It was back in January that I asked if fully-listed Finablr (FIN) was a house of cards. Well, it was – and having denied any problems over and over again, we finally learnt that it had suffered the same fate as fellow Dr Shetty vehicle NMC Health (NMC) with secret cheques being written, director shares being sold and a mountain of debt racked up. Earlier this month Finablr announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell Finablr Ltd for just $1.
AIM-listed serial property dog Trafalgar Property (TRAF) has announced the sale of land in Barnett Wood Lane, Ashtead for £687,500 which has seen a stonking 40% rise in the share price this morning. Good news - or is it?
Share in AIM-listed Inspirit Energy (INSP) have been on a bit of a roll. On 22nd May the shares had been friendless at 0.025p per share when all of a sudden the stock started to rise – and they closed yesterday at 0.045p, having been as high as 0.065p. The excitement seems to have been the appearance of Mr Christopher Heminway on the shareholder list, who popped up yesterday with 3.32% of the company and the BBs went into a lather. Meanwhile, on Companies House, I see that the company’s Confirmation statement is once again late – by two and a half months. Oopsie……
AIM-listed worthless and Covid-bandwagon POS Catenae updated the market this morning with three Holding in Company RNSs. There are a few lessons to learn…..!
Inspirit (INSP) is technically insolvent and worthless but is there something it is not telling us? I suggest you to examine the screen shots below.
I am afraid that I still continue to get a stream of letters from victims of charlatan and snake oil salesman Darren Winters. His courses are worthless and the claims he makes are just untrue, as the ASA noted here. Yet Winters regards brushes with the ASA or The Sheriff of AIM fighting on behalf of victims in the Courts (and winning!) as just another cost of business and carries on, as he has done for almost 20 years, with industrial scale larceny. What follows is the teacher’s tale
In October last year I presented thje AIM Regulation team headed by the man who ludicrously allowed himself to be dubbed the Sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard with slam dunk proof of massive fraud at MySquar (MYSQ). He did nothing. MySquar raised millions of pounds AFTER that from issuing shares which after today are now worthless as the fraud is laid bare. Mr Stuttard's failure to act has cost investors millions. And this is not his first lamentable failure. Is he the most useless regulator on this planet? Anyhow, he is pictured below after receiving my proof of fraud at MySquar last October. Please supply a suitable caption by midnight tonight in the comments section below.
FastJet (FJET) the airline set up by tobacco smugglers which, having gone legit, has a perennially failing business model and ability to burn vast amounts of cash had said that it needed more cash by the end of October to keep going. Aha, its October 31, I wish all ,my readers on the Isle of Man happy Hop-tu-naa, and so what’s the story back at FastJet? It is not good news I fear…
With all the usual rampers including the infamous Big Gib, invited to participate, I can reveal that worthless piece of crap AIM Andalas (ADL), currently 0.019-0.02p, is endeavouring to raise up to £1 million at 0.017p. Methinks there is now going to have to be an emergency RNS at 7 AM. For the story gets even more interesting...
An announcement just out from AIM-listed central and east European property developer Kimberley Enterprises (KBE) that it is proposing to delist from AIM also tells you that the company is utterly worthless. It’s bag of crisps time – if you can sell now and get anything above your dealing costs then that is what you should do.
WARNING: THis podcast contains some bad language. In terms of the liar, James Longley I am talking about you though I sedem to have mixed you up with your partner in crime Charles Tatnall in the podcast. Though you two have a stable of dogs on the market including Papillion, Starnger and Plutus Powergen it is Fandango Holdings (FHP) about which I have questions today. Then I have a detailed look at the dire results from worthless Mosman Oil & Gas (MSM) before heading onto Indigovision (IND) and WYG (WYG).
Another day and another bailout placing from Golden Saint Resources (GSR) leaves it with 8,822,256,582 shares in issue. Floated at 10p, the shares are now 0.02p but how close is it to the record books?
Rather surprisingly, at her suggestion, I have just had a coffee with PR Genius Steffi and I take everything I have said back. She is actually quite smart in absolute terms and relative to most in her industry she is we, er.. a genius. What a nice lady. I have resolved to be nice to her going forward even if she does spin for Golden Saint Resources (GSR) which is worthless. Elsewhere I look at the remarkable naivete of some Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders even now. This is not a sin but I suggest they wise up a bit.
Employer of convicted felon, the cop mugger champagne Charlie Gibson, investment prostitutes Edison will publish bullish research notes and interviews with any company as long as they dip into their shareholders' funds. The interview with the bombastic prick David Williams who earns a seven figure wedge for running Avanti Communications (AVN) into the ground last summer ( see HERE) was a classic of its genre. Today Edison has published a note saying Avanti shares are worth 109p. The market thinks the report is worthless bog-paper and the shares are down by almost 10% at just 14.875p.
One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.
Bear raider and Northern git Waseem Shakoor is far nice than I am in my tretament of Cloudtag (CTAG) after today's fraud unravell as discussed in the bonus bearcast HERE. Waseem, the soppy nice guy predicts a 0p target too but writes:
Aussie poltroon Slater & Gordon (SGH) has finally woken up to the fact that the Quindell businesses it bought for £647 million last year were worthless frauds and as such it has today said it is taking legal action against Watchstone (WTG), the renamed Quenron corporate entity. I fear the Aussies are merely throwing a Hail Mary pass and that its case is doomed. Its shares are not 95% down since the deal at just 40 cents for no reason.
Mkango Resources (MKA) the companyu with worthless (not so) Rare Earth assets in African which no-one else wants and which was trading whilst insolvent at the time of its AIM IPO has released its debut quarterly results on the Casino."When in Rome"...Mkango has marked the occassion with a great big fat lie.
Following the example set by Paul Warwick the chairman of worthless penny stock Andalas (ADL) in starting a blog, Sir Benjamin Dover of AIM listed Global Mining Endeavours has decided to follow suit and like Paul promises to be Candid in his approach. Blog 6
Following the example set by Paul Warwick the chairman of worthless penny stock Andalas (ADL) in starting a blog, Sir Benjamin Dover of AIM listed Global Mining Endeavours has decided to follow suit and like Paul promises to be Candid in his approach. This blog will appear only on ShareProphets...
Following on from my recent coverage of Fastjet (FJET), the airline has today announced its final results for the year to December 2015. While clarity on last year’s calamitous financial performance are to be welcomed, the most important questions remains unanswered.
Soon-to-be delisted from the main market and surely worthless (see HERE) Goldenport Holdings (GPRT) released a TR-1 yesterday which showed that Artemis Investment Management LLP dumped most of its holding last Friday, 22 April – the day that the company announced that it was to delist.
Oh happy days, oh happy days! Darren Winters the snake oil salesman who cons punters out of tens of thousands of pounds for his worthless stockmarket Win Investing courses has suffered another courtroom thrashing at the hands of the foxy legals, the lawyers who work with the Sheriff of AIM in tackling white collar villains. The foxy's remain undefeated in the Sheriff's wars, Winters is again shown for the scumbag he is - the case ( again) is Miss L.
So far Nomad Allenby has refused to act when shown clear evidence that its client Servision (SEV) has issued RNS statements which have not actually been born out by reality in terms of new orders. Clearly Allenby regards getting its corporate retainer as more important than its reputation. So after yesterday's shocker here is an even more monstrous lie . This company is a worthless lie factory and given that it is almost insolvent its shares are worth 0p.
A few years ago as the names on the High St fell like dominoes there was good money to be made even after the likes of JJb Sports, Blacks Leisure, Clinton Cards, Game Group etc. informed the market that their shares were worthless.
