With management owning just 0.07% of the equity and no institutions on the register, rebel investors in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) seeking to oust fat cat boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson, FD Kiran Morzaria and Chairman Allen Howard speak, as at 9 AM yesterday, for 4.58% of the equity. But…

Last week, I noted that a campaign to oust fat cat Lyin’ Steve Sanderson as CEO of uber dog Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG) was underway and that the owners of 1.12% of the equity had already pledged to back it. Just five days later there are now 81 investors together owning 3.01% of the 12.96 billion shares in issue who want Pinocchio out. It gets worse.

I should declare that about eight years ago I borrowed C$20 from Kiran Morzaria in a snow bound Toronto and have yet to pay him back so there is a clear conflict of interest here. Not! AIM confirmed the admission of those shares to trading on the morning of 17 June 2015. So where is the Companies house filing for this?

Now let's turn to Evocutis (EVO), another Jabba The Hutt overpromoted piece of AIM detritus and the issue of transparency. Evocutis initially had 174,675,828 shares in issue. David Lenigas and the team descended and issued 175,000,000 new shares at 0.0012p raising £210,000 (shares admitted 8 Sept 2014), doubling the shares in issue.

I refer readers to THIS PIECE a few minutes ago from Tom Winnifrith. It asks whether an entity called Marsden Resources Limited is, in fact, an indirect interest of David Lenigas. Now then, let's turn back to THIS RNS released by AIM-listed AfriAg plc (AFRI) in its former name of 3D Resources plc on 10 Dec 2012. It details a big issue of shares and various major shareholders.

Rare Earth Minerals (REM) is another David Lenigas company which divides opinion. Some think that its shares are a stonking sell - see HERE - while others think they offer real value - see HERE Why not watch its CEO Kiran Morzaria in video action at the UK Investor Show and decide for yourself...
