Strat Aero (AERO) is quite clearly insolvent. That its shares have not been suspended pending clarification is just another badge of shame for the world's most successful growth market, that is to say the AIM Casino. Today sees another pathetic attempt to sucker in mug punters to try to pump this worthless stock ahead of another bailout placing.

On the agenda today as I prepare for my weekly coffee morning with my baby son Joshua and the fit young mums is: Andalas (ADL) a joke broker note, MySquar (MYSQ) another RNS which is all smoke and mirrors and a desperate attempt to prop up the shares but SP Angel refuses to force the company to come clean on the lies in the last RNS and the fraud. Pathetic. I look at Interserve (IRV) and its latest dire news. We did warn you. I "out" the company that was truing to raise $15 million via Cornhill yesterday. I look at former ZAI clients whose days on AIM are numbered and finally I read across from yesterday's Horse Hill trade involving Regency (RGM) and Alba (ALBA) to show just how monstrously overvalued is, out of cash and desperate to place, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)

Oh dear, oh dear. This is pretty simple maths although clearly beyond the wit of clueless Nomad SP Angel but in this podcast I demonstrate clearly another slam dunk lie in the MySquar (MYSQ) trading statement of last week and corrected version of this week. Time for another correction? But it gets worse. I remind you of what SP Angel needs to establish to show that MySquar only breached AIM Rules rather than committing wholesale fraud (ref July sales) but now suggest that its claims re September comparatives might bear scrutiny as well. And there are some very fishy rumours coming out of Singapore that SP Angel might consider as it decides whether to quit or not. I move on to cover Paternoster Resources (PRS) after its latest bad news and explain why its NAV is illusory and then ask readers for help in outing which oil & gas stock Cornhill is raising $15 million for today at a discount of 12% to some share price or another.

On 17th October long suffering shareholders in Strat Aero (AERO) will be asked to approve a 1 for 10 subdivision of their shares in order to get a refinancing away. But the maths now look so bleak that one asks if the fat lady should pitch up to the GM as she could well be called on to sing very soon indeed. As a reminder...

My heart sunk last week as I noted that the Plutus Powergen (PPG) boys were at it again with their third Sub-Standard List effort coming to the market in just over a year, despite the first two efforts being absolute flops. Oh well, welcome Fandango Holdings (FHP), you’re in the squad– let’s take a look.

Oilex (OEX) took a big hit to its share price this week following news of an unsuccessful workover at two of its oil wells, and it is hard to see how the company is going to turn things around.

Inspector Clouseau or the Keystone Cops could work out the patterns of the great Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) investor muggings. It's simple: CEO lovely Rita works out that Magnolia is almost out of cash. So she puts out a ramptastic press releases puffing up some meaningless and worthless garbage. Savants from the LSE asylum buy a few shares, the stock goes up and, whichever spiv broker is in-situ at the time, gets a discounted placing away. Six months later...rinse and repeat. And thus yesterday Magnolia issued an operations update. Great. Ramptastic.

Last night it was announced that Hulsey Smith, the American who exposed the fraud at the heart of Strat Aero (AERO) using Winnileaks last year, dumped the last of his shares that he received for dropping a legal claim. But look at his statement in the TR1 carefully. Before then , the rescue bailout.

For shareholders in Strat Aero (AERO) who thought it could not get any worse as the company hurtles towards bankruptcy in less than four week's time, we have bad news: it is about to get even worse.
Last year Strat was sued by American Hulsey Smith who demonstrated clearly that the company had lied to investors. Strat said it would fight all the way but then issued 38 million shares and handed over a wodge of cash to settle with Hulsey. Yesterday it emerged that Smith was dumping as fast as he can - so expect his last 18 million shares to be lobbed out within days. But it gets worse.

Sorry this is so late. I am meant to be taking a few days off with the Mrs and Joshua but I am also feeling very much under the weather. Better late than never here is my take on how the LSE has fined broker Cornhill £300,000 over the New World Oil & Gas (NEW) scandal. Where does this leave Cornhill? What about other brokers? The real issue is that the real villain of this tale, of which criminal Chris Oil was just one, appear to have got off Scot free

I sensed that those close to the fraud African Potash (AFPO) were getting skittish and now I can reveal that the first adviser has indeed handed in its notice. And I am not surporised as to who it is that has shown that it puts morality ahead of money.

So far all the rats remain on board the stinking ship of fools and fraudsters that is African Potash (AFPO). But one rat is going to jump at some stage as either the authorities prepare to swoop or the company finally runs out of other people's money. We asked who would be first to go and you said:

Things are moving fast at the fraud African Potash (AFPO). So far it has not - as threatened - instigated legal proceedings against me but in light of specific information now in my possession which is enough to see folks bunking up as Rob Terry's roomie we say bring it on. See you in Court Bitchez! We sense that some of the rats in camp Afpo are getting skittish so the question is which one abandons this sinking ship of fools and fraudsters first? You decide, please vote in our African Potash rat poll below - deadline midnight Sunday.

So having pointed out that AIM-listed and under-the-Sheriff’s-spotlight African Potash (AFPO) was in slam dunk breach of AIM Rule 26 by naming the wrong brokerage as its joint broker (actually the one named closed down at the start of this year), and incorrectly naming its Auditor, the company has got around to getting things up to date. And so we can now see that it has one joint broker in the form of its Nomad, Cantor Fitzgerald. So what happened to the other joint broker, Cornhill? Has it resigned? I think (and AIM Rules dictate) that we should be told.

I read with alarm the deluge of shocking revelations regarding AIM-listed African Potash (AFPO) from the Sheriff of AIM, Tom Winnifrith. The most recent – and possibly most surreal – development was the lawyers’ letter from the twice-bitten-but-still-not-shy Memery Crystal on behalf of its client, Potash. Tom Winnifrith has already suggested that the letter makes a number of stunning admissions, but in my view the implications of the African Potash affair for Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald Europe need to be addressed urgently.

Oh dear. It seems that we have a slam-dunk breach of AIM Rules in the form of extremely honest Chris Cleverly’s AIM-listed African Potash AIM and its dealings with its Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald. It is Cantor and its lead QE Stewart Dickson who are in the spotlight today as we have at least 1 clear rule breach under its watch to report. We will start with a minor transgression and work upwards. Perhaps while Marcus Stuttard’s oxymorons at AIM Regulation consider the serious content of Tom Winnifrith’s recent missive (HERE) they might turn their attention to the quality of Nomad oversight demonstrated in what follows.

I have warned you repeatedly (the archive is HERE) that AIM listed Magnolia Petrooleum (MAGP) is a dog with fleas that exists merely to keep its useless board in well paid employment and to provide coke and hookers money for the crony capitalists. It will never make money for shareholders. Hence today we see a laughable bailout placing. Death is merely postponed.

The last placing from Andalas Energy (ADL) was in April at 0.2p. As those punters who paid up to 1.3p suckered in by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby, disgraced ramper Big Gob, ooops sorry Big Gib, and Justin the Clown screamed in agony they must have thought things could get no worse. Au contraire...

DIRECTOR PURCHASES SHARES screams the headline – in capitals - of an RNS from AIM-listed Frontera Resources (FRR) - not to be confused with Frontier Resources - this morning. Last year Golden Saint Resources (GSR) waited until it got a placing away in late May to announce its piss poor results. It needed extra cash to satisfy the auditors that it was solvent, let alone a going concern. This year it seems that broker Cornhill could not bring itself to stiff its clients again - hats off to Frangos and team for showing some integrity. But bucket shop- SVS Securities has no such qualms and has raised £400,000 gross ( £371,000 net of fees to crony capitalists) at 0.07p. So I guess we can now see the results soon.

Oh dear it seems as if the Andalas (ADL) Placing is not going to have Justin the Clown singing joyfully in the valleys. It is very bad news for Justin the clown, the top podcaster in the homeless Welsh Community, but I've heard a rumour from ground control, Oh no, don't say its true. As ever the late David Bowie is just so prophetic.

The complacent and overpaid useless bastards who run the London Stock Exchange (LSE) hold an AGM at the Bankers Hall on Cornhill in the City at 10 AM on 27 April. I shall be there with a share certificate and passport and so cannot be denied access. Last year the press office lied to me and blocked my entry.

In a mad rush given that it could be booted off the AIM casino on Friday, Andalas Energy (ADL) is - according to my sources trying to raise £2 million at between 0.45p and 0.55p - that compares to 1.3p just prior to suspension. Rule breaking low life dirtbag CEO Dave Whitby has engaged commission hungry/ethics light brokers at Cornhill to bring in the cash, promising them market beating commission plus warrants - a package worth several hundred thousand quid if they can stiff their clients and back this issue. For mug punters the maths just do not stack up.

Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) today announced that its sole broker is now Cornhill which means that a deeply discounted placing is imminent. A ramptastic trading statement has spiked the shares by 11% to 0.18-0.23p and that may help but investors need to ask how close is Magnolia to insolvency.

Yes one of the three is Brokerman Dan. Some of you may not feel the greatest of sympathy for him but when he and others ponied up a total of £4.2 million at 2p for what they were told was "seed financing" for Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) they were not told that at the same time David Lenigas and two pals were getting more than 50% of the equity in this POS at just 0.01p. That funding was the seed capital and Levi and others were fleeced.

It’s yet more bad news for holders of MX Oil (MXO), the BMD information feelers are currently monitoring this company as well as ALL the companies that Cornhill Capital is involved with. Of particular note is the disastrous Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) fuckup, which is shortly to hit the High Courts in Manchester, as well as the Financial Ombudsman, more on that later. I have two solicitors currently working on a return of my capital. It may develop into a full blown ShareHolder Action Group. But at this stage I am personally at war with this lot.

This almost feels like intruding on private grief, shares in MX Oil (MXO) now trading at just 0.875p - well below the 1p par value of the - now clearly struggling - placing, but I have just a few more questions that shareholders should be asking the company in light of yesterday's statement.

And so when's the placing?

That New World Oil & Gas (NEW) is an omnishambles is clear. Ben Turney has one route for going forward (see HERE) which has made him the hero of the LSE Asylum and the twitter lynch mob. I regard his actions as morally reprehensible but publish his articles anyway as I support free speech. But his case is both misleading and shocking in that it targets the very folk that I thought he, Brokerman Dan, Nigel Somerville, Malcolm Stacey and others who have written on this website wanted to protect – ordinary punters.

On 27th May AIM Cesspit listed Astar Minerals (ASTA) lied to investors in an RNS. This overvalued POS Company is run by a bucket shop stockbroker and anyone buying the shares needs their head examined. The fact that it took The Sheriff of AIM only ten minutes to unearth this lie shows what dumb and unprincipled mothers these folks are.
