This is a small side issue in terms of the greater Quindell (QPP) fraud which will, in due course , see Rob Terry and others go to jail but this week Watchstone Group (WTG) as Quenron is now known suffered a minor setback against Terry and others. We publish the ruling in full below...

Disgraced share ramper Roger Lawson of Globo, blinkx, Monitise and ShareSoc (until he "was resigned") infamy, threatened me, Tom Winnifrith, two weeks ago with a libel action and also a claim for harassment demanding damages, an apology dictated by the ramper, the withdrawal of ALL articles about his nefarious deeds and an agreement never to expose him again. You can see his attempt to gag a free press covering matters of public interest HERE. I am responding in two parts. First up is the harassment claim...

Former ShareSoc chairman Roger Lawson, who has threatened to sue Tom Winnifrith, is the sponsor of this week's Bulletin Board Moron contest. Yes he sponsored last week's contest as well but the disgraced share ramper is such a prize dick and still has a few of the Globo sharesw he promoted so thusiastically to hand out as a prize so Roger is back again.

It's a clear win for a bulletin board moron this week. The stupidest thing that I have read all month and I have looked at Nadine Dorries blog this month.

The Nomad and broker to AIM Casino listed Nyota Minerals (NYO) have today announced that they will cease to act as of August 17. So Nyota has one month from then to get new advisers or its shares will be booted off the market. Nyota may well be a worthless bag of shit but it is what the Nomad, disgraced scumbags Beaumont Cornish, and broker Peterhouse Corporate Finance are NOT telling you that is the real scandal.

Today's the day that African Potash gets slung from the NEX markets or has the rules bent for them, so in normal circumstances it would sponsor this week's contest. But there is an even better sponsor, step forward disgraced share ramper Roger Lawson of ShareSoc infamy who will donate some of the Globo shares he owns as a prize. Natch, Ramper Lawson sold most of his Globo shares before telling readers to sell, but he still has some left and even offered to help the management take the company forward.

A formal response to disgraced ShareSoc share ramper Roger Lawson's fascist lawyers letter will follow in due course. But in this detailed podcast I explain why the letter he sent is so pitiful and wrong and why I shall fight to ensure that his antics are exposed. It would set a very bad precedent were there to be any other result. For ShareSoc the implications of this case are laid out and it will not enjoy what is set to unfold one little bit.

Now that disgraced Roger "ramper" Lawson is no longer in charge of the ShareSoc blog it can, now and again, have some cracking material - today it exposes Interactive Investor Limited for putting its clients cash at risk to screw extra cash out of them. This is shocking. and anyone with a stockbroking account at iii or TD Waterhouse which it now owns should open an account elsewhere and start moving spare cash and the proceeds of share sales there. iii is clearly run by total bastards.

Having helped steer Beacon Hill Resources (BHR) onto the rocks and signing off on the infamous hairdresser share trade I am delighted to see that loathsome Murray D'Almeida was now come a cropper a second time on AIM, leaving the board of Management Resources Solutions (MRS) with immediate effect today. He jumped before he was pushed. But hang on, all is not what it seems.

Christ I am naive. There was I thinking that all the twitter and Bulletin Board ramping during the past two weeks was there to allow disgraced PR genius Steffi to dump her few remaining shares in this worthless piece of Turkish. Oh no. Silly me. It was a pump before a different sort of dump. A bail-out placing dump. The release is a hoot. It can only have been written by a compulsive liar. Remind me: who does the PR again?

The position of share ramper and apologist for fraudsters Roger Lawson at ShareSoc is surely now untenable as he is shown to be lying on the Society's blog. The lie now starts to involve ShareSoc's chairman of two years ago Stan Grierson. Sorry to rope Stan in but that is the price ShareSoc must pay for not lancing the Lawson boil earlier.

I am even more angry than I was on Monday. Those who have caused this are in no particular order: Reach4Entertainment (R4E), my selfish and lazy ex wife, disgraced lying share ramper Roger Lawson, Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Belfort Securities and whoever is responsible for the League Cup quarter final draw, I also cover in detail Avocet Mining (AVM), IGAS, Magnolia Petroloeum (MAGP) and XCite Energy (XEL)

Equities First Holdings is back. You remember those chaps who "borrowed" shares from folks like Andrew Austin at IGAS, fraudster Rob Terry at Quindell (QPP) and Ronald Duncan at Cloudbuy (CBUY). Shares in all three companies crashed and all defaulted on the loans so completing what was in effect a hidden share sale. After almost two years the disgraced shysters of EFH are back and this time it is Edi Truell of Tungsten (TUNG) infamy who is dumping shares but wants to hide the fact.

Ceteris paribus Avanti Communications (AVN) will be trading whilst insolvent within weeks - its cash will not be sufficient to meet contracted capex and bills payable. That is why it is delaying publishing audited results for the year to June 30th 2016 - no auditor is going to sign off on anything from what is an insolvency waiting to happen. Avanti is trying to hide the awful truth but industry sources are revealing its desperate measures to stay afloat.

The FRC is already looking at the grossly misleading way that Avanti Communications (AVN) bodged its June 2015 annual results. I reckon Avanti is trying to commit an even bigger crime against prudent accounting with its 2016 numbers and they key is a satellite which is now on the move. But Avanti and its ghastly and morally bankrupt Nomad Cenkos, of Quindell infamy, are trying not to reveal the truth. So have five critical questions for Avanti and the shamed Cenkos.

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play China New Energy (CNEL) has seen us hoist the Red Flag on several occasions before (see HERE) but its FT15 results, released on deadline day (Thursday) take the biscuit. It was 11 years ago that 3DM as was, Environmental Recycling (ENRT) as is and its sister company Eden Research (EDEN) were sending me lawyers letters. Both were frauds. Both are still frauds. Today Environmental lost its Nomad and as it is bust it is game over. Now I am going for Eden but in this podcast I tell the amazing story of both frauds, explain who was involved and is disgraced, accuse certain City folks of lying and worse as part of the cover up and demonstrate why this should have ended years ago but did not down to failings ( again) at AIM Regulation as well as disgraced Nomad WH Ireland. I warn you there is some bad language as I am pretty emotional right now. Enjoy, this is no holds barred stuff and it will shock you.

How do you sleep at night? In this podcast I discuss four stocks that are each worth 0p: Jiasen (FRAUD) - broker Belfort Securities, Servision (SEV) - where are your crooked accounts? Broker Belfort Securities, China New Energy (CNEL) a fraud, broker the disgraced Daniel Stewart and PCG Entertainment (PCGE) another China Norfolk, broker Belfort Securities.

I really do not care who media minister John Whittingdale is shagging. He seems to have a way with the ladies, he is single and his latest hook up, the ex porn star, looks pretty fit. I am not sure about the hooker with a specialisation in S&M but it probably brought Mr Whittingdale back some happy memories of boarding school. Ooooh matron...what should I do about press regulation? Thwack. What is perhaps of more interest to me is the list of those making donations to Mr Whittingdale as disclosed in the register of members interests.

This morning at 8.47am F40 AIM-listed China New Energy (CNEL) announced a contract worth CAD$3 million. The shares rocketed on the news, from an open at about 2p to peak at over 2.5p. Thirty-nine minutes later came the dump, in the form of a placing at just 1.5p in a keep-the-lights-on issue which raised just £200,000. Nice work, fellas - I'll bet anyone who piled in on the contract news at up to 2.5p is delighted with their purchase, with the shares now languishing at just 1.725p last seen. This is a disgrace.
