I return to the subject of Sosandar (SOS) – goaded by PL – then to Braveheart Investment (BRH). I discuss companies late filing accounts using the covid excuse – is it not time this ruse was stopped. Then I end with some words on the Manolete (MANO) dog.
Advisors to AIM listed companies get paid fees. Moolah. Money. Hard cash to spend on coke and hookers. That is the way of the world. But, for some folks, that is not enough.
Yes we enjoyed a 4th birthday party. I consider this, the Government’s next steps to attack Covid, the furlough scheme and where the economy is going. I also look at crony capitalist Reg Hoare and his defence of the indefensible at Science Group (SAG).
It was back in 2011 that I helped float Port Erin (PEBI) on Aim and indeed I was a director until 2012 when my stint as a crony capitalist ended in tears and failure. Today that company, now known as Agronomics (ANIC) is to delist with my fellow co-founder, Jim Mellon backing a take private move. Jim is doing the right thing. But is there a trading arb now opening up?
Last night, as we reported at the time HERE, shareholders in Sirius Minerals (SXX) gave an almighty feck you to folks like the ShareSoc suits and pompous Crispin Odey and backed the 5.5p per share bid from Anglo American. Before the meeting ShareSoc’s Cliff Weight was on twitter and going full on crony capitalist.
Further to my article last weekend which pointed out that someone at former David Sefton outfit Iconic Labs (ICON) couldn’t add up with reference to its RNS of 4.08pm on Friday 7 February (no-one-is-watching o’clock) announcing a capital reorganisation, a week later the company finally got around to correcting it…….at no-one-is-watching o’clock (4.09pm) yesterday. Perhaps yesterday’s crony capitalist lunch at shareholders’ expense was alcohol-free.
When I first commented on AIM-listed cancer drug developer ValiRx (VAL) back in 2016 the shares had just seen a pump’n’dump which pushed the stock up to 21p before a placing at just 12p. Now the stock is just 0.1p and on a market cap of £0.9m (source: ADVFN): never mind the 90% club, this is a fully paid up member of the 99% club. And now we have a placing for just £200,000 gross…..and Broker number three joins the fray, although as Tom Winnifrith points out the RNS will have to be reissued. How on earth can you justify paying three broker retainers for a company worth less than a million pounds?
Having parted company with toxic David Sefton and Lyin’ James Berwick could things get any worse for Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG). With cash very tight and the Fat Lady already gargling in the wings surely not? Well actually yes.
At tonight’s crony capitalist black tie AIM awards dinner paid for by you, long suffering AIM investors, I suggest there should be a special award honouring the rapacious greed of the man who floats and represents the bulk of the shittiest companies on the AIM Casino, Mr Roland “Fatty” Cornish. The annual report for calendar 2018 for his company Beaumont Cornish, has just been posted on companies house having been submitted three days before the nine month deadline (like client, like advisor) and is shocking as you can see below.
I am grateful to Reg Hoare for prompting Begbies Traynor (BEG) to answer my questions and so save me from having to go to Manchester. But its response gets only 5 out of 10 and leaves me unconvinced. I look at Sirius Minerals (SXX) where things will only get more grim up North. I cover St James House (SJH) and also Watchstone (WTG), where I give credit where credit is due.
Hat tip to a reader in the Grim North for pointing out the latest work of fiction from London’s worst Nomad, the disgraced Roland “Fatty” Cornish, that is to say calendar 2017 accounts from his firm Beaumont Cornish Limited.
In this podcast I reflect on how the UK is going to the dogs commenting on South West trains and the award of the Orwell prize to a proven specialist in fake news. George will be laughing in his grave. I cover boardroom shenanigans at Telit (TCM), shameless ramping at Andalas (ADL) which is really worth 0p, Frontera (FRR), D day looms, Westminster Group (WSG) and the ambiguity of loathsome ex Tory MP Tony "Fatso" Baldry of 3DM infamy, Rossylyn Data (RDT), Dillstone (DSG), Cluff Natural Resources (CLNR) and its pomopus arse of a founder and Optibiotix (OPTI). now I see that evil PR spinner and crony capitalist Reg Hoare has donated to Woodlarks in support of the my sponsored walk with Brokerman Dan. we are now just £31 short of £9,000 and 45% of our target - go on, do the decent thing and chip in HERE
In today's bearcast I celebrate six years of being a full time investigative writer not a crony capitalist. I take issue with Roger Lawson on the deadwood press and how the view me but agree partially with him on Inheritance Tax. I explain why there is a flood of Julie Meyer material and why it is justified. I look at Alfa Financial (ALFA) and its 1 year anniversary profits warning. I update on the African Potash (AFPO) class action against its Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald and how things are moving and why this could be my crowning achievement. Finally.. we are almost at £5,000. We are seeking to raise £20,000 for Woodlarks. that will be a game changer for a great charity. 95% of listeners have not donated. To those who have I say thank you. To the rest, I know you can afford a tenner. Please cough up now HERE
I start at the beginning which is the early career of Eric Schaer, the fraudster in chief, and end at the end which will be insolvency and, I hope, jail time for Eric and the gang. This is chapter and verse on why MySquar (MYSQ) is a 100% fraud and why the employees of Nomad SP Angel are gutless, morally bankrupt, crony capitalists for continuing to act for it. This is no holds barred material. Enjoy.
Andalas Energy (ADL) should be issuing a statement about its own solvency and other matters flagged up HERE. This company, as it stands, is insolvent. But this is AIM so instead....
I wonder if my pal Paul Scott, the UK's top share blogger, has headed up to the post industrial grim urban wastlelands of Coventry for the AGM and investor open day of TrakM8 (TRAK). As someone who grew up near there I would not wish such a fate on anyone let alone a sensitive soul like Paul. Anyhow if a day in the place that gave us "Living in a ghost town" is not bad enough he will also have to digest a trading statement crafted by evil PR genius and crony capitalist Reg Hoare which ...leave a lot to be desired in term transparency. I would expect nothing less.
On the morning of 15 August 2017 Sam Smith the curvaceous founder and CEO of Nomad FinnCap sent an email to all her crony capitalist pals across the City boasting about her new bestest friends. That was a mistake methinks. This is all a tad embarrassing as you can see below.
My contention, questioned by certain other well known share bloggers, is that TrakM8 (TRAK) is what Warren Buffett would define as a "bad company." That is not saying that it is a fraud. It is not, although it has told untruth's in RNS's and raised cash to buy some strange old businesses. It is bad because it just does not generate free cashflow. Paul Scott, PR crony capitalist Reg Hoare or the paid corporate shrills can bang on abourt earnings per share till the cows come home but earnings are a matter of opinion, cash is a matter of fact. Trakm8 yesterday published its, piss poor, results for the year ended 31 March 2017.
Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) shares have fallen from a ramptastic peak of 350p to just 13.5p to sell as at last Friday. But sell you should as I explained again today HERE. The question is what will the shares be trading at ( mid) as at next Friday which is a critical deadline. What do you think? Let's gloat on the professional graves of scumbag crony capitalist Dr Michael Sinclair, arch share ramper Alan Green and PR low life Paul "Queenie" McManus. With a deadline of 7 AM Monday 26th vote now in the poll below.
It has been drawn to my attention that the pensioner mugging free speech hating, free press threatening bastards at WH Ireland (WHI) are holding a GM on 30th March, a day when I just happen to be in London. I would very much like to attend as would Mr Bagot, a pensioner WH Ireland knows well. But we need your help.
This morning, after a series of profits warnings, AIM uber dog TrakM8 (TRAK) has announced that there is a bookbuild underway on a £1.66 million bailout placing at just 65p. The shares are now 67p bid so you'd be a moron to participate but conversations are being had between institutional morons and hapless broker FinnCap right now, not withstanding the fact that today's statement lays bare the Nov 28 interim statement as 100% misleading.
In reality corporate governance bodies such as PIRC and ISS are, these days, part of the establishment so when it comes to crony capitalist companies on AIM they are part of the problem not the solution. This is demonstrated in spades today by events at Bowleven (BLVN)
All the shit I got when I warned y'all repeatedly what a crap company TrakM8 (TRAK) is almost seems worth it now after yet another awful profits warning. No doubt share blogger Paul Scott, crony capitalist PR Man Reg Hoare and uber-bullish analyst Lorne Daniel of Finncap have already ordered that crates of ouzo be sent to me at once as my top analysis is vindicated again. It is what this warning does not say that should terrify you. Things will get worse.
So AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG) has announced the conversion of a further £600,000 of its death spiral funding facility with L1. That is on top of the previous £700,000 announced on Monday of last week. Running the ShareProphets abacus over the numbers, it looks very tight as to whether the company will get anywhere near drawing Tranche 2 of the funding package. But studying it all makes me realise there is a fabulous path to richness awaiting me.
In this bearcast special I take apart a share price ramp being orchestrated today by Solo Oil's (SOLO) broker Belfort Securities, PR fecking genius Steffi and the rampers nest of snakes that is the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets. Investors need to be aware there is a massive stock overhang and a placing ahoy. They are being hoodwinked not by the company I stress but by its crony capitalist advisers and by those for whom Lenin's phrase "useful idiot" could not be more apt.
Slung off AIM yesterday, Gable's (GAH) main subsidiary is now in administration and the PLC will surely follow, as I explained HERE. No doubt Marcus Stuttard and the oxymoronic clowns round at AIM Regulation will no doubt just dismiss this as "one of those things" that happen now and again on "the world's most successful growth market". The CEO has made £15 million in the AIM years but investors have lost everything. There must be an major and formal enquiry and here is why.
I start this podcast with a look at Avanti Communications (AVN) where I hope you ignored the ramblings of snot gobbler's colleagues at the FT and stayed short. 0p is still looking likely and I discuss the problems IIs face today. I look at Arian Silver (AGQ), a dog with fleas which has served the fat useless bastards on the board and its crony capitalist advisers well as punters have been shafted year after year. I look at Northern Petroleum (NOP) where today's dismal results tell you that it is placing ahoy AGAIN, at Petropavlovsk (POG), Galantas (GAL), Boxhill (BOX) and at Capita (CPI),
You can read the letter African Potash (AFPO) and its bully boy lawyers Memery Crystal sent me HERE. It is, quite frankly, a shocking admission of guilt on the charge that Potash committed Securities fraud. Yet these shysters are demanding damages and costs from me! My aim is to get Potash booted off AIM and to see all those involved taught an almighty lesson. I will fight the bastards, and their crony capitalist advisers, all the way!
You do not like what a critic in the press says? Having already said that he is short of your stock ( a lie) - HERE - the next thing to do from the play book if you are a shameless share ramper like David Lenigas is to accuse him of saying something which he did not say but which is patently idiotic and then to smear him. And so let us examine another despicable tweet from Dave.
It is a hypothetical question since we will not get the chance but if you get to play God and decide that you want to chuck one Aussie crony capitalist into a pool of starving saltwater crocs as a reward for his career in shareholder value destruction who would it be. You vote below - deadline 7 AM Tuesday:
It is hard to keep up. We called Auhua “Clean is my middle name” Energy (ACE) as the 21st AIM delisting/suspension on the ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty as its Nomad steps down effective first thing on Monday, but at no-one-is-watching o’clock last night up popped Asia Ceramics (ACHP) to say that its Nomad had resigned. So Auhua will have to settle for 22nd place.
Nomad & broker SP Angel has today stated that it will not be sending us any more research and so we can no longer bring you its daily mining note. Why have we been cut off?
Warning: This podcast contains a lot of bad language and images of a sexual nature. As far as I understand it, Sweden is known for the fact that 95% of its population enjoy thrashing the naked buttocks of other folk's partners at the weekend. But it is not this that concerns me but its insane Central bank which has cut interest rates again ... to minus 0.5%. I reflect on this madness and the insanity of Janet Yellen of the Federal Reserve and then on the gold price. I look at a few gold stocks racing ahead wrongly ( Condor (CNR), Goldplat (GDP) and Patagonia Gold (PGD)) and at others I might buy. I comment on the insane dead cat bounce at Motive TV (MTV) and on the odd behaviour of crony capitalist PR man Reg Hoare of TrakM8 (TRAK) and explain why its shares are still a sell. Then it is onto the deadlines for Solo Oil (SOLO) and LGO Energy (LGO) going under as Neil Ritson tries his hand at Leni-Maths. And I also have a trivial pursuit question for you all.
At no-one is watching O’clock the fraud Globo (GBO) released a statement – it is all over bar the shouting.
PeerTV (PTV) has been a complete disaster story of the AIM Casino. Its first (lack of profits) warning came within weeks of its IPO at 45p per share in December 2010 and in fact related to events prior to the IPO which it had neglected to mention at the time. The shares are now 0.03p. And so it is now time to sack the board at the AGM on Monday. If you own any of the 2.4 billion worthless pieces of confetti in issue here is how to vote and why you should.
Thanks to Paul Scott for his help on this one. I know that Gary Newman is a fan but I just do not get Fishing Republic (FISH) at all - the red flags are now highlighted. The Crony Capitalist City parasistes trousered fees of £550,000 ( two years after tax profits) from a £1.5 million fund raise at IPO (with directors pocketing £106,000) but I somehow suspect investors will not propser with this AIM casino chip.
In today's podcast I reveal how Paul Scott thinks we can all attain the body beautiful. I then move on to discuss Iofina (IOF), madness, sheer madness on buy to let, Grafenia (GRA), Botswana Diamonds (BOD), Boxhill Tech (BOX), JQW (JQW), Jiasen (JSI) and the crony capitalist beanfeast tomorrow YOU are paying for at the AIM awards dinner. I am angry about that and also discuss, in anger, SeaEnergy (SEA) and Eclectic Bars (BAR)
This morning the piss-take that was AIM listed Max Petroleum (MXP) announced the last rites had been conducted on its listing as the company slunk off into oblivion as of 7am this morning. Quite why the company decided it would be a good idea to try to spin the fact that it is insolvent is beyond me. Just say it fellas: All the money’s gone.
Jeremy Corbyn was right not to sing the Natonal Anthem and its a poor song anyway - that was my earlier podcast today which you can hear HERE. In terms of the markets it is all my Christmases at once - a chance to comment on friends including the greedy bastards who run Vislink (VLK), fraudster Rob Terry, Daniel Stewart (DAN), Imaginitik (IMTK), ValiRx (VAL), Motive TV (MTV) and also on SeaEnergy (SEA) and Avanti Communications (AVN). Then there is comment on the bad AGM result at Hotel Corp (HCP) - victory for the crony capitalist bastards on the board - all that is wrong about AIM. And I start with words of praise for my pal Jim Mellon noting events at Copper Development (CDC) and also at Glencore (GLEN) - is this a Burmah Castrol moment?
In today's podcast I look at the Greek Election next week. The voting is irrelevant, Angela Merkel will remain in charge whoever wins. Greece is still fucked and I explain why. Then it is onto interest rates in the US and UK - the FOMC meets on Thursday. Then asset bubbles and crowdfunding - an en passant mention for Vitesse Media. Finally to Hotel Corp (HCP) and the disgraceful smear compaihn by crony capitalist motherfucker Derek Short and Shore Cap against Marcus Yeoman. I have some bad news for Short & Shore Capital. Warning: this section contains some bad language.
Marcus Yeoman has today written to shareholders in Hotel Corp (HCP) giving a full explanation of why they should back him and not the discredited fat cat slug crony capitalist chairman Derek Short at the forthcoming EGM. Time is running out to give Yeoman your proxy and all shareholder should do this by 11 September. If you own shares in Hotel Corp please contact Yeoman NOW on firstname.lastname@example.org – the letter from Yeoman is below.
Yesterday, in a Bearcast special, I explained why the circular published by AIM Cesspit posterboy Hotel Corp (HCP) at no-one is watching O’Clock on Friday contained slam dunk lies designed to mislead investors into not voting out fat cat crony capitalist tax-haven dwelling chairman Derek Short. Today I have written to the company’s Nomad, Simon Clements of Sanlam demanding that the circular be withdrawn and that the directors be censured. In case Mr Clements dithers I am cc’ing AIM Regulation and the FCA to ask them to force his hand.
At no-one is watching a clock yesterday AIM listed Hotel Corp (HCP) directors published a document seeking to thwart boardroom change at this disaster story and save their grubby tax free pay packets. Sadly for them I have obtained a series of emails which show that the document contained a series of lies. Worse still I have obtained accounts showing how 22% shareholder and ex Nomad to Hotel Corp, Shore Capital has coined it in from this vehicle, making millions, as shareholders have lost everything. The directors and Shore Cap oppose Yeoman and wish to pursue another venture similar to the last one which cost shareholders everything but made Shore millions ( and paid the useless board too much for doing sweet FA). I expose the lot of them and am furious.
On Sunday I discussed how AIM listed stockbroker WH Ireland (WHI) ripped off a 78 year old pensioner for more than £500,000 but has only compensated him for £150,000. A WH Ireland spinmeister says that the actual loss for the poor defrauded pensioners was only £329,750. But the PR operative was less forthcoming when questioned about a swarm of other scandals.
The battle to control Hotel Corp (HCP) is hotting up. But only one side is putting its money where its mouth is and that is Marcus Yeoman. He is up against a barrage of crony capitalists and all shareholders should, on principle as well as to make money, rally to his side.
Shares in Hotel Corporation (HCP) have moved back to 1.3-1.5p because there are signs of life. This is an ideal cash shell for someone with a track record of doing deals. But right now it is doing nothing. The two directors are Derek Short – a septuagenarian crony capitalist drawing £25,000 a year for sipping G&Ts in Jersey ( no tax there) and David Craine an Isle of Man Crony Capitalist drawing another £25,000 for doing sweet FA from another tax haven.
I am on such a high. But there is no coke involved. Or hookers. Heck I'm not a crony capitalist just a capitalist and I've had a cracking day so far as I explain. Then to Greece and China and why China matters and why the Chinese Canute's won't win. And then onto LGO Energy.
So Paul "Trotsky" Scott, "Red" Darren Atwater, George "the twat" Osborne and your out of touch cabinet pals who have never risked their capital to run an SME, PR supremo Reg "crony capitalist" Hoare et al you want me to pay my staff £9 an hour. Let me tell you about Christina and why I am in such a foul mood today. Warning this podcast contains a stream of bad langauge. I also cover Greece, Blur, Johnston Press, Mosman Oil & Gas (0p here we come) and Armadale Capital.
To lose one job at a POS ISDX Company with immediate effect is understandable. To lose two in the space of 21 days looks like carelessness but crony capitalist Conman Windham must be careless as he has today parted company with immediate effect from Nodding Donkey. Dead Donkey to its friends.
With controversy and speculation surrounding a number of AIM stocks recently I felt compelled to write a little more about a small cap aim company that has been slammed by the naysayers based on pure ignorance and fool hardiness. I've heard much about Sefton Resources (SER) and what it hoped to do in the near term. Whilst I maintain that the gang at Sefton has been handed a lifeline, it's hardly cut and dry so lets look at a few facts regarding Sefton and the newly readmitted CEB Resources (CEB).
Having spent a morning dumping gallons of poison at the Greek Hovel on the accursed frigana plants, a pestilent species that serves no purpose in life and just annoys everyone I turn naturally to Conrad Windham, as I take a brief lunch break. The serial crony capitalist of the ISDX markets has walked the plank with immediate effect at All Star Minerals (ASMO)
That crony capitalist Brokerman Dan is today exposed as a pump and dump merchant in Sefton (SER) is horrifying enough – see HERE. But now mad blogger Chris Oil of New World infamy (HERE) is show to be quite frankly guilty of market abuse. This is shameless and revolting.
So much for all the talk of big deals. So much for those assurances that the shares were heading to 1p. So much for the requests to “get behind us” from crony capitalist Brokerman Dan. The man who learned all about stock pumping from the great David Lenigas, has today dumped 60 million of his 86 million shares in Sefton Resources (SER) sending the stock sliding by 25% to 0.27p. This stinks.
Old Sefton run by Jimmyliar Ellerton responded to criticism from myself and Brokerman Dan – in the days when he was a journalist not a crony capitalist – with a smear campaign sanctioned by its still current lawyers Pinsent Masons ( as you can see HERE). Sefton may be changing its name to Stryker but the own goals and old habits continue.
Comrade Brokerman Dan seems to have taken offense at my earlier podcast about the end of his career as a crony capitalist as boss of Sefton Resources (SER). I send this postcard to my friend with respect. Do not deny others an opinion. I praise you mightily for what you have done but I criticise today's payoff of £50,000 and explain why it is wrong.
Ok I am kidding about the champagne. I am having a dry week in the run up to UK Investor. But I am celebrating as I claim a double scalp with news that crony capitalist Steve Berry has now been ousted from his second ( and I think final) AIM vehicle Touchstone Gold (TGL).
In today's podcast I reflect on all the moron comments on Bulletin Boards every time Ive been threatened with legal action by crony capitalists or outright crooks. I forgot to mention Angus Forrest of Tern in that list but it did not work out to well for him just like threats from Globo, Range Resources, blinkx, Quindell, Cupid, Sefton, TXO and now Worthington as well as the clowns in charge of the LSE Asylum all ended up badly for them. Get used to it folks, I pick my targets carefully and I win! I then have a shock revelation about TXO before going on to discuss eServGlobal, Rosslyn Data, Mosman Oil & Gas and more.
The placing song is back again as crony capitalist Steve Berry issues another joke of an RNS for Touchstone Gold. The podcast also covers Clean Air Power (CAP) where surely there is an R missing in the epic, SpaceandPeople, Egdon, Europa Oil & Gas and an update on the latest legal proceedings against The Sheriff of AIM and some comments on my over-optimistic pal Malcolm Stacey and his take on the markets
I have had a few battles with Foxy Bex and her colleagues at Redleaf Polhill over the past two years because of its willingness to represent absolute liars and criminals such as the Cupid gang and Rob Terry of Quindell. Redleaf (and indeed Foxy herself) has now taken on another client which they know full well is run by a liar and a charlatan and which is an investment disaster waiting to happen.
In response to popular demand the "Steve Berry, crony capitalist, placing song" gets another airing. In this podcast I also cover Quindell, Afren, Premaitha (which RMPC owns), Mosman Oil & Gas, Berry's POS Touchstone Gold, Coms and Alba Minerals
Today’s AGM from Tern (TERN) has thrown up a statement which is – as you would expect – meaningless gibberish. I refer mainly to cash – always an issue with companies run by crony capitalist Angus Forrest, a man who was told by the Old Bill that he was silly for trying to have me arrested a few weeks ago (see HERE).
I start the podcast today with a little joke for Gareth at Sirius Minerals before dealing with Afren, Gulf Keystone, Mosman, Kea, Touchstone Gold, Cloudbuy, Powerhouse Energy and Gate Ventures. Steve Berry, you crony capitalist, I have a little song for you.
I have just taken a call from Lavender Hill Police station because crony capitalist Angus Forrest of POS Company Tern (TERN) has reported me for harassment. I had a great chat with a very nice police officer who said that the case was no closed and that Mr Forrest would be told “there is no case”.
1Spatial (SPA) announced last week that its chairman Steve Berry was to leave with immediate effect. Good. I have exposed this utter rotter as being up to no good at all at another company on AIM – Touchstone Gold (see HERE).
Yesterday, Tues 10 Feb 2015, Tern (TERN) published its annual results for calendar 2014. I am spoilt for choice as to where to start. So let’s start with how investors have been rooked over the year.
Tern (TERN) has today issued an omnishambles of a misleading results statement. I shall turn to that later. But before then let’s look at yesterday’s omnishambles RNS from crony capitalist Angus Forrest. A clarification of a clarification of a clarification is still needed.
City grandee Sir Peter Hambro is quoted in today's Daily Mail, bleating about how prvate investors in Petropavlovsk (POG) hate him and might allow his POS company to go into administration. Good. I hope they do. I view Mr Hambro and his company with contempt. He is a rich man and shareholders have lost up to 98% of their cash. But Eton educated Hambro just does not get this becuase he thinks he is better than we peasants. I also look at the crony capitalist knees up starting at Indaba. Jeepers these folk all make me so angry for how they abuse ordinary private investors.
1Spatial (SPA) a well-run firm on the AIM casino has today announced the immediate departure of its chairman, crony capitalist Steve Berry. This follows a series of revelations such as THIS about his activities elsewhere at POS and Touchstone Gold (TGL). While The Sheriff of AIM celebrates another scalp, our resident in house poet, EJ has dashed off an offering: In Memoriam Steve Berry.
Oh dear, Oh dear, it seems as if the board as ASX listed MEO has been listening to my advice HERE and HERE as it has just now advised its shareholders to reject the all share bid from AIM casino listed Aussie based POS Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN). The technical term for where that leaves Mosman is “fucked”.
Grand Group Investments plans to IPO on AIM tomorrow thanks to fat crony capitalist Ray Zimmerman of ZAI Corporate Finance. The usual advisers to China Norfolks are on board: dirtbag lawyers Pinsent Masons and PR poshboy Henry Harrison Topham, I say old chap didn't your grandfather bugger mine behind the bike sheds at Eton? In this podcast I look at the other Red Flags
Again I am a little late with today's podcast. Back to normal in Bristol on Friday but I have an excuse. On the agenda today, Touchstone Gold and crony capitalist Steve Berry, equity valuations, Alecto, Northern Petroleum, oil prices, IGAS ( happy anniversary to Andrew "Piggy Austin" ahead of tomorrow), Optimal Payments, LGO Energy, Enteq Upstream and Paul Scott.
On Tuesday I published an open letter to the FCA and to AIM Regulation lambasting them for their uselessness over the fiasco which took place at Digital Learning Marketplace plc in 2012 which had at the time involved two of Tern’s (TERN) current board as well as one of Tern’s current Brokers, and asking them to investigate recent events at Tern plc. You can read that open letter HERE The FCA has now responded – and the Market Abuse team is taking a look. Here is what they have to say for themselves:
I despair. Quindell “needs to sort me out” – so says Tycoon Ted on ADVFN. Well why doesn’t it launch legal proceedings as it threatened three months ago if I did not shut up and grovel? Or does Ted think it should just have me killed. What do you think Ted? Ted posts:
Quindell (QPP) has yet to fess up as to what price Rob Terry, Larry Moorse and Steve Scott face margin calls on their Equities First Holdings LLC “loans”. But having reflected upon the matter I agree with our readers who overwhelmingly reckon it is 69p on which basis Mr 2+2 has already faced an unwelcome phone call from the hoods in Indianapolis.
Crony capitalist Nomad Cenkos won’t tell us. Mr 2+2 can = 5, the fraudster Rob Terry will not tell us but we NEED to know at what price does Rob Terry face margin calls from Equity First Holdings LLC and so presumably sell more shares to EF so creating a death spiral? Well maybe our readers have an idea. There have been various suggestions put forward. Vote now on what you think the margin call price is – deadline midnight:
Shares in Sefton Resources (SER) are among the big fallers today- nowat 0.11p vs 2.5p when i started attacking this fraud more than two years ago. There are some lessons from that "campaign" for shareholders in the fraud that is Quindell. But there are wider lessons brought home by today's latest catastrophic news, viz the reality of real asset backing and the failure of auditors. I also cover Quenron and its share price and the turn my fire on Touchstone Gold - a crony capitalist pointless POS vehicle, before discussing Globo and why its shares are so grossly overvalued -a point made in more genteel terms by Steve Moore earlier today HERE
Shares in Crony capitalist Nomad and broker Daniel Stewart (DAN) remain suspended on the AIM casino as the financially challenged enterprise has still failed to get its accounts signed off and published. While we wait we have managed to obtain an exclusive image of its IPO Department. This is the part of the firm that brought you winners like Quenron (QPP), Naibu (NBU) and China Chaintek (CTEK), made £1 million raising cash for Globo (GBO) but could not quite manage to float China fraud Fraspens in August. So what will be its next offering? I ask you by midnight tonight to post a suitable caption below.
Shares in China fraud Naibu (NBU) bounced to 27p at the tail of the week. That is a dead cat bounce. This is a fraud and the shares are worth 0p. But the episode shows just why regulation on the AIM Casino is such a total joke.
Shares in Naibu (NBU) have slumped another 10% today to just 21.5p. The company is an out and out fraud and it is only a matter of time before the shares are suspended. If it had a smidgeon of integrity, its Nomad and Broker Daniel Stewart (which likes acting for China frauds on the AIM Casino and also listed Quenron) would resign. But it seems that the greedy ethics free crony capitalist bastards at Daniel Stewart would rather keep banking fat monthly retainers.
Over the weekend I described another glaring failure by the FCA/FSA which has cost 325 investors £25 million. I am told by a, normally sensible, fellow in the comments section that the answer is to give the FCA more money and more resource. How 100% wrong can you be?
Brian Toye runs a listed company Toye & Co (TOYE) and has now made a 35p a share offer to buy out his fellow stockholders. The offer is disgracefully low – a 30% discount to the share price and a 70% discount to the last NAV. The manner of the offer also begs a stack of questions as to whether rules have been followed. The NEDs said No. But it will go through unless regulators intervene. This is disgraceful crony capitalism and POS Brian Toye has serious questions to answer.
Now is your chance to heap opprobrium of those AIM CEOs and Companies that have made your poorer over the past year.
