With yet another hat tip to reader J, I bring you evidence that, on Wednesday, Eurasia Mining (EUA) deceived investors with regard to its new “Independent” non-executive director. Proper companies simply do not behave in this way.

Eurasia – suspension lifted, an insane twist but what did the Nomad REALLY say to the moron?

On Monday 16 May at 7.40 AM, shares in AIM listed Bulletin board darling Eurasia Mining (EUA) were temporarily suspended at just under 8p “pending an announcement.” At 6.18PM on Tuesday 17th  (today) came that announcement. Eurasia “confirms it has no material new developments to notify” and so trading will resume on Wednesday 18th. So the shares were suspended for two days for an announcement that nothing had changed. That is insane. It gets more insane.

Eurasia Mining shares suspended - place your bets on why!

At 7.40 AM, an RNS appeared, announcing that trading in Eurasia Mining (EUA) shares had been “temporarily suspended pending an announcement.” It is now 1 PM, and there has been no announcement. So, what is going on? It could be good news for the shareholders, though I suspect it may not be. But who knows?

BlueJay Mining – 18 days is a long time innit?

On 24 March 2022, BlueJay Mining (JAY) announced its plans to drill at the Disko-Nuussuaq project in Greenland; this was the excitement needed for investors to stump up $7 million, for a placing at 7p.  How distant are the days when disgraced Nomad and broker, SP Angel, set a 40p+ target and dumped its own shares at well north of 10p? I digress. Wind forward 18 days to today.

Eurasia Mining RNS - the stench of desperation

This morning’s RNS  from Eurasia Mining (EUA) smacks of desperation.  It’s missing any update on the only topic that shareholders are interested in: the sale; or the “liquidity event” as Eurasia referred to it in its 14th of February RNS.  We’ve repeatedly highlighted issues with the supposed sale here on ShareProphets, but it should now be crystal clear that the political risk in Russia is off the chart, meaning that no non-Russian company is ever going to buy a mining asset in Russia!  And any Russian company will simply do what Putin tells them to do.

Eurasia Mining, the Ukraine and game theory

So Russian troops have ”invaded” the Ukraine. Well to be accurate they have entered the two districts which are overwhelmingly Russian and where the folks almost certainly want to be part of Russia. And to be totally accurate, Russian troops have actually already been there since 2014. But listening to the BBC earlier let’s not get inconvenient facts get in the way: Britain, the EU and the USA are already imposing sanctions. So where does this leave Eurasia Mining (EUA), shares in which are off another 12% to 16.25p – almost 60% down from peak ramp 14 months ago and heading rapidly for an 18 month low?

Letter to AIM Regulation – it must stop the farce at Eurasia Mining

Following on from Evil Banksta’s most excellent article on Friday about the £640 million joke at Eurasia Mining (EUA)  it is quite clear that Nomad SP Angel does not give a FF about its clients shares being remotely orderly in its markets as we have seen with the scandals at the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud and at BlueJay Mining (JAY) where Angel pumped the stock aggressively so it could dump its own shares on mug punters. Eurasia Mining: It’s Time to Fess Up and Tell the Truth SP Angel!

Today marks three months since Eurasia Mining (EUA) last updated the market on the status of its supposed sale process.  The “sale” is on a par with a DFS furniture sale, having now lasted two years and three months since it was first announced, yet with no sign of an end in sight!  Frankly I think that it’s obvious that the sale (if there ever was one) has fallen through.  On today’s anniversary I’m calling out to SP Angel to bring this farce to a close.  Pull your finger out SP Angel, do your job and force some proper disclosure from your client!

Union Jack distracts from elephant in room with misleading trading statement

The elephant in the room is that Union Jack’s (UJO) disgraced boss David Bramhill has spent vast amounts of shareholders cash hiring spooks to spy on and troll shareholders, journalists and his own advisers as exposed HERE. That makes Union Jack shares toxic and today’s utterly misleading trading statement will not change that.

Explosive new Document: Union Jack Oil, the spooks and the ICO offences against its own shareholders, advisers and journalists

I have been sent a new document sent by corporate spooks Fortisat to its client Union Jack Oil (UJO), “Investigation Update Report” 22nd October. It is utterly damning and suggests that the company was aware and sanctioning activity which is a clear breach of the rules set out by the Information Commissioner, not to say utterly creepy. Resignations or sackings must surely result from this expose. In today’s article I shall name some of those targetted by Union Jack and is shameless boss David Bramhill.

Case studies include Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Chill Brands (CHLL). I then move on to Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and its news today, Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and also Verditek (VDTK), which I reckon is a zero for 2022 but since it can’t be shorted is not one of my tips of the year. To JP, sorry I have no idea why Peel Hunt quit as broker to Bushveld (BMN) but I suspect it gave three months notice. Leaving SP Angel as sole broker can’t be seen as good news. Is seven Nomads in less than eight years a record breaker? Why does Versarien have so many bust ups?

Most AIM sewer companies have, perhaps, 2 Nomads every five years. Sometimes your company grows so you upgrade to a bigger firm. Or the reverse can happen. Or maybe a Nomad goes bust. Or perhaps you just have a personality clash. But to have multiple Nomads suggests something worse is afoot, that the Nomads might actually be baulking at what is going on. In that vein, consider the record of Versarien (VRS).

Versarien: is this £1.95 million of revenue or yet another Government grant? Clarification Needed ASAP

The bulls are creaming themselves. The shares up by 13% at 40p and the cult-like followers of shameless Neill Ricketts say there are now real revenues from graphene sales. But I think not. The RNS issued by Versarien (VRS) today is utterly disingenuous and no Nomad other than shamed and disgraced fraudsters fave SP Angel would have signed off on it.

Letter to AIM Regulation: Versarien must clarify misleading RNS

On 17 April 2020, worthless AIM promote Bidstack (BIDS) published details of an “independent” study that it claimed validated its technology. Following intense pressure from ShareProphets, AIM regulation forced Bidstack to ‘fess on 27 April that the research was not at all independent but was paid for. In that light, I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and to hapless and shamed Nomad SP Angel about the release issued by Versarien (VRS) yesterday.

No Turkish Delight from Versarien but a desperate deception to ramp the shares ahead of bailout placing

Versarien (VRS) is not generating any meaningful revenues from graphene. At a PLC level it is almost out of cash & its debt facilities are almost maxed out. And so notwithstanding the fact that it already has a Lanstead death spiral in place, it needs to get a placing ahoy. Hence a release today which is almost certainly materially misleading if not a slam dunk lie.

Yet another Red Flag was hoisted above AIM-listed Yu Group (YU.) Towers this morning as it announced its pleasure at appointing SP Angel as Nomad/Broker. Whilst I have little time for any Nomad, surely ex-appointee Shore Capital carried a little more gravitas than the Nomad to Versarian (VRS) and Eurasia Mining (EUA) not to mentiuon the MySquar )MYSQ) fraud where it turned a blind eye to crime, and SP Angel’s broker side has been hit with the scandal at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). Oily slug Piers Pottinger quits the MySquar fraud but it’s too late pal: you are implicated and in my dossier going to the FCA & SFO

Two days after MySquar (MYSQ) suspended its shares on the AIM Casino and admitted to fraud and a cash crisis its odious slug of a chairman, the well known PR spinner Mr Piers Pottinger has quit as a director and from the company. Piers may wish to distance himself from what is a very messy crime scene but it is too late. He was either involved in the fraud or enabled it by his incompetence or his silence or both. He features in a detailed dossier I am preparing for the FCA and SFO urging them to launch a formal enquiry.

MySquar: admits monies missing, cash almost gone, Schaer doing a runner, placing pulled – shares suspended. Oh what fucking joy!

Oh dear. Oh Dear. I pointed out that MySquar (MYSQ) had lied and committed fraud numerous times – notably with the 31 July 2017 placing – but Nomad SP Angel was happy to turn a blind eye and bank its retainers. Marcus Stuttard and the keystone cops at AIM Regulation were given specific warnings but did nothing. Now the whole thing has blown up so who looks like a frigging clown now Marcus? Is it Tom Winnifrith, the real Sheriff of AIM, or Marcus Stuttard, a man who is meant to regulate but instead turns a blind eye to blatant fraud, a useless not fit for purpose fucking poltroon?

The Northland meltdown – 28 stocks that could get slung off AIM

Northland yesterday ‘fessed up that it would be surrendering its Nomad license on 1st February. If you think that this “surrender” is a voluntary act you are the sort of person Nigerian Generals dream of adding to their email list. So 28 clients need to find a new Nomad to take them on and complete due diligence PDQ as DD takes a while and the Christmas holidays beckon. No new Nomad and the companies below will be slung off AIM.

Tom Winnifrith (more bad language) Bearcast: Update on the bastards at Barclays and hard questions for SP Angel and my old pal Jim Mellon

Warning there is plenty of bad language in the podcast - perhaps do not play it in front of the kids. I look at Frontera (FRR) and its looming bailout placing, at Ascent Resources (AST) and at Rainbow Rare Earths (RBW). I also discuss the market sell off commending a reader who notes both my genius and my modesty on this matter.

The fraud MySquar gets bailout placing away at just 0.35p – the end is nigh

Back in July 2017 MySquar (MYSQ) misled investors massively about its current trading and thus committed blatant securities fraud in raising £1.2 million  at 3.75p. It stated then that it “does not expect to require additional funds for current operations.” That was a lie. Since then it has raised millions via death spiral funding but with liquidity drying up and the share price tanking it has now raised just £600,000 gross at a pathetic 0.35p. Ouch. It gets worse.

A Letter to AIM Regulation: Is SP Angel fit and proper to act as a Nomad (and should the FCA investigate it as well)

Enough is enough. Yesterday John Meyer, a senior manager and large shareholder in SP Angel went onto Justin the Clown’s podcast to ramp corporate stocks such as Blue Jay Mining (JAY) without declaring an interest – his employer earns vast fees from Blue Jay as its Nomad and broker. But this is the least of SP Angel’s crimes and I wonder if its conduct over Blue Jay and MySquar (MYSQ) is, if not blatant market abuse, simply bringing the AIM Casino into disrepute. I have written to Marcus Stuttard, the head of AIM Regulation, demanding an immediate investigation into whether SP Angel should retain its Nomad license.

Natch, shamed and disgraced Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy is still refusing to say whether it dumped shares in Bluejay Mining (JAY) while advising its poor clients to buy. But I cannot blame it, if it did dump because the £132.8 million market cap – at 15.25p – is frankly barking. Alba Minerals – Bluejay Conundrum 3 – Jorc light about to be shone on material disjoint in value

There is one aspect of the latest commentary from Align Research regarding Alba (ALBA) and BlueJay (JAY) with which I disagree strongly. Surely it could just be that "the field" are grossly overvalued? Of Course I have very real issues with Bluejay and its shamed Nomad and broker SP Angel of MySquar infamy. But over to Align which opines:

Crime-Scene

The issue is not ramping but disclosure

The issue of disclosure of holdings and conflicts of interest by those giving investment advice is currently a live topic in the industry. Information is what feeds stock prices and what prompts investors to act. Without info everybody including the companies are worse off.

He is right to be mega bearish but wrong about the company. He opines:

Magnolia Shocker - to delist from the AIM casino - why is the board not being sacked?

I have repeatedly warned against investing in Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy creation Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). Drowning in debt, burning cash and paying vast sums to CEO Rita Whittingham and her ghastly relatives on the payroll this is a dog. Today the company says that it is going to try and sell some of its (crap) assets and to save £100,000 it will delist from AIM. It could save far more by firing its deadwood staff. The shares have plunged 65% and are now just 0.6p to sell. But you should sell. SP Angel guru, the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips sums up this farce perfectly.

Another day and another bullshit announcement from the company whose main business is issuing new shares while claiming to be an oil explorer, Frontera Resources (FRR). the timing is handy for Frontera is hosting a City presentation for mug punter Private Investors tomorrow. It all smells terribly as if more confetti is on the way. Let's start with the bullshit RNS.

Explosive UK Investor Show Video: Tom Winnifrith chapter & verse on why AIM bad boy MySquar is a 100% FRAUD

I start at the beginning which is the early career of Eric Schaer, the fraudster in chief, and end at the end which will be insolvency and, I hope, jail time for Eric and the gang. This is chapter and verse on why MySquar (MYSQ) is a 100% fraud and why the employees of Nomad SP Angel are gutless, morally bankrupt, crony capitalists for continuing to act for it. This is no holds barred material. Enjoy.

Don't buy into the Tomco spike - its shares are truly worthless

Shares in Tomco (TOM) are up by 40% today at 2.2p-3p thanks to a jam not even tomorrow but one day statement. But caveat emptor. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel warns that the business is just plain worthless. He opines:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: at 5.32 PM the holocaust denying fraudsters at MySquar snuck out their interims

Bad language alert. The results are dire and demonstrate again the extent of the fraud that the useless wankers at AIM Regulation, Nomad SP Angel and the FCA are prepared to overlook. They show the extent of the lies told by CEO Eric Schaer. And they show a company that is running out of other people's money fast, facing a death spiral blizzard of share sales and where everyone involved deserves to burn in hell. With hard analysis of the numbers I explain all. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Malcolm's in love with the ugliest girl in town, UKOG and other dogs

Bad language alert. No I am not referring to Mrs Stacey. I would not dare but to Feedback (FDBK) which has done a placing today but another one is needed soon. I look at Mosman (MSMN) which has had terrible results and imagine the conversations round at SP Angel as poor Zac Phillips is forced to pen another buy note on this POS. I look at results from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the RedX (REDX) disaster, RM2 (RM2) and Conviviality (CVR). I really enjoyed today's podcast and - conceitedly - think it is rather a good one.

Zac sticks his knife into Saffron (again) - damning comment

Shares in Saffron Energy (SRON) are suspended, as seems to be par for the course these days, but that has not stopped the City's No oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel from sticking it to the company. His latest email is damning.

Buy Bluebird Merchant Ventures at 3.8p - target 12.8p or higher

Okay, Bluebird (BMV) is a corporate client of broker SP Angel so take this report with a pinch of salt but analyst John Meyer is no fool - although he sometimes lacks a sense of humour. And the 24 page report is very detailed. And of course we own the shares and I do think they are cheap at 3.8p although I'm not sure that i am as optimistic as Meyer. Anyhow, he is the expert and writes:

Is Pantheon at last starting to fess up?

I am a bear of Pantheon Resources (PANR) as explained again in today's bearcast. The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the knife" Phillips of SP Angel does not seem to be much of a fan either. In his morning email he opines:

BREAKING: Fraudsters MySquar gets death spiral finance from proven liars - whatever

Today's death spiral funding for MySquar (MYSQ) is bad enough as I explained HERE. But now let's look at who is providing that funding - I'll tell you who: proven liars. Natch Nomad SP Angel should have flagged this up but since it is prepared to overlook brazen securities fraud as long as it banks another retainer for the coke & hookers fund, we know that it is morally bankrupt. Anyhow back to the liars now in business with the holocaust denying fraudsters of MySquar.

MySquar shares slipping shouldn't the fraudsters be making a statement?

I know that MySquar (MYSQ) prefers to leak speculation and innuendo as news via the fraudsters poodle journalist of choice, Rob Terry's pal Ben Harrington, but perhaps the holocaust denying fraudsters might consider an RNS PDQ!

Frontera Resources - why no live oil?

Uber ramp meet the City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel. Today's protestations from Frontera (FRR) do not impress the knife who opines:

Frontera Resources - The No 1 Oil analyst not impressed

Whilst fat bastard Malcolm Graham Wood is paid to ramp shares in Frontera Resources (FRR) by making claims that cannot be verified, the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips is impartial and, to say the least, not impressed. In his email to clients today the SP Angel guru opines:

Magnolia - a death by 1,000 cuts

I was never taken in by Rita Whittingham's supposedly game changing deal for Magnolia (MAGP) with Western Energy Development. I saw it as nothing more than a way of creating a 29.9% shareholder who would save her miserable skin at an EGM called to oust her after she had stuck her talentless family on the payroll as she mismanaged the company to death. Some were more charitable, such as the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel, but Zac has seen the light and today sticks the boot in with the shares at 4.65p (post consolidation) and thus still firmly in the minus 99% club. The Knife opines:

Mayan - its placing ahoy warns Zac Phillips after more bad news

The City's No 1 oil analyst makes an oblique reference to the shoddy way this stock is promoted but the reality is that today's news is grim and it is placing ahoy (YET AGAIN). Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel opines:

Zac the Knife attacks Saffron again after today's (very bad) news - calls for boardroom cull

The City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel wants a board room cull at Saffron Energy (SRON). He is at his waspish best in a note released after today's news from Italy. I can't see that he is rating the shares as a buy. Over to "the knife" who opines:

Nighthawk - not the end but the beginning of the end, Zac has warned you

I have warned you often enough that Nighthawk Energy (HAWK) is a drowning in debt dog with fleas and that its shares are worthless. But obviously while I trained as an oil analyst with the City's top rated team, Bulletin Board Morons know better. So here is Zac "the Knife" Phillips of SP Angel, the City's No 1 oil analyst, to explain why today's PR guff announcement really means. Over to "the knife":

Frontera Resources slammed for breaching disclosure guidelines and more

Folks can ignore the warnings of myself, Nigel Somerville and Waseem Shakoor about the overvalued ramp stock Frontera (FRR) if they wish. But the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac "The Knife" Phillips has just published a very specific and damning note. No doubt "fat bastard" Malcolm Graham Wood will ignore this real analysis as he continues ramping the shares with misleading statements in return for generous cash payments to buy yet more pies.  But it might pay the Bulletin Board Morons to listen to someone who is not on the payroll and does know what he is talking about. Over to The Knife...

Don't buy into the Saffron hype warns the City's No 1 oil analyst Zac The Knife

I am sure that having bought the duff Italian assets of Sound Energy (SOU), Saffron Energy (SRON) shares will be aggressively promoted when they return from suspension. All the usual suspects in team ramp are already making initial noises. But should we really get excited? The City's No 1 oil analyst, Zac "The Knife" Phillips of SP Angel thinks not and opines today:
