With yet another hat tip to reader J, I bring you evidence that, on Wednesday, Eurasia Mining (EUA) deceived investors with regard to its new “Independent” non-executive director. Proper companies simply do not behave in this way.
With a hat tip to reader J, here is another red flag. That is to say, Eurasia Mining (EUA) deceiving investors with the first RNS, after its utterly unexplained share suspension.
On Monday 16 May at 7.40 AM, shares in AIM listed Bulletin board darling Eurasia Mining (EUA) were temporarily suspended at just under 8p “pending an announcement.” At 6.18PM on Tuesday 17th (today) came that announcement. Eurasia “confirms it has no material new developments to notify” and so trading will resume on Wednesday 18th. So the shares were suspended for two days for an announcement that nothing had changed. That is insane. It gets more insane.
At 7.40 AM, an RNS appeared, announcing that trading in Eurasia Mining (EUA) shares had been “temporarily suspended pending an announcement.” It is now 1 PM, and there has been no announcement. So, what is going on? It could be good news for the shareholders, though I suspect it may not be. But who knows?
As folks guzzled on the covid testing hype, one man grew very rich. Graham Mullis was CEO of Novacyt (NCYT), a nothing biotech perennial dog, which just happened to have a test. Mullis was to be awarded a cash bonus, the size of which was dependent on the share price as of October 17 2020.
On 24 March 2022, BlueJay Mining (JAY) announced its plans to drill at the Disko-Nuussuaq project in Greenland; this was the excitement needed for investors to stump up $7 million, for a placing at 7p. How distant are the days when disgraced Nomad and broker, SP Angel, set a 40p+ target and dumped its own shares at well north of 10p? I digress. Wind forward 18 days to today.
This morning’s RNS from Eurasia Mining (EUA) smacks of desperation. It’s missing any update on the only topic that shareholders are interested in: the sale; or the “liquidity event” as Eurasia referred to it in its 14th of February RNS. We’ve repeatedly highlighted issues with the supposed sale here on ShareProphets, but it should now be crystal clear that the political risk in Russia is off the chart, meaning that no non-Russian company is ever going to buy a mining asset in Russia! And any Russian company will simply do what Putin tells them to do.
On 23 September 2021 the AGM of Versarien (VRS) voted to reappoint PWC as its auditors. Today we discover PWC has resigned and been replaced with the rather less top drawer BDO LLP. And there is more. This stinks.
So Russian troops have ”invaded” the Ukraine. Well to be accurate they have entered the two districts which are overwhelmingly Russian and where the folks almost certainly want to be part of Russia. And to be totally accurate, Russian troops have actually already been there since 2014. But listening to the BBC earlier let’s not get inconvenient facts get in the way: Britain, the EU and the USA are already imposing sanctions. So where does this leave Eurasia Mining (EUA), shares in which are off another 12% to 16.25p – almost 60% down from peak ramp 14 months ago and heading rapidly for an 18 month low?
Following on from Evil Banksta’s most excellent article on Friday about the £640 million joke at Eurasia Mining (EUA) it is quite clear that Nomad SP Angel does not give a FF about its clients shares being remotely orderly in its markets as we have seen with the scandals at the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud and at BlueJay Mining (JAY) where Angel pumped the stock aggressively so it could dump its own shares on mug punters. I have therefore written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation suggesting that it force an announcement
Today marks three months since Eurasia Mining (EUA) last updated the market on the status of its supposed sale process. The “sale” is on a par with a DFS furniture sale, having now lasted two years and three months since it was first announced, yet with no sign of an end in sight! Frankly I think that it’s obvious that the sale (if there ever was one) has fallen through. On today’s anniversary I’m calling out to SP Angel to bring this farce to a close. Pull your finger out SP Angel, do your job and force some proper disclosure from your client!
The elephant in the room is that Union Jack’s (UJO) disgraced boss David Bramhill has spent vast amounts of shareholders cash hiring spooks to spy on and troll shareholders, journalists and his own advisers as exposed HERE. That makes Union Jack shares toxic and today’s utterly misleading trading statement will not change that.
I have been sent a new document sent by corporate spooks Fortisat to its client Union Jack Oil (UJO), “Investigation Update Report” 22nd October. It is utterly damning and suggests that the company was aware and sanctioning activity which is a clear breach of the rules set out by the Information Commissioner, not to say utterly creepy. Resignations or sackings must surely result from this expose. In today’s article I shall name some of those targetted by Union Jack and is shameless boss David Bramhill.
I discuss the arrests made on 29 December in the USA and why the FCA should look at some of the activities of folks in the UK small cap world. Case studies include Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Chill Brands (CHLL). I then move on to Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and its news today, Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and also Verditek (VDTK), which I reckon is a zero for 2022 but since it can’t be shorted is not one of my tips of the year. To JP, sorry I have no idea why Peel Hunt quit as broker to Bushveld (BMN) but I suspect it gave three months notice. Leaving SP Angel as sole broker can’t be seen as good news. It is like firing our beloved West Ham as joint broker to retain the sole services of Chesterfield Town.
Last night at 5.11pm – no-one-is-watching o’clock – AIM-listed URU Metals (URU) ‘fessed up that it had taken a C$950,000 loan from CEO John Zorbas last June. That, of course, is a related party transaction which therefore should have been disclosed but rules are for little people…
A reader presents a seasonal offering. I am sure you can match the tunes to the carols below.
Only kidding. These rules are bonkers. I discuss looming covid tests as I start to prepare to make my way back to Airstrip One. Then it is onto Nomad SP Angel and two of its clients, Versarien (VRS) and Union Jack Oil (UJO). Will John Meyer and his colleagues do thedecent thing for once?
As Peter disclosed earlier this week he is the journalist on this website that Union Jack Oil (UJO) paid the bastards at Fortisat to compile a dossier on with all sorts of very personal information plus ludicrous assertions. David Bramhill, the now disgraced, boss of Union Jack has admitted that there are around 20 such dossiers. Peter has now written, as you can see in a redacted manner to protect private addresses and phone numbers, to Union Jack demanding that it hand him any of the 20 dossiers which mention him. David Bramhill promises me …
Tom recently revealed that an AIM company had apparently spent £40,000 investigating the background of a journalist on this site. I understand the revolting dossier included details of the writer, his partner and his Ex and his business. The report was trying to pin the leaking of this companies’ placings on an individual, and doing so in a very nasty way. I have not seen the report. Tom has it and has let me know the highlights. So, Mr David Bramhill, of Union Jack Oil (UJO), step forward and take the honours. You investigated me with your £40,000 Private Investigators. You, Mr Bramhill, are a xxxx — and I make no apologies for that language. You are Scum.
Previously writing on Lekoil Limited (LEK) I noted dynamite accusations from its own operating subsidiary, and also more woe for SP Angel?. Now that operating subsidiary, in which it has a 40% equity interest, Lekoil Nigeria, has announced it is to make an offer for Lekoil Limited shares and Lekoil Limited has responded…
I do not name the company but the dossier is one one of the journalists here. It concludes that he has done nothing wrong but it goes through utterly uncalled for very personal details about him, his world view, his girl friend, his work and more. It made my skin crawl and the company that spunked £40,000 on this document should be utterly ashamedof itself. I have put in a call and let it know that behaving like this towards one of our journalists is asking for a lot of trouble. It is repellant and I am on the warpath. I then look at theSP Angel/Union Jack Oil (UJO) scandal, at Nanosynth (NNN), Powerhouse (PHE) explaining the RNS/RNS Reach issue in full. Finally I discuss Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX).
A couple of years ago we exposed how SP Angel had been ramping the arse off Bluejay Mining (JAY) with ludicrous price targets while secretly dumping its entire holding at a fraction of the stated target. In other words it was selling its shares to the same folks who wanted to buy because of its ramping. SP Angel should have lost its license from the FCA then and the regulators should have been pressing charges against the individuals involved. The regulators did nowt and now we come to Union Jack Oil (UJO).
Previously writing on Lekoil (LEK) I noted announces results but shares still suspended. Yet more farce. Today its operating business in which it has a 40% equity interest, Lekoil Nigeria, has released a letter concluding that “in the absence of any satisfactory response, we shall initiate requisite steps to enforce the interests of all minority shareholders”. From bad to worse?…
This is the market rumour. Shard rather than the listed broker the fraudster’s pals SP Angel is apparently running the book. I have given the company the opportunity to deny it but it seems to have declined that opportunity. Apparently much of the cash is for an acquisition the rest for general corporate purposes yak yak yak. Given the broker apparently in charge…
Shares in Versarien (VRS) are being pumped by Bulletin Board speculation that the company has won a “major role” in HS2. If that is the case Versarien should announce the deal with hard numbers via an RNS. But it has not, it has leaked the story to “Punchline” the No 1 source of Business News in Gloucester. And then cult followers have spread the link all over the internet.
I questioned the other day whether Justin “the Clown” Waite was somewhat lax in his personal holdings disclosures with regards to penny share dreadfuls that he was pumping and, perhaps dumping. But that is not the real scandal of Vox Markets where the clown is not only an employee but a director. And who has revealed the real scandal? The clown himself!
Nomad and broker SP Angel of the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) infamy specialises in shite penny dreadful mining stocks and its lead analyst is John Meyer who also has a gig doing videos for interactive investors. And here John and ii score a perfect fail for transparency.
That wasted an hour of my life but it looks like all systems go for Saturday when Steve Moore will be in charge of this website while Joshua and I head to the Greek Hovel. In today’s podcast I look at bitcoin’s latest dump and Argo Blockchain (ARB) and at Dev Clever (DEV) and its joke acquisition. That required a bit of work for me at Companies House as did researching today’s smoke and mirrors deal from Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) – how did Nomad SP Angel sign off on this cobblers? I then look at Avacta (AVCT), Zoetic (ZOE), MyHealthChecked (MHC), Bidstack (BIDS) and the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME). Where are its results?
Following its very belated admission that the face nappy market had imploded, Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) needs a new way to promote its shares. Today’s effort will not impress even the most credulous of its deluded followers – an £80,000 sale to a £3 company. Whatever…
First it was the CEO, then a NED and now the CFO has quit, drowning in debt, AIM dog Lekoil (LEK) of fake sheikh infamy. But the resignation letter of Edward During is dynamite. Lekoil itself has not put out a statement on this matter but Lekoil Nigeria, which it owns 40% of and seems to be at war with, has. Kerboom. How long can these shares remain unsuspended? Is the Nomad, hapless SP Angel of the fraud MySquar infamy, not considering whether to walk? It should be but, then again, it is morally bankrupt.
The comedy continues at AIM uber-dog Lekoil (LEK) of fake sheikh scam infamy. Three directors of Lekoil have today resigned and have written to AIM Regulation asking those crack regulators to investigate the company. Cripes do they not know about the Oxymorons? You may remember that on June 10 Lekoil fired its CEO, Mr. Olalekan Akinyanmi. On the grounds that he was also CEO of Lekoil Nigeria in which the AIM dog has a 40% stake.
Most AIM sewer companies have, perhaps, 2 Nomads every five years. Sometimes your company grows so you upgrade to a bigger firm. Or the reverse can happen. Or maybe a Nomad goes bust. Or perhaps you just have a personality clash. But to have multiple Nomads suggests something worse is afoot, that the Nomads might actually be baulking at what is going on. In that vein, consider the record of Versarien (VRS).
Writing on Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) earlier this week, we noted “pleased to announce” results but unacceptable boardroom greed. There is now a “Modification to Executive Bonus Plan” announcement which is a vicyory for Tom Winnifrith and great news for shareholders.
The number of lies told by this company is so great that I have almost lost count. But then Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) is listed on the AIM Sewer where rule 67 states “Any company can lie to investors via RNS or in podcasts with Justin the Clown or that imbecile Zak Mir and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation will do absolutely nothing about it.” Okay I made that bit up. And so, with no great hope of it doing anything about quite blatant RNS lying, I have written to AIM Regulation about Remote Monitored Systems and its Nomad and broker SP Angel asking for an investigation into a new £1.5 million lie that emerged yesterday. The letter is below:
I shall turn to the abject full-year results and trading update from Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) in due course. Suffice to say, what is unfolding is exactly what myself and Gary Newman have predicted so many times and the shares, though down sharply today, remain on the bargepole list. The real shocker is buried in the waffle and the cashflow statement.
On Monday morning, Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) boss Harry Adams said he was unaware of anyone opposing a plan which would have seen him trouser a $1.5 million cash bonus – on top of his annual drawings of £337,000 – within two years just for doing his job. I made it bloody clear that I was livid and would vote against all proposals at the forthcoming AGM if Harry did not think again. Today he did the right thing and thought again.
Union Jack Oil (UJO) is “delighted to report that mobilisation in respect of well testing, initially on the West Newton B-1Z well, is expected to commence in May 2021”. That means that significant news flow is ahoy.
I can exclusively reveal that Neill Ricketts will be announcing later today the launch by Versarien (VRS) of a new range of graphene-enhanced CBD Range and that in order to maximise value for shareholders, this new division, Versarien Blockchain CBD, is to be spun off onto the AIM casino via a separate IPO. In terms of the cash needed for the project, Ricketts says “funding secured.”
Union Jack Oil (UJO) has announced an online consultation has been launched as part of a public planning consultation process on a proposed hydrocarbon development of the West Newton A site (‘WNA’). So what’s the import?
On 13th January Arc Minerals (ARCM) announced that it had “received a formal notice from Anglo Exploration Zambia Ltd (“Anglo American”)… that, following due diligence, it is sufficiently satisfied to give notice to conduct negotiations in respect of a commercial transaction prior to the expiry of the extended exclusivity period of 180 days”. On 15th February the company hosted an investor webinar and on 5th March it was “pleased to announce that it has appointed Rothschild & Co as its retained financial adviser, effective immediately”. As the shares rose there has now followed “Surrender of Share Options” and ‘Placing and Acquisition’ announcements…
It is not as if this company has not already had problems with Nomad’s quitting because of rule breaches and misleading statements before, is it? But with Eurasia’s (EUA) current Nomad being the fraudster’s Nomad of choice, SP Angel of MySquar (MYSQ) infamy, I guess that sticking to the rules is not actually needed. So that is alright then.
The long-running saga of AIM-listed Mediazest (MDZ) and its full results continued this morning, with first a promise to release full numbers for the year to September 2021 eventually replaced with a promise to offer up numbers to September 2020 next week. Apart from the comedic cock-up involving Mediazest’s crystal ball, how sure can we be that the promised numbers will indeed be served up in the coming week? Not very, I fancy!
On 21 January, joke graphene company Versarien (VRS) published interim results which misled investors as to its net debt position by classifying a £1.96 million (illegal) Government loan as a trade payable not as a loan. Having deceived folks with this presentation, loathsome boss Neill Ricketts was again selling shares, this time 1.65 million of them. Now, after I complained to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and hapless Nomad SP Angel of fraud MySquar infamy, Versarien has ‘fessed. But even so, it does so in a misleading and deceptive fashion reinforcing why its shares are so utterly uninvestable.
The whole Eurasia Mining (EUA) story stinks more and more with each day that goes by. Today’s episode started at no-one is watching O’Clock, 6.02 PM, with a statement that begs more questions than it answers. You may remember that on January 27, shares in the company slumped by 40% as it emerged that the company’s high profile boardroom M&A Advisor Alexei Churakov had dumped 27.4 million shares at 29p. That evening, I revealed HERE how Company Secretary Keith Byrne had apparently been reassuring private investors who inhabited a secret Telegram group that this was not an issue as Churakov had left some time ago.
You would have thought that after the last scandal we exposed, where Zak Mir acted as a good German and posted on the private Telegram chatroom false ramps on the orders of a Eurasia Mining (EUA) director, the company would be a bit more careful about how it discloses information. Think again. Today the shares crashed by 40% as it was announced that M&A director Alexei Chukov dumped 27.4 million shares at 29p. On the “private and secret” Telegram chatroom punters panicked as we showed you HERE.
This is like shooting fish in a barrel. It is such a slam dunk and so easy that my cat could spot it. And best off, SP Angel the fraudster’s favourite Nomad has signed off on the lie. This morning, Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) has announced in a semi-literate release drafted by Justine James of Alma PR:
To misquote Mark Antony: “I come not to bury Caesar, but to praise him”. Yesterday morning, it was announced that the odious boss of Versarien (VRS), Neill Ricketts, had sold 1.65 million shares at 53.919p. Normally you would expect me to say this was yet another red flag. But on this occasion, I do not.
The results were so shockingly bad that it is hard to see why Versarien (VRS) bothered to mislead investors. But it did and in a material way and thus I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation to flag this up and suggesting that odious Neill Ricketts and his disgraced Nomad, SP Angel of the fraud MySquar infamy, be forced to restate reissue a corrected version. The letter is below.
Union Jack Oil (UJO) has announced that it has agreed to acquire a further 15% economic interest in PEDL253 containing the Biscathorpe project, to increase its interest there to 45%, and the shares have edged up. Is Mr Market right or wrong?…
Union Jack Oil (UJO) has noted an update from the operator on progress at the Wressle (Union Jack – 40%), North Lincolnshire, hydrocarbon development site after the workover rig and associated services and equipment have been successfully mobilised…
It can’t be very entertaining being a shareholder in Lekoil (LEK), but get your beer and popcorn at the ready for it sure is entertaining watching from the sidelines as this company goes down the plughole.
Gary Newman got much grief in times gone by for warning folks about this dog. Today, I imagine he will be enjoying extra ouzo with his fishcakes as the shares were suspended from AIM as the one month notice period of, now, former Nomad Strand Hanson came to a close. But what next?
Try as he wanted, Neill could not quite rid his mind of thoughts of that ghostly apparition, the ghost of Christmas past. He tried counting sheep. But more and more of his shareholders kept running away. So he tried to count RNS statements about bogus deals and collaborations that had never amounted to anything. He started with non-deals from 2013 and this game kept him going for a good three quarters of an hour but at some point in mid 2017 he lost count. And at that very moment, the windows once again burst open and the room was filled with freezing cold air.
Braveheart (BIM), the investment vehicle run by Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) boss Trevor Brown who is also a major investor in Braveheart, sold ALL of its Remote shares on 16,17 and 18 November at 2.9p-5p, netting it c£15 million. Not only did Brown sign off on ramptastic RNS statements by Remote on 11 and 16 November pushing the line that the company would, by the end of November, have a machine in Nottingham producing Covid stopping masks but he was also active on twitter pumping the stock. Of course the machine did not arrive in November, something Remote fessed to on 26 November. With more delays since, trial failures and a bailout funding the shares have collapsed to 1.22p. Now back to the pump.
How many letters have I written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation about the lies and market abuse committed by Versarien (VRS)? To their credit, the Oxymorons have, on a number of occasions, forced Versarien to issue a new RNS fessing up to various ghastly truths so they do heed my words sometimes. Anyhow, Versarien has told another porky today and so I have written again.
The advisor to Remote’s largest shareholder Gareth Cave, who wants to kick the chancers off the board, said on Twitter: “I started in the City almost 35 years ago. I have never seen anything like the shareholder revolt brewing at #RMS”. It does look as if Paul Ryan and Trevor Brown will be getting the order of the boot. Cripes, things are so bad that even fellow spiv and a long time promoter of this stock, the Sith Lord Zak Mir, has turned on the board. That is not a rat jumping ship. That is a flea on a rat jumping off the rat after it has jumped ship.
Notwithstanding the receipt of an illegal Government loan from Neill Rickett’s Tory chums and the fact that it had one massive death spiral from Lanstead in place, the cash position of Versarien (VRS) has – as oft predicted here – become so grim that it has had to set up another death spiral to keep the lights on. There is also another daft acquisition which will only add to the cashburn and naturally all this bad news is wrapped up in a grotesquely misleading release which only a Nomad as bent as SP Angel, of the fraud MySquar infamy, could have signed off on.
Brick model events and shows group Live Company (LVCG) Chairman David Ciclitira is “very excited at the chance of adding significant revenues to the group from our new division, which will be achieved with minimal addition to our central overheads. Discussions with our global partners with regards to the expansion of this new division have been very positive and we look forward to providing further information in due course”. The shares have currently responded to 5.25p… er 30% lower!…
Three announcements came this morning from Westminster Group (WSG), the cash-guzzling AIM promote run by sleazy ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy. All add to Tom Winnifrith’s 5th rule of investing: If the porcine piece of slime Tony Baldry is involved, sell.
The bulls are creaming themselves. The shares up by 13% at 40p and the cult-like followers of shameless Neill Ricketts say there are now real revenues from graphene sales. But I think not. The RNS issued by Versarien (VRS) today is utterly disingenuous and no Nomad other than shamed and disgraced fraudsters fave SP Angel would have signed off on it.
On 17 April 2020, worthless AIM promote Bidstack (BIDS) published details of an “independent” study that it claimed validated its technology. Following intense pressure from ShareProphets, AIM regulation forced Bidstack to ‘fess on 27 April that the research was not at all independent but was paid for. In that light, I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and to hapless and shamed Nomad SP Angel about the release issued by Versarien (VRS) yesterday.
Versarien (VRS) is not generating any meaningful revenues from graphene. At a PLC level it is almost out of cash & its debt facilities are almost maxed out. And so notwithstanding the fact that it already has a Lanstead death spiral in place, it needs to get a placing ahoy. Hence a release today which is almost certainly materially misleading if not a slam dunk lie.
Lekoil (LEK) – the AIM casino company of fake sheikh infamy – has today announced that its Nomad, Strand Hanson, will quit with effect from 20 November, that is to say Friday. But fear not, discussions with another Nomad – one would assume the joint broker SP Angel which will act for anyone at all, no questions asked – are “advanced”.
I vaguely recall the demerger of Keras Resources (KRS) and ASX listed Calidus Resources around a year ago, which resulted in shares being distributed to eligible shareholders, but until very recently I wasn’t aware of quite how much fuss had resulted from this, following what appears to have been mistakes made by the company and its incompetent Nomad.
Okay, I know that Neill Ricketts thinks that rules are for little people and since his Nomad is the disgraced SP Angel, which is quite happy to act for proven frauds, it probably does not care either. Maybe the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation need to whir into action?
As the saying goes, these are unprecedented times. But I’m not talking so much about Covid-19 as the manic state of the markets, with special reference to the AIM Casino. And that brings me to my list of five slam-dunk sells for 2020.
On Thursday, there was a “Response to Market Speculation” announcement from Union Jack Oil (UJO), noting “recent market speculation relating to a potential fundraising”…
A “Joint Broker Appointment” announcement from Lekoil (LEK), with a 2.95p share price giving a market cap of £15.8 million. Hmmm…
Yet another Red Flag was hoisted above AIM-listed Yu Group (YU.) Towers this morning as it announced its pleasure at appointing SP Angel as Nomad/Broker. Whilst I have little time for any Nomad, surely ex-appointee Shore Capital carried a little more gravitas than the Nomad to Versarian (VRS) and Eurasia Mining (EUA) not to mentiuon the MySquar )MYSQ) fraud where it turned a blind eye to crime, and SP Angel’s broker side has been hit with the scandal at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). But did Shore Capital walk, or was it pushed?
To put this in context, even morally bankrupt Nomad SP Angel, the Nomad of choice for fraudsters, does not think this news is financially significant and so has forced ramping Neill Ricketts to alert his moronic investors via an RNS reach not an RNS. Natch, folks who think it’s okay to murder journalists don’t care about facts so Versarien (VRS) shares are up 12% at 46p – an £8 million increase in market cap on news that even the Nomad thinks is financially irrelevant!
There are breaches of TR1 rules and a lack of transparency on Versarien’s (VRS) cash position. We need clarity, and that clarity will demonstrate why the £5 million UK taxpayer loan is 100% illegal. I move from one dog to two others: Iconic (ICON) and Supply@ME Capital (SYME) before offering some price targets on Ariana (AAU) where I am a very happy shareholder.
The continuing suspension of Eurasia Mining (EUA) makes no sense at all, at least not without another statement from the company on why it is still suspended. What is happening now is in clear breach of AIM rules. Thus an upstanding and concerned citizen who is, I believe, short of the shares though that is irrelevant has written to morally bankrupt Nomad SP Angel and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, demanding that rules be adhered to. The letter is below:
The China investment into Versarien (VRS) farce began on 15 April 2019 and should have seen boas Neill Rickets sacked by now so what is meant to happen by midnight tomorrow and will we get an RNS?
The most read non-Tom article this week is Two Old Timers: Hochschild and Hertz... by Lucian Miers is just on the leaderboard at number ten or way down at number 18 including Bearcasts and Tom's new shareshow.
Yesterday I explained how Optibiotix (OPTI) has sold 4.5 million shares in Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) on Friday, a trade yet to be announced but where the buyer is clearly already selling. But this scandal is, I believe far, far bigger and should be enough to see SP Angel cold shouldered by the AIM Community.
I start with my training walk of yesterday for rogue bloggers for Woodlarks. i managed 12.5 laps before the sun got to me. In two weeks I must do 50. My next big walk is Tuesday - we are at 36% of target so please do donate HERE. Next up in hargreaves Lansdown (HL.), why not screw your customers as they seem to like it? Then onto share sales in Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) by Optibiotix (OPTI) and what appears to be a scandal involving broker SP Angel. I shall be going to the FCA tomorrow to ask for an enquiry. Finally is Steve O'Hara a liar like Lyin' James Draper of Bidstack (BIDS). Drunken Sailor who is suffering a GroupThink induced lockdown dementia thinks so and also that I am a ramper and should tell folks to sell. I discuss Drunken's concerns in light of a chat with O'Hara and an email from him which I read out.
I have noted many times before that SP Angel is so utterly desperate for clients to fund the coke and hookers bills that it will act for any corporate even a brazen fraud like MySquar (MYSQ). It is morally bankrupt and, without doubt, London's worst Nomad. As such with WH Ireland having quit as Nomad to Eurasia Mining (EUA) over the lying and other matters there was only one Nomad to go to, only one that would act for a company like this.
Myself and some friends from here, the last village in Wales, walked the track around the 3 farthest fields at the Welsh Hovel and it is 1.1 kilometres long. That means that on June 13 I shall walk the circuit 50 times exactly raising the money Woodlarks needs just to survive into 2021. Today I did three laps as I faced a busy day. Tomorrow it will be ten. Please donate a few quid today HERE. In the podcast I consider in long detail the timeline of major share dealings at AJ Bell (AJB) which just does not look right to me. There are a stack of questions going begging. Then it is onto Eurasa (EUA) and what will happen on Friday. Will SP Angel again show that it will act for anyone or will AIM Regulation wade in to ensure Eurasa is booted off the AIM Casino? I discuss that matter in detail.
If morally bankrupt Nomad of choice for fraudsters SP Angel has not agreed to act for it by Friday, Euasia Minining (EUA), whose last Nomad quit in disgust at Eurasia's antics, will see its shares slung off the AIM casino. I wonder if even SP Angel might find acting for this company, valued at suspension at a ludicrous £200 million, a step too far.
Just before the long Easter weekend, Eurasia Mining (EUA), shares in which have now been suspended for more than two months, issued a partial ‘fess up. As I flagged up almost two months ago, Nomad WH Ireland has indeed resigned but why?
As I noted earlier, the RNS issued by Versarien (VRS) is a shambles and opens up all sorts of questions about share dumping by boss Lyin' Neill Ricketts last April. I was set to contact AIM Regulation and the FCA about it but it seems that valiant Tim Kempster has beaten me to it. The Regulators really do need to act on this at once. Tim writes
In today's bearcast I start by apologising to someone who is not a pest at all. Then I again discuss Covid 19 and have another podcast on my own website up today which has some relevance to this. I look at surging markets and am sceptical, at Yourgene (YGEN), Genedrive (GDR), FastJet (FJET) and at Versarien (VRS) which has announced a big China deal which cannot be a fraud given the involvment of top nomad SP Angel in doing due diligence and honest as they come Neill Ricketts in constructing the deal.
Canaccord quit as Nomad to Versarien (VRS) partly because of the social media antics of its CEO Lyin’ Neill Ricketts. Obviously, new Nomad SP Angel does not care about that as it was happy to act for proven fraud MySquar (MYSQ). Do John Meyer and his cronies have any standards at all? And how will AIM Regulation take Neill’s latest lies
Yesterday Versarien (VRS) announced a death spiral on steroids which will only postpone bankruptcy and will see the share price shredded but the RNS was, I believe, an exercise in market manipulation and market abuse. Only a Nomad like SP Angel of the fraud MySquar infamy, could have signed off on it. I have written to the regulators demanding that, again, they take action
Versarien (VRS) this morning announced “subscription to raise £6 million”. Folks looked at the headline and the shares soared to 31p. Ha! Mugged by Ricketts again! Then they read the release. It is bullshit. Death spiral provider Lanstead is not putting up a cent up front and the total amount handed to Neill Ricketts’ bag of shite company over the next two years could well be well below its monthly cashburn! Ricketts really is the most shameless bullshitter and only scumbags like SP Angel, who took over as Nomad after Canaccord resigned, would sign off on such misleading gibberish which contains one MONSTER lie.
Well here is my estimate of when and at what price. But perhaps you have a better idea and might win some Greek Hovel olive oil as a result. Let’s start with a reminder of when Versarien (VRS) runs out of cash. Methinks the maths have got worse.
In today's podcast I look at the overall market bloodbath asking whether we see capitulation and a buying opportunity or if things could get much worse. I look at Bidstack and the speed at which it must complete a bailout placing, at Blue Jay Mining (JAY) and the antics of its disgraced Nomad and broker SP Angel, at Versarien (VRS) and the true import of today's free podcast and finally at AFC Energy (AFC) one of the most overvalued stocks on AIM.
I am not saying that Versarien (VRS) should be slung off the AIM Casino although it is a worthless POS heading rapidly for a cash crisis as it, again, runs out of other people’s money. However, the latest expose about the antics of its CEO Neill Ricketts makes it abundantly clear that he is not fit to run a listed PLC. Since Nomad SP Angel of MySquar infamy will act for any old fraud and does not care I have written to AIM Regulation, which yesterday- after communications from me – forced the company into a fourth fess up RNS in a little over a month - asking that it force him to stand down from the Versarien board.
This is an easy way for SP Angel to show it really is a serious Nomad. Does it think that Versarien (VRS) boss Neill Ricketts lied about share sales he made? If so will it issue a corrective RNS tomorrow and/or resign? Let me start with two tweets made by Ricketts after he dumped £153,750 of shares on 4 January 2018.
In these volatile times shares can move wildly in both directions for all sorts of reasons. And after any sharp movement the regulators will put a call into the company, or on AIM to its Nomad, after if, perhaps there is something that it might wish to release via RNS.
Nine days ago shares in Eurasia Mining (EUA), having rocketed to 7.3p were suspended following “social media” comments which we revealed to be a suggestion that after months of promising to sign an engagement letter with Chinese bank CITIC, that it had signed and was well on the way to making massive disposals. Since then amid a lack of news there has been nothing and he rumour mill is in overdrive. A statement on some of the rumours is needed now as some investors fear they may lose everything while others consider how many Porsches they will be buyng. So what are the rumours?
Yesterday, for the third time in less than a month, Versarien (VRS) was forced by an article on this website and then by AIM regulation to come clean on something, this time a founder director dumping all his shares. Let’s go for a fourth win, the relationship, or lack of it, with BIGT. My letter follows.
Today we have the shock news that Versarien (VRS) has a new Nomad. Not a better Nomad, SP Angel is clearly massively inferior to Canaccord and this begs the question whether Versarien lied to investors on February 10. I have thus written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and to the FCA with a question so simple that even they should be able to answer it.
I have today written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation with regard to Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) and its disgraced Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy, asking if monthly management accounts can be produced to justify statements made just three weeks before the last bailout placing on October 18. If they cannot be produced the regulator needs to take severe action against the company and its Nomad. I write
Yes that shameless promoter James Parsons of Sound Energy (SOU) infamy has a new stock to promote to the gullible. I discuss Sound and his new grossly overvalued POS Regency Mines (RGM). I also look at what was Strat Aero, Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) asking ,in light of today's news, if it has committed securities fraud? Has hapless Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy asked to see management accounts for Geocurve from July to today? If not why not?
I have never been a fan of this dog from the AIM Casino kennels as my scathing coverage on this website demonstrates. But now a shareholder appears to show that Scotgold Resources (SGZ) has committed market abuse. I'd go further, I believe that it has deceived investors on an industrial scale as to its cash needs, ahead of an equity refinancing. After publication of the company's annual report the shareholder has written to regulators flagging up the issue. I will now be contacting regulators and also the company's shameless and disgraced Nomad SP Angel of MySquar and BlueJay Mining infamy, to pursue this matter. The shareholder, Mr C, writes:
Chris Frazer, the knobhead who runs Sirius Minerals (SXX) is today calling for bulletin boards to be shut down and again saying that private investors should only buy shares after seeking advice from regulated folks (Neil Woodford perhaps?) The blame for his company’s shares crashing by 90% and being a potential zero must lie elsewhere. Au contraire. I have lambasted John Meyer of SP Angel many times but his analysis of Sirius, its ghastly errors and dire position is superb. Meyer opines in his morning note today:
I start with the threat of a UK recession, piffle tweeted by the lunatic David Lammy MP, the link to Brexit (minimal) and the stockmarket implications. Then onto Burford (BUR) where events move apace but the company seems to think bear raider Carson Block of Muddy Waters is in legal hot water. Instinctively I side with Block, however if today's Mail is correct and he has closed much of his short while still issuing bearish tweets then is he any better than Chris Oil on Sefton or shamed broker SP Angel on Blue Jay (JAY). On that basis....
Caveat 1: SP Angel which produced this note is house broker to Union Jack Oil (UJO) so is biased. Caveat 2: Zac Phillips no longer works at SP Angel and the new analyst is not fit to lick Zac's boots. Caveat 3: Chris Oil owns stacks of these shares and will sell into any spike while urging others to buy like the dirty little spiv he is. Having said all iof that I can't fault the logic of this detailed note.
Yesterday the grotesquely overvalued spoof that is BlueJay Mining (JAY) was forced to issue a statement relating to its 2018 results in which it stated that the December 31 2018 cash and cash equivalents position was £8.8 million. But below you will find an investor presentation which you can read in full here which was published on 12 March 2019...
“Multi-media content and digital solutions provider”, Immedia (IME) “is pleased to announce it has secured a major AV contract with a blue-chip integrated energy company with headquarters based in Aberdeen”. Its shares have currently responded to 22.5p – er, down more than 6%! Hmmm…
I demonstrated clearly that AIM listed MySquar (MYSQ) was a fraud, founded and run by a lying fraudster Eric Schaer way before it finally folded. The great and the good at AIM Regulation and Nomad SP Angel did nothing about it despite explicit warnings Self important PR fucktard Piers Pottinger stayed on as chairman, standing by his man and ignoring me. PR spawn of Satan Damian McCrystal banked his cheques and carried on spinning. The fraudsters fave journalist (and ADVFN blogger of the year) Ben Harrington ran bogus stories in the Sunday Papers to get bailout placings away. No-one cared about the lies Schaer told. You guys are the establishment and it is far simpler to bank fat salaries and dismiss me as failed fund manager, pizza restaurant employee, yak, yak yak. Well gents you, 1% er bastards who are complicit in a transfer of welath from the many (shareholders) to the few (yourselves), please now read the Singapore Court Documents below branding Schaer a liar, a thief and a fraud. Read, weep and apologise to the Sheriff of AIM and to investors who have lost everything. You were all warned. You are complicit.
I am always very wary of companies with large amounts of debt and that has deterred me greatly from backing Echo Energy (ECHO). Its results were out today and the City’s No 1 oil analyst, Zac “the knife” Phillips of SP Angel has issued a stark warning. The great man opines:
In this bearcast I look at what a dismal failure AIM has become and examine the inherent conflicts of interest which make such failure ( for investors) inevitable. I reference Management Resource Solutions (MRS), Daniel Stewart (DAN), African Potash (AFPO), Arden Partners, Paul Shackleton, Naibu (NBU), Cantor Fitzgerald, Sefton Resources (SER), SP Angel, BlueJay Mining (JAY), Vialogy, Yourgene (YGEN), Quindell (QPP), Globo (GBO) and more. If you enjoyed this how about becoming a hero and donating to rogue bloggers for Woodlarks TODAY HERE
Eight days ago Pantheon Resources (PANR) issed an RNS proclaiming a "successful flow test" of the Alkaid well. Its shares zoomed. Today we have an "update." Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. The shares have slumped by 27% to 20.5p and I suspect that initial reaction is way too generous.
I warned you that Tomco (TOM) was pumping ahead of a placing. Some poor saps ignored that advice and paid up to 4.5p per share earlier this week. I hope they lubed up well as this morning £600,000 was raised at just 2.75p. Ouch! But this money will be pissed away just like all the other monies this POS company has raised. The City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel is damning in his morning email to clients. The great man opines:
We have warned you time and time again that Blue jay Mining, the stock promoted shamelessly by disgraced share promoter Old Mother Michael Walters and SP Angel's John Meyer on the basis of bogus "imminent" offtake deals was one to avoid like the plague. The shares are off by 20% today at 9.1p and, a reliable City source, says that investors are being sounded out about a material placing. But at what price?
Well before the end of June, Tomco (TOM) needs to get away another placing to avoid crash landing in its up alley. To that end, the £3.9 million market cap at 4.3p is a complete rum 'n; coke. Bt the ramp is underway ahead of the next bailout and thus we have a statement today which has failed to impress the City's No 1 oil analyst. Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel writes:
There has been extensive coverage of Bluejay Mining (JAY) on this site, scrutinising many of the statements by the company and its disgraced principal cheerleader Michael Walters and also SP Angel, all of which have proved to be either outright fallacies or completely misleading.
I have not minced my words with regards to today’s shocking pump and dump by Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) as you can see here. But the City’s No 1 oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel worries that Bahamas may not be out of the woods yet although its assets look good. The great man wrote to his clients today to say:
You know how Chris Oil and others blather on about how oil wells have a 50% or 25% COS? Well here is a note from the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac Phillips of SP Angel covering the Winx well in Alaska which puts this into context. Enjoy.
There is extensive coverage on Blue Jay Mining HERE already and so I won’t go into the extensive issues of misleading offtake announcements, large stake holder sales, non delivery on many company time lines and shameless ramping by Old Mother Walters, John Meyer of disgraced SP Angel and others.
Mayan Energy (MYN) thought it had good news last week but if a god company ( and no-one is saying that Mayan is that) meets a bad management it is the reputation of the latter which emerges intact. Thus the City’s No 1 oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel has renewed his call to sack the board starting with Charlie Wood. The great man writes:
Please remember that i do occassionally lapse into Parody thus while the first few minutes of this podcast concern the nation's sweetheart and most talented chanteuse, my real concern is the scandal at Blue Jay Mining (BYAY) unearthed by today's RNS. I cover the role of shamed promoter Old Mother Michael Walters, disgraced broker John Meyer of SP Angel of the Mysquar (MYSQ) fraud shame and of course the company itself. There should be a full investigation and heads need to roll after almost two and a half years of the market being misled. If you enjoyed this podcast please support the EIGHT rogue bloggers for Woodlarks with a small donation HERE
Once upon a time shares in Cabot Energy (CAB), then Northern Petroleum, traded at almost 150p. Today it announced a bailout funding at just 0.1p. despite it raising $15.3 million at 5p just a year ago. Oh dear… and it could get worse.
Following on from my article on Sunday on Bluejay Mining (JAY) covering the very large share sales that showed up on Friday last week, news came out yesterday afternoon confirming that the seller of a chunky 6.48% of the company's float (netting a cool £6 million+) was co-founder and long time Rod Mcillree acolyte Jeremy Whybrow. That should set more alarm bells ringing for the bulls...
Mayan Energy (MYN) has today raised £750,000 at 0.12p in its latest bailout placing but it comes with an admission that it has forgotten to file returns to the US taxman, the IRS, for an unspecified period and thus who knows how much of that cash will be swallowed up in unpaid tax bills. As such we have no idea how fast the clock is ticking on the next bailout placing. The City’s top oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel is scathing. He writes:
Zac Phillips at SP Angel has opined on the AIM demise of the Frontera (FRR) fraud and does not mince his words. The great man says...
Last week was "interesting" for Blue Jay (BAY) bulls and should give then pause for thought. If, of course, they are capable of rational thought.
Thanks to the hapless clowns at Northland losing (oops I meant surrendering) their license there are still a stack of stocks which will see their shares suspended on February 1 and booted off the casino for good on March 4 if they cannot find a replacement. The ten at risk are:
It is becoming like groundhog day at BlueJay Mining (JAY) and the oft trailed "offtake agreement" that never materialises... Originally touted in early 2017, nearly 2 years later and despite much promotion by disgraced share promoter Michael Walters and John Meyer, the shameless head of research at scumbag Nomad SP Angel, there seems little sign of one for BlueJay's investors.
As ever, the City's top oil analyst, Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel is bang on the money with his comments on today's news of a $16 million fund raise at a minimum of 15.25p by perennial uber dog Pantheon Resources (PANR). The great man writes:
I have already joined Waseem Shakoor in commenting on today's spoof RNS from Frontera Resources (FRR) and reiterating sell advice on this POS. Now it is over to the City's No 1 oil analyst, the great Zac "the knife" Phillips of shamed SP Angel who opines:
I have a small bottle of ouzo ready for Monday at 7 AM GMT when shares in the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) will be thrown off the AIM Casino as no Nomad is prepared to replace disgraced SP Angel which quit a month ago. But the news today gets even worse.
The real issue with Tomco (TOM) is that it will be out of cash within three months. another issue is that no-one really trusts it. Oh.. and its assets are shite. Other than that it looks like a great company. Today it tried to puff the share price ahead of an inevitable placing as discussed in bearcast HERE. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel is damning. The great man writes...
In addition to tearing into Frontera Resources (FRR) in his morning email, the City's number one oil analyst Zac Phillips, albeit of shamed SP Angel, also reviewed the 152p per share offer from Norway's DNO for Faroe Petroleum (FPM). To paraphrase a famed piece of Norwegian football commentary, ‘Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani, Executive Chairman of DNO, can you hear me, can you hear me’…
The City's number one oil analyst Zac Phillips of shamed SP Angel has plunged his bloodied knife into cash strapped Frontera Resources (FRR) after today's joke RNS. In his morning email the great man opines:
The City's No 1 Oil analyst, Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel spares no-one, except corporate clients like Mosman (MSMN) when he is ordered by evil John Meyer to write shite or get the sack. Luckily Hardy Oil & Gas (HDY) is not a corporate and thus The Knife is at his poisonous best. He opines...
It gets worse and worse for MySquar (MYSQ) a company that I have been openly accusing of fraud for more than a year. On Monday it partially ‘fessed up. Today it got worse.
Two days after MySquar (MYSQ) suspended its shares on the AIM Casino and admitted to fraud and a cash crisis its odious slug of a chairman, the well known PR spinner Mr Piers Pottinger has quit as a director and from the company. Piers may wish to distance himself from what is a very messy crime scene but it is too late. He was either involved in the fraud or enabled it by his incompetence or his silence or both. He features in a detailed dossier I am preparing for the FCA and SFO urging them to launch a formal enquiry.
Oh dear. Oh Dear. I pointed out that MySquar (MYSQ) had lied and committed fraud numerous times – notably with the 31 July 2017 placing – but Nomad SP Angel was happy to turn a blind eye and bank its retainers. Marcus Stuttard and the keystone cops at AIM Regulation were given specific warnings but did nothing. Now the whole thing has blown up so who looks like a frigging clown now Marcus? Is it Tom Winnifrith, the real Sheriff of AIM, or Marcus Stuttard, a man who is meant to regulate but instead turns a blind eye to blatant fraud, a useless not fit for purpose fucking poltroon?
Northland yesterday ‘fessed up that it would be surrendering its Nomad license on 1st February. If you think that this “surrender” is a voluntary act you are the sort of person Nigerian Generals dream of adding to their email list. So 28 clients need to find a new Nomad to take them on and complete due diligence PDQ as DD takes a while and the Christmas holidays beckon. No new Nomad and the companies below will be slung off AIM.
On 23rd October as oily and unpleasant PR man Piers Pottinger, now the face of the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) as its chairman oozed up to do a paid for share pump interview with Proactive it was announced that Mypay Limited, a related party thanks to links to the criminal family of ex CEO Erik Schaer, had sold shares so it no longer had a notifiable interest. A week later the company did a bailout placing at just 0.35p. It gets worse.
Warning there is plenty of bad language in the podcast - perhaps do not play it in front of the kids. I start with an update on those bastards at Barclays (BARC) who I discussed yesterday. I then look at Victoria (VCP), Jim Mellon's Port Erin (PEBI), two SP Angel dogs MySquar (FRAUD) and BjueJay Mining (JAY) and have new and serious questions for the shamed Nomad to consider. I look at Frontera (FRR) and its looming bailout placing, at Ascent Resources (AST) and at Rainbow Rare Earths (RBW). I also discuss the market sell off commending a reader who notes both my genius and my modesty on this matter.
Back in July 2017 MySquar (MYSQ) misled investors massively about its current trading and thus committed blatant securities fraud in raising £1.2 million at 3.75p. It stated then that it “does not expect to require additional funds for current operations.” That was a lie. Since then it has raised millions via death spiral funding but with liquidity drying up and the share price tanking it has now raised just £600,000 gross at a pathetic 0.35p. Ouch. It gets worse.
The Deloro affair should have seen more heads roll at Mayan Energy (MYN). That it has not just shows what a regulatory joke the AIM Casino has become. Over to the City’s No 1 oil analyst Zac “the knife” Phillips of shamed Nomad SP Angel of MySquar (FRAUD) infamy. Zac, who may be shite at Latin but knows his oil, opines:
The founder, until two weeks ago CEO,and sole plate spinner for the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) was Eric Schaer. We know that MySquar lied repeatedly to its mug investors and committed securities fraud so the fact that Schaer stands accused of another $8.5 million fraud is something disgraced ninth rate Nomad SP Angel should have advised us about via RNS. Natch it turned a blind eye. So how’s the case going and why does it matter to the poltroons who still own this stock.
Shares in Anglo Asian Mining (AAZ) had recently risen materially, to approaching 75p. They then though slipped back – but recent news looked to have justified the earlier move and more and with gold now starting to motor thanks to stockmarket and bond market jitters...
We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight them in the law courts. So said Zaza Churchill of Frontera Resources (FRR) last month after his company defaulted on an agreement with death spiral provider Yorkville, failed to hand over shares, lied via RNS and ended up with a legal dispute. Oh well, it turns out that Zaza is not Churchill but Chamberlain after all. And it is not just one little piece of paper that is on the way but billions more pieces of confetti, worthless share certificates.
Disgraced Nomad SP Angel has clearly made enough money from acting for frauds like MySquar (MYSQ), and overlooking blatant criminal actions there, that it can afford to ride to the rescue of its weaker brethren. The word on the street is that Northland Securities is set to announce it has been bailed out by MySquar's nomad.
Columbus Energy Resources (CERP) “is pleased to announce a conditional placing… at a price of 3.5 pence per placing share to raise approximately £2.5 million”. The shares though commenced last week at above 4p, were still 3.75p at the end of it and the week included “pleased to announce the completion of the purchase of Steeldrum Oil Company Inc”, “pleased to provide an update on business, operational and financial activities during Q3 2018” and an evening investor presentation…
The fools who own shares in this company and post on the LSE & ADVFN Asylums just do not realise what a mess Frontera Resources (FRR) is in. I explained earlier how this could be a zero HERE. Now we have the take of the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel. Over to the great man...
I explained earlier why Frontera (FRR) really could be a zero. Now here is the City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel, with his take on today's news:
The City’s No 1 oil analyst Zac “the knife” Phillips of SP Angel shows no mercy. Today’s victim is Zenith Energy (ZEN) which claims to have good news. Zac is damning and opines:
This morning I have been berated on twitter by a self proclaimed “AIM expert” who reckons that MySquar (MYSQ) is the next big thing. I can only assume he is a stale bull desperate to get out as this fraud is unravelling apace. Wind back to last Friday at 4.30 PM, no-one is watching O Clock, when the company served up a trading statement.
Four days ago the CEO walked with immediate effect and without explanation. Today there is a pathetic statement from Mayan Energy (MYN) not explaining why the CEO was resigning but stating that everything is up for review: management, assets, operations. Until that is done capex is on hold. The only thing we are not told is how much cash is left. I suspect that is because the answer is SFA. On the case is the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac Phillips of SP Angel. Zac the knife pulls no punches and writes:
Union Jack Oil (UJO) is “pleased to announce that the company has agreed terms… on a proposed farm-in for a 16.667% licence interest in PEDL183… located onshore UK in East Yorkshire”, with this accompanied by a £2.25 million equity raise…
This morning BlueJay Mining (JAY) announced that three directors had bought shares. That is a spoof. The amounts are not material and the aim is to try and arrest the share price slide. If anything such spoofing is itself another reason to sell. It gets worse…
Yesterday saw yet another decline in the share price of Blue Jay Mining (JAY) and that has continued this morning. This is perhaps the biggest small cap mining promote seen in recent years but reality is starting to dawn on the mug punters as they consider the options the company now has going into 2019 absent an offtake agreement, EIA & SIA approval and the all important Exploitation licence.
I feel rather sorry for the City’s Number 1 oil analyst Zac Phillips today. Not only is his company retained adviser to Cabot Energy (CAB) but also to Curzon Energy (CZN). Thus he has to gush enthusiastically about both with boss John Meyer sitting there holding a gun to his head and waving a black bin liner with Zac;s name on it menacingly, as the poor analyst writes his morning comment.
I shall turn to Frontera Resources (FRR) results later. Suffice to say they are shite, the company is out of cash and a bailout placing is needed ASAP. But should you back that placing, given who has eaten all the money? Over to Zac “the knife” Phillips , the City’s No 1 oil analyst, who works at SP Angel. I have rarely seen Zac this angry…
Given the lowly market cap of Mayan (MYN) any placing will have to be a heavily discounted bucket shop special. In light of that, investors should take heed of an explicit warning from the City’s No 1 oil analyst Zac “the Knife” Phillips of SP Angel. In an email he writes:
As it tries to stop its share price collapsing ahead of its much needed bailout refinancing, Frontera Resources (FRR) has announced another lie-fest, or as it terms it “shareholder update meeting followed by Q&A” on October 4. The City’s top oil analyst Zac Phillips of SP Angel is damning on this POS in his morning email but gets it 100% wrong when he says there is “Only 1 question.”
In the end the chaps at Nomad Cairn walked from Cloudtag (CTAG) when it was clear that it was a fraud run by liars. Frontera Resources (FRR) is a shit show run by liars and a fallout with death spiral provider Yorkville (YA) today could be the final straw for Cairn – might it resign leaving the (worthless) shares suspended? Or will Frontera just go bust?
Enough is enough. Yesterday John Meyer, a senior manager and large shareholder in SP Angel went onto Justin the Clown’s podcast to ramp corporate stocks such as Blue Jay Mining (JAY) without declaring an interest – his employer earns vast fees from Blue Jay as its Nomad and broker. But this is the least of SP Angel’s crimes and I wonder if its conduct over Blue Jay and MySquar (MYSQ) is, if not blatant market abuse, simply bringing the AIM Casino into disrepute. I have written to Marcus Stuttard, the head of AIM Regulation, demanding an immediate investigation into whether SP Angel should retain its Nomad license.
This may be the main bearcast or it may be a bonus. It all depends on how I feel and daughter Olaf feels after I pick her up at 4.30 AM Athens time in the Greek capital. In this I look at Falanx (FLX), the red flag of a rapid change in advisers ref Halosource (HALO) but also in more general terms and then at a shameless performance by John Meyer of SP Angel as he is interviewed by Justin the Clown over Bluejay (JAY). Meyer is at best an idiot, at worst he is covering up for what appears to be market abuse by his employer in relation to Bluejay shares. I will not let this one go. The clown's podcast is torture to listen to but can be found HERE if you feel you deserve 20 minutes of torture.
AIM Cesspit poster boy Strat Aero (AERO) has today announced that it has upped its stake in Gyrometric Systems Limited from 36.9% to 57.7% by issuing £273,000 “worth” of worthless pieces of confetti ( 23.8 million shares). Whoopie do.
The modest deflation in place in the shares of Blue Jay Mining over the last several weeks still has some way further to run in my opinion. Here are the reasons why:
It really is the 17th, I may have said it was the 16th at the start of this bearcast as I have spent a frantic day trying to make the Bat Room at the Greek hovel a bit less untidy ahead of the arrival of the Mrs and Joshua tomorrow. In the podcast I discuss BlueJay Mining (JAY), red flags, SP Angel and MySquar (MYSQ)
I had not realised that shamed tipster Mike Walters of Minmet, Polly Peck, 3DM (and the rest) infamy was promoting Bluejay (JAY) but the kiss of death from Old Mother Walters is just another massive red flag. With disgraced Nomad SP Angel of MySquar infamy still refusing to say whether it dumped millions of shares while urging clients to buy, this stock is uninvestable. In that light I bring you a piece out yesterday from Richard Jennings which adds to the growing bear case. Over to the boss of Align Research...
Natch, shamed and disgraced Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy is still refusing to say whether it dumped shares in Bluejay Mining (JAY) while advising its poor clients to buy. But I cannot blame it, if it did dump because the £132.8 million market cap – at 15.25p – is frankly barking. In large part that is because the climate for mining in Greenland is just very hostile, something SP angel neglects to mention in its ramptastic research.
There is one aspect of the latest commentary from Align Research regarding Alba (ALBA) and BlueJay (JAY) with which I disagree strongly. Align argues that Alba must be cheap becuase it has similar assets to Bluejay and the Horse Hill stocks yet trades on a fraction of the ratings of Bluejay and the HH stocks. Surely it could just be that "the field" are grossly overvalued? Of Course I have very real issues with Bluejay and its shamed Nomad and broker SP Angel of MySquar infamy. But over to Align which opines:
The issue of disclosure of holdings and conflicts of interest by those giving investment advice is currently a live topic in the industry. At heart, writing about a stock and disseminating one’s ideas is, I would posit, for many retail investors who have been pushed even further down the pecking order post Mifid 2 and the lock out on their receiving much research, a welcome activity. Information is what feeds stock prices and what prompts investors to act. Without info everybody including the companies are worse off.
My patience with BlueJay Mining (JAY) and its Nomad and broker SP Angel is now wearing thin. Yesterday I explained how the two grotestquely misled investors with an RNS. I have emailed John Meyer at SP Angel today with a follow up question which he and his firm just seem unwilling to answer. It is a critical question and the silence is deafening.
Bluejay (JAY) says it knows of no reason why its shares have fallen in the past couple of days. Sorry but that is 100% bollocks. It knows the reason, I tell you what it is and Bluejay's denial is a massive red flag. How did Nomad SP Angel - of MySquar infamy - sign off on this crap? I also look at Pantheon Resources (PANR) where the choice is dilution route A or dilution route B and at Imaginatik (IMTK). I know Vin Murria, of whose fan club I am the founder & life President, walks on stockmarket water but....
Yesterday North Lincs council rejected the latest permit application for the Wressle field where Union Jack (UJO) is a junior partner. This was expected as this council is a politically driven mess. The partners will now appeal to grown ups at Central Government. So while disappointing this is not unexpected and, of course, Union Jack has a number of other assets. So the minor sell off in the shares today does not change our BUY stance.
Was yesterday’s news from Cuadrilla the start of a fracking boom in the UK? I fear not. Look through the spin and at the reality. The true nature of this politically driven disaster is discussed by the city’s No 1 oil analyst Zac Phillips, of SP Angel, below
As we all know, Frontera resources (FRR) is out of cash. It is running on fumes. It is desperate to pump the stock any way it can to get away an emergency placing needed to survive. The only question is how big a discount will the bucket shops demand. It is against this background that it released a dismal operational update yesterday. Only a fool or a paid ramper like the whore Blogger, fat bastard, aka Malcolm Graham Wood would describe it as anything other than the usual shite.
Shares in Westminster Group (WSG), run by loathsome ex Tory MP slug, Tony “fatso” Baldry of 3DM infamy have slipped again to just 9.2p to sell. Those who ponied up £750,000 in the last bailout placing at 22p, less than six months ago, must by now realise that backing a Baldry run company is financial hara kiri. But things are going to get worse. You see the money's almost gone....
As I write, the whore blogger Malcolm “Fat Bastard” Graham Wood is taking dictation from his master Zaza as to why today’s results from Frontera Resources (FRR) point to a bright future. Yes Zaza, whatever you say sir, I shall write up my “Independent” commentary now. And sir, I notice that my invoices for February onwards have not been paid: perhaps you might put some brown envelopes in the post? Of course calendar 2017 numbers, snuck out on the last day possible, were shite.
I look at why taking part in the Premaitha (NIPT) placing did not constitute insider dealing but make a suggestion as to how to change the way AIM placings take part. I look at what the Countrywide (CWD) statement means for Purplebricks (PURP) and at UK housing activity, at MySquar (FRAUD) where SP Angel continues to turn a blind eye to crime, at Avanti Communications (AVN), R4E (R4E) and at a new NEX float Tectonic Gold (TTAU) formerly Stratmin and why AIM turned it down and what message that sends to flip flop Ben Turney and Teathers (TEA). Read about my extreme weekend suffering and be generous HERE
In his morning email to his esteemed clients, Zac “The Knife” Phillips, of SP Angel, the UK’s no 1 oil analyst, has utterly ripped into Mayan Energy (MYN) demanding the sacking of the entire board. The great man opines:
Below I republish a legal printout from Singapore where four days of Court time has been reserved for MySquar (MYSQ) boss Eric Schaer and his Rising Dragon company ( which is and has always been involved with MySquar as a loan provider) as they stand accused of fraud from a party claiming back $8,750,770 – a lot of dosh. It gets worse.
I start with the announcement late last night from FastFoward Innovations (FFWD) the overvalued investment company run by my good friend the offshore based asset stripper Mr Jim Mellon. I move on to the FRC dealing with Russell McBurnie the disgraced ex FD of RSM Tenon and discuss book cookers, fraudsters. Sam Antar theories and crime and punishment generally. I look at Akers Biosciences (AKR) where book cooking ahead of a placing is alleged, at Zenith (ZEN) and at LPA (LPA) where i would not bottom fish after today's warning for a variety of reasons. Then I note MySquar (FRAUD) is down to 1.15p and I ask John Meyer of SP Angel once more if he will act or is he happy to wash his hands and turn a blind eye to crime. Tonight is a 6 mile training walk and Joshua and I will do two miles this morning. With Gift aid my charity walk on July 28 has now raised almost £10,000. I explain exactly what that means to Woodlarks. If you have not donated, please chip in now with a tenner to get us over £10,000 HERE
Okay despite all the harsh ( but arguably fair) things I have said about him, thirsty Paul Scott has just donated £50 to the Woodlarks sponsored walk charity appeal so I am going to be nice about him for a while unless he has a twitter meltdown. Chaka Khan. Chaka Khan. Cheeese. Anyhow surely you can follow Paul, watch this video HERE to see the great works Woodlarks does then donate a few quid HERE. In the podcast I take MySquar (MYSQ) apart, John Meyer at SP Angel needs to wake up, listen and get off his arse. I also look at Frontera (FRR) - bailout placing at 0.3p? - IDOX (IDOX) and Herencia (GER)
I start by praising Ed Croft who despite all that I have said about him has donated £30 to my charity walk for Woodlarks. To those 90% of you listening who I have not insulted at all surely you can spare a tenner. We have now raised £6,263.16 (before gift aid), surely you can donate £10 HERE. Then I look at Martin Sorrell (ex WPP) and the hookers on expenses, Lord Browne of BP and the rent boy on expenses and natch I mention someone who put a sex toy and batteries and lots of lingerie on her expenses. Their crime is nothing to do with sex it is theft and I discuss that. Then it is onto Connect (CNCT) where I ponder its banking covenants and to Haydale Graphene (HAYD) where I wonder if the cash position is enough. Finally I explain to another J Meyer ( this time John not Julie, no relation) of SP Angel why the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud is HIS responsibility and what he needs to do ASAP
Firstly, I detail my latest training humiliations here. To those bearcast readers who have sponsored my charity 32 mile walk I say thank you, to the 95% of you have not, please give a tenner HERE. In the podcast I look at Stratex (STI) where the wrong management is following the wrong strategy and which is a dog with fleas. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) where Nomad John Meyer of SP Angel needs to stop turning a blind eye and come clean - tell us about the Court case looming in Singapore John! I look at Andalas (ADL), defend Neil Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) over share sales and then have a long discussion on CyanConnode (CYAN) where I fear an OW is implicated in a looming cash crisis accompanied by the the stench of boardroom greed with grotesque rewards for failure. It is shocking stuff.
The whore blogger, Fat Bastard Malcolm Graham Wood, may try to spin today's disastrous financing news from Frontera Resources (FRR) as a triumph but as I explained earlier it is far from it. Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel, the City's No 1 oil analyst, goes further with a statement that the entire board needs to be sacked. He opines:
In today's bearcast I express my sympathies to poor Zac for the job he has to do as an analyst writing about corporate clients. I refer to uber dog Mosman Oil & Gas(MSMN). I also look at Andalas (ADL) - the worst oil stock on AIM and which is STILL not answering valid questions as its shares collapse again. I look at Akers Biosciences (AKR) and, in detail, at IDOX (IDOX). Finally...97% of bearcast listeners have NOT yet sponsored myself and Brokerman Dan for our 30 mile Woodlarks walk. If you enjoy bearcast I am sure you can spare a tenner so donate HERE - to those who have donated I say thank you.
I am waiting for Fat Bastard, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood to earn his pay cheque by saying what great news Frontera Resources (FRR) has served up today. Of course it has not. This is more meaningless gibberish designed to pump the stock ahead of a bailout placing. But I have to take issue with the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel. He is right to be mega bearish but wrong about the company. He opines:
I have repeatedly warned against investing in Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy creation Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). Drowning in debt, burning cash and paying vast sums to CEO Rita Whittingham and her ghastly relatives on the payroll this is a dog. Today the company says that it is going to try and sell some of its (crap) assets and to save £100,000 it will delist from AIM. It could save far more by firing its deadwood staff. The shares have plunged 65% and are now just 0.6p to sell. But you should sell. SP Angel guru, the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips sums up this farce perfectly.
This panel discussion was chaired by our very own Gary Newman and featured Jonathan Tidswell of Angus Energy (ANGS), David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Richard Hale, assistant to "The Knife" in the City's No 1 oil team round at SP Angel
Another day and another bullshit announcement from the company whose main business is issuing new shares while claiming to be an oil explorer, Frontera Resources (FRR). the timing is handy for Frontera is hosting a City presentation for mug punter Private Investors tomorrow. It all smells terribly as if more confetti is on the way. Let's start with the bullshit RNS.
I start at the beginning which is the early career of Eric Schaer, the fraudster in chief, and end at the end which will be insolvency and, I hope, jail time for Eric and the gang. This is chapter and verse on why MySquar (MYSQ) is a 100% fraud and why the employees of Nomad SP Angel are gutless, morally bankrupt, crony capitalists for continuing to act for it. This is no holds barred material. Enjoy.
Shares in Tomco (TOM) are up by 40% today at 2.2p-3p thanks to a jam not even tomorrow but one day statement. But caveat emptor. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel warns that the business is just plain worthless. He opines:
Bad language alert. The results are dire and demonstrate again the extent of the fraud that the useless wankers at AIM Regulation, Nomad SP Angel and the FCA are prepared to overlook. They show the extent of the lies told by CEO Eric Schaer. And they show a company that is running out of other people's money fast, facing a death spiral blizzard of share sales and where everyone involved deserves to burn in hell. With hard analysis of the numbers I explain all. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH
Bad language alert. No I am not referring to Mrs Stacey. I would not dare but to Feedback (FDBK) which has done a placing today but another one is needed soon. I look at Mosman (MSMN) which has had terrible results and imagine the conversations round at SP Angel as poor Zac Phillips is forced to pen another buy note on this POS. I look at results from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the RedX (REDX) disaster, RM2 (RM2) and Conviviality (CVR). I really enjoyed today's podcast and - conceitedly - think it is rather a good one.
Shares in Saffron Energy (SRON) are suspended, as seems to be par for the course these days, but that has not stopped the City's No oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel from sticking it to the company. His latest email is damning.
Okay, Bluebird (BMV) is a corporate client of broker SP Angel so take this report with a pinch of salt but analyst John Meyer is no fool - although he sometimes lacks a sense of humour. And the 24 page report is very detailed. And of course we own the shares and I do think they are cheap at 3.8p although I'm not sure that i am as optimistic as Meyer. Anyhow, he is the expert and writes:
I am a bear of Pantheon Resources (PANR) as explained again in today's bearcast. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel does not seem to be much of a fan either. In his morning email he opines:
Today's death spiral funding for MySquar (MYSQ) is bad enough as I explained HERE. But now let's look at who is providing that funding - I'll tell you who: proven liars. Natch Nomad SP Angel should have flagged this up but since it is prepared to overlook brazen securities fraud as long as it banks another retainer for the coke & hookers fund, we know that it is morally bankrupt. Anyhow back to the liars now in business with the holocaust denying fraudsters of MySquar.
I know that MySquar (MYSQ) prefers to leak speculation and innuendo as news via the fraudsters poodle journalist of choice, Rob Terry's pal Ben Harrington, but perhaps the holocaust denying fraudsters might consider an RNS PDQ!
Uber ramp meet the City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel. Today's protestations from Frontera (FRR) do not impress the knife who opines:
Whilst fat bastard Malcolm Graham Wood is paid to ramp shares in Frontera Resources (FRR) by making claims that cannot be verified, the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips is impartial and, to say the least, not impressed. In his email to clients today the SP Angel guru opines:
I was never taken in by Rita Whittingham's supposedly game changing deal for Magnolia (MAGP) with Western Energy Development. I saw it as nothing more than a way of creating a 29.9% shareholder who would save her miserable skin at an EGM called to oust her after she had stuck her talentless family on the payroll as she mismanaged the company to death. Some were more charitable, such as the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel, but Zac has seen the light and today sticks the boot in with the shares at 4.65p (post consolidation) and thus still firmly in the minus 99% club. The Knife opines:
The City's No 1 oil analyst makes an oblique reference to the shoddy way this stock is promoted but the reality is that today's news is grim and it is placing ahoy (YET AGAIN). Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel opines:
The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel wants a board room cull at Saffron Energy (SRON). He is at his waspish best in a note released after today's news from Italy. I can't see that he is rating the shares as a buy. Over to "the knife" who opines:
I have warned you often enough that Nighthawk Energy (HAWK) is a drowning in debt dog with fleas and that its shares are worthless. But obviously while I trained as an oil analyst with the City's top rated team, Bulletin Board Morons know better. So here is Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel, the City's No 1 oil analyst, to explain why today's PR guff announcement really means. Over to "the knife":
Folks can ignore the warnings of myself, Nigel Somerville and Waseem Shakoor about the overvalued ramp stock Frontera (FRR) if they wish. But the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips has just published a very specific and damning note. No doubt "fat bastard" Malcolm Graham Wood will ignore this real analysis as he continues ramping the shares with misleading statements in return for generous cash payments to buy yet more pies. But it might pay the Bulletin Board Morons to listen to someone who is not on the payroll and does know what he is talking about. Over to The Knife...
I am sure that having bought the duff Italian assets of Sound Energy (SOU), Saffron Energy (SRON) shares will be aggressively promoted when they return from suspension. All the usual suspects in team ramp are already making initial noises. But should we really get excited? The City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel thinks not and opines today:
