These are the most-read articles and most listened-to Bearcasts of the week. The actual most-read non Tom article is by me, last week’s pub quiz. The most read non-Tom, non-quiz article is Busy Thursday – BT Group, Johnson Matthey and Auto Trader by Chris Bailey at a non-leaderboard Number 17 or Number 23 if you include Bearcasts.
I start with the usual. 94.5% of you are yet to donate, despite the cows, nettles and thorn bush of the weekend. Go on, just a tenner for Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks; you know it makes sense. Please donate, HERE. In today's podcast, I discuss Vin Murria and M&C Saatchi (SAA); the scoundrels at Ince (INCE) and Deepverge (DVRG); Vast Resources (VAST); Audioboom (BOOM); and finally, Tortilla Mexican Grill (MEX), as it buys Chilango. This looks all wrong - another member of the 2021 IPO hall of shame?
As you know, I believe the saintly Vin Murria, the thinking man’s Cheryl Cole, can do almost nothing wrong. However, she is being a little naughty on the matter of M&C Saatchi (SAA). Let me explain.
I was not at the show, but have had feedback. What were your takeaways from Vin Murria, Adam Reynolds, Nigel Wray et al? Please do post in the comments section. Instead, I was on a 23-mile walk. I report on the good news and also how, thanks to a herd of cows, I am in complete agony tonight. Photos tomorrow, as bed beckons. Think of my complete pain and, if you are among the 95% of listeners yet to donate, please do so HERE.
Tomorrow's training walk really will start at 4.30 AM. I promise. If you are among the naughty 95% yet to donate, please do so HERE. After that, there is more work on the Ha-Ha, ahead of a new idea which I will announce next week. I start with how NOT to get a job, when I was the one who got you an interview! I end with why this year, it will be I, not Malcolm, who calls the housebuilders right. In between, I discuss a share my SIPP bought yesterday; the fund and games with Vin Murria at M&C Saatchi (SAA); Cellular Goods (CBX); and THG (THG)
Fingers crossed. If it is what I have been promised it is curtains for one CEO. In the rest of the bearcast I discuss travails with brickies, M&C Saatchi (SAA) and the saintly Vin Murria, Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV),Cellular Goods (CBX),Tern (TERN),ADM Energy (ADME), Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD), Tiger Resources (TIR),UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Argo Blockchain (ARB) and the changing appetite for bailout placings.
Summerway Capital (SWC) has announced it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire Vertigrow Technology, a UK-based pharmaceutical company specialising in the researching, growing and supply of medicinal cannabis.
Cash shell Summerway Capital (SWC) has announced it “is currently in discussions with an immediate opportunity in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector”, with the shares accordingly suspended and boardroom changes including the exit of the Queen of tech buy and build Vin Murria.
I am up early thanks to a new nightmare. Can anyone interpret it? Are you out there Joseph? I then look at saint Vin Murria and Summerway Capital (SWC). Then I discuss Lucian Miers big Joe Retail toxic four (Chill Brands, Supply@ME Capital, Tern and Eurasia), why things are going his way, which will crack first and why and what the fallout will be. A regular bearcast will follow later.
I start with a few words on the late Phil the Greek and reference an article I wrote exactly one month ago HERE on the liberal US celeb Joy Behar calling out Phil and his family as Nazis. I reflect on the weather here in Wales and how tomorrow’s 20 mile training walk for Woodlarks will be very unpleasant indeed. So please do support me with a donation HERE. Then I discuss the saintly Vin Murria and share sales at Summerway (SWC) and for the first and last time in history I am a bit uneasy about all of this. Then the debate on whether to back the Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) or the Optibiotix (OPTI) charger?
In this podcast, I discuss the idea of “shit investing”. I look at some stocks which are merde like Tiger Royalties (TIR) and Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and things David Lenigas might ramp and others which are not and which I discuss in detail, notably Jubilee Metals (JLP) and Summerway Capital (SWC) run by the wonderful Vin Murria.
Summerway Capital (SWC) has announced results for its year ended 31st August 2020. It is the changes since the year-end which excite though…
I mean it. Happy New Year to you all, especially our own in house Euro loon Jonathan Price who will be in tears at 11 PM tonight. I shall not be! In this podcast I discuss the FCA and today’s mini-bond calamity in waiting, Supply@ME Capital (SYME), and the Marwyn vehicle (MAC1) where Vin Murria is now on board but where it seems impossible to buy shares. That’s not much fun is it? Vin: how about a Primary Bid offer for we plebs? I also lash out at Priti Patel and the Tories for blowing off the public sector while the private sector is screwed. I thought that is what Labour was for.
First I start with Joshua’s Advent calendar and the appearance of the star. Then who is to be my Christmas carol villain of the year then it has to be Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford who today has just gone complelely bonkers as I describe HERE. Then I look at Vin Murria’s Summerway Capital (SWC) and explain why you are not too late even at 1.65p. then a look at AFC Energy (AFC) and my new policy on dealing with abusive trolls. I discuss Fox Marble (FOX) and averaging down and then the scandal that is Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) gets even worse. Surely the Oxymorons must investigate.
M&C Saatchi (SAA) has updated including; “There is no change to the group’s 2019 previously announced profit, and there are no further adjustments to prior period headline profit beyond those reported in the preliminary unaudited financial statements published on 30 September 2020. An additional non-cash, non-headline prior year adjustment of £2.8m relating to 2017 and prior periods is reported” – and the shares, already up from below 30p in April, are currently at 80p, approaching 40% higher. Hmmm…
Marketing company M&C Saatchi (SAA) has updated commencing that it is “pleased to announce that the group has continued to trade well and profitably in the opening few weeks of the second half of 2020. New business remains strong” – and the shares are currently at 64.4p, more than 5.5% higher…
The great show is almost upon us. You can still book tickets HERE and we will be upo all night processing. If you have booked but not received a ticket pester Darren on editorial@shareProphets.com . The videos interviews of 30 CEOs with me, six share tips from each of our writers and two dozen book reviews are up all day. But on the main stages and in the experts room speakers come on one by one so to plan your day, here is the quite amazing schedule. You really want to book a seat if you have not already. Remember all content will be up until Christmas but the chat rooms to engage with speakers are up just for the show itself. so BOOK HERE
I have now created more than 60 hours of video for TOMORROW’S event, what may be the only big investor show in Britain this year, and I cannot tell you how proud of what has emerged. We lead with some of the biggest names in investment presenting and/or facing a grilling from me. But there are also tipsters full of ideas long and short and 30 PLC CEOs facing the same grilling. I was impressed by many of them but one stood out…
I start with the ShareProphets shares Conference on Saturday. Darren should have sent the tickets last night. He will send today so need to email me. I have just recorded Vin Murria's main stage show and really you must not miss the Queen of Tech. Get your ticket HERE. On today's podcast I look at BT (BT.A), Filta (FLTA), Uru Metals (URU) and the madness at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG).
If you have not bought a ticket for the greatest ever investor show held in Britain I suppose the answer is yes. Congratulations! You are a genius
I have been organising investor shows for almost two decade but on Saturday May 9, I have assembled the most amazing line-up of my career and am bringing them direct to you in your living room. Some of the stars will do a formal presentation, most will face me in two way interview.
The Coronavirus lockdown has meant the two big investor conferences have been postponed. But as a one-off alternative I have assembled the greatest ever speaker line-up for British Investor Show – welcome to the ShareProphets Shares Conference, a true online extravaganza on May 9. From both the UK and US some of the biggest names in investment will be telling you what they are buying, selling, shorting or avoiding. There are so many stars we need two main stages where you can hear:
Fear not you do not need to break lockdown. The event is online and for £9.99 you get access to a line up of stars of the investment world never seen before at a UK show. It really is all star. Carson Block, Gabriel Grego, Mark Slater, Jim Mellon, Evil Knievil, Vin Murria, Peter Hambro, Sam Antar, Adam Reynolds, Luke Johnson, me, Chris Bailey, Dom Frisby, Paul Jourdan, James Delingpole, Malcolm Burne, Chris Bailey, all the team here at ShareProphets, Matt Earl, Lucian Miers, Peter Hambro, the list goes on. As well as the star speakers there is also the Sith Lord Zak Mir and 30 PLC CEOs will also present. Doors open at 8.30 AM amd there will be chatrooms to engage with many of the speakers and each other open all day. And your ticket will give you access to all the videos right up until Christmas. The booking section of the site is secure ( see the padlock is present) and you can book your seats now & get more show details HERE
Ahead of lunch with a scouser I encounter someone just out of prison. There you go, life here in the Grim North. I urge you all to follow the lead of Saintly Tech Queen Vin Murria HERE.Greedy AIM bosses screwing shareholders infuriate me and in that vein I cover: Mirriad (MIRI), EVR Holdings (EVRH) and Argo Blockchain (ARB). I also look at FinnCap (FCAP) where the dam is breaking, Share PLC (SHRE), Frontier Smart Technologies (FST) and Audioboom (BOOM).
As of today, The Global Group UK Investor show is already just over 80% booked out so do not miss
your chance to join 3,000 other investors who want to make more money from shares, on march 30
As a ShareProphets reader you know the speakers, you’ve seen the videos, indeed, you may well have attended a UK Investor Show in person so you know something of what to expect. But in our 18th year the team is going to serve up their biggest and most exciting all-star event yet on March 30th 2019. Do not miss out, reserve your place today.
AIM-listed former Rob Terry favouorite busted flush Imaginatik (IMTK) yesterday announced another placing, following hard on the heels of the last bailout and oversubscribed open offer of last month. I was very critical of the previous fundraise because is still, as far as I could see, left the company on the edge of insolvency. But with anther £250,000 in the kitty – and a contract also announced yesterday, is it time to change my stance of keep well away?
AIM-listed former Rob Terry favourite Imaginatek (IMTK) published its half year results to the end of September this morning – what a dog’s breakfast! Of course, the majority of the period was under the old management so as much as I would like to point the finger at new CEO Angus Forrest, that would be grossly unfair. Indeed, judging by the balance sheet he’s done very well to have kept the grim reaper at bay – and he nearly pulled off a dream proposal to bring the very saintly Vin Murria in….but that fell apart. The shares as I write are up just 10% at 1.375p in the middle, having peaked earlier in the day at 2.25p in an initial burst of enthusiasm. It looks to me like the market has taken fright at the balance sheet.
The country’s, easily, largest and certainly, most exciting, one day event for those who want to make more money from shares, The Global Group UK Investor Show, is still almost six months away but already the all-star main stage speaker line-up is almost finalized. And this week we announced a big new name.
AIM-listed Imaginatik (IMTK) has beaten the odds and signed up a new Nomad to replace FinnCap which slipped out of the back door a month ago. Good news – and on deadline day too. And so WH Ireland steps up to the plate. We also learnt that the company got a placing away – at just 1.1p, plans an Open Offer and has signed up for a death spiral toboot. Great stuff – but I won’t be interested for now and here is why.
The country’s, easily, largest and ,certainly, most exciting, one day event for those who want to make more money from shares, UK Investor, is still nearly six months away but already more than two thirds of the 135 exhibitor PLC stands have been reserved. And we have an almost complete all star speaker line-up headed by Luke Johnson, Vin Murria, Mark Slater & Nigel Wray...
AIM-listed Vin Murria-reject and currently suspended (it hasn’t got a Nomad) Imaginatik (IMTK) has updated the market this morning on how things are going as it searches for a new Nomad and a new business.
The Global Group UK Investor Show is the country’s largest – and certainly most exciting – one day event for those who want to make more money from shares. It is still nearly six months away but already more than two thirds of the 135 exhibitor PLC stands have been reserved. We have an almost complete all-star speaker line-up, headed by Luke Johnson, Vin Murria, Mark Slater & Nigel Wray, so it is an event not to be missed.
Saintly Vin Murria having walked from a potential controlling equity investment and nominated adviser finnCap having resigned seeing the shares suspended, today a “Company Update” from Imaginatik (IMTK) commencing; “Since the company's announcement on 4 June 2018, the company's financial performance has improved”. Hmmm…
Part of the problem with the mainstream press these days is the lack of follow-up. Sure, they love to blow the latest scandal out of all proportion but weeks or months later when the authorities have delivered their reports, they have moved on to the next thing.
AIM-listed former rob Terry darling Imaginatik (IMTK) has announced that the deal to bring in Vin Murria is all off. The Nomad, finnCap, is – as it promised it would – resigning as from the end of today and the shares have collapsed by (so far) 76%. What’s not to like?
Shares in Imaginatik (IMTK ) are off by 10% today at 7.625p on news that Vin Murria will, if she goes ahead, invest in new shares to take a majority stake but at 2p, not at 2.5p. Still the price is nonsensical.
In today's podcast i look at tweets from Big Dave Lenigas which at every level would, in the US, see him heading for the cell next to the one being prepared for Tesla's Elon Musk. He just cannot substantiate what he is saying. I then look at Pantheon Resources (PANR), have a question about May 25 2019 and the Horse Hill Woodlarks walk, at Condor Gold (CNR), one of Jim Mellon's dogs, at Imaginatik (IMTK) at what price would I buy for Vin Murria? Finally there is a detailed look at Marechale Capital (MAC) a true AIM Casino POS. The goat milking video to which I refer is HERE and the latest Hovel photos are HERE
AIM-listed former Rob Terry stockmarket darling Imaginatek (IMTK) has been on a glorious run since it first emerged that Vin Murria might take the helm and use it as her new vehicle. Of course, that is really good news for Vin Murria walks on water, but 10p to buy? Surely you’re ‘avin’ a giraffe!
Bluejay (JAY) says it knows of no reason why its shares have fallen in the past couple of days. Sorry but that is 100% bollocks. It knows the reason, I tell you what it is and Bluejay's denial is a massive red flag. How did Nomad SP Angel - of MySquar infamy - sign off on this crap? I also look at Pantheon Resources (PANR) where the choice is dilution route A or dilution route B and at Imaginatik (IMTK). I know Vin Murria, of whose fan club I am the founder & life President, walks on stockmarket water but....
Thank you, thank you. we have reached our £20,000 target for Woodlarks. In fact Luke Johnson has just pledged £1,000 so we are now well over £21,000 but if we reach £25,000 Brokerman Dan will undress for you. More on that in the podcast but please donate, if you have not already, HERE. Elsewhere I look at Facebook (FB) and Robber Barons of the nineteenth century, at Imaginatik (IMTK) and Vin Murria, the Queen of Tech, at Range Resources (RRL) and at RM2 (RM") a Neil Woodford dog where I reckon cash is already looking tight, again!
2018 was our most successful UK Investor Show yet and the 2019 event on March 30 will be even bigger and better. With almost 60 companies already confirmed, including OptiBiotix, Falanx, Asiamet and WANdisco, and star speakers such as Vin Murria, Mark Slater, Nigel Wray and Tom Winnifrith plus many new names booked in, it will be a show not to be missed.
I know that March 30th 2019 is a long way ahead but there are two reasons to buy a half priced ticket TODAY at www.UKInvestorShow.com/tickets .
This video rather slipped down the sofa but was a bonus session from the great Luke Johnson in a breakout room at the UK Investor Show on what makes a great entrepreneur.
Okay those may be the names best known to readers of this site but the panel also included two other wise heads, Ayan Mitra (Code Investing) and veteran gold guru Malcolm Burne (JP Jenkins)
Scott had failed to show up for his main stage session with Nigel Wray after drinking too much the night before but rolled up for a noon bearcast. Enjoy.
This session was chaired by our own Chris Bailey and featured Andrew Bell of Red Rock (RRR), Rob Scott of Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP - where we own shares - Ahmet Dik of Victoria Oil & Gas (VOG) and Colin Bird of numerous companies, including Jubilee Metals (JLP) tipped by Andrew Monk this morning.
This panel was chaired by our own Gary Newman and featured uranium cheerleader Paul Atherley of Berkeley Energia (BKY), coal bug Andrew Bell of Regency Mines (RGM) and waste to power enthusiast Keith Allaun of Powerhouse Energy (PHE).
This session was chaired by Dominic Frisby with a panel of Malcolm Palle, Jonathan Bixby, Tony Sanders, Bob McDowall, and Ralph Hazell
I may be wrong but I am pretty sure that Nigel Wray, aka Britain's Buffett, has a small stake in Yolo (YOLO). Anyhow here to explain the fundamentals is boss Simon Robinson
This panel discussion was chaired by our very own Gary Newman and featured Jonathan Tidswell of Angus Energy (ANGS), David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Richard Hale, assistant to "The Knife" in the City's No 1 oil team round at SP Angel
Harry has never been to Kalamata even though during the war of Independence that started in 1821 his family were fighters (for Greece natch) who lived near there. As I live near there now I have suggested he pay a visit. But not until he has created some real value for we shareholders in Kefi Minerals (KEFI). Here is Harry with his plan...
After all the beastly things I have wriiten about Solo Oil (SOLO) and about him personally it was jolly brave of Neil Ritson to enter the Lion's Den and present at the show. In that regard, I take my hat off to him. Over to the brave man...
I defy anyone who spoke to the Falanx (FLX) team at the show not to have come away a bull. I did and thus bought more shares post show. At 5.2p offer the shares are really very cheap IMHO. If you doubt here is chairman Mike Read to say more.
If I say so myself, I called this brilliantly as a sell then as a buy then as a take profits. But where does Highland Natural Resources (HNR) stand now? I chatted briefly to the team at the show and they were brimming with confidence but for more detail over to Robert Price.
NEX is a rival to AIM. Surely there has to be a better way than AIM? Patrick Birley explains all.
Still not figured out blockchain yet? Me neither. So here is Alex Lightman of Token Communities to explain all.
This presentation sees Gfinity (GFIN) with one of its shareholders, a Mr Nigel Wray, aka Britain's Buffett, presenting.
Belluscura Ltd is one of the investeee companies of TekCapital (TEK) and it also presented at the show.
This is, of course, a big fave of Nigel Wray and he has done exceptionally well from Alliance Pharma (APH). It has also been a good share tip (twice) from myself and young Steve on the Nifty Fifty. The main man is John Dawson and he can explain the story going forward.
We still have some warrants in Amryt (AMYT) and I know this is a big year both in terms of clinical trials and also sales ramp up but I admit that I am a bit off the pace on exactly what is going on. So over to someone who is bang up to speed.
I rather like Mr Allaun although as you know I am not heavily into this green malarky but the world is and thus I see the merit in the shares. Anyhow Keith can explain the Powerhouse Energy (PHE) story better than a climate change denier like myself so over to him.
I chatted to Steve before the show and at it. This is my biggest single holding, I bought more after the show and at a 71p offer shares in Optibiotix (OPTI) are IMHO still very cheap. I really do expect them to be at 120p+ during the coming months as it unveils a string of new sales agreements. Here is Steve in action...
I start with two discussion held this morning, one with Lucy Wray and the other with Brokerman Dan. I end with a discussion with Lucian Miers. In between I discuss Faron Pharma (FARN), Wey Education (WEY) which - sorry Andrew Monk - is talking A grade bollocks, Inspirit (INSP) , Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), Challenger Acquistions (CHAL) and Frontera Resources (FRR).
Next up is Martin Rosser the CEO of Alexander Mining (AXM) - enjoy.
It is time for Steve Moore's favoured play in the mining sector, Berekely Energia (BKY) headed up by Paul Atherley
Chaired by Adam Reynolds this session boated the CEOS of Immupharma, Optibiotix, soon to IPO Phynova and ValiRx. Enjoy.
Well I never. Colin Bird was omnipresent at the show but for Jubilee Metals (JLP) he handed over to his able CEO Leon Coetzer.
Once again I plead complete ignorance when it comes to TekCapital (TEK). There are 2,500 listed companies in London and I am not so much of a geek to be able to do 2 minutes without hesitation, deviation or repetition on all of them or even most of them. Anyhow over to Clifford Gross for enlightenment.
Once again, I admit to 100% ignorance on this one so it is over to Bernard Aylward of Kodal Minerals (KOD) for the lowdown.
I know not a lot about Karoo Energy (KEP) other than - I think - it operates in Botswana. But I chatted to Noel Lyons at length at the show and before it and he seems like a pleasant chap. Over to him
Another excellent column in yesterday's Sunday Times on regulation provides some inspiration for today's bearcast. But here is my friend Luke Johnson in full flow at the UK Investor show. Enjoy.
This was part of the opening ceremony at UK Investor Show. As you can see myself and Lucy Wray were naturals. The booze was, for the record, finest English Chapel Down not that French muck. Poor Johnny Hon found it a bit harder.
Some investor shows have all women panels in a rather patronising tokenistic manner. Our main stage speakers are there on merit and merit alone. This year there were three women on the main stage, including the show owner Lucy Wray. But the star, as ever, was the Queen of tech Vin Murria. She would hit me if I suggested she was there as part of a quota, she is the ultimate meritocrat and she is forthright in her views. For me this was the session of the show but is for paying subscribers only.
This week all of the team will tip 1 stock - long or short - which presented at UK Investor on Saturday or was mentioned in a presentation. For paying customers only, fifth up it is Chris Bailey who, TW notes did a superb job interviewing Vin Murria on the main stage. Utterly top notch. Back to Chris and his share tip.
Hello Share Mashers. Wow! What a Global Group UK Investor Show that was! I’ve never seen so many folks at any show anywhere. And if audience reaction is any guide, they loved every second of this bigger and better share spectacular, organised by Lucy Wray’s talented team. But for those who couldn’t make it, let me report on what you missed.
If you have been to the UK Investor Show before you know how educating and exciting it can be. Now, with the show owned by Nigel Wray's family, the 2018 event on April 21 in Westminster is set to be the biggest in our 17 year history and also the most spectacular. Book today and we can still email you a ticket to be there
This is the most polite i shall ever be. Okay the mother-in-law is out and my father in law has hearing issues but still its a no swearing podcast in which I discuss FairFx (FFX), Vin Murria, the Uk Investor Show and a new major headache for Purplebricks ( PURP) and the wider issue of revenue visibility. I also note events in Syria which I cover in more detail HERE. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
UK Investor is acknowledged as the Country's leading one day event for those wanting to make more money from shares with an un-matched all star speaker lineup. The 2018 event is now exactly two weeks away. It takes place on April 21 at the QE2 Centre in Westminster and is now 97% booked out. So grab a free ticket TODAY while you can...
No! Not Neil Woodford silly! The data about who is the UK's top fund manager is very clear and unless you hold the charts upside down it certainly is not Woodford. The hard data shows that Mark Slater was not only the 3rd best performing UK fund manager last year but over ten years is No 1. Facts don't lie - Slater, like his late father Jim - is just incredibly good at stock picking.
With just 25 days to go to what is the country's largest and most spectacular one day event for those who want to make money from shares, the Global Group UK Investor Show, the last seats are being snapped up rapidly. More than 470 have gone in the past 8 days meaning that the event is now more than 85% booked out. Act NOW to make sure that you get a chance to join 3,500 other really serious investors in the QE2 Centre in London on April 21.
Nigel Wray is the man known as Britain's Buffett. He does not punt on resources stocks or high risk biotech wheezes. Instead he makes his millions buying shares in smaller growth companies that make profits, pay dividends and generate cash. That is value investing. He was one of the early investors in Domino's and made tens of millions from Telecom Plus as well. There was property giant Burford, just an £8 million capitalised penny share when he got involved and the list of winners goes on and on
Value investing is how you make money from shares. Any other approach is not investing but speculating and is, by definition, hit and miss. So do you want to know what Britain's leading value investors are thinking and what shares they are buying and selling? Today's special opportunity is.... Three great value investors will be on stage together discussing how they select stocks and what they are buying and selling at the Global Group UK Investor Show in London on April 21. They are: Paul Scott, Britain's top share blogger, Nigel Wray, the man known as Britain's Buffett, and Dr Paul Jourdan the boss at the hugely successful Amati fund management operation.
Even though the event is still almost 7 weeks away on April 21, the Global Group UK Investor Show is now more than two thirds booked out - A highlight of the show is the tale of the two fund managers below: Mark Slater & Neil Woodford. Slater is the UK's most successful fund manager of the past decade. He will give the final speech of the day explaining where he sees the market, what shares he is buying, what he is selling and why. If there is a man to follow it is Mark. Neil Woodford is perhaps the country's highest profile fund manager and makes millions for himself.
Even though the event is still more than 7 weeks away on April 21, the Global Group UK Investor Show is now more than 60% booked out - we have never seen demand like this in 17 years.
More than 300 tickets for the UK Investor show have been reserved this week alone. That is more than 10% of the available stock. More than half the seats at the UK Investor Show have already been booked even though the event is still two months away - we have never seen demand like this in 17 years. Get your seat while stocks last...

No comment is needed. The release speaks for itself and is utterly massive news about the expansion of our annual show.
UK Investor Show 2017 was three weeks ago and was our biggest event yet. The 15th anniversary party got rave reviews from attendees. But fear not the 16th show , UK Investor 2018 on April 21 will be even bigger and better and there are compelling reasons to book your seats NOW.
Normally Nigel Wray turns up at UK Investor, talks and leaves. This year - our 15th anniversary party - is different. He will be there from start to finish and when not on stage that opens up a unique opportunity for those attending on April 1. For more than 40 years, Nigel , the man dubbed Britain's Buffett, has been a stockmarket legend for his ability to generate stellar returns not by wild gambling on mining punts or biotech start ups but by rigid value investing. Like the Original Buffett, the Sage of Omaha, Wray is a bottom up value investor who buys and holds. Would you like to know what he thinks is the cheapest share in London? Would you like a one to one chat with Nigel?
Time really is running out if you want to attend what is the country's biggest and most exciting one day event for those who are serious about making money from shares. UK Investor Show will be having a 15th birthday party on April 1 (no kidding) in Westminster, London. But as of today fewer than 400 of the 3,000 tickets are unallocated. So if you want to attend book one NOW!
April 1 really is the date for the UK Investor Show which is now the 15th time that Nigel Wray, aka Britain's Buffett, and I have been involved in staging such an event. So it is a birthday party as well. And with MBN, the incredibly well regarded events management firm owned by Nigel's daughter Lucy, now in charge this will be a knockout event. Indeed here are more than 150 reasons why anyone serious about making money from shares must be there!
I have stated repeatedly that AIM Bulletin Board darling Cloudtag (CTAG) is a fraud. It has repeatedly lied to investors to help it raise cash. But I have an offer and a challenge to its CEO Amit Ben Haim which is worth £5000 to Cloudtag.
It is now fifteen years since Nigel Wray & Tom Winnifrith started doing one day investor shows together. The first was in a snow covered Westminster now they celebrate a decade and a half of working together with what will be the most spectacular event yet. It will be the biggest with 121 companies exhibiting on the day. There is the strongest ever speaker line up and a raft of free prize draws as well as a gift worth £18 for everyone attending. So with 50% of the 2,500 tickets already reserved hurry up and grab yours today!
We are delighted to announce that UK Investor Show will be running two new sessions covering two companies of massive investor interest. The show takes place on April 1 (no joke) in London and already boasts a top panel of keynote speakers including Britain's Buffett Nigel Wray, top fund manager Mark Slater, the Queen of Tech Vin Murria, the UK's top share blogger Paul Scott and the UK's oldest fund manager as well as top bears Lucian Miers, Matt Earl and from New York Gabriel Grego and the Sheriff of AIM, Tom Winnifrith.
This weekend is all about the London Marathon but in just SIX DAYS time a galaxy of legendary investors will be speaking at UK Investor Show. This is not a platform for share rampers based in dodgy offshore tax havens but a chance to hear men and woman who are simply the best. Make sure you have the date in your diary - Saturday April 30 and this is the LAST CHANCE to grab a complimentary ticket.
The UK Investor Show is the UK’s top investor show and takes place on April 18th in Westminster. To grab your ticket you can book now HERE. The keynote talks include:
Quindell is unravelling at a rate of knots. Once the biggest stock on AIM probably will not exist by the time of UK Investor on April 18 2015. And the man who exposed the lies and fraud was Tom Winnifrith. For his efforts he received bullying lawyers letters from Quindell and death threats from its shareholders. And that has spurred a special new session at UK Investor 2015.
Vin Murria has delivered for our readers again – with Advanced Computer Software (ASW) announcing a recommended 140p per share cash takeover by US-based Vista Equity Partners.
Advanced Computer Software Group (ASW) has announced results for its half year ended 31st August 2014 and that it “is confident that full year results, supported by strong contracted revenue visibility and a robust contract pipeline, will be in line with its expectations”. This is another stunning performance from the Queen of tech Vin Murria.
As the leaves start to turn brown you may not be thinking about next April but we are as we plan the biggest and best UK Investor Show ever. The speaker line-up gets more impressive by the day and already 90 of the 110 Growth companies attending have booked in – and I am delighted that there are a raft of new PLCs attending, and almost as delighted that some of those who attend every show are NOT attending!
Advanced Computer Software (ASW) has issued a trading statement stating that it “expects to report first half results in line with the management's expectations” and considers that it has “a very strong platform for long term sustainable growth, both organically and through acquisitions”. Well done Vin Murria, the best CEO I the sector by a mile, who I saw shortly before leaving England and who never lets her investors down..
Andrew Bell of Regency Mines (RGM) is clearly a bit of an AIM Marmite figue. Are his critics right? Since this video Regency has got itself involved in Horse Hill where we might just see spudding next week. Anyhow listen to Bell speaking at the UK Investor Show and judge for yourself
Do you understand what oil junior TXO (TXO) does? It seems a tad complicated and its CEO Tim Baldwin seems to attract "mixed" Bulletin Board Comment. In this video from UK Investor show Mr Baldwin puts the case for buying shares in TXO.
I think that at 13p shares in Lombard Risk Management (LRM) are cheap. 20p seems fair to me. Bt do you agree? Watch CEO John Wisbey in video action from the UK Investor show and decide for yourself.
Along with David Lenigas, Andrew Bell of Red Rock Resources (RRR) is one of the true marmite characters of AIM. In a sector that has been a nightmare for three years Red Rock has survived but is he delivering for shareholders? And can he deliver more? Watch this video from UK Investor Show and decide for yourself.
Ariana Resources (AAU) was our ShareProphets share tip of the week at a 0.85p offer on 29th June - HERE. Today the shares are at 1.05-1.20 – not bad for a month. As we predicted it would the company now has full, non-dilutive, funding for its Red Rabbit gold project in Turkey – that was announced yesterday. To understand how far this share will go watch this video of CEO Kerim Sener in action at the UK Investor Show.
It has been a bumpy ride over the past few months for Fastnet (FAST) but its CEO Cathal Friel is an impressive chap and with oil stocks back in vogue is he worth backing? Watch this video from the UK Investor show and decide for yourself.
The Bulletin Boards are frothing, AIM listed Sound Oil (SOU) seems to be the latest private investor darling. But is it all froth or is the shares really very cheap? Judge for yourself by waching this video of Luca Madeddu presenting at the UK Investor Show
Rare Earth Minerals (REM) is another David Lenigas company which divides opinion. Some think that its shares are a stonking sell - see HERE - while others think they offer real value - see HERE Why not watch its CEO Kiran Morzaria in video action at the UK Investor Show and decide for yourself...
We have 25 tickets for the UK’s top one day investor show on offer at a 40% discount for ShareProphets readers – that is either gold (normally £60) or investor class (normally £12) tickets. The show is of course UK Investor Show 2015 on April 18 in Westminster. And you need to book TODAY.

And so Avanti Communications (AVN) has served up a duff trading statement as we warned you 9 days ago in our top 10 stocks to short feature HERE. Which tech dud will be next? Globo (GBO), Quindell (QPP) - ref Himex or perhaps blinkx (BLNX)? Again! From the 2014 UK Investor Show a video featuring a presentation by Stephen Grimmer of Paragon Diamonds (PRG) where we sense that theaction is about to hot up...
Now that small cap oil stocks are back in fashion if you are searching for a few ideas of where to put your money have a butchers at this video of FIVE CEOs from AIM enjoying a friendly banter about what is hot and what is not in the sector and what will be hot. This was recorded just three months ago at the UK INvestor Show and it is amazing how many good calls were made then The CEO stars are Matt Lofgran (Nostra Terra), David Lenigas (Leni Oil & Gas), Kevin Foo (Victoria Oil & Gas), Paul Rankine (Tomco) and Cathal Friel (Fastnet)
We faced down the bully boy lawyers from blinkx (BLNX) & threats from Bulletin Board Morons to bring you Ben Edelman at UK Investor 2014. At the time the blinkx fan club (step forward Citi– Buy target price 175p, have you guys adjusted that yet?) Bryce Eldercock at the FT, dimwit Harriet Denys at The Telegraph and Roger Lawson of ShareSoc dismissed Ben as saying nothing. You guys all so sure now?
Vin Murria of Advanced Computer Software (ASW) is rightly regarded as the Queen of UK Tech and headed up the all star panel in our tech session at UK Investor 2014. Listen to her sage words before you consider investing in the next loss making, high flying, tech IPO. She is on blistering form in this video.
