the valleys. It is very bad news for Justin the clown, the top podcaster in the homeless Welsh Community, but I've heard a rumour from ground control, Oh no, don't say its true. As ever the late David Bowie is just so prophetic.
Anadalas Energy (ADL), the much ramped piece of Turkish, once called CEB Resources, and run by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby had until close of play on 22 April to publish a re-admission document or it should - if anyone gave a FF about the rules these days - have been booted off the AIM casino. It is now 25th April. There has been no RNS. So....
A kind reader points out that Rob Proctor of Audioboom (BOOM) has committed a clear breach of AIM Rules in a podcast recorded with Justin the Clown on ADVFN on Tuesday this week following the latest dire (lack of) profits warning.
In today's podcast I update you all on the olive harvest - I managed four hours in the fields today despite still being in real pain. But not as much as LGO Energy (LGO) - its RNS today smells of desperation. For strategic review read "the game is up" and that also applies to Kolar Gold (KGLD). I comment on Avanti Communications (AVN) where the share price crumble is accelerating - remember debt is crack cocaine for management but for shareholders it is bad for your wealth. I comment on Silver Falcon (SILF) and tick off the grossly irresponsible, Justin the Clown of ADVFN and also on Defenx (DFX), rapidly becoming an IPO omnishambles. Then onto InternetQ (INTQ) where it is now "game on" but I end with Antrim Energy (AEY) where a concert party of Brokerman Dan, market abuser Chris OIl and ADVFN (AFN) head honcho Clem Chambers have just taken a 3% stake.
If the RNS statements issued by this overhyped junk are to be believed the answer is YES! Give the form of low-life colonial share ramping CEO Dave Whitby I stress the word IF.
Following on from his disasters at Sefton Resources (SER) – suspended – MX Oil (MXO) – halved mummy’s cash and Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) another 50% hit, what other shares have the kiss of death blessing of market abuser Chris Oil, the man who says he is Britain’s Buffett. I bring you a video of him being interviewed by a hapless Sith Lord, Zak Mir. Sometimes the Sith Lord makes even Justin the Clown over at ADVFN seem probing.
Shares in CEB Resources (CEB) will now be suspended for weeks if not a couple of months because – as I pointed out here on Friday – it is about to undertake transactions that amount to a reverse takeover (RTO). But the big question is why has CEO Dave Whitby not been fired for wholesale rule breaches?
Shares in CEB Resources (CEB) are suspended on AIM ahead of an announcement on Monday. That is because its CEO Dave Whitby revealed a stack of price sensitive data including news that an RTO was planned in a podcast on ADVFN with Justin the Clown Yesterday. Flip Flop Ben Turney is so busy blowing smoke up the arse of Whitby that he may wish to ignore this. Whitby has broken insider dealing laws and a stack of AIM Rules. He should be sacked at once, barred from AIM and prosecuted. If you want to clean up AIM you deal with those who break the laws. Whitby has broken the laws. The Sheriff of AIM is getting a noose ready...
