Pantheon Resources (PANR) has a market cap of close to £1 billion but isn’t yet producing oil, which begs the question as to whether or not it is worth the current valuation and how much risk is attached to buying it at this level.
The top non-Tom article this week is Pantheon Resources – Bullshit time warp by Peter Brailey at number 3 or number 9 if you include the Bearcast and Tom’s new shareshow.
I wrote about Pantheon Resources (PANR) at the start of this year, prior to the Talitha A well. The results reported in April waffled greatly about the fantastic well log and data collection results and technical information obtained. Last week saw the company release a presentation with high technical content and plenty of management estimates. I see the same bullshit pattern of share promotion previously seen from the company playing out once again.
Now this really is exciting! Back on the markets I look at Versarien (VRS) after TWO explosive exposes on this website today, Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) St James House (SJH), Pantheon Resources (PANR) and naughty Colin Bird and Xtract Resources (XTR)
Pantheon Resources (PANR) will be drilling one of the few big number exploration wells investors can gain exposure to in 2021, with its Talitha A well in Alaska. This company’s track record really make me question if it is it worth the risk, but the Market Capitalisation nails the flow of my investment cash.
Pantheon Resources (PANR) today completed a massive placing and Primary Bid offer at 31p. The shares were 33.7p bid (off 4.5%) yesterday but on the 13th they were 40p with some mug punters paying well North of that. On 11th November with the shares at 31p broker WH Ireland published a lengthy research note.
Yesterday Pantheon Resources (PANR) confirmed that Haliburton has handed its 25% interest in the Alaskan Alkaid project and Phecda prospect back to the company for nothing. As one of the world’s leading oil services companies, Haliburton has surely confirmed Pantheon has a further crap asset to add to its growing portfolio.
Early this year we showed the Shorted AIM shares at the start of 2019. How's the performance at the end of July? (those in bold remain from 2018)...

Eight days ago Pantheon Resources (PANR) issed an RNS proclaiming a "successful flow test" of the Alkaid well. Its shares zoomed. Today we have an "update." Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. The shares have slumped by 27% to 20.5p and I suspect that initial reaction is way too generous.
The drilling and testing of the Winx-1 well on the North Slope, in Alaska, has been so farcical that it would almost be comical if it wasn’t for the fact that vast sums of money have been lost as a result of it. As is the norm with this type of exploration drill, social media has been awash with all sorts of rumours, and self-proclaimed drilling/reservoir engineers seem to have sprung out of nowhere armed with diagrams to show why it would be a huge find and was even better than some of the existing discoveries in the region – in reality though, many of the ‘experts’ are online avatars and could just as easily be someone who works down the local chippie and their actual experience of oil involves a deep fat fryer!...
I start with a few thoughts on Brexit and equity valuations. Then I discuss allegations of systematic market abuse via Bulletin Boiards and twitter and reflect on how you should make your own investment decisions. Finally a few words on the Winx debacle in Alaska, Red Emperor (RMP), Pantheon Resources (PANR) and 88 Energy (88E). If you enjoyed this, less than PC, bearcast, follow a bloke from the Grim North who donated enough to buy a whole house in the welfare safari and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.
In today's podcast I look at Rightmove (RMV), Cluff Natural Resources (CLNR), Red Emperor (RMP), Pantheon Resources (PANR), 88 Energy (88E) and Gear4Music (G4M). Now I want you to consider Jim Mellon. I am not always that kind to him but he has today pledged a material sum to sponsor the Rogue Bloggers walk for Woodlarks for which I thank him greatly. If Jim can do that so can you, I am sure all listeners can spare a tenner (or more) so please donate HERE
I suggest listening to my Neil Woodford scandal bonus bearcast first HERE but I have another bone to pick with Susan Searle, the chairman of Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) on how she has screwed investirs today. Then I look nat Red Emperor (RMP), 88 Energy (88E), Pantheon Resources (PANR) and at Cabot Energy (CAB). Finally a look at the latest woes at Revolution Bars (RBG) - you really would have thought that Britain's thirstiest share blogger would have nailed this as his specialist subject but it appears not. If you enjoyed this podcast please support the EIGHT rogue bloggers for Woodlarks with a small donation HERE
Oh dear, oh dear… the much hyped Winx well in Alaska is not working out so well for Pantheon Resources (PANR) and operator 88 Energy (88E)
TW Note: Evil was a bull of this shite at 130p at which point I called him out. The shares are now 24p, Cawky has been long and wrong for far too long. Back to Tim...
Having previously noted a respectable showing from the start of 2018 top shorted London-listed shares, how was the performance of the AIM shares then shorted?...
From the FCA's spreadsheet of short positions required to be disclosed to it, the following shows the shorted AIM shares with positions from 2017 and thus far in 2018 (by net short position %) - and if this position has increased (red), reduced (green) or remained unchanged (black) since last week...
I am shortly off to stay with my mother in law in the Grim North for a couple of days. Joy to the world! I am made angry by Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and Turner Pope and comment on that. I look also at Totally (TLY), Range Resources (RRL), AO World (AO.), Pantheon Resources (PANR), Plant Health Care (PHC), BCA Marketplace (BCA) and ASOS (ASC).
As ever, the City's top oil analyst, Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel is bang on the money with his comments on today's news of a $16 million fund raise at a minimum of 15.25p by perennial uber dog Pantheon Resources (PANR). The great man writes:

Today's bearcast comes from the Corinth Canal and covers MX Oil (MX), Versarien (VRS), Pantheon Resources (PANR) and Andrew Monk's poor old mum being bullied by her stockbroker son about her will and tax planning. Actually I make a serious point on this issue for poor old Mrs Monk

In today's bearcast I help my pal Mr Lenigas out and answer his question as to why shares in Angus (ANGS) are not rising after the Balcombe flow results yesterday. I look at Blue jay (JAY) where it is placing ahoy, Pantheon Resources (PANR), Optibiotix (OPTI) and in detail at Malcolm's favourite penny dreadful, Feedback (FDBK) and its risible trading statement today.

In today's podcast i look at tweets from Big Dave Lenigas which at every level would, in the US, see him heading for the cell next to the one being prepared for Tesla's Elon Musk. He just cannot substantiate what he is saying. I then look at Pantheon Resources (PANR), have a question about May 25 2019 and the Horse Hill Woodlarks walk, at Condor Gold (CNR), one of Jim Mellon's dogs, at Imaginatik (IMTK) at what price would I buy for Vin Murria? Finally there is a detailed look at Marechale Capital (MAC) a true AIM Casino POS. The goat milking video to which I refer is HERE and the latest Hovel photos are HERE

Some house business: bulletin board moron of the week has returned. We ceased this long-running column earlier in the year when we had successfully cleared all bulletiin boards of all morons. But they have oozed back and it is time for you to take out the trash.

Bluejay (JAY) says it knows of no reason why its shares have fallen in the past couple of days. Sorry but that is 100% bollocks. It knows the reason, I tell you what it is and Bluejay's denial is a massive red flag. How did Nomad SP Angel - of MySquar infamy - sign off on this crap? I also look at Pantheon Resources (PANR) where the choice is dilution route A or dilution route B and at Imaginatik (IMTK). I know Vin Murria, of whose fan club I am the founder & life President, walks on stockmarket water but....
Early this year we showed Shorted AIM shares at the start of 2018. After the latest month, how's performance?...
In today's podcast I look once again at Argo BlockChain (ARB) filling in a few errors and ommissions by Cynical Bear. I cover Ascent Resources (AST) which looks grim, WanDisco (WAND) and Pantheon Resources (PANR) where, once again, I demonstrate what a terribly nice chap I am.

You have less than a week of me berating you but as we celebrate Optibiotix (OPTI) reaching 100p ( twice) today I ask you to spare a tenner for a great cause. We are more than 80% of the way to hitting our £20,000 walk for Woodlarks target so ahead of 32 miles of pain for myself, Brokerman Dan & Lucian Miers please donate HERE. Elsewhere I look at IQE (IQE), Frontera (FRR), SalvarX (SALV), Pantheon Resources (PANR), Golden Prospect Precious Metals (GPPM) and finally what may be a major scandal at Cabot Energy (CAB).

I have no idea how the Brexit farce will pan out and who indeed will be PM this time next year. But it could well be Comrade Corbyn running a coalition of chaos. How will that play out on the markets this autumn and where will that leave those with no cash needing to raise money? In that vein I look at Amur Minerals (AMC) and Pantheon Resources (PANR). This bearcast has been delayed by a sweaty and lazy Bulgar as I explain here

I explain why Steffi has been a naughty PR girl (again) as I consider Andalas (ADL) - a worthless and insolvent dog which is still not coming clean. The prize is for anyone who can explain the Online Blockchain (OBC) gibberish spouted today. It really is nonsense is it not? I also want to know how it is doing in terms of cashburn and there is no pointer to that. I look at FastJet (FJET). Its PR firm - Citigate - once tried to fight off my legitimate - and now vindicated - critique of its (lack of cash) position and its failure to answer questions by saying I was motivated by a hatred of Greeks - its PR bird being a bubble. Oh the irony. Citigate, employer of fragrant Eleni Menikou, your bosses are still free speech denying, journalist smearing wankers and your client is still fucked. I also look at Westminster (WSG) and Pantheon Resources (PANR). Right I am now off on a training walk. Brokerman Dan and I have now raised more than £5,000. We are seeking to raise £20,000 for Woodlarks. That will be a game changer for a great charity. 95% of listeners have NOT donated. To those who have I say thank you. To the rest, I know you can afford a tenner. Please cough up now HERE

Sorry Matt Earl. Brokerman Dan says that if we raise our target £20,000 for Woodlarks with our 30 mile charity walk on July 28 he will do the last mile in his underpants. We will have cameras on hand and splash it all over the internet. Thanks to all who have donated but 95% of bearcast listeners have yet to do so although we are already 23% of the way there. I start with the latest developments on Julie Meyer and hint at what is coming next from myself and also from John Galt. Julie you ain't seen nothing yet. Praise be the Lord. Then it is onto Westminster Group (WSG) and someone almost as loathsome as Meyer, that is to say ex Tory MP fat Tony Baldry. Then I look at Eden Reseearch (EDEN) which fat Tone knows well, Pantheon Resources (PANR), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), the tossers at the FT, Jubilee Metals (JLP) and other Beuafort Securities victims and Interserve (IRV) and the tools at the FCA.
The dossier is now submitted. More on that later if Joshua has a nap. Pro tem I look at Pantheon Resources (PANR), Mirriad Advertising (MIRI), Ascent (AST), Vela (VELA) and why capitalism sometimes stinks - and at Greggs (GRG)

Interrupted by a vomiting cat and by Amazon delivery men this is my third stab at a podcast today. In it I cover FlowGroup (FLOW), Avanti Communications (AVN) and Inmarsat (ISAT), BCA Marketplace (BCA), the crock of shit that is Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) and Pantheon Resources (PANR), also a crock. And I revisit Air Partner (AIR) which is still not answering a key question. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
I have not slept since Saturday and I am cream crackered. I discuss a few of the movies I watched flying to and from New York. Naturally watching Paddington 2 for the second and then third time was the highlight but there was also Atomic blonde which had great eighties music and lots of violence with commies getting killed. That's fine by me but there were certain scenes I felt a bit uncomfortable watching. I digress. On today's bearcast I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Mothercare (MTC) and the idea of we bears "preying" on retailers as legal wankers Linklaters suggest. I look at Avanti (AVN) and Pantheon (PANR) and recall an interview I did with Colin Bird. I also look at Nakama (NAK) and discuss how events can spiral badly for a company seen to be in trouble. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and not one but, now, two special guests. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
Is there any good news in today's latest 'fess up to a feck up RNS from Pantheon Resources (PANR). Er no... it is bad, badder and just a tad misleading.

I am a bear of Pantheon Resources (PANR) as explained again in today's bearcast. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel does not seem to be much of a fan either. In his morning email he opines:
The Mrs plays Radio 4's Today programme to annoy me. Today it was some lazy and greedy lefty teacher bleating on about how overworked and underpaid she was. Try being an entrepreneur - the folks whose efforts pay your bloated wages - you pampered bitch. From that I look at IQE (IQE) and why Getafix is wrong with his comments today, Pantheon Resources (PANR), Polemos (PLMO), RM2 (RM2), Andalas (ADL), Katoro (KAT) and Renold (RNO).
Early this year we showed Shorted AIM shares at the start of 2018. After the latest month, how's performance?...
At the weekend we updated on performance of start of 2018 top shorted London-listed shares. At the commencement of the year we also showed Shorted AIM shares at the start of 2018. Following the recent 'crash', how's also their performance?...
In today's podcast I spend a lot of time looking at Pantheon Resources (PANR) - when is the next bailout placing? I make wider observations about this sector. There is then a direct challenge to Mileestone (MSG) about Lyin' Larry and to its Nomad Cairn Financial. I then look at Mila (MILA) and MySquar (MYSQ) commenting on how some AIM CEO's groom BBMs like peadophiles groom their victims. Sam Antar has made the same analogy . It is all about gaining trust.
Shares in Pantheon Resources (PANR) are slumping today, off 25% at 52p on an operational update which can, at best, be described as a Curate's Egg. I have long viewed this company as unexciting, at best, and find the unbridled enthusiasm of some of its bulletin board moron shareholders just impossible to fathom. I am not the only cynic. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel opines today:
The Bulletin Board Morons are starting to froth once again about Pantheon Resources (PANR). I cannot see why. Its latest operational update is, at best, opaque. The City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel puts it far better than I can. Over to the maestro who opines:
It is all very well saying that tiddly little companies like Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) or Eden Research (EDEN) are worthless cash guzzling frauds heading for 0p but they are just very hard to short. That both stocks will hit zero is a given. In the end frauds always run out of other people's money. What you want are stocks you can short which look almost certain to collapse. And right now you need them badly as a hedge. A hedge against what?
The story of our week has been our turmoil with generic file hosting PLC, Audioboom. It's a sad fall for them. Created in 2013 as Audioboo, the service was intended as a resource for journalists (and musicians) to create audio clips as easiily as taking a picture. Founder Mark Rock talks about how instrumental Audioboo was during the Arab Spring uprisings here.
On 25 January 2016 I accused Pantheon Resources (PANR) of being a mug punter fave and of being ready to do a placing. A huffy puffy PR person got a huffy puffy FD to call me to tell me that I was talking bollocks. The City was reassured that I was a prize poltroon/failed fund manager/pizza delivery boy/drunk and , assisted by a scandalously ramptastic operations update, the company raised $30 million at 115p in early March. Why is this ancient history so important?
From the FCA's spreadsheet of short positions required to be disclosed to it, the following shows the shorted AIM shares with positions from 2016 and thus far in 2017 (by net short position %) - and if this position has increased (red), reduced (green) or remained unchanged (black) since last week...
This is a long podcast as there is much to cover. On the agenda: Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), Milestone Group (MSG), Metals Exploration (MTL), Servision (SEV), Pantheon Resources (PANR), Fusionex (FXI), SalvaRx (SALV), Telit Communications (TCM) Jim Slater & PEG investing and finally the Aussie Poltroons Slater & Gordon (SGH)
In today's podcast recorded with an audience of my Guardian reading father who is torturing me by reading out snippets from the ghastly left wing rag, I start with a look at Pantheon Resources (PANR). I then cover FastJet (FJET) - having a swipe at its smearing scumbag low-life PR fucking geniuses at Citigate Dewe Rogerson en passant - , Avocet Mining (AVM), Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) and African Potash (FRAUD). Then it is onto Redcentric (RCN) and MXC Capital (MXCP) and the challenge for Mark Gustafson, Mr bullshitter at Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL).
I have long held the view that Pantheon Resources (PANR) over-egged the pudding with regard to its US asset base in order to get away its major equity issue of March. It seems that I am not alone and the City's top oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips agrees and has gone on the attack in a very hostile note out this morning. I would not touch this stock with a bargepole pro tem but over to the king for his attack...
I covered Pantheon Resources (PANR) twice on Monday in relation to Evil Knievil's dire trade HERE and in relation to its dire statement HERE. On iii shamed cash for copy tipster Malcolm Graham Wood has made the bull case for the shares. He is talking cock from start to finish and I take his comments apart one by one in this bonus podcast.
From the FCA's spreadsheet of short positions required to be disclosed to it, the following details the shorted AIM shares at the end of August (by net short position %) - and if this position has increased (red), reduced (green) or remained unchanged (black) since last month...
How do you lose money dealing on the "inside track" Ask bear raider Evil Knievil who has taken a monumental bath on Pantheon Resources (PANR) a company we again warn you about in bearcast today HERE.
In a while I must go asremble a cot. It won't be like a cot of old but is bound to have 85 parts, six types of screw, an Allan Key and instructions designed for a Nobel Prize winner. It is like a heroic task from Greek mythology and I expect to be in a bad mood soon. So for that reason and one other I record early. On the agenda: Cloudtag (CTAG), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Pantheon Resources (PANR), 88 Energy (88E), Vipera (VIP), XCite Energy (XEL) and Strat Aero (AERO) and only en passant the fraudsters at African Potash (AFPO). This podcast is long and detailed.
Pantheon Resources (PANR) shares have plunged from 140p to just 90p since my pal the bear raider Evil Knievil bought 400,000 of them a couple of months ago - win some, lose some old boy! This is a mug punter fave but if I were a shareholder the question I would be asking is just how much cash is left in the kitty and when is the placing?

Pantheon Resources (PANR) has had some success with the drill bit recently, but not enough to justify the sharp increase in share price. This oil and gas company is focused on East Texas where it has a 50% working interest in four licences in Tyler and Polk counties, with conventional targets in the Woodbine/Eagle Ford sandstones there.

Pantheon Resources (PANR) has been AIM’s success story of the autumn, but the market’s reaction to this morning’s reaction looks overblown. The VOS#1 well, in which the company holds a 50% stake, has encountered natural gas and oil in an unexpected zone at 12,600ft. On the face of it this is good news, but there are some cautionary warnings that investors should not get too excited just yet. Despite these the market has reacted joyously and Pantheon’s share price is up 16.2% at 86p last seen.
