I told you that Metro Bank was dodgy...and that you shouldn't underestimate Burberry's Chinese chavs!
Zoo Digital – from November “confident in the prospects” to now “significantly below expectations”. Uh oh…

It has now been exactly a year and two days since VSA completed its “due diligence” on AIQ (AIQ) and brought this cash shell to the Standard List. And what a year of shame it has been.

I had far too much to drink last night. But it really was not my fault. Thus as I travel across Greece today and back to Bristol I feel a bit worse for wear. In this podcast I comment on Hollywood Bowl (BOWL) in light of yesterday's corrupt journalism bearcast. I look at Andalas (ADL) forced to make a belated statement by this website's expose on Saturday HERE. I cover Big Sofa (BST) and LB Shell (LBP) another AIM Casino dog whose sole purpose was to support the lifestyles of crony capitalists.

Apparently Robbie Burns, The Naked Trader, is giving Darren Winters style uber expensive and useless trading courses at which he terms me a drunk. Hmmmm... As a sub 5 units a week man, my PA investing is not going so badly that I have to resort to being Darren Winters in a cheap suit. The bulk of this podcast is on First Derivatives (FDP). After yesterday's bombshell expose I explain why the shares - down 25% last week - could easily more than halve again from here.

I can understand following today's bombshell and yesterday's bombshell expose and the loss of her MFSA license on Friday and the criminal charges in Malta and all those other legal actions, that devout Christian Julie Meyer may be a little bit stressed right now. Perhaps this explains this bizarre tweet about Brexit of yesterday? Empty bean bags? In an economy with record employment and the lowest unemployment since 1975? Whatever. The response from one of her critics is, however, most entertaining.

In his expose yesterday, Cynical Bear raised several questions around the probity of Larry Cummins the CEO of Black Cactus Holdings group. I am sure that Milestone (MSG) is rushing to clarify whether this key player has a bogus CV. Perhaps while it is at it it might clarify something about another of the four key players at Black Cactus, Adrian Towning.

Management is critical to any company. So how good is lyin' Chris Cleverley of the fraud African Potash (AFPO) and, until last week, Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR). Supporters say that he is a whizz kid. So let's look at all those companies where he also sites on the board. As at December 2015 he numbered five other current posts and 18 others within the prior five years. a busy chap. But what value did Chris create? This will utterly horrify you.

This post appeared on our comments section yesterady after an expose (HERE) about Golden Saint Resources (GSR). The post is written by the former brother in law of Golden Saint founder Cyril d'Silva. I have today spoken to him and there is far more to come. How on earth Roland "fatty" Cornish floated this worthless junk defies belief. But it was and still is clearly utterly worthless. Over to our new friend who writes:

In a few hours Mr Darren Winters will stand up as a main stage speaker at a marginal investor show in London. Most media organisations will not give him airtime but some are so devoid of principle that they will take his money to allow him to peddle his snake oil. I explained yesterday why so many of his claims are bogus HERE, now to how he gets folks to part with their cash.

This video is superb, In a humourous way it demonstrates why bears & short sellers provide such a valuable service to the stockmarket and it promises another major China fraud expose next week. I am almost tempted to head off to the Big Apple for the party...
