Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: who is the biggest twit: Boris, Harry Adams or Mark Steward of the FCA?

It is just two days until Rogue Bloggers, and we have raised more than £20,000 (with gift aid). Let's try and reach £25,000. I discuss rain, nettles and the inevitable pain on Saturday. Please donate, HERE. Then, the twit of the day contest: Boris v Harry of Kefi (KEFI) v Mark Steward, who has disgraced himself on Genflow (GENF).  I then discuss Nostra Terra (NTOG) (praise be the lord), with a target price of 0p; the fraud, Supply@ME Capital (SYME); another Steward screw-up; and ITM Power (ITM).

Letter to AIM Regulation – Nostra Terra must sack Matt Lofgran NOW

Yesterday, I revealed how, as CEO of Elephant Oil, Matt Lofgran had handed out 30% of its equity, gratis - most notably to a convicted pump-and-dump operator, currently facing 85 years in jail. Lofgran would happily sup with the devil, so as to get away an IPO, which would have netted him an immediate $500,000 and a 100% pay rise. I have thus written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation.

First of all, I ask the 94% of you yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks: please do so HERE, so we can surge past 25% of target (without gift aid) tonight. Go on. Then, I look at Jubilee Metals (JLP); Restaurant Group (RTN); Purplebricks (PURP); Vast Resources (VAST); BT (BT.A); the windfall oil tax; and why the Tories have utterly lost the plot.  Then, at Genflow (GENF), Nostra Terra (NTOG) and the massive scandal I exposed today, HERE & HERE.

SHOCKING EXPOSE: What on earth were the FCA, Matt Lofgran and Disgraced Gavin Burnell thinking of dealing with Ron Bauer?

I suppose the criminal pump and dumper Ron Bauer might argue that it is he who has suffered reputational damage from dealing with Gavin Burnell of Globo (GBO) fraud infamy but a shocking new document has now come to light which begs massive questions for Burnell, Matt Lofgran of Nostra Terra (NTOG) and indeed of the FCA.

BREAKING - MAJOR CITY EXPOSE: Nostra’s Lofgran & disgraced Gavin Burnell in bed with penny share pump & dumper facing 85 years US jail – real problems for Red Rock Resources, Genflow, Zak Mir and more

This is a major scandal - one that will create massive embarrassment for those operating in the depths of the AIM, Aquis and Standard List sewers. And for Matt Lofgran of Nostra Terra (NTOG), his buddy, Gavin Burnell of the Globo (GBO) fraud, and Novum infamy, it poses a major question of what they knew and when.

2021 Vomit List Review– How has a Rising oil price impacted my Crystal ball clarity?

So here we are once again considering the merits of a bucket of highly avoidable oily sector investments I heaved into a bucket this time last year, uninfluenced by free pork pies or site visits. The 2021 Vomit list. After chucking up 9 out of 10 winners in its inaugural 2020 list, what has 2021 thrown up? Perhaps none given the rising oil price? Don’t be silly – “Lying” Steve Sanderson would never let me down!

2021 Vomit List- Who’s in the running for the “2021 Golden Technicolour Yawn”? 10 oil stocks to crash!

With the 2020 Vomit list throwing up 9 out of 10 sick investments, it’s time to think about next year. The oil price is looking to be on the upwards trajectory, and hence any company really needs to be a standout monument to investment stupidity to be considered for entry to this year’s bucket list.

Nostra Terra always talk a good game but never seem to deliver - it's hard to see it being any different this time!

If there was an award for the worst performing oil and gas share listed on AIM over the past decade there wouldn’t be a lack of contenders, but Nostra Terra (NTOG) would definitely be in the running!

Tom Winnifrith: Is Bidstack PLC involved with latest smear campaign against me? I report myself to FCA

I have today reported myself to the FCA, on the basis of a smear campaign initiated by someone who appears to be close to Bidstack PLC (BIDS). I have asked the FCA to investigate in full the, demonstrably untrue accusations made against me, and also the extent, if any, of the involvement of Bidstack and its officers in this poorly constructed hit job.

Nostra Terra – deceiving investors with a misleading RNS yet again?

I am not sure how Nomad Strand Hanson managed to sign off on today’s misleading RNS from Nostra Terra (NTOG) but maybe we have all just come to expect that Matt Lofgran et al are just allowed to say whatever they wan t with no comeback. This is the AIM casino after all.

My guest in this week's show which is sponsored by Open Orphan PLC (ORPH) is a former editor of this website Flip Flop Ben Turney. We discuss the problems with AIM, New World Oil & Gas, Nostra Terra (NTOG), touching on the mud being slung at Ben by some folks but on the real issues that company faces, on Touchstone Exploration, Big Sofa (BST) and many other matters, notably AIM PLC director expenses. I also discuss companies who switch Nomads too often. Yes that includes Versarien (VRS) and its forced change of today. BREAKING: The Letter Matt Lofgran and Nostra Terra do NOT want shareholders to see

Yesterday another dog cursed by the hex that is a Gervais Williams investment, that is to say Nostra Terra Oil & Gas (NTOG), published details of a sack the board EGM and the management’s case for staying on. What, in a cowardly fashion, it refused to do, as I believe it should have done is publish the letter that the requisitioner, Eridge Capital run by flip flop Ben Turney, wanted to send to shareholders. Fear not… the letter, outside of all paywalls, is below. Nostra Terra shareholders should read it and vote to sack chairman Ewan Ainsworth - in light of the scandalous pay revelations below - and hapless Lofgran after this bombshell.  Sack the board!

How do Nostra Terra's advisors Strand Hanson really feel about their client? Hint..

We all have nicknames for companies and they usually imply something about how we feel about them. So for me Quindell (QPP) will always be Quenron for reasons that should be obvious. So how does Nomad Strand Hanson feel about its client Nostra Terra Oil & Gas (NTOG)? The hint is perhaps in the image below taken from Strand's latest corporate brochure boasting of recent deals that it has completed....

Lies, smears & blackmail: Loathsome Rita tries to cling on at Magnolia Petroleum

Less than lovely Rita Whittingham is doing her utmost to cling onto the gravy train for her and her relatives which is Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). You will remember that there are moves to oust the proven failure and install one director from Nostra Terra (NTOG), Evan Ainsworth, and an independent director, Zac "The Knife" Phillips, the City's No 1 oil analyst. This would not be a change of control as Rita asserts since The Knife is independent, but a much needed boardroom clearout. Now to the defence document which is worthy of Jeffrey Archer. It is just low grade fiction.

Magnolia Petroleum - sack the board!

It really does not make any difference who is steering the Titanic once its hit the iceberg. Its going down. Actually that is a poor image for Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) - think of a rubber dinghy holed in multiple places and weighed down with a crew who are both heavy - thanks to their grotesque pay over many years - and inept. I am not sure what good it would do firing Rita Whittingham and colleagues as this company will never generate a cent in free cashflow and its balance sheet is a wreck. However...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Grinding Poverty & Shit Internet in Wales & How the Mitie are fallen ( or soon will be)

I could not sleep and found myself scouring the interweb for data on poverty and population for the town of Blaenavon where I visited a coal mine on Monday ( see HERE). I plan a major podcast on that when I am back in internet friendly civilisation, i.e. England. On the markets I look at Pearson (PSON), Nostra Terra (NTOG) and the idea that we are seeing a market blow-off. I dismiss one conspiracy theory about market makers then move on to Mitie (MTO) - Matt Earl is da King! - and then to Rosslyn Data (RDT).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the Delivery Man says he's a keen reader - he's also a fan of Big Dave Lenigas

And so the guy delivering a package for next door said "Hello Tom". He is a keen reader and owns shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), ScotGold (SGZ) and Xtract Resources (XTR). He must be a big fan of Big Dave Lenigas as well. It was a good chat. In this podcast I look at how quickly sentiment can change ref Nostra Terra (NTOG) and Optibiotix (OPTI). I cover Iofina (IOF) and Strat Aero (AERO) and reflect on how the curse of the Sheriff of AIM has fallen on Dolphin Capital (DCI). It took a while!

The continuing saga of Mosman's, oops sorry Nostra Terra's, Pine Mills oil field

If it wasn’t for the fact that plenty of small private investors will probably have lost money that they can’t afford to at this time of year, the latest RNS from Mosman Oil and Gas (MSMN) would almost have been amusing, it was so farcical!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Business models that are fecked - European banks to cash guzzlers on AIM

The last podcast recorded with the audience of my father for a few days sees a few comments on how he yearns for the socialist paradise of Albania in the good old days. Whatever. I look at Nostra Terra (NTOG) and what it must do and another bear point for Avanti Communications (AVN) I had overlooked, at FastForward (FFWD) and why it is such a dog with fleas and at broken business models in both new media and the European Banks. The truth is that the Emperor's New Clothes, in both cases, really are not that impressive.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 20 January - Arguing with the UK's top share blogger Paul Scott again

Warning: This podcast contains bad language and some not terribly PC remarks about the Germans. A bit of an argument this morning with Paul Scott, Britain's top share blogger, on the subject of TrakM8 (TRAK). For once he sounded like a bit of a stale bull and I go through the bull excuses when faced with analysis like THIS. I am right on this one. Then it is on to Nostra Terra (NTOG) and Independent Resources (IRG) as well as Northern Petroleum (NOP) and Armadale Capital (ACP). I did not cover Corero (CNS) but I see its shares are slipping so should ask "when is the placing" and I gave Jabba The Hutt a break today but if you need a fix there is an LGO expose HERE

Nostra Terra; expansion drive makes this a speculative buy

Waiting for more drilling results from recent acquisitions and looking for fresh deals, US-focused Nostra Terra Oil and Gas (NTOG) is ‘now able to go for some bigger opportunities,’ declares chief executive officer Matt Lofgran, as the company digests last month’s agreement to obtain 1% of the 35,000-acre San Miguel property in South Texas. He says Nostra Terra, which doubled production last year to 35,380 barrels of oil equivalent, hopes to benefit from the depressed state of the oil market by picking up more hoped-for bargains, after securing the White Buffalo prospect in Wyoming and acquiring two properties on the sought-after 870 million-acre Eagle Ford oil shale trend in South Texas.
