Mike Turner really is a stupid man. I find myself once again talking to the Law about his attempts to stop me exposing him as a defaming moron. I move on to discuss the conflicted riole of the broker to the POS that is Bidstack (BIDS). Then it is onto events at Motif Bio (MTFB) and Tern (TERN) and the way it presents its dismal results. Finally I have just recoreded a 90 minute video for Saturday with Mark Slater. I see that in the comments section NoGold reckons he will would learn nothing from Slater but NoGold is a genius. For everyone else that video is gold dust. Buy your tickets HERE.
Yes they have been in touch. Ok, Mike Turner, you attempts to get the boys in blue ( or birds in this case) onto me have failed but if you really think that you want to mess with me you gender fluid, Bidstack (BIDS) owning moron it is game on. I also discuss results from the POS that is Bidstack, woes for Arron Banks at Iofina (IOF) - he should have listened to me - Open Orphan (ORPH), and Motif Bio (INSANITY). PS Book your tickets for you know what HERE
Early this year we showed the Shorted AIM shares at the start of 2020. How's the performance after the first month of the year? (those in bold remain from 2019)...
Previously writing on Motif Bio (MTFB), in November with the shares above 0.46p I concluded that with clear and significant risk both in delivery from a cash shell and in what the current divestment process will deliver, continue to avoid. The shares last closed at 0.24p but are currently slumping to around 0.15p on the back of a “Corporate Update”…
From the FCA's spreadsheet of short positions required to be disclosed to it, the following shows the shorted AIM shares with positions from 2018 and thus far in 2019 (by net short position %, those in bold not on the list at the start of 2019) – and if this position has increased (red), reduced (green) or remained unchanged (black) since last week...
Currently AIM and Nasdaq listed Motif Bio (MTFB) argues “Voluntary Delisting from the Nasdaq Capital Market”. Hmmm – what about those Nasdaq ‘deficiency notices’?...
In today's bearcast I discuss Hammerson (HMSO) and its 9.5% yield and the outlook for its sector, semi naked women on a cornish beach, Versarien (VRS), Feedback (FDBK) and MotifBio (MTFB).
I start with a few reflections on D day from my own family history. Then I look at Neil Woodford and what needs to happen. Then at unfolding events at Diversified Gas & Oil (DGOC) which make it, arguably, the most compelling short on AIM. Do folks understand the scale of what is going on here? Then I cover Motif Bio (MTFB), Cabot Energy (CAB) and finally Blue Jay (JAY) another truly compelling short.
In today's bearcast I speculate how Neil Woodford's flagship dog, his Equity Income Fund, appears to have lost £90 million since the weekend. I look at RM2 (RM2) - largest shareholder Mr Woodford - where a statement is needed as insolvency beckons, at Motof Bio (MTFB) and at Big Sofa (BST). I also discuss Dan Levi's bum and the problems generated by his latest 20 mile training walk for Woodlarks. If you'd rather I desisted from any further discussions of this nature make a donation to the Rogue Bloggers walk for Woodlarks NOW HERE
In today's bearcast I look at Minoan (MIN) as Richard Jennings of Align threatens to call an EGM, at RockRose Energy (RRE) and Independent Oil & Gas (IOG), RedT Energy (RED), SpaceandPeople (SAL), Majestic Wine (WINE) and at Motif Bio (MTFB). If you enjoyed this, almost 100% profanity free, bearcast, follow a bloke from the Grim North who donated enough to buy a whole house in the welfare safari and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.
I apologise for the RedT (RED) tip it shows the arrogance and incompetence of AIM boards at their worst. Is it more fecked than Inspirit (INSP) or Motof Bio (MTBF)? I look at all three and also at Bahamas Petroleum (BPC).I f you enjoyed this, I think, relatively profanity free bearcast, follow a bloke from the Grim North who donated enough to buy a whole house in the welfare safari and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.
My daughter Olaf is on half term and bored so has called twice to discuss the great issues of the day. Being an Islington leftie she reckons that ISIS supporting nutter and her son should be allowed back into the UK. I disagree. In the podcast I also look at Footasylum (FOOT) and the lardbucket loud-mouth wild card when it comes to being short retail, at Yourgene (YGEN), Falanx (FLX), African Battery Metals (ABM) and Red Rock (RRR), Victoria (VCP), Motif Bio (MTBF) and Plexus (POS). To go heckle the Sith Lord Zak Mir, drink as much free booze as you can and grill Andrew Bell next Monday book your seat HERE
I warned you all in a bearcast last week that the real threat to Motif Bio (MTFB) was that lender Hercules would start to want its money back and that the company’s cash crisis would thus soon become critical. And lo it came to pass.
Hello Share Tasters. I now always add a warning to any piece I do on medical pioneers. Rewards can be huge if a new drug comes on the market, but the licensing authorities have understandably to be very cautious. A share which I commended to your further research a month ago has just suffered a huge disappointment. US regulators have currently rejected the company’s new iclaprim drug…
Thirsty Paul Scott and his boss Ed Croft at Stockopaedophile do not like me. Maybe that explains Paul's very sad attack on Optibiotix (OPTI) yesterday which was strewn with factual errors and poor analysis. Or maybe Paul was just pissed after pouring too much vodka on his cornflakes that day. I go through his article pointing out the string of errors. Clearly Paul is not a well man and we should pray for him. Elsewhere I look at Sabien (SNT), its knob head boss, dodgy share dealing, the cash crisis and why it is fecked. I cover Cabot (CAB), Wandisco (WAND) and then take a look at Motif Bio (MTFB) - a share tip from Malcolm Stacey where, I have told him, you all deserve an update - and a related party Amphion (AMP), which looks pretty fecked too.
Hello Share Crashers. Everyone knows that unless we find new antibiotics, the world will be in an awful mess. The bugs that kill us are becoming immune to antibiotics because we have over-used them. What we need are different antibiotics which germs have not had the chance to get used to...
I have met with an unprecedented barrage of hate and harassment from folks in Liverpool as I describe here. Moving on from that I ad my thoughts to those of Gary Newman on Sound Energy (SOU) and Graham Neary on FastJet (FJET) and chip in with a few ideas on Motif Bio (MTFB), African Potash (FRAUD), GLI Finance (GLIF) and Cloudtag (CTAG)
The biotech sector isn’t my usual area for investment, but one such company that I’ve been following the progress of with interest is Motif Bio (MTFB).
Featuring shares of Churchill Mining (CHL), Goldplat (GDP), Motif Bio (MTFB), Solo Oil (SOLO), Tern (TERN), Vast Resources (VAST), together with some share price targets.
Motif Bio (MTFB) is a stock, whose share price jumped from the starting gate in the spring of this year after the IPO, and had essentially never looked back since. The trajectory since the low was made on the daily share chart in April below 30p has been extremely robust.
