Zak Mir’s Lift deal – why it so obviously stinks

It has been suggested to me that my criticism of Zak Mir’s Lift Global Ventures (LFT) is driven by jealousy in that The Sith Lord is clearly coining it in.  Au contraire. It is because everything about this stinks. And if the FCA and Aquis Regulation were not so utterly useless they would be all over this. Let me explain why.

Every Cloud has a silver lining – Lyin’ Steve Sanderson jumps on board the Ukrainian bandwagon

So what if women and children are being blown to shreds in Kiev. The “good” thing about that war is that it means we must stop using oil and gas produced by the evil Russians – we don’t use much anyway – and thus need to turn to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) run by Lyin’ Steve Sanderson to bail us out. Talking of which, I wonder how the placing is going …

Dev Clever – shares suspended: Oh Dear, How Sad, Never Mind

It looks like its turkey twizzlers only for the morons owning this stock on this Christmas Eve.  As I have noted many times, Dev Clever (DEV) has been monstrously overvalued on fundamentals, promoted by ramping and worse. At 30p the company is valued at £180 million which for a loss-making entity, run from a lock up on an industrial estate and with half year sales of just £2.4 million is bonkers. But at least you could trade out of you wanted. You can’t now. The company says that it has asked the FCA for the suspension of trading in its shares. Just like you used to ask the headmaster to beat you for sinning at school. Whatever…

UK Oil & Gas with another spoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooof – Lyin' Steve and the share purchase

No institution will touch this crock run by Lyin’ Steve Sanderson so the next bailout placing, like all the others, is a bucket shop special which is why Pinocchio  is ramping his arse off with spoof RNS after spoof RNS to try to get private investors buying the shares ahead of a placing at a big discount to the City spivs. Yesterday’s spoof RNS was a green one - today Lyin’ Steve spoofs with a share purchase.

BREAKING SCANDAL ON AIM: Has SP Angel been dumping shares while telling folks to buy yet again? It’s Union Jack Oil

A couple of years ago we exposed how SP Angel had been ramping the arse off Bluejay Mining (JAY) with ludicrous price targets while secretly dumping its entire holding at a fraction of the stated target. In other words it was selling its shares to the same folks who wanted to buy because of its ramping. SP Angel should have lost its license from the FCA then and the regulators should have been pressing charges against the individuals involved. The regulators did nowt and now we come to Union Jack Oil (UJO).

Today’s scoop on MyHealthChecked (MHC) has moved the shares and looks like great news. But it might not be. Dukemount Capital – the most pernicious form of share ramping and two death spirals

When a director of a listed company is interviewed by a fine fellow such as my old friend the Sith Lord Zak Mir or Justin “the clown” Waite there are restrictions on what he can or cannot say. Bahamas Petroleum – Millionaire Boss Simon Potter shunted upstairs as shareholders kicked in gonads yet again

A Grade share ramping from Big Dave Lenigas – the great man takes to facebook to discuss Greatland Gold

When is an exploration company worth £1 billion? Very rarely. When does its market cap reach £1 billion with almost no, or no, institutional support?  The answer is when you are in a bull market and the stock is being ramped by folks saying it could treble again.  Ask yourself whether you would rather own 40% of Centamin (CEY) which has cash, is producing vast amounts of gold and whose directors are not big sellers of stock or 100% of an exploration play with heavy boardroom selling like Greatland (GGP). Exactly…my thoughts too which is why I own Centamin. But Big David Lenigas owns Greatland and so writes on facebook:

Remember, as I warned you in my first ever video show, that bosses at Novacyt (NCYT) will get millions of pounds in a few weeks if they can keep the Novacyt share price where it is. The higher it goes, the more they get. They will get the bonus in hard cash, potentially exhausting most of the company’s bank balance in the process. What happens thereafter is of no consequence for Graham Mullis & co, October 17 is ching ching day. To that end, the company is in ramping overdrive and Mullis can now almost smell the cash heading into his bank account.

Conroy Gold – Share Talk - sordid ramping at the bottom end of AIM

Share Talk is a website that takes money from, usually, crap companies. It does not appear discerning. If you are a PLC with a cheque book come on down! It does not disclose its business model and it then provides what it terms “the Independent voice across social media” or what you and I would term sordid share ramping. Shares in Conroy Gold (CGNR) are up 30% today to 13p to sell thanks to such ramping. But before you get too carried away….

Crime-Scene

The issue is not ramping but disclosure

The issue of disclosure of holdings and conflicts of interest by those giving investment advice is currently a live topic in the industry. At heart, writing about a stock and disseminating one’s ideas is, I would posit, for many retail investors who have been pushed even further down the pecking order post Mifid 2 and the lock out on their receiving much research, a welcome activity. Information is what feeds stock prices and what prompts investors to act. Without info everybody including the companies are worse off.

After the David Lenigas twitter pump on Angus Energy...guess what happened next?

The leopard does not change its spots. Pumping UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) hard as it was trying to arrange a bailout placing is bad enough. But now we come to Angus Energy (ANGS) another Horse Hill play and one where the CEO has just "been resigned" in disgrace following revelations HERE. But Big Dave has, as you can see below, been pumping its shares hard on twitter. What happens after a Big Dave pump?

I have no axe to grind here and the caveat is that the house broker is paid by the client to write research so it is not impartial. But the upside predicted here for Egdon Resources (EDR) seems enormous and VSA is more honest than most brokers (okay there is a low bar in that contest) and as a lower risk play on UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) ramping this may be of interest. Today's note reads:

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week sponsored by the Glenwick Ramping Crew - a winner announced

Well thanks to Big Gib and the Glenwick (GWIK) ramping crew for sponsoring last week's Bulletin Board moron contest which served up a raft of entries as you can see HERE. The winner was Juicin Drumroll who spotted this great observation from a Long & Strong Cloudtag (CTAG) moron posting on the ADVFN Asylum with the shares suspended and due to be booted off AIM two weeks from today.

Cloudtag ramper Liam Nichols - wrong, unapologetic and still spreading lies

I do now have the address of Cloudtag ramping supremo Liam Nichols. It is not as he has asserted today being spread by this website along with his facebook page but I have been passed the information. Mr Nichols has posted again today on this matter on his silly blog. Quite simply he lies and fails to accept what he has done, the misery he has caused. Liam 's blog post of today follows. In bold are my comments.

Dear Aunty – about that AIM Fraud radio programme last night…..

It was an interesting experience listening to the Radio Four show “File on Four” yesterday evening at 8pm. It was a programme about fraud on AIM, with a big focus on the China Frauds we have exposed right here on ShareProphets. There have been plenty of other frauds which have resulted in Tom Winnifrith being in receipt of lawyers’ letters, death threats and much more besides. And with reference to the China Frauds, it is here that you read it first. So why is it that the Beeb didn’t bother to get in touch with us directly?

Ergomed receives a "buy" recommendation - You is avin a giraffe gents: sell

Ergomed (ERGO) receives a "buy" recommendation is the headline of the RNS Reach that has just gone out. It is very unusual to announce a broker report so I had a butchers at the RNS Reach - a Reach is an announcement the Nomad deems not to be price sensitive. Read on and you see why.

Andalas: New Plans to monetise pie in the sky, its ramptastic news - placing ahoy!

AIM Rule breaker Dave Whitby of worthless crock of Turkish, Andalas Energy (ADL) is now officially on a ramptastic rampage as he works out how to get a bailout placing away before the New Year in order to stave off bankruptcy in the early part of 2017. Surely it is only a matter of time before he does another interview with Justin the Clown and gets the full ramping crew from Vox Markets and Big Gib's Momentous Events into action. After all, folks are only 90% down from buying into the ramp last time. What could possibly go wrong?

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: Ramptastic RNS from FastFoward more horse - sell, sell & sell again

There is more horseshit today in an RNS from FastForward Innovations (FFWD), The money is running our fast. CEO Lorne Abony is in full ramping mode as he know he needs to get a placing away this fall or the game is up. The shares trade at a vast premium to NAV so what to do? Ramp again of course. All is explained in this bonus podcast.

Andalas Shares slipping ...the Countdown to the next bailout pacing is underway

The last placing from Andalas Energy (ADL) was in April at 0.2p. As those punters who paid up to 1.3p suckered in by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby, disgraced ramper Big Gob, ooops sorry Big Gib, and Justin the Clown screamed in agony they must have thought things could get no worse. Au contraire...

Just when is the next FastForward placing, this ramping is getting frantic

In our recent coverage of FastForward Innovations (FFWD) both Cynical Bear and myself have pointed out that the maths in its ramptastic announcements to the mug punters who back this stock, simply do not add up. But there is a bigger problem...the company is running out of cash.

Challenger Acquisitions – Just one question then, Mark, have you paid the £1 million you owe?

Another week and at least two more soft interviews for Mark Gustafson, CEO, of Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) this time at ProactiveInvestors (again) and yet another “mauling” from Zak Mir on TipTV. Desperation at all-time highs but surprisingly no-one asked the critical question: have you managed to pay the €1.25 million you owe the ex-Starneth shareholders?

Cloudtag Does Hidden Placing I do hope the morons were lubed up

This is so shoddy. As I have pointed out on a number of occasions, Cloudtag (CTAG) has negative net current assets and is burning cash. Hitherto it has managed to persuade mug punters to buy into placings done at a premium to the prevailing share price on the basis that there was lots of jam tomorrow.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 29 June: Dedicated to a miracle baby 15 today

Fifteen years ago today my daughter was born weighing just 1lb 4 oz. Jim Mellon still has the photos on the old t1ps server but for some reason his organisation refused to send them back despite repeated requests. Miserable bastrads the lot of them. Anyhow this bearcast is dedicated to that miracle baby, my daughter. On the agenda, the numerous AIM suspensions today, including the FRAUD Environmental Recycling (ENRT) which is now on a double suspension, plus Fitbug (FITB) and a detailed look at CloudTag (CTAG) and the strange nutjobs ramping the shares which are a storming sell.

Challenger Acquisitions – is this the beginning of the end of the ride?

With Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) trading at a 52-week low during Friday at 20.75p, and having just lost eight minutes of my life watching Zak Mir’s recent “mauling” of Mark Gustafson, CEO, in yet another paid for ramping interview on TipTV, I wondered whether this was the beginning of the end of the ride for Mark and Challenger.

Exclusive: Thor Mining ramping its shares with Zak Mir but not telling you about placing

Thor Mining (THR) has just issued a release saying that its CEO has recorded an interview with Zak Mir for the lamentable t1psTV. Jesus wept: like it thinks we care? But there is something that CEO Mick Billing is not telling anyone tempted to buy into this rampfest.

Leni Gas Cuba – Goodbye ISDX and hello Canadian mugs, sorry I mean investors

With Leni Gas Cuba (CUBA) posting its half-year results and its scheme circular for its RTO with Knowlton on Friday, it is a good to time to reflect on what delights the Canadians have in store.

Proactive Investors - surely it & the Daily Mail should declare that this is paid for ramping?

I have no problem with folks taking payment to promote a stock. If a company wishes to spunk shareholders cash to pay an IR firm like Proactive to record a soft interview with its CEO that is not an issue as long as commercial interests are declared. You have got to be transparent. But Proactive Investors and the Daily Mail are showing no transparency and this is surely wrong. I refer to Inspirit (INSP) ramping.

The power of greed - insolvent Mkango raises more than £1 million, Chris Oil buys more - bargepole!

Brokerman Dan has sent me an email saying he hears I am ramping Mkango Resources as I have taken shares. For the avoidance of doubt I'd rather suck Daniel's cock than get shares in this insolvent piece of crap. Actually I would not but you get my general view. Nine days ago I told you to "avoid this like the plague". If that is ramping I am a banana. I can only conclude that Mr Levi is, for some reason, hearing voices.

GWP
GWP

GW Pharmaceuticals. A Drug Fueled Valuation at £1.2 billion

A glance at the chart of GW Pharmaceuticals (GWP), the developer of Cannabis based cures for a variety of diseases, since its appearance on AIM some fifteen years ago perfectly demonstrates the fact that when it comes to ramping and promoting drug companies the health obsessed Americans have no equal.

BREAKING: As David Lenigas ramps Horse Hill plays today, he fails to mention that 35% is being dumped

Monaco tax haven based promoter David Lenigas is today ramping Horse Hill shares at a minor trade show run by another offshore based share promoter. "tax minimization 'R us - screw the NHS." But, at the rampathon, what the fat Aussie wont be brandishing is a regulatory filing from late last week by Magellan Petroleum, the US listed owner of 35% of Horse Hill Developments. You see it wants out of Horse Shite big time.

UK Oil & Gas and Horse Hill - the most ludicrous pre-placing ramp in the history of AIM exposed

There are two statements from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) today. One is a hard financial transaction which demonstrates clearly that UK Oil & Gas shares are horrendously overvalued and the other is the most ludicrous attaempt at share ramping in the history of AIM. Defenders of Steve Sanderson, UKOG's CEO, say that he is trying to distance himself from the Aussie share ramper David Lenigas. Frankly even Dave would have struggled to sign off on today's ramping. It is cringe-making and it is noticeable that although it relates to a Horse Hill study, no other Horse Shite company has dared publish these ridiculous claims.

Bearcast

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 23 March - More ramping of Horse Hill by Flip Flop & Others but Leni-maths does not add up

In this podcast I look at United Cacao (CHOC) and also Gulfstands Petroleum (GPX) but the bulk of this edition covers the ramping of Horse Hill stocks by an unholy alliance of flip flop, Jabba and others. The trouble is that their analysis - I use the word loosely - is based on Leni-Maths and Leni-Maths does not add up.

Challenger Acquisitions – the ramp is on….tread carefully

As Tom Winnifrith explained on his bearcast yesterday, it has been an astonishing few days for Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) with the share price increasing massively in the space of a few days from a price of 23.25p at close last Thursday to a close today of 36p on Wednesday having hit 43.75p intra-day based on small-cap stock ramping at its worst.

Bearcast

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 17 Feb - If we vote for Brexit will Emma Thompson please fuck off & live in Germany?

It is now 48 hours without nicotine and lefty luvvie Emma Thompson attracts my ire. there is also comment on the Horse Hill ramping and Leni-maths, the tobacco smugglers at Afriag (AFRI), Fusionex (FXI), Adolf Hitler's business cards, Iofina (IOF), Petroceltic (PCI), Environmental Recycling (ENRT), Edenville (EDL), Tertiary (TYM), Totally (TLY) and Igas (IGAS).

Why Horse Hill shares are massively over-ramped - a top broker explains using UKOG's own maths

Yesterday I pointed out how David Lenigas and others were ramping Horse Hill like mad to get rescue placings away for companies such as Solo which are at death's door. The ramp continues today with new flow data. But in a private email to clients a leading broker explains just why the Leni-maths does not stack up at all.

Shameless ramping by David Lenigas & the Horse Hill Companies ahead of bailout placings

At least two of the companies involved in Horse Hill will go bust within weeks if they do not issue shares for a bailout placing and thus the ramping of today's (probably good but not great) news from Surrey was shameless with ther fat Aussie Share Pusher David "I won't say who made money from Danadav" Lenigas at the fore.

Bearcast

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 16 Feb - 24 hours without a cigarette, am in a foul mood

As you might expect from a man on cold turkey in the nicotine department I am not in a good mood. Send me an ars-ish tweet and you are blocked, call me with a daft conspiracy theory (flip flop take note) and I curse you. I comment en passant on the Horse Hill ramping and it is ramping by David Lenigas and others. I comment on 88 Energy (88E) and on Tertiary Minerals (TYM), on Frontier Resources (FRI), Outsourcery (OUT), GTS Chemical (GTS) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). And I discuss a prediction by a Nomad that 250 of the 1000 companies on AIM will disappear by Christmas so allowing me to retire which I shall do.

Servision - grotesquely misleading investors in summer 2015 to get placings away

Yesterday I demonstrated that AIM casino posterboy Servision (SEV) was both almost insolvent and in need of a placing ASAP HERE and b) was happy to mislead investors to ramp its worthless shares ahead of a placing HERE. Right now it is ramping as it needs a placing pronto to avoid going tits up. Now I take you back to 2015 to show how it misled the market in a shocking manner to get a bailout placing away.

Servision US deal - I dont believe you because your last US deal RNS was all bollocks

Earlier today I explained why Servision (SEV) is ramping its shares ahead of a placing - it is because it is almost insolvent as is burning cash. The company responded with news of a new distribution agreement in the US. But I dont believe a word these tossers say. Why? Lets look at the last big US distribution agreement signed. I put it to you that this stinks to high heaven.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 13 January - Ive never met a nice South African - no that's a lie

After today's twitter harassment from Yusuf Kajee of Afriag (AFRI) I was rather reminded of the Spitting Image classic below. But it's a lie. I had a good chat with Jan Nelson of Xtract (XTR) who is a nice South African and I offer a few thoughts on his company and explain why our podcast interview will be in a few days. The it is onto LGO Energy (TOAST) and Jabba The Hutt ramping, Stanley Gibbons (SGI), Premier Oil (PMO), Independent Oil & Gas (IOG) and the China frauds. I also mention the new vehicle of Andrew "piggy" Austin of IGAS Infamy which Nigel takes apart HERE. He is not a South African but should be.

Corero Network Security - placing ahoy?

I am bearish by nature, very cynical and get extremely grumpy about various activities on AIM, many of which appear to me simply to rip off the unsophisticated PI. And in my debut article here, that brings me to Corero (CNS).

Bearcast

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 11 December - I prove I'm an optimist - putting cash in a Greek bank

Yes I have indeed done just that, or I think I have. The olive harvest saga continues and the snow has started on the mountains above the Greek Hovel, pictures later. In this podcast I look at Jabba The Hutt ramping Afriag (AFRI) and warn you what will happen next. Then a comment on LGO Energy (LGO) before heading onto PeerTV (PTV) and - in an unusual manner - I cover ValiRx (VAL). You see Satu I am a man of my word, Halosource (HALO) gets "the treatment" as does Gary Newman for buying into corporate bullshit speak. Then it is onto Photosntar Led (PSL), Fitbug (FITB) and finally InternetQ (INTQ).

Once bitten twice shy: the Horse Hill ramping starts again - ETA the placings?

And so today all the Horse shite stocks have served up news that appeared to have leaked onto every Bulletin Board and twitter ramping session days ago. Flow testing at the "Gatwick gusher" will start early next year. Since every BB Moron already knew this and since half the Horse Hill runners and riders have to do a placing to survive fairly soon, shares in this stable of dogs have not soared as promoters such as David "Jabba The Hutt" Lenigas wuld have hoped.
And so what is the news? The companies involved have been:

Fewer folk believe in Santa, The Tooth Fairy or the Horse Hill oil find - Alba placing falls badly short

I wonder how long it will be before that annual ritual occurs when the Daily Mail discovers a CofE vicar who has foolishly told the kiddies that Santa does not exist. The poor chap gets pilloried for a week or so before even the Mail accepts that he cannot be burned at the stake for telling the truth. I have felt a bit like the poor Rev when pointing out that whatever Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) says on camera – and then denies he ever said – there is NOT 100 billion barrels of oil at Horse Hill. Maybe the tide is now turning.

CEB

CEB Resources – another ramp, ramp ramp, yadda, yadda, yadda – when’s the placing?

Another day and another ramping announcement of sod all import from twitter moron fave CEB Resources (CEB). If the CEO is not appearing on a paid for interview on tips TV patting away daft questions from the Sith Lord Zak Mir, he is busy churning our more IR guff. But the big question he will not answer.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 13 October - back to swearing at Big Dave, Fatty and all the other scumbags

In today's podcast I look at yesterday's Quindell (QPP) news, Big David Lenigas and his ramping and personal abuse (if he wants a war then I'm up for it), Golden Saint Resources (GSR) and what Roland "Fatty" Cornish should do now, Sefton Resources (SER), Galantas Gold (GAL), Auhua Clean Energy (ACE), long term AIM dog Image Scan Holdings (IGE) and SeaEnergy (SEA)

Link to BBC1 Inside Out: who claimed there were 100 billion barrels at Horse Hill?

Okay the show is out and it demonstrates quite clearly who was ramping UK Oil & Gas with ludicrous claims: Steve Sanderson and David Lenigas.  You can watch the show on IPlayer on the link below.

Golden Saint Resources – More 100% Ramping Bullshit, it’s insolvent – when’s the placing?

After hours interims from Golden Saint Resources (GSR) a few days ago made it 100% clear that this company is fundamentally insolvent. It is by now out of cash, it is running on vapours. A bailout discounted placing is the only way out and so today there is another pathetic attempt at ramping the shares with a gobshite RNS.

Imaginatik plc – full-year results, the ludicrous Rob Terry wrong again? Surely not...

Results for its year ended 31st March 2015 from Imaginatik plc (IMTK) have seen the ludicrous Rob Terry attempt to continue his ramping of the shares – see HERE. Is there really cause to be “very happy” with the results?…

Daniel Stewart says no reason for share price rise - it lies, the reason is fraudster & insider dealer Rob Terry is ramping the shares ...and also Quindell

Daniel Stewart (DAN) has today been forced to say that it knows of no reason for the increase in its share price and to warn that it's bailout £1 million funding will be at a discount to the current share price. Daniel Stewart lies. The reason the shares are heading to more luducrous levels is that Rob Terry, the fraudster and insider dealer of Quindell (QPP) and The Innovation Group (TIG) infamy is ramping the shares and here is the email that proves it.

Quindell Bulletin Board/twitter Moron Competition - Week 4

By popular demand this contest is back. As last week I will award a bottle of wine to the reader who posts up the tweet or Bulletin Board comment from a Quindell shareholders which demonstrates his or her stupidity most clearly - the entries in week two were brilliant.  The entries in week one were also incredibly amusing. And arguably last week's selection of sheer stupidity was the best yet.  Whether that comes in the form of just not understanding how shares work, a willingness to believe the most errant nonsense or just plain ramping/peddling of TA gobbledygook, feel free to post away. Meanwhile

Rose Petroleum – still a sell – target 1.6p or less

Since my last article on Rose Petroleum (ROSE) I have received a barrage of abuse and even threats from shareholders who disagree with my stance. If they think I am wrong they should buy more and if I am wrong they will make money. If I am right they will lose more. Ultimately it is fundamentals that determine a share price not articles in the press.
