Ben’s Creek: What’s the Story, Margin glory (Not)

Oh, what a roue is that John Story. Breaking lock-ins at Cellular Goods (CBX). Consequently fired from Escape Hunt (ESC). Pumping the Chill Brands fraud with podcast lies, and subsequently engaging with Seth Freedman, of Harvey Weinstein infamy, to harass and menace me. Now, we turn to Ben’s Creek (BEN), the coal promote of disgraced Adam Wilson.

Investment Week Heads For The EDGE Of Reason

There is an awards ceremony on Thursday of this week for the Investment Week Investment Company of the Year 2021. Black ties, coke and hookers will be at hand as the investment industry has a jolly but one finalist’s name really sticks out: Edge Performance VCT! It seems unbelievable that Investment Week would seek to reward failure in such an extravagant fashion, but look under VCT Specialist and there it is.

TEK Capital - another Chronic Investor cock-up and a valuation that looks exceedingly full

TEKCapital (TEK) is on a roll. Its 15.1% stake in May AIM IPO Belluscura (BELL) has surged in value to be worth £15 million and to top it off Simon Thompson of the Investors Chronicle — in the past a great cheerleader for AIM listed China frauds — tipped the stock on Friday. But it seems Simon got his sums a bit wrong.

The ultimate top of the market sell signal - Zak Mir to list an investment company

If this is not a sign to sell all your shares I do not know what is. The list of rogues with zero experience of managing money but who are veterans of ramping penny share frauds and promotes who are involved here is such a massive red flag.  Lift Ventures was set up with £50,000 from the paid for penny stock ramping site LSE Share Talk on 13 May. The lead director who, it appears, will be managing its investments is Zak Mir who has never managed other folks money in his life bar the generous handouts he got from his parents as pocket money when at Harrow.

Have you lost Money on the Appbox Media and One True View £35m cons - contacting the FCA as new facebook group goes live

The first time I contacted the FCA about these two boiler room scams was in November 2019. Natch the woke dullards were too busy jerking off on ESG porn to do anything and now about £35 million has been stolen. My coverage has been extensive as you can see HERE. But now it really is time that the FCA did something and put these frauds to the sword if only so that those who invested under EIS can get some of their cash back.

Video: Short-Seller Marc Cohodes Fears for the Future, Systemic Risks Post GameStop

Cohodes is one of the greatest short sellers alive having broken more than 70 frauds in his career. “Remember bears are the good guys, we expose crime!” What he says in this interview about the Reddit GameStop episode is fascinating. His thesis is that it merely exposed systemic risks in the system which are still there. This is a great watch.

The Battle for free speech – let’s get Tom Winnifrith the badger killer sent to jail

The battle for free speech is hotting up. I have just published a piece HERE on attempts to shut down a new TV channel before it goes on air because its founders are not part of the woke establishment. Meanwhile, a few days ago I expressed my hatred for the badgers living at the Welsh Hovel here. Mistakenly, I also outlined a plan to get rid of them which I now understand is against the law. Suddenly, on certain bulletin boards and on Twitter, badgers are seen as the nation’s favourite animal and I am off to jail.

Supply@ME Capital audited 2019 accounts out – piss poor work and more red flags

I was never in doubt that Crowe UK, the auditors disgraced as the firm that signed off on the books of a vast number of the AIM China frauds, would sign off on the accounts for Supply@ME Capital (SYME) for the 9 months to December 31 2019. After all it was just a cash shell back then, awaiting the Supply RTO. But even so what this document tells us should scare, at least some, of this company’s moronic shareholders.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Why Criminal Aidan Earley must be defeated for the sake of AIM and for Natural Justice

If the bonkers convicted criminal Aidan Earley goes through with his threat and takes legal action against me I shall see him in court and - once again - I shall defeat him. I explain what happened last time we met and why it is vital that Earley is now crushed. If he wins I shall quit writing about shares and this website will close. You say "so what?". The point is that if Earley wins it will become suicidal to run negative articles even on the most blatant of frauds, he will have established this principle. London will become a safe haven for fraudsters. That is what Earley wants. This article HERE is referred to when I say how FEW companies I accuse of fraud, contrary to what the dirty little criminal Earley says.

Oh, perhaps I shall have another small slice of stilton and another glass of port said London's worst Nomad Roland "fatty" Cornish to himself, as he tried to bury the memories of his visit from the ghostly apparition who was even scruffier than Tom Winnifrith. Clearly not a scholar or a gentlemen he repeated to himself several times although whether this was a reference to the ghost or Winnifrith was unclear at this point. Fatty did not enjoy being haunted but, after just one more "small" slice of Stilton and a small port Fatty decided it was time for beddybyes and headed up stairs with his faithful, if flatulent, poodle Stuttard following on behind.

Rangers International Football Club plc - Is it breaching the Companies Act? Is its Nomad a cretin or worse?

Rangers (RFC) has announced agreements with SportsDirect for the provision of a £5 million credit facility, with a further £5 million available “subject to due diligence by SportsDirect prior to drawn down”. However, with the company having admitted to “a number of options”, the deal now announced has been criticised as not being in the company’s best interests… We really question whether it breaches section 994 of the 2006 Companies Act. We shall be contacting AIM Regulation asking for a formal investigation. Since they are chocolate teapots, we will also be contacting the Scottish FA asking it to launch a formal probe as it appears a watchdog with some teeth.
